I ordered a chicken a la paria half nasi on half fries. But then I get pasta and fries, no nasi!! I tried to contact them, have been on the line for 10 minutes but no one answers. Terrible service 😢. What I also notice is that the food looks completely different. Last week I ordered the same thing but it contained more. See photos

People only work when they feel like it Waited over 45 minutes and still no food They charge 30 cents for packaging costs per dish you pay and then they still dare to ask for money for a plastic bag, SCANDALOUS! Employees are not customer friendly at all I would put them right on my doorstep if I were the owner

Waiting time at least 1 hour. Just waited 1 hour 30 minutes only to be told that I cannot get my money back. Hope you choke on your food. It looks like you really need the money

The food is tasty, but these people give a shit about everything. Even if you order online, you have to wait half an hour for your food. They open when they feel like it, really unaffordable and poor service. Please do better or stop it, you are not business.

I recently ordered here, I called first and then I think the owner answered and let me tell you, she is a sweetheart of a woman, I ordered a chicken a la pria and she filled it extra and it tasted delicious! I will order from here more often 10/10 apr Nima

We were a bit hesitant because of the bad reviews but tiktok convinced us. And now I don't know where all these reviews come from, the lady was SUPER SUPER NICE!! Portions are big (couldn't finish so have food for tomorrow) and food is extremely delicious. We'll definitially come back soon.

I waited 40 minutes for one order and they were so messy and the guy from reception started to fight either the lady in the back and then he just pulled my phone out of my hand almost reaping my charging cable.

Order done. Waited almost an hour. Did they give our order to someone else? Fries were dirty soggy. Pasta salad from yesterday was completely stuck together. Wasn't edible straight into the trash. Service is worse than bad!! Terrible tent.

Waited 2.5 hours for our order, food was of course wilted, messy and fallen out of the packaging and stone cold on arrival. In addition, Sabroso had a 1+1 promotion, apparently this means that the small Sabsalon is extra small. The first and the last time for us.

That one star is there because I cannot give 0, very rude staff. They made me wait an hour for my food that I ordered via Uber only to call and say it was gone. They indicated that they would cancel it, an hour later it still had not been canceled and the staff also scolded that they are not going to cancel it because they apparently want to be paid even though they did not deliver

I ordered from this place at 3:15 PM. I see several delivery people going to the restaurant and the order is 'almost ready' but no one is on the way to me. At half past four I receive a call that the food has been stolen, I literally hear on the phone that the delivery person is being told to cancel the order. This is probably a fraudulent restaurant that shifts the blame to Uber because they 'can't do anything anymore' themselves. Do not order here unless you do not want to receive food.

Ordered an HOUR ago. I come to pick up my food and they tell me to my face at the cash register that what I ordered is not available. They had an HOUR to report me, but they let me out of my house for this nonsense! Ridiculous.

Ordered here at 7:00 PM then canceled orders at 6:45 PM. I understand that you close at 8:00 PM, but there is an hour in between. Then I call them, I sit in the queue from 6:45 PM to 8:00 PM and I am always the next one and in the end I don't speak to anyone at all, as if they deliberately left me on the line until 8:00 PM. I find this very unprofessional and not polite. They should really invest in representation and service since that is not the case. I also find it really rude that I have to sit on the phone for so long and then not get anyone on the line. Do something about your structure of work and service!!! If it is not this, the wait for delivery and takeaway will be super long than they say!

MOST WORTHLESS EXPERIENCE. very bad experience. The service was far from professional and the way my complaint was handled was downright disgraceful. We had ordered two large mix grill menus via a 1+1 promotion, but what we received were very small portions, comparable to a Happy Meal from MAC -> This is clearly stated on the menu as 'large dishes', so we called to ask if something had gone wrong, because this could be the case. To my surprise, the phone just hung up halfway through the call. When we called back we were barely able to tell our story, the owner was furious, we had to put up with it and if we were dissatisfied we were advised not to order from them again. Furthermore, they blamed Uber Eats because we ordered through there.... The food itself was also disappointing: the spare ribs and pork chop were dry and tough, the fries were limp and only the chicken was somewhat okay. However, what shocked us most was the behavior of the owner, who made comments such as "choking on your food" and "then why don't you order somewhere else?" This experience leaves us no other choice: WE WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN

VERY VERY BAD service, misleading 'actions' and you are verbally abused on the phone for complaints! We ordered two large mix grills from a 1 + 1 promotion and were sent two very small portions. This is advertised in the menu as a large dish so we called to ask if there had been an error. The phone just hung up halfway through the conversation and when I called back I was called stingy. Again, when you order it is called a large dish worth 56 euros. I was also scolded by the owner with words such as 'choke on your food' and 'then you shouldn't have ordered food from us'. The spare ribs and pork chop were dry and tough, only the chicken was still too reasonable to eat and the fries were very weak. We will follow the owner's advice and never order food here again.

I had placed an order that I had been waiting for for over an hour. After this I spoke to the restaurant for an update, where they first indicated that the food had not yet been collected and then that it had been 'stolen'. When I asked (including how I could get my money back), the owner was very rude and unprofessional. I don't recommend ordering here.

