I order 3 ice creams, 2 of which I want to take with me, but afterwards it turns out that they have no bags or foil to wrap. I reluctantly advise her to arrange some foil for the future and indicate that she will never be asked to pack. You can guess that the ice creams were not received in good order. Shame! My favorite last year but already a big disappointment

Disgraceful service, was not asked if I wanted a bowl or cone. Pistachio ice cream was mixed with leftover chocolate ice cream . Worked slowly and looked super angry when you looked at the flavors for a moment. There were also no price cards to look at. What a pity!

Ordered a pistachio ball, it was even called Pistachio Pure. Despite the somewhat pale color, expectations were high. But with the best will in the world I couldn't taste much pistachio in it. It was creamy, but mostly tasteless and a bit stale. My child wanted a scoop of "Smurf". Difficult to judge, because what does a Smurf taste like? The color was blue of course, and he liked it. I also took a bite of it, but it was very watery with a cheap sugar taste. After all that, it feels strange to mention the reasonably large portions as a positive point 😆 Oh, and the "cardboard" spoons broke with the first bite.... 😔

Decent ice cream but nowhere near gelato as some of the comments seem to suggest. The prices on the website are hopelessly outdated, 2 scoops cost 3.7EUR

Location is good, lots of seating. Nevertheless, the banana flavor is unpalatable. Spoons break, and the server has no hair

Het bolletje of stukjes vielen er steeds af en heb er meer voor betaald en kreeg geen nieuwe? Bij meerdere mensen ook! Ze moeten beter het ijs scheppen en er op doen!

Unwahrscheinlich leckeres Eis. Ganz besonders sind die drei verschiedenen Schokoladensong weiße Schokolade, welche Schokolade und dunkle Schokolade. Ein kleines Bänkchen vor der Eisdiele mit Ausblick auf den Kanal komplettiert das Geschmackserlebnis

Friendly hosts and great view of the canal. You can just sit have a cup of coffee and relax. Slightly overpriced.

Altijd lekker ijs, maar die van vandaag viel tegen. We hadden yoghurtijs. De smaak was niet zoals gehoopt, dus het bakje ijs laten staan. Maar toen het ijs gesmolten was, was het niet waterig maar net als stroop..... Wat zit hier doorheen?

Heerlijk ijs! Kreeg voor €2,50 twee grote bollen. Er zijn ook meerdere vegan smaken en dit stond aangegeven op de bordjes bij de smaken, dat vond ik erg goed!

Lekker ijs, voor de rest niet heel bijzonder. Wel een kleine bol maar dat heeft er waarschijnlijk mee te maken dat wij zelf een ijssalon hebben die erg grote bollen geeft.

Una gelateria in centro ad Haarlem di fronte al canale dove abbiamo gustato un buon gelato.Cioccolato bianco e amarena, cioccolato fondente e Malaga. Il gusto Malaga mi ha entusiasmato perché era con uva passa ammollata nel liquore.🌷🌷 Abbiamo così festeggiato il compleanno del re dei Paesi Bassi 🎉

Hmm het was prima ijs, niet zo bijzonder. Mijn vriend wilde eigenlijk een milkshake, maar die hadden ze vandaag niet werd er verteld. Jammer! Zelf had ik een bolletje witte chocolade en hij ging dan dus maar voor een bolletje stracciatella, die had echter een vrije stevige whiskey-achtige nasmaak.. Al met al, 3 sterren. Er zijn betere ijssalons in Haarlem te vinden, zoals Da Benito of Garrone. Locatie is wel top!

Just ok, we tried it a couple times and it was icy - some better options close by, but if you need a fix you can’t beat the location.

Location is super especially if the weather allows you to sit outside. The cafe next to belongs to the same company so you can have more than ice cream and enjoy beautiful Haarlem.

The ice-cream is pretty average here and the scoops are relatively small.
