Absolutely fantastic pizza; eating it transported us straight back to Naples. Super friendly staff who were happy to answer any questions. Certainly not a cheap treat, but you're in Amsterdam and the quality is simply outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here.

It was okay. The pizza was a bit greasy, and €8.25 for a glass of wine is quite expensive. Tables were 10 cm apart, and the service wasn't exactly friendly. Not terrible, but I wouldn't go back.

This place is undoubtedly the best pizza spot in Amsterdam. During my visit, I tried their classic Margherita pizza, and every aspect—crust, flavor, and texture was simply perfect. For dessert, I indulged in their heavenly Tiramisu, which was an absolute must-try. If you’re living or visiting Amsterdam, this place is highly recommended. Since I had a reservation, I didn’t have to wait for a table.

The pizzas are very good, but you need to come dressed in ski gear! It must be 12 or 13 degrees Celsius in the dining room. One couple couldn't even finish their meal, and I quickly finished so I could leave before I caught a cold. Please pay for the heating! Thank you

Everything was great until we had a small conflict with the waiter because we were charged for the shots that were theoretically on the house and we had to keep them, but they still ended up treating us to a shot.

Excellent Italian pizza in Amsterdam. Served by very attentive and friendly Italians.

Friendly staff, spoke English well. Atmosphere a bit noisy (Italian). Pizzas were served quickly and were Italian style. The price is on the high side for what you get. We went there on a 20 people group and it was planned well by the staff. They also have tables outside with heaters, nice to have drinks.

The best pizza I've ever had in Amsterdam!

We were craving pasta and while wandering around Amsterdam I saw this place. We walked in at 3:15 PM, and even though they opened at 4 PM, they still seated us. This gesture immediately made us feel at home. Antonio is incredibly kind and hospitable, typical of southern Italians. The pizza and pasta, along with the croquettes, were delicious, made with quality ingredients. I was truly impressed and will be back as soon as possible.

Parmigiana pizza with extra sausage, as recommended by the pleasant waiter. Quite possibly the best pizza i have ever tasted. Incredible composition. Every ingredient (even the eggplant!) cooked to perfection.

Everything was great except the knives. It’s not possible to cut your pizza with butter knife! We asked them for a different knife and they didn’t have any. I don’t think if we are the only ones having trouble cutting the pizza though. Please change your knives!

Good pizza, excellent service only the atmosphere is very Amsterdam city center and could benefit from a uplift.

Despite having a reservation, upon arrival we were immediately told that we could only stay at the table for one hour. We felt rushed through our meal, and as soon as we finished eating, the staff's looks and gestures made it clear we should pay and leave quickly. The pizza was good but very expensive. The atmosphere was mediocre, a small room with many tables, and it was very noisy. I wouldn't go there again.

It's a good pizza, the dough is good, they know how to make it, but the ingredients they use aren't high-quality. That touch of extra flavor, that quality of ingredients, is unfortunately absent. But it's not bad either. The atmosphere is noisy and cramped, we had a reservation but were told to be up in an hour. Of course, we weren't going to sit around for hours, so we were going to eat pizza and leave, and we actually left in 40 minutes, but this attitude is not good. I'm probably going to eat two pizzas, which I would if I wanted to. You don't sit and spend hours at a pizzeria anyway. This wasn't nice. The service was fast. While the pizza was good, it didn't have any special flavor, so I'm deducting two points for the service, ambiance, and the "get up if you're done" attitude.

We waited 45 minutes after ordering. We were simply forgotten. Our drinks were already gone from waiting. The food arrived cold, and my tuna was only added after it had been cooked because they forgot it. There was no attempt at even an apology. Never again.

I would strongly advise against ordering through Uber Eats. I waited over two hours for my pizza, even though the initial delivery estimate was only 45–55 minutes. The time just kept increasing with no updates or accountability. There’s also no real way to contact customer support for help or compensation — the only option is to cancel your order, which makes no sense when you’re already waiting hungry. Very disappointing experience.

A gem in the center of Amsterdam, going to Mangia has become a weekly must. Every time I eat their pizza, I feel right at home. Antonio and his team are super friendly and welcoming. If you're in Amsterdam, you absolutely have to go.

Very good Neapolitan-style pizza. Slow-fermented and properly cooked (not burnt) dough. Quality ingredients, fast service. Sorry for the few who didn't like it. As for the prices, it's Amsterdam... everything is more expensive than in Paris or Rome. So, with a €20 main course, the pizzas are good value for money compared to the norm here.

Regular Napoli pizza + eggplant and tomato pottery, also regular, like soup. The bill is around 170 riyals, expensive for food that doesn't contain any protein.

Best pizza I've had. Only thing that could be improved would be for the filling to go closer to the edge of the pizza, but tasted fantastic. Lots of options and happy to change things to your taste. Well worth visiting. Excellent house wines.

Last Friday night we had a reservation at Mangia. The food was absolutely delicious, from the toppings to the crust. We decided to share two pizzas. We arrived half an hour early, but that wasn't a problem. We were lucky that a few tables on the patio opened up just as the weather was beautiful. The patio is tiny, so you really have to sit on each other's laps, and the plates don't fit on the table, making cutting almost impossible. So, every now and then, a friend and I had to lift our plates for each other so the other could cut the pizza. The restroom was dirty and smelly, so much so that you could smell it in the lower part of the restaurant, which was quite unpleasant when you're eating there.

Overpriced and undercooked pizzas.

Extremely overpriced pizzas. €24 for one, even if it's a simple 4-cheese pizza. We found them good, but the prices are a bit much. A 1L bottle of water cost €5.90 when it wasn't even listed on the menu. The prices are far too exorbitant for a restaurant located far from the center of Amsterdam, which doesn't justify the price. If you want a pizza, you'll find very good ones elsewhere for €10 less. And it's a good thing we were French and the people next to us weren't, because the tables were very tightly packed, and we could hear our neighbors' conversations.

You also feld like you are in Italy because almost everyone talked Italian including the some customers. Good experience to us. Another advice, if can reserve a table. We are lucky that that moment we were there, it just not yet through dinner time. More people means good food.

My boyfriend and I were actually on our way to eat at a different place, when we walked past and saw the amazing pizzas. We decided to change our plans, and were very happy we dit. The fried pizza dough with cacio e pepe was great and the pizza tasted amazing. The waiter was a typical Italian, made us feel right at home. Definitely recommend! (We only took one foto, because where the pizza arrived wanting to eat was the only thing on our minds 😉)
