I had a lovely time sitting here. The coffee is delicious, and when I mentioned that I have a gluten allergy, they even opened a new bag of ice cubes for my iced coffee just to be safe. Great service!!

The staff are completely unhelpful and unfriendly to boot. My food was reheated but came back burnt because they were busy with other orders and completely ignored me. Gave a second chance, but even then the staff were completely uninterested, while they were friendly to other customers. Maybe because of my background 🤷🏻‍♀️ In any case, I am never coming here again.

Tasty sandwiches and good coffee! It's such a shame that the staff are so curt and unfriendly; it really detracts from the atmosphere. A little smile, a "please," or something similar would be nice!

I visited Westhoff multiple times during my vacation in Haarlem, and it’s definitely a place I’m going to miss. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed with a simple interior. no loud music, which I really appreciated. It was also really nice not having laptops everywhere, which made it feel even more peaceful. The staff were friendly, which added to the overall experience. The coffee is excellent, and the pain au chocolat was absolutely delicious. The salads and sandwiches are good as well. During the week, part of the space functions as a coworking area where you can pay by the hour, while the rest of the café is a laptop-free zone. It’s a thoughtful setup that creates a nice balance.

Extremely overpriced. I sit 3 hours and had 1 coffee and paid 19 eur. Insane

coffee tasted like cigarettes oddly

I come here occasionally with the Haarlem Hobblers, a running group. Good coffee, snacks, and a variety of drinks. Comfortable seating and a great atmosphere.

Haarlem has two locations, and both are great! Good coffee/tea and treats. And the best part is that you can book a ceramics workshop: a fun, creative 2.5-hour afternoon.

I actually only wanted to stay for 3 hours, but ended up staying for 5... Perfect co-working spot and delicious drinks. €6.50 per hour for co-working, including a drinks flat rate, is a fair deal.

We went for brunch and really liked the place. The staff were lovely. The atmosphere was calm, with a nice industrial style decor. The broodjes were tasty, though I think they would have been even better if the bread had been toasted. The coffee was also good, I had the pumpkin latte. We’ll definitely go back again

We had a delicious cappuccino here, a cozy spot, with a lovely coconut cookie on the side! Only the toilets..... they really weren't clean. Yellow rim along the seat, paper on the floor... that really is an area for improvement!

The friendliest staff ever!! Not only that the baked goods are fresh and delicious as was the coffee. Only wish I lived near one!!!

Lots going on at Westhof, it’s big on the inside much bigger than you would expect. It has multiple rooms in doors that you can “flex-werk” as the Dutch expression goes. They also have lots of drinks options and many fresh snacks and sandwiches, as well as multiple coolers with drinks to have there or for at home (like wine). What it has in space it lacks a bit in atmosphere perhaps because it is so big and it provides so much, it’s hard to define an identity and a vibe for a place like that — but all and all good stopover for coffee and a snack before getting on the train to Amsterdam

Top location, good wifi, excellent food and good coffee, so a great place to work! For the Dutch who have trouble with the hourly rate of 6.50 euros per hour for a quiet workplace in the back of the shop: coffee is included so go wild and drink until you are cost neutral. 😉

Coming here occasionally to work as they have werkplekken. Very good price for pleasant atmosphere and unlimited coffee. Amazing matcha! Location couldn’t be more convenient. They also sell good wine and other interesting things. Love coming here whether it’s work or just grab coffee.

Great place in the heart of Haarlem! The coffee is fantastic, the sandwiches are delicious, and the wide range offers something for everyone. The staff is always super friendly, which adds to the atmosphere here. Although it can sometimes be a bit busy (logical in such a popular place), it is definitely worth a visit. Definitely recommended!

A sweet little spot right by the train station — perfect for a quick break before hitting the road. Enjoyed the evening sun with a glass of cold americano. The coffee didn’t blow me away, but it did the job.

Don’t go here. Terrible experience, staff are rude and were joking about me amongst themselves. Also, this place charges a fee to sit and work, on top of your bill. Absolutely crazy, was not informed about this upon seating (again, terrible staff). Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Super nice place next to Haarlem station for delicious coffee to go and super tasty sandwiches. In addition, a nice place to work, with a top range of delicacies and nice things for the home, as well as friendly staff and good prices! I'm a fan!

You won't get 1 euro espresso anywhere else. Good ones too.

