illy Caffè in Burgwallen-Nieuwe Zijde

I came for BF here and selected the panini with Mozzarella and pisto it was tasty and black off. The service was fast and friendly and reasonable price. Only thing some pp were so loudly and the place is bit small.

The coffee was nothing special, good for being outside of Italy, perhaps a little burnt. The cappuccino was top notch! The desserts were absolutely terrible because the apple pie was half raw and cold and they didn't want to reheat it, not to mention the cheesecake was a block of ice. As for the service, it could be improved; the girl forgot half of it. The place is nice and clean.

Rat $ hire more staff, it was just the guy doing everything. He served, charged for the coffee, and brought it to your table. Delicious and expensive.

While exploring Amsterdam, we stopped by for a refreshing drink and coffee. Illy is already a successful brand. We stopped by here while waiting in line before our canal boat tour. The prices were reasonable, the staff was friendly, and the restrooms were clean.

One of the best places for coffee with this amazing view. The guys there are very helpful and respectful. They also sell coffee beans from the same company, Illy, and the famous one is not known. Their prices are reasonable for the quality of their coffee.

I had a great experience at Illy in Dam Square! The coffee was top-quality – rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed. Prices were also very reasonable for the area. I even bought a pack of espresso for home for just €8.50. Highly recommended for both a quick coffee break and coffee lovers looking to bring some Illy magic home!

The coffee is expensive. A cappuccino, which is no more than a double espresso, costs €5. It's not particularly cozy either, and the employees were rather irritable. The brownie was super sweet but delicious. But I could barely finish the whole piece because it was so rich.

I had a good experience for my first time here, the coffee is very good, I ordered a cappuccino, the prices are Dutch and average, especially considering we are right in the central area in front of Amsterdam central station. The staff was very friendly and helpful I even got a second discounted coffee. For being in Amsterdam it is a great coffee. 5 stars deserved to all the staff and I will definitely be back🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Best coffee in town. Even if i have illy from other cafes, its not the same. The cafe is close to central station. The prices is a bit more compared to the other cafes like a small cappuccino would be 4.5 euro which you can get elsewhere at 3-3.5 euro. Its a self service. A bit surprising for me when there was a an option to pay tip 😅 There is also a tips jug. I am curious why this cafe is so much promoting paying tips while tipping is not so common in Amsterdam

Excellent coffee and a croissant with butter and marmalade served with an exquisite friendly smile by a very good staff.

I ordered a cappuccino and an americano. I was charged more than the actual amount and was also not provided a receipt. When I returned to inquire, the cashier claimed that I had selected the tip. However, I had simply tapped my card at the final screen without selecting any tip. The excess amount was eventually refunded in cash. But I find it concerning that a tip was added without my consent and no receipt was issued. This is not the level of transparency expected from an international brand.

The coffee here is rough. Maybe there's something about maintaining the coffee machine, incredibly bitter. The place looks clean and well taken care of and the staff is cordial. I should have chosen something different than coffee but it says Caffe in the name of the place.

A nice coffee shop in the heart of Amsterdam. Located just across the central train station. The place is small and cozy. The service was quick and excellent. The freddo cappuccino was really good although it's a bit small for me I had to order it twice. It's the place to go if you're looking for authentic Italian coffee in Amsterdam or anywhere in the world since it's a famous coffee brand and franchise.

Coffee is decent what you expect else at Illy but a cozy place. Quentin was very polite and nice. Good stop in the Amsterdam traffic. Cortado was good.

This is a very nice little cafe, right by Centraal Station which has fair prices and decent coffee. I will definitely be returning to this cafe the next time I'm in the city.
