It was well organized. Had a delicious meal and a very cozy atmosphere. Great location, parking isn't expensive and it's next to Hollywood.

We were with a large group; there wasn't enough food on 2 boards, so you had to ask for your food. It also included items that hadn't been ordered. As a result, there wasn't enough food for others. Main course lukewarm, steak skewers lukewarm and tough. I don't understand the combo ticket: gyosas, steak skewers, and macaroni. Mac & cheese. Fries: 2 bowls for 16 people. Dessert was fine. Churros, chocolate, and cheesecake.

Honestly the worst thing I've been to in Amsterdam, don't waste your time or money. The glow golf is maybe ten minutes of entertainment. The staff told us there was an offer on and then retracted it saying that it had to be booked 24hs in advance which as a tourist we would not know. Definitely don't recommend. Staff, especially the management need better training on customer service. Not friendly.

Booked Duckpin bowling for a family outing to get in the mood; it was fun. We still had time left, so we booked darts and the pool table, to go to De Beren afterwards for a puzzle dinner.

Racing at Hollywood Café Noord was great. Bas guided us well.

Cozy atmosphere, classic American menu, and varied entertainment (bowling, golf, shuffleboard, racing, etc.). (Racing is only allowed from 1.40m, so don't disappoint your child!).

Had another great day at the Hollywood Cafe. It's always fantastic to be able to do fun activities with friends. When Richard and Mike are behind the bar, it's an even better experience; hats off to the gentlemen 🎉

After saying 'we'll try again' a few times, today was the last time. All four times we have been here, the soap in the ladies' restroom was out of stock. So unhygienic in a place where people eat. After all, the staff are supposed to wash their hands here too. The towels to dry hands were also out of stock again. On top of that, today the toilet paper was also out of stock in both toilets. And in one of the two toilets, there was poop that apparently couldn't be flushed. This is too disgusting and a reason for us not to come back.

Super fun place! Hospitality comes first! And the cocktails and experiences are very tasty and fun.

Race Square is super fun to do. It is strenuous if you are not a "gamer". Explanation clear and easy to follow. Friendly staff. Definitely recommended!!

We had booked a package for a Saturday at the end of May. Unfortunately, due to circumstances, this could not go ahead; just try getting your money back after that! First, the cancellation was not communicated within the team, resulting in us being called to ask where we were. Subsequently, there was very little response regarding the refund. Then, finally, a response arrived stating that the refund could take up to 3(!) weeks, which of course makes no sense at all. Next, at the end of June, we sent another email asking how much longer it would take, as we had already passed the 3 weeks by a long time. Then it takes another week to get a response to that: 'the department handling refunds is on vacation, they will pick this up again starting Wednesday'. In other words, it is now July 5th, Wednesday is July 8th, so you do the math! To date, we have not seen any money back. We will never book anything here again!

At Racesquare, you receive a friendly welcome, which is of course a great start, because a good beginning is half the battle!

We had a fantastic team outing at Racesquare. The F1 race was very simple for a group of beginners and provided lots of fun and healthy competition within the team. The other activities were also well organized and perfectly suited to our group. The concluding buffet dinner was excellent with plenty of choice. What we particularly appreciated was that various dietary requirements and a peanut/sesame allergy were carefully taken into account. This was arranged professionally and without any hassle, allowing everyone to enjoy themselves without a care. In short: a top location for team outings. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and everything taken care of down to the last detail.

Poor organization and stingy service for a premium price I recently organized a children's party costing €500, but unfortunately, the service was far below par. The organization was disorganized: I had to constantly remind the staff myself what was actually included in the booked package. Additionally, out of the 14 booked children, there was only room for 13 to race. There is absolutely no supervision during the race. Another child was able to sabotage my son's race by repeatedly covering his eyes with his hands, without the staff noticing. The final straw was the moment with the children's champagne. Right in front of me, a new colleague was instructed to fill the (already small) glasses "to just over half" to cut corners. When you pay €500, you expect hospitality, not stinginess. Afterwards, as a gesture of goodwill, we were given 2 hours of racing as a gift for the lack of supervision, which is nice, but the aftertaste of this little party remains very unpleasant. Not recommended for this price.

Dear reader, Yesterday I was bowling at your establishment, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, we were told by an employee that if we wanted to order drinks, we had to go to the bar ourselves due to a staff shortage. When I subsequently walked to the bar, there were two employees standing there who paid us absolutely no attention. I tried to place an order several times but received no response. A little later, another customer arrived at the bar and was served immediately. At that moment, I also indicated that I would like to place my order. I was then told: “Just sit down, we will be with you shortly.” There was also a sort of table bell on the table (see photo). The notifications for employees were simply ignored. We continued bowling after that, but after 50 minutes, no one had come by yet. Meanwhile, we saw that other customers were being served normally, while we were completely ignored. After bowling, I went to the bar again. The employee indicated that he was busy and started apologizing. I then explained that I had come to the bar myself for that very reason, because his colleague had previously indicated that there was a staff shortage. Subsequently, I was sent away anyway with the message that they would come to us — which ultimately never happened. Afterwards, an attempt was made to “make amends” with a free drink on the house, but honestly, I didn't think that was appropriate at that moment. I felt I wasn't being taken seriously and found the whole situation disrespectful and very unpleasant. I hope you take this feedback seriously so that other customers don't have to go through this.

Did sim racing for the first time at Hollywood/RaceSquare. The explanation from the race manager was super good and the hour flew by. For anyone considering doing it, step inside Hollywood/RaceSquare for a fun experience. I highly recommend it. Kind regards Michel( R46Duivel)

My girlfriend and I were unable to make our mini-golf reservation, so I cancelled the reservation 3 days in advance. After multiple emails, phone calls, and visiting the location, I still haven't received my money back after 2 months. It's a real shame, because I thought it was a nice place, but with this level of service, I cannot recommend it!

We organized a team-building activity for 20 people with just one week’s notice! I emailed them, and they were very helpful in setting everything up. Esmee did a really great job reserving activities and planning the food. She was also excellent at adapting when things didn’t go according to plan—for example, when the food took a bit longer and activities needed to be delayed, everything was taken care of! She also helped us make sure we stayed within our budget. With 20 people, it can be hard to keep track of everything, so that was very much appreciated. The team had a blast! Each member was able to find an activity they liked: - Simulated racing, where you race against each other on an F1-style track - Mini golf - Mini bowling - Digital darts: real darts played on a board with a projector and mini-games - Pool tables Food Things to note: - Burgers already come with fries, so there’s no need for additional sides—and the base portions are big! - The chicken burger is a fried chicken burger It would be nice to have the drinks menu on the website! If there was one, we couldn’t find it. All in all, I would definitely recommend it!

I regularly visit Hollywood Café Noord for drinks with friends, and every visit is a great experience. The staff are always polite, professional, and welcoming. What really stands out is the personal touch, they almost know my order without even asking, which makes you feel like a regular in the best way. Usually Luna takes care of us, and she’s absolutely amazing. The rest of the staff are great too. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and it’s become one of my go-to spots. Highly recommended.