The service is super fast, but very disinterested towards the customers, the service is indifferent, too fast, not relaxed at all and just rude! The coffee is excellent and the sandwich is sparsely filled.

Ordered a grilled sausage sandwich. The bread was very hard. It seemed old. Asked for another sandwich. She says all the bread is hard. Well it was so hard that I had to pull the bread with my teeth. The bread was just plain old. Got another sandwich. Also old. I ate the grilled sausage and left half the bread. Don't eat this.

Westhoff is perfect for a quick coffee or bite before catching a train! Everything is super reasonably priced, rich sandwiches for 4,25 and they don't charge extra for plantbased milk! There's a few vegan food options, I had a muhamarra sandwich and they also offered a falafel salad. Staff was a little bit indifferent.

My favorite place to work! Excellent facilities and friendly service, especially from the permanent team.

Always nice to come here. Pleasant service and delicious coffee. Stone's throw from station. Ordering bread or ordering a meal is all possible and therefore ideal if you come from work by train...just drop by Westhoff for one coffee and to pick up your order.

Food was okay, but I think it's RIDICULOUS that you have to pay to study here. I had just started eating and had my laptop open. I wasn't even studying and I was told that if I wanted to study I had to go to the other side of the cafe (the workplace), but I had to make a reservation first and pay 5 euros per hour! Should have gone to Starbucks!

A special cafe/deli right next to the Harlem train station. You can take coffee, pastries, sandwiches and things on the go. The quality of the food is very high. You can also sit down to work with a computer

It's very close to the train station, they have a place to sit and study with some price per hour basis (5€/hr includes unlimited tea/coffee). We had coffee and pan au chocolate. The taste is good. The price is cheaper compared to Amsterdam.

Great cappuccino, nice atmosphere good quality products. Perfect location, and a quiet place to work.

It s ok for a cappuccino take away, however it s not acceptable to serve croissants, breads and food in general, with hands, gloves or similar should be a must.

Die Zimtschnecken sind der HAMMER! Und guten Kaffee bekommt man hier auch.

The atmosphere of this cafe is great. Food is yummy and they have many bio options. The prices are reasonable and the staff is always willing to help. The only thing I didn't like is that you have to order at the counter and it's a bit self service.

Un posto accogliente dove trovi buon cibo di vario genere con un ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo. Si possono scegliere panini o piatti pronti che vengono scaldati sul posto. E per completare un cappuccino all’altezza delle aspettative di un italiano. 😄

Posto molto carino per pranzo veloce o merenda. Ben rifornito di panini, bibite e dolci. Si possono comprare alimenti precotti e chiedere di far scaldare. Cibo normale e ambiente accogliente

Lovely staff, lovely workspace!

When I sat outside facing the square with my coffee and laptop for more than an hour, I was asked to move inside to the (paid) coworking space. I don't blame the barista for this, she was polite and this is obviously the policy of the management, but it made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Like many posh/snobby cafes in Haarlem, they don’t allow laptops. People should consider this a coworking space with a takeaway counter attached rather than a "normal" cafe.

Goede koffie. De ruimte erachter heeft prachtige kunstboeken. Niet al te luxe ingericht lokaal, maar om een kop koffie te drinken voldoet het prima. De wc doet wat amateuristisch aan.

Beautiful food and coffee. Designated workspace area which you can pay €5 an hour to bring your laptop to work - decent internet (91 down and 50 up). With that you receive free coffees and teas and they start a tab for any food you’d like to buy. Perfect set up for working whilst traveling. They’ve also got a little deli in the corner so you can pick up healthy snacks/ lunches on the go. Plenty of pastries and sandwiches, a wine and beer selection. Great place!

Croissant was good, cappuccino was super delicious! Small suggestion: you could have one line for paying and another for getting the food. This way, there is no bottleneck on the process. Oh, thanks for the hot tap water in the toilet :)

Great spot for a quick lunch. I ordered the Falafel Sandwich and enjoyed every bite. Large fresh roll with tomato, rocket and small falafel balls which are a perfect size for a sandwich topped with a light Tahini like sauce. Large selection of drinks and packaged foods with large spaces to work, meet with friends or family or as a work group.

Goeie capuccino, aardig personeel, alleen heel erg koud binnen.. Ook met 2 graden staat hier de deur wagenwijd open. Dit is dan ook de reden dat ik voorlopig niet kom.
