A cute little Italian store with fast service and great pizza. Highly recommend the pizza and then take time to shop while you wait for the pizza.

We found it while searching because it was close to the location of the hotel, and it was worth what we found. The inside of the place is not very big, but the atmosphere is cute and sufficient. With the open kitchen concept, you can watch your pizzas being prepared. I ate burrata pizza. The dough was thin and the ingredients were fresh. It just seemed a little salty to me. This is to my taste. Of course, it might be related. When I added the salt, it became amazing. It's a place you'll want to go to again.

For me this is one of the few rare places that have very good thin pizza dough, and they remain exactly the same over the years. Recommending picante, and don’t forget the no.1 Tiramisu

Is it a restaurant? Is it a store? Whatever it is it serves amazing food. Amazing smiling people, turning out fantastic pizzas, salads and pastas. Inside a quiet Street, beautiful lady at counter and an amazing chef at the oven. Loved it.

Very good Roman pizza, Daniel, the owner chef worked in Italy and learned well, inside the restaurant you can buy typical Italian quality products. If you are passionate about light and crunchy pizza, go and visit them. Super recommended

I ate the Piccante Pizza, not as hot(spicy) as I expected but still it was really good! Also THE BEST tiramisu I ever had♥️

Excellent pizza, tiramisu and cheesecake taste like heaven.

We ordered the pizza and tiramisu named after the shop. The pizza was delicious and the ingredients used were of high quality. I would come here again just for this pizza. I don't rate the tiramisu at all because I don't think it was a tiramisu. I ate a tiramisu with chocolate chips on it for the first time, unfortunately it was very mediocre. The service could have been a little better, they could have been more friendly. There is seating inside, but only high stools. If you're looking for a very comfortable place, this is not the place. There is no toilet in the venue.

Do you really want to eat pizza in Amsterdam…. You should come here without thinking. Don't think it's far from the main street, just endure a little walk and reach the wonderful taste waiting for you. Absolutely perfect. They make something amazing in their own special bakery. Our favorite is quattro formaggi and il sogno… The staff all do a great job together….

Today I ate a delicious pizza special and then spoiled myself with a Dubai chocolate pistachio ice cream that was really delicious. The lovely lady behind the counter spoke to me straight away.

Delicious oven-fired pizza quick! The Tartufo Bianca and Il Sogno pictured were both excellent choices, rich and bright respectively, and fresh.

Very delicious pizzas. Delicious ice cream and desserts. There is no beer. They serve quickly and friendly. It is a pizzeria with few tables, stool seats, without backrests, not very comfortable.

Very good pizza and delicious tiramisu to take away or eat there. The only sad thing is that they cannot serve alcohol ( but you can buy Italian wine )

Pizzas con una masa fina increible, productos de calidad en sus ingredientes, pedimos puttanesca que para mi fue la preferida, otra de jamón York con champis que igual de buena y la 4 quesos. La verdad muy recomendable. Hay pocas mesas pero tuvimos suerte de sentarnos. El único pero es q tardaron bastante pero sirve para descansar de las caminatas por Amsterdam ambientado con música muy agradable.

The pizza was super tasty, thin and crispy. The taste is really outstanding, the tomato sauce is reminiscent of Italy ;) The service was extremely friendly and accommodating, we received a warm welcome with our dogs. Clear recommendation :)

There are delicious pizzas here and a large selection. The service was very nice. What we also found particularly positive was that you are not allowed to drink alcohol in the restaurant, you can only take it with you. The prices were a bit high, but that is also due to the general prices in Amsterdam. A visit is recommended! If the weather is good you can also sit outside.

We were looking for Italian food and got sent here with the claim they had pasta . We did NOT want pizza. Arrived and it's a pizza place . We were rain wet and tired from a long day outside so decided to have pizza. Best choice we could have made.Excellent pizza ,cool place and nice people ! Top two pizza we have ever had.

while i was looking for order i asked menu and cashier become angry. Than i asked for help cz i didnt understand ingredients and he said margarita, etc and he was not kind. i asked him to be calm and he said “i am trying to help”. i replied u are not helping me u are just angry. Anyway pizza was nice thin and delicious. Service lady was so kind.

