Vine aquí para cenar esta fue nuestra primera vez en un restaurante chino de olla caliente. Fue muy divertido y todo estaba delicioso. El servicio fue muy rápido y amable.

It was delicious! The broth selection super tasty, the meats were a bit too frozen still when they came to the table; nevertheless super Lekker! Dumplings delish, veggies delish and fresh, desserts also yummy.. Dealing with a Ring of fire today, but it was def worth it !

The food was great and there were lots of tofu options which I loved. The service was okay and unfortunaly I was served pork, even though we made it clear we were vegan. This was disappointing but an honest mistake. However Im sure some people for religious reasons wouldn't have been so forgiving.

Terrible! The environment is very poor, the food is mediocre, and the service is very uncomfortable. Highly do not recommend going to this place!

Amazing hotpot place. Their spicy soup is definitely spicy (not Asian spicy). They have great variety in things to order and different sauces. I definitely recommend this if you're looking for a good hotpot place.

The soup base is delicious, the pork is good, the beef is okay, the environment is clean, and the service is good.

I’ve had hot pot in Shanghai, Beijing and Dalian China. The cuts of meat here - chicken and beef - were fatty, stringy and tough when cooked. The only vegetables were leafy greens - no broccoli, cauliflower, carrots or other vegetables. When I complained of this, all they said they could do was offer 10% off. We paid and left the meal uneaten.

To be honest, I hate giving bad reviews so I almost never leave a review if I don't have a great experience. Unfortunately I feel the need to leave one here though, due to the combination of the food quantity, quality, and price. Maybe coming from California has spoiled me for hot pot, but I left with the feeling that this was uncontestedly the worst hot pot I've ever had. Quantity - portion sizes vary, but it's quite evident that they give you large quantities of cheap items (e.g. some vegetables, edamame), while quite small quantities of the more expensive items (e.g. meat). Quality - the menus say "freshly sliced meat", which I find a little strange, since I'm not aware that any hot pot place fresh slices their own meat. It's obviously all frozen, but that's not necessarily an issue, as many hot pot restaurants freeze their meat and other items. The issues with quality become more evident once you eat the meat (no real issues with the vegetables) - you can tell that it's freezer burned/has been frozen for too long. No real flavor, and the texture is not what it should be (read as: a bit chewy and tough even though there is a decent mix of fat in the slices). Also, some things seem like they may have been stored with others that they shouldn't have been - our chicken meatballs had a strong mango flavor for some reason (assuming they were stored next to each other in the freezer/in the same bag). The rice was also quite dry - clearly sitting in the cooker on the warm setting for too long. Price - the above things wouldn't honestly be so damning if the price was on the cheaper side. Unfortunately, it's not. For a relatively modest spread for two people we ended up spending almost €80. That is a price point at which I would expect either the quality or quantity (or both) to be much better. One random thing that I just could not get past - I'm like 99% sure the chopsticks that they give you are cooking chopsticks? Even if they aren't, they are huge and make it super awkward to eat. I grew up using chopsticks with some regularity, but my hand was cramping by the end of the meal! On the positive side - the people were nice, and the service was good. Based on the number of good reviews from a few years ago, I would guess that this business got hit hard by COVID and cut some costs to get by, which I can't fault. That being said, it's time to try and improve on something now to bring it back to something good.

We had an amazing time, the food was absolutely delicious and the waiters were super friendly, helpful and didn't hesitate to explain the concept to us. Our favorites were the beef rolls, bamboo and shrimp dumplings. I can't wait to come back here! What surprised us was the sweet potato noodles, we had never had them before and they were super tasty!

We ate hot pot here for the first time at the weekend - definitely a great experience! The staff was very friendly and explained to us exactly how everything works and helped us choose from the many options available. It was fun and very tasty. If I travel to Amsterdam again, I will definitely go here again.

The food was good buy way to expensive we spend 80€ for noddles and some beef thats insane. You pay for cook your food??? It would be cheaper if they just sell the food they made on kitchen instead of sell the bowl of water for we cook on the table and we need pay for that. If im gonna cook my food i can do at home not gonna pay extra for that They should include this on the price of the things you order not charge you extra for that.

