Nice restaurant, food was good and they even made home made chili oil for us. The interior doesn’t look too interesting; just chairs and tables. But don’t just judge a book by its cover because the food in this restaurant is fire 🔥😍😋. Picture: this was my dish of the day, but the other ones were also delicious!!

We ate as a party of seven, and all seven courses were delicious. The value for money was truly exceptional.

A lovely little restaurant in the narrow streets of Amsterdam. Unfortunately, there's no outdoor seating, but the food was amazing and the staff were incredibly friendly.

I had Tom Yum rice noodles, and it was seriously so delicious. It was so good that I'm writing this review right on my way out! Even though it's May, the city is cold, and since I'd only been eating waffles and fries, my stomach felt a bit heavy. I was craving a hot and spicy soup dish, and this was truly the best choice! For 18 euros, there was a generous amount of chicken, and all the ingredients were so fresh and tasty 🥹 I ordered the basic chicken Tom Yum, but it also came with three huge, plump shrimp! I can't eat shrimp, so I ended up leaving some behind, and I felt bad for the owner...! To think I can eat a meal of this quality for 18 euros in Amsterdam... All Koreans, go here... I was so happy to hear TVXQ's "Mirotic" playing when I walked in...!!

I was searching for Chinese food nearby and saw there are lots of good review on New Season restaurant. Decided to give it a try and turned out to be one of the best Chinese take out in Europe! Really so good and excellent portion too!

I was craving the laksa I had in Singapore, and a Thai employee at the Mont Blanc store in Schiphol Airport recommended this place, so I decided to try it. It's a bit different from Singapore, but it's not easy to find laksa of this quality in Europe, especially in the Netherlands, a country known for its culinary landscape. The owner appears to be a white Dutch man, but he could also be considered an honorary Malay/Singaporean.

After a 16-day trip to Europe, I really wanted Chinese food for my last meal. I found this restaurant, and it was delicious! My favorite was the mixed vegetable tofu. Although it's not a dish you usually see in Taiwan, the seasoning of every dish was superb! The whole family was very satisfied.

Congratulations!!! You've earned the number 1 spot on my list of the WORST Ramen we've had in 15 years. Chicken Ramen: Water with a bad taste of powdered broth. Poorly prepared. Boiled chicken. Tonkotsu Ramen: An excessive amount of garlic (why????) that completely overpowered the delicate flavor of the broth, which was too thin and lacked substance. The Cha Siew (sliced ​​pork) was sour, clearly not fresh. Spicy Shrimp Ramen: Tasted like boxed seafood broth. The Udon noodles were undercooked and half-cooked. Drenched in chili oil. The waiter turned on a kind of red light above the table that was an eyesore three times, and we turned it off each time. The same thing happened at other tables in the restaurant. Does this guy have OCD about lights? Never again!

The focus here is on ramen and soups. We had a dumpling soup, a classic chicken soup, and a soup with roast duck. As a starter, there was a small selection of fried snacks. Everything was truly delicious. The soups were flavorful and well-balanced, the toppings were high quality, and the fried appetizers were also good. The service was particularly impressive. The restaurant was run by one man, yet he managed everything perfectly. He was attentive, quick, and very courteous. In conclusion: excellent food, outstanding service, and definitely worth a visit. I would come back.

This was the best meal I had during my 5-day trip to Europe 🥹🥹 I was so touched! I ordered "Seafood Laksa Noodles and Chicken Potstickers". Seafood Laksa Noodles (fresh, delicious, and satisfying) Chicken Potstickers (refreshing and tasty 😋) I'll definitely go again next time I have the chance.

I ordered a Gong Bo Tofu and it was pretty good, very spicy and the tofu was nice. The rice wasn't too great though, it felt a bit undercooked. It's so annoying that water is so expensive, the liter of still water is 10€, what kind of scam is that? Service was mid and some customers were watching videos with loud volume on their phones.

The food was good and the portions were decent. The girls that served us are really nice. We ordered rice noodles, udon, gong bo beef, fried rice and flat noodles. I recommend the flat noodles and the udon ones. The new season type have a lot of meat.