What a fantastic experience! We were greeted and treated excellently by the staff (Dermot at the counter was brilliant), the tunes playing were great, and the food was fresh and authentic - absolutely incredible. We had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend it.

One of the best pizzas I've ever had. Really surprised at how tasty it was. When the pizza arrived I asked the waiter for some mayonnaise and he said, for the pizza? No. But he was right, it really did not need a sauce. Would 100% recommend. Lovely desserts also but it was all about the pizza for sure. The staff were lovely and the food to match.

We walked in randomly off the street. I was hungry and the restaurant smelled great and wasn't too busy. We ordered paninis to go and oh my goodness they were so delicious. This is amazing Italian food and we highly recommend. We will definitely come back when we are in town next.

I had a disappointing experience here. The host was unwelcoming and rude when answering our questions, giving the impression that they were tired of dealing with tourists. Additionally, despite the restaurant showcasing alcohol, they did not serve us any. This might be a personal preference, but it significantly affected our experience. I would not recommend this place.

Sandwich, Pizza, Cannoli oh my!! One of the best sandwiches I have had. It had the perfect amount of pesto to mozzarella then a balsamic glaze drizzle, perfection. The Cannolis and pizza were authentic Italian staples and were executed perfectly. #GoogleGal

Fantastic, fresh pizza for only 13 euros! Truly spectacular Italian restaurant in a very central part of Amsterdam. They have a few little tables & we sat outside, but it seems many people do takeaway as well. We are only here for two more nights but we might need to come back to Il Sogno for another dinner. Such a great place!

We had lunch at Il Sogno and ordered the Burrata pizza, which looked like a great option. The crust was excellent, and the whole pizza was flavorful and light. We noticed the Panini being prepared, and it looked great, so we returned an hour later to try it. Again, the dough was amazing. Danielle was so helpful and welcoming. We'll definitely be back.

Pizza is average but the worst is who takes your order and possibly serves you - quite upsetting for a dinner out. Location is also pretty bad, small hot place with a ridiculous terrace in the middle of the bike parking

I've been pondering whether I should give 4 or 5 stars. Eventually, I gave 5 because the pizza was perfect. But the guy behind the counter who took the order was really not nice at first. Honestly, we almost walked out after the way he talked to us, but we're glad we stayed. The guys making the pizza were very friendly and seemed professional. The pizza itself was one of the better ones I've had in Amsterdam. Thin crust, good balance between the sauce and the amount of cheese and high-quality ingredients.

Super good! I had the burrata pizza. They were friendly and service was good. The tiramisu was not very good. But the pizza, oh my god, so good.

One of the best pizzas I've eaten!

We went with a group of 10 friends. Frankly speaking, we placed our orders because we were afraid that the orders would arrive late and intermittently, as the shop and the bakery seemed a little small to us. Contrary to our fears, all the pizzas arrived after not too long. Thin crust pizzas are delicious and satisfying. I would recommend.

Very very good pizza in Amsterdam. Nice people and delicious food. Gelato is amazing, pizza is lekker, tiramisu is not the best but definitely worth to try it out.

Lazy staff. My mother and I were hungry and arrived at 21:25 ready to make a take away order. Unfortunately the cashier was kick to inform us that the kitchen was closed. This was 35 minutes before the establishment should be closed. If this was 5-10 minutes before the restaurant is closed I would understand, but most definitely not 35 minutes before.

Delicious pizza and kind staff. We are Americans on vacation with our three children. We mentioned that our child on the autism spectrum was having a hard time being out of his routine and the staff allowed us to give him his comfort food (from a nearby grocery store) while we waited for our pizzas. The staff was so kind to our family, providing some delicious cannolis at the end of our meal. They even invited us to return. We ordered a four cheese pizza and a burrata pizza. Both were tasty. Thank you, Il Sogno, for a lovely meal and your hospitality.

The pizzas were delicious, especially because we like thin crusts and these were ideal for us. We had the burrata pizza and toscana pizza and they were both delicious. Even better than expected. Moreover, very friendly and fast service! Highly recommended!