Ordered some food and asked for an extra plate to split the food with my mother. They refused to give us another plate because “that’s just not something they do” …. Coming from the Caribbean I must say they definitely got that dumb Caribbean mentality 😂 but not even in the Caribbean they this unprofessional lol…. Cheap mds

Food is tasty but the waiting time is TOO long.

A place with a lot of potential because the food is tasty, but please look for staff who can handle the (stressful) service in a respectful manner. On a day like yesterday (summer carnival) you have to be able to anticipate crowds. After waiting 60 minutes, our order turned out to be incorrect. No sauce, no fries even though we paid extra for them.

Got Pastechi. How greasy it was and how hard the dough was! It looked like the pastechi had been double fried in oil. The sabsalon was tasty but TOO much sauce. Shame!

Ordered a mixed grill for takeaway and it took around 40 minutes for the order to be prepared, which is unacceptable. There is not enough sitting or waiting area inside the shop. Quality of food is ok and portion size is good.

You order a large portion of spare ribs for €25 and you literally get 2 pieces of spare ribs. When the business first opened, the food was much more and tastier. This was our last time.

Sabroso gets 1 star from me! The price of the food is expensive and if you look at what you get in return, it is not worth it. Morro was dry and had no taste, nasi doesn't even taste like nasi, chicken has way too much salt, fries were limp and you don't get much sauce! Worst trukipan in Rotterdam.

Last 2 times I had very little food and it was poorly filled. Quality is deteriorating by the week, very unfortunate and we waited 90 minutes. Large sab salon orders as much as a small sab salon. Because a large container was empty and half full.

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I ordered food and my order was not complete. I only got $2 from Uber for the missed item so I called the restaurant to complain about it and the young man on the phone was RUDE AND STARTED YELLING and saying I was making drama. No apology was even offered even though he himself indicated that they made that mistake. NEVER AGAIN. And I order from here more often, but they won't get my money anymore. NEGOSHI NO TA PA TUR HENDE!

I have ordered from here a few times. Bad service . I ordered online that went wrong, I called the gentleman and the gentleman said I had to order again and that my money would be refunded, so I ordered again and never saw my other 19 euros again. The gentleman also hung up in my ear very rudely. The food is tasty but not always fresh and the people are rude. The food takes a long time to receive and the orders are not always delivered properly. Furthermore, I would not pick up because there is no room in the shop itself. Very cramped, hot and busy. I don't recommend sabroso!

Went by to try that Trukipan for the first time and it can really fill you up but hopefully I'll try it again when I pass by with a Johnny cake on the side

Via thuisbezorgd besteld. Na 1 1/2 uur wachten toch besloten om te gaan bellen waar onze bestelling blijft. Toen werd er verteld dat ze niet alle ingrediënten hadden voor onze bestelling. Daarna na 20 minuten extra werd de bestelling eindelijk bezorgd. Was de bestelling helaas niet compleet en moesten we zelf contact opnemen omdat aan te geven. Hier weer tegen ons gezegd dat ze ons nog zouden bellen. Dat de jonny cake op was. Ze toonde geen begrip en ze begonnen in discussie. Zeer slechte service. Ik zou hier niet bestellen!

Big portion, super flavors, and a happy belly. Got the mix grill and this fed two adults! It came with ribs, chicken, and a pork chop as proteins. Service was friendly and the food easily ready for pick up. Loved every bit of it! Definitely recommended :)

1.5u gewacht via Ubereats 20:45 annuleren ze pas de bestelling echt jammer man. Het eten is echt perfect en goed maar dit is een teleurstellend gewoon.

Als je mooie herinneringen aan huis (Curaçao) wilt ophalen, is het eten van dit restaurant, met name de echte traditionele gerechten, echt een aanrader. Het proeft echt alsof het eten gemaakt is door een echte Antilliaanse oma. De smaken brengen je meteen terug naar de warmte en authenticiteit van de Antilliaanse keuken.

Het eten is juicy en smaakt goed! Het duurde alleen best lang voordat het bezorgd werd, maar daarnaast is het zeker een aanrader :)

Erg lekker alleen jammer dat ze geopend zijn tot 23:00 en dan bel je om half 11 om op te halen,dan zijn ze gesloten terwijl ze open zijn…..

Wachten duurt soms lang, maar het is wel echt erg lekker. 😋

We hebben best veel verschillende antiliaanse plekken geprobeerd in verschillende steden en dit is voor ons momenteel #1. Eten is lekker en zoals het hoort, taarten zijn heerlijk en zelfs drinken is lekker (fruit punch), ook is de plek schoon en netjes en de mensen zijn vriendelijk. Een dikke 10/10 dus!!

Voor de 2de keer besteld, en ja hoor heerlijk eten. Als je een groot maaltijd besteld is het echt groot ook. Lekker en super lekker beide keren die ik hebt besteld. Je moet wel geduld hebben want het is meestal druk. Maar je wachten wordt wel beloond met een heerlijk eten. Medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk altijd met een glimlach op de gezicht. Super fijn om eten te bestellen. Wat mij betreft zeker een aanrader. Advies: besteld ruim op tijd zodat je niet te lang hoe te wachten.

Soo delicious! The chicken a la paria has that real bbq taste and the stews are so soft and flavourfull. Definitely recommend and will definitely order again.
