To the people at the birthday party on 14 June: one of our colleagues accidentally took your gift to the office with them. Please contact the SAIL office so we can arrange to return it, as the owner still hasn't responded to our calls about arranging this. I also wouldn't recommend organising a work event at IJcatcher as they repeatedly promised to provide an invoice but never did.

I saw 2 alternative childeren dancing on the loud music that this restaurant was playing, but the employee who was playing the music shoo-d them away with a broom stick quite unpleasant knowing that the restaurant was playing th eloud music to the public :(

Great place to hang out, lovely sunset. Also to have your party or borrel. But more importantly, the owner Ipo is a great guy. Recommend!

Great place for afternoon drinks. The staff are very friendly, especially the owner! What I love the most is that it stays sunny till late, and the drinks are not overpriced like most places in Amsterdam nowadays. A hidden gem!

10/10 Ipo best bar man ever!!! Super recommended, it will make you feel at home!

Awesome place, needed to spend about 90 minutes to catch a coach and this bar was only 30 seconds away so I thought why not. It was quiet when I visited however both the chef and the owner of this fine establishment sat and had a lovely conversation and a drink with me while I waited. Can't think of a better place to spend your time and money, not that you'll spend much money as the prices are so very reasonable! 10/10

We had a great experience here. The owner, Ipo, treated us like old friends from the moment we entered. He is an extremely friendly and humorous. Offered generous tasting to help us chose our drinks. Modern, clean building with plenty of seating in and outdoor. Nice variety of wines and beers. If your hungry, he makes a very good pizza. Prices are reasonable. At closing it was selfies and hugs all around. We made a point of dropping by the next morning to say goodbye. He made our trip that memorable. When you stop in please tell him the couple from Hawaii says hi.

Exceptional, best night of my life

Stopped in became I heard “Canned Heat” by Jamiroquai blasting while walking back to the cruise ship! I met the owner and had a fabulous time! I will definitely recommend and return

Great place for having a drink and a quick bite! Two beers (a small and a large one) and a pizza, were €21 (£18) altogether. The ambience is fantastic and the staff is friendly. I would definitely come back! If you require a receipt, do let the staff know before paying your bill. Otherwise, they are unable to print it out.

Fantastic experience, the owner made it a fun time ending the night with some great for classic Céline Dion hits (where we are from) so was lots of fun singing and dancing!

Frente al hotel donde nos alojamos. Posee mesas de madera en la terraza. Tiene variedad en cervezas, combinados etc. A veces hay un DJ el sábado que estuvimos tenia musica reagee. Último lugar para los rezagados que se alojan en el hotel. Camarero disfruta de lo que hace, complace a los clientes .

Schöner Platz um die Abendsonne zu genießen. Liegestühle ebenfalls vorhanden. Gezapfte Biere und leckere Cocktails wurden mit Nüssen serviert. Bedienung sehr nett. Ps: Zum Lokal gehört auch ein Hund (vielleicht auch zwei). Beide verspielt und streichfähig.

Great place to grab a quick and delicious sandwich. Recommend the pulled chicken sandwich! Great outdoor seating.

Bom lugar para parar e tomar uma cerveja ou vinho, olhando a água e descansando. Lugar bem tranquilo com muitas mesas. Não tem muitas opções de comida.

Fantastic place to chill out in the sun, on the deck chairs with a nice wine and watch the world go by. Absolutely loved it . Definitely recommend it.