We were searching for a lunch of asian taste in the heart of Amsterdam and found this hidden gem. They have the BEST Malaysian fried rice!!! I wish I lived here to eat this more often. Also, we ordered the Singaporien fried rice which was so good. The service was excellent. Very good ambience. I highly recommend this for anyone visiting Amsterdam. My tip: Sit by the window and order a cup of jasmine tea😊

We had the Chinese noodles with beef and the udon noodles with beef. Both were delicious. The waitress advised us on the spiciness beforehand. The shop is authentic and inviting. We felt very comfortable and would come back.

Dinner was okay. I was honestly surprised that this Chinese restaurant was worse than any in Croatia, where I visited 5-6 Chinese restaurants. In the Netherlands you probably have to spend €40 per person to get the same level of quality as in Croatia for €10. I believe they are affordable compared to other restaurants in Amsterdam, but this one outside the center would not operate successfully for more than a month.

Great Chinese food. Mapo Tofu was great. It was the best mapo tofu in Amsterdam. Chinese noodle with chicken was very flavorful. Fried rice was much better than we expected. Overall, we really enjoyed the food. Highly recommended

The seats by the windows enabled you to watch the world go by. Recommended. We ordered for 4 people and every dish was excellent. Especially the roast pork and the red spicy chicken dish.

Normally, I love tom yam noodle soup, but this one was just too spicy. I couldn't eat it. My friend's noodles were good, though.

It was really warm inside and was a bit uncomfortable. We probably would have ordered more and stayed longer if it were cooler inside. The food was ok, I've had better, but it was still pretty decent. Service was just ok. It took a long time for someone to come by and take our order.

A great break with truly freshly prepared food. The black bean beef was truly divine, and the edamame was crisp and fresh. Great!

When we arrived, the restaurant was almost completely empty, except for one occupied table. Despite this, we were seated at the worst table in the place — right up against the bar, under a speaker, and next to a radiator. Thankfully, the waitress was accommodating and let us move to a table of our choice. We ordered the salt & pepper chicken, which seemed to be deep-fried and then stir-fried. The flavor was okay, but the portion size was quite small. The seafood laksa noodle soup was a real letdown. It came with just two unpeeled shrimp, two peeled shrimp, two fish balls, two thin slices of fish cake and a lot of fried tofu. For a dish advertised as “seafood,” I expected more — maybe some clams or squid. It felt very basic, especially considering the price. The side dishes clearly weren’t homemade. Overall, the food felt more like convenience cooking than anything made with real care or effort. To top it off, the restroom was extremely unpleasant. The tile grout was filthy, and the door was covered in stains — not exactly reassuring when it comes to the restaurant’s cleanliness. Bottom line: Friendly staff, but the food and hygiene standards were disappointing. I definitely won’t be coming back.

The gyozas were delicious, but we ordered some rice noodles that were honestly tasteless. Perhaps because of their online ratings, we expected more. But the waiter was extremely attentive.

Despite the good reviews food was disappointing, when you order noodles at a Chinese restaurant you expect to come with all the flavours and spices instead they were white and flavourless. Two starts for the gyozas that were delicious. For the price you have better options around. Customer service was good.

I visited this restaurant late in the evening when the city was winding down, and the air was filled with the scent of spices and fresh food. From the start, I knew it would be a great meal. The wonton soup had a rich, flavorful broth, and the dumplings were soft and delicious. The chicken udon had perfectly springy noodles with a tasty, umami-packed sauce. The chicken curry was creamy and well-spiced, just right. But the real star was the baked dumplings with sesame sauce—crispy outside, juicy inside, with a deep, slightly sweet sesame flavor. The atmosphere was fine but could be cozier with warmer lighting and small details. Still, the food was so good that I’ll definitely be back—maybe even late at night again!

Love this place. Warm and welcoming most of the time, except my last visit. I faced a ridiculous problem last week; when I want to split the bill with my friend, they charged each of us extra 1€.. for what? Just because we wanted to split the bill. It is unbelievable..
