Amsterdam has many Italian pizzerias, but this is a historic and centrally located Italian restaurant. The service is very fast and polite, and the price/performance ratio is excellent. But I especially loved the dough and the quality of the toppings on the pizza. It was thin and served piping hot. Although it was quite a satisfying size, I could have ordered another one because it was so delicious I finished it quickly. However, I continued with the homemade tiramisu, which was also very good. I tried the rosé wine (Italian) on the waiter's recommendation, and it was delicious. Also, as a Parisian, I know the difference between touristy and local places. I felt that this place was predominantly local in terms of its clientele. I would definitely visit this place first if I come back to Amsterdam.

Probably the best pizza in town. Atmosphere is great. I ordered Margherita with burrata cheese. It was delicious. Service was perfect. If you're looking for a real napolitan pizza this is the place.

We came as four Turks and realized that all the customers were Turkish as well. The staff member was a big fan of Sinop and treated us incredibly well. Delicious pizza! We had the Margherita twice. €13-14 for a Margherita isn't exactly a bargain, but considering the size and prices in Amsterdam, it's still acceptable. The waiter was funny, cheerful, and radiated joy throughout the pizzeria—we felt right at home! We could even watch the dough being made by hand with meticulous precision—we'd definitely come back! :)

A place with delicious, high-quality pizzas

We were going to the opera in the evening, so we wanted to get something to eat before we went. We ate at this pizzeria, and we don't regret it at all. The pizzas were delicious, with a slightly crispy crust and all the toppings you could want. We also had a birthday party, and the waiter handled it perfectly. He kept surprising us with things like a lovely dessert pizza, tiramisu, jokes, comments, and congratulations. We would definitely go back and highly recommend this place to others. Top location!

Usually as good as it get but got seriously disappointed with the amount of toppings recently… As in… left hungry, even the amount of cheese felt like it ended up in a pizza by accident, im sure there are standards regarding this at beppe and im sure they were not met. Sad … Order came fast though, maybe because there was not much to cook after all :(

I have been here on 8th of November. Although I was a loyal customer of pizza beppe at west location. That place absolutely frustrated me, pizza was 18 euros, had literally 2 pieces of salami, 3 olives and some cheese on one side of the pizza, while other half was just covered with a millimeter of cheese and reminder more of a chips than pizza…. Do not recommend…

The restaurant is right in the city center, yet quite quiet, located on a side street. We received a very warm welcome and excellent service. Despite the large number of guests, our order arrived incredibly quickly, and the food was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back on our next visit to Amsterdam!

First of all, dog friendly, +1000 points for that. 🐶 But when the food is also amazing, is just the perfect match. The service was incredible, everyone super nice and with the best recommendations. The truffle honey pizza with the extra burrata was the winner of the night. And the tiramisu was so good we didn’t took pictures. Thank you so much!!

We went there for dinner as a group of three. Even though it was quite crowded, we got a table after a short wait. The staff were extremely friendly, fun and attentive. The service was quick. We ordered the Focaccia Deluxe, Burrata, and Margherita Extra — everything was delicious. The place also has a really nice atmosphere.

We did a pit stop here on our way from a bar to a club. Even though it was close to their 10pm closing time, they served a good peperoni pizza and drinks. Service was a bit messy but it was almost closing time on a Friday night.

Excellent pizza! Unfortunately, we had a table in the entrance area – next to the trash cans. There was constant glass breaking and dishes clattering, as we were practically sitting behind the bar, where drinks are prepared, the glasswasher is running, desserts are being prepared… The entrance door doesn't close properly, which is a real draft in cold weather. In the restaurant's own interest, it shouldn't have been given away this table, but rather used it as a waiting area. Despite making a reservation, we had to wait outside in the rain and cold. Desserts arrived very late, some didn't arrive at all…

A REALLY NICE PIZZA RESTAURANTT! Their tartufo is so niceeee and the burrata as well <3 if it’s sunny you better seat outside cause it have a really nice atmosphere!!

I was there two years ago and I still remember the feeling. I was resigned to the fact that they don't make good pizza outside of Italy. I decided to give this pizzeria a chance and I have to say that if I ever return to Amsterdam, I have to try their pizza at least once again. It's delicious, not frozen, and made with top-notch ingredients. I spent €20 for a black truffle pizza, which would be the same price in Italy, maybe two euros less. Go there and I guarantee you it's a spectacle.

The food was delicious, especially the pizza, which made me feel like I was in Italy. But my co-worker, Jacopo, is an incredible person. He took such good care of us, especially my grandmother. I thank him so much.

When we entered the restaurant there was an overall burning smell. After receiving the pizza’s we understood why, because the dough was delivered with a burned after taste. The crust was black and underneath the pizza dough it was overall burned. Looking at the pizza baker, he was on his phone a lot and used the same bare hands to grab the meat and at the same time make the vegan pizza. I don’t know what’s worse, the meat and vegan combination with bare hands or the phone use. On the plus side the staff was friendly but to be honest this concept is only fixated on tourists, they know that their costumers won’t come for a second time. If this was depending on locals it wouldn’t last a month. Just a genuine advice, poor less oil on the pizza when it exists the oven en poor the oil on the hinge of the kitchen door to stop the creaking sound. You’re welcome.

I arrived on a rainy Thursday without a reservation with some friends, and it was packed. We had to wait for a free table, but it was worth it. I ordered a delicious mushroom and prosciutto pizza. The place is cozy, although a bit small, with tables very close together, which makes it difficult for the waitresses to move around, which is somewhat annoying. The girl who served us was very friendly and attentive at all times, and it didn't take long to serve our dinner, despite all the tables being occupied.

Located in a small side alley off Kalverstraat. Small outdoor terrace with lovely seating. Plenty of seating on the upper floor. A very nice place with delicious food. Very friendly staff. We recommend the pizza burrata piccante (house tip) with extra Parma ham. It's truly amazing. 🥰 We will definitely be back.

Very good and large pizza. I really liked this one, freshly made with natural ingredients, and because the dough is thin but sturdy, it's not too filling, and the perfect size. Very friendly and helpful staff who speak several languages. I would definitely go back.