It was delicious and they had a lot to choose from, it was our first hot pot experience and they did a great job explaining how it all works to us.

The review situation is uncomfortable with this place because you are required to give a 5 star review to get money back for the soup. They also offered to get the dipping sauce like it was free. Then showed up on the bill later. They charge 1 euro per glass of tap water. Most importantly, the soup was super bland and the food is generally severely overpriced.

Avoid! This is an expensive restaurant serving low quality food. They are gaming the review system to trick people by incentiving five star reviews.

Fresh delicious ingredients. Soup tastes nice and authentic. Nice environment! Definitely would come back soon to this place!

We have been to this restaurant many times and really liked it as it was comfortable, food was tasty and prices were good. They renovated recently to increase the number of tables and also changed the lighting to be much brighter. They also removed the music projector screen. This has made the room less comfortable and welcoming. They have add more things to the menu but more importantly have raised the prices and also dropped the quantity they give you. This turned it from a good value restaurant to a bit too expensive for a self cooking hotpot restaurant. This place was better then Yuan's hotpot but with the renovation, price increase and quantity reduction they have dropped to be on par and equal to Yuan's which is a shame.

Had the pleasure to visit for the first time and enjoy one of my favourite concepts when it comes to asian food & I would do it over & over again! The food was amazing and the stuff very friendly and attentive. We're looking forward to come back very soon!

Unfortunately the price/performance ratio doesn't match. 100€ for 2 people for normal food is far too much. Otherwise the food was ok but nothing special. Flavor enhancers and ready-made sauces are also not unknown here.

Fat cow is the best! The chicken legs are also delicious. The service is good, the spicy hot pot tastes numb, and the mushroom soup is also good.

Delicious food, they live up to the name Hot & Hot. Get was really a bit too spicy, even with 1 pepper! Fortunately, this could be solved with some extra stock. The service was top notch. Recommended.

Great, authentic hot pot place. We enjoyed the fast service!

Heard a lot of good things about this hotpot place so we decided to give it a try, and it did not disappoint! The mala spicy soup had a creamy color, not sure if they added cream or dairy to it, if you're lactose-intolerant you might want to check with the staff. We had the soup extra spicy, it was great!

This place is a gem for spicy food lovers. Had the extra spicy hot soup base with all kinds of meat. It was mouth numbingly spicy and wonderful. Staff is very friendly too.

Shared cook pot of 1-3 soups from mild to spicy, and tons of yummy ingredient options to cook in them. Kinda like an oriental variant of fondue. Ordering with the QR app was a bit frustrating, but the very helpful staff made up for it! A great place to enjoy with a big gang of friends. We'll definitely be back!

We LOVED the spicy pickled cabbage soup. There was a discount on the wagyu beef; it was so good! We were sad that the lamb rolls and bubble tea were sold out. The girls working there were so friendly and attentive! We would definitely come back.

Amazing fresh food, great service. Broth was not salty as is the case with most Hot Pot places. A bit expensive but worth it. Recommend making a reservation.

This was my first time in Amsterdam and my first time having hotpot. Our server was very helpful and explained everything to us so we could enjoy it to the fullest. The food was incredible, really delicious and we ordered cheaper options but definitely got filled up. The whole experience was very fun, I recommend it for sure.

Great place too take the family or on a date. The waiters are on point and very nice is an understatement. hotpot was DELICIOUS. You can’t go wrong at this spot.

It remind me of my time spend in China. They really had the flaming hot soup with sichuan peppers that numb my tounge :) The only problem was that in the menu there was the australian wagyu beef which wasn't suitable for the hot pot. Except that it was a very nice experience...

The flavor is decent and food quality is good. However the room has terrible ventilation and it was steamed up the whole time we were there. Portion is rather small, one plate of meat has just about 6 pieces. We ended spending 50+ euro per person and still weren't full afterwards.

Was a first time. It’s was good but so expensive ! For meats and vegetables boiled in hot water with 3 mushrooms. Some food was frozen so nothing was really fresh. Served with no smile.
