Worst service I have ever received in my entire life. Order placed at 11:30 p.m., it’s 1:30 a.m. and I still haven’t received anything. I managed to get the “restaurant” on the phone at 00:30 and they confirmed that the order would arrive in less than 20m. After that and more than 10 calls with no answer I give up. Really to do

The order I made on 08.12.2024 at 01.30 arrived ice cold after about 1.5 hours and it was an ice cold pizza made by our master who has nothing to do with the pizza I ordered. I know it was never his fault, I hope I didn't embarrass him either. As a result, I hope the friends who order read my comment and decide accordingly. Tiramisu and potatoes are included in my order, but what they received It's just a pizza made according to our master's wishes.

Baguette arrived burnt, drinks were not received and the pasta did not look good and order arrived late. I could sleep better when I was hungry.

Perfect place between home and venue for a 4 am kapsalon. Good banter while waiting and loaded our kapsalon with all the toppings

Order food here very often, unfortunately yesterday it turned out to be closed due to a malfunction after I ordered. Resolved very nicely, the next day we received extra chicken and a free drink. Top business!

21.03 I really love this place, I am not the first time here and enjoy the food of Turkish cuisine. There's a wide selection here and it's close to home. If I were you, I would definitely not order from here, they are customer unfriendly, you get rubbish for food and they cannot properly speak to you like you do when you are an entrepreneur. Trust me, you would rather pay 20 euros more than eat at this place.

I want to thank Isola Bella I was very sick my family order the bolonhesa pasta in a Way to try make me eat something 🌟🌟 they brought the pasta very fast and it was delicious 🤗 the best bolonhesa pasta ,thanks a lot and definitely I will be a usual costumer 🥰🥰. Muito obrigada 🇧🇷

These are disgustingly limp fries, the food is dripping in the sauce. I don't often call food dirty, but in this case I really wonder how far you can go with the failure of a customer's preparation, really DIRTY almost certainly not recommended.

Don't eat here!!! Kitchen looks so dirty! The food was so bad I literally took 1 bite and threw the pizza away. Even if you want to get food poisoning, you have to eat here. You'd rather sleep hungry than eat here, believe me

Ordered via Uber eats. They indicated that the food was ready for pick up. When I got there, everything was still closed. They just stole money. 👏👏

Order took a long time after which I called and was told that they did not know about my order I ended up WALKING to their store myself even though everything had already been paid via iDeal. Stupid people who work there who cannot even speak proper Dutch, besides that they are simply BRUTAL.

They are dirty cancer mongols. Ordered food at 10:30 PM and it didn't arrive until 1:00 AM. The food was heavily frozen and the delivery person still dared to laugh stupidly and say “haha, a little on time?” Just close this place people

The tastiest pizza and pasta ever.

I ordered here and had to wait 2 hours like other reviews. Most positive reviews probably come from friends, because no one would want to promote a company like this so much in the reviews. I really don't recommend it, it wasn't worth the wait at all for me. Furthermore, the company is also not reachable by telephone (I called 4 times and was not answered). I also only live 5 minutes by scooter from there, so there is no reason why I had to wait 2 hours. It doesn't really matter how the food tasted (it wasn't bad; a six), because after 2 hours of waiting hungry, everything will taste good. This was my first time ordering here and also my last. Bad place, there are other options that deliver quickly, tasty and hot. Isola Bella really gets a 1 from me and I don't recommend it at all.

Originele Italiaanse pizza. Vers met de hand gemaakt. Heerlijk om te eten. Persoonlijk veel en veel beter dan newyork pizza of domino’s wil je de beste pizza bestel dan bij isola Belle italia

Dit is de beste pizza 🍕 die ik ooit heb gegeten. Lekker, vers , handgemaakt en vol van smaak, ik kom zeker bij jouw restaurant terug .

Beste pizza’s van Rotterdam, eigenaar zeer vriendelijk, en bestellingen altijd op tijd en warm. Geen slappe pizza’s maar gewoon echt de juiste hoeveelheel tomatensaus kaas, en ingrediënten.

They have the best Norma pasta in Rotterdam (napolitan sauce and eggplant) and the delivery timing is great! The only problem is that usually the packaging is not very nice so you always receive the order with some leaking sauce. The prices are quite good and the food is really good quality.

There is a true italian pizza place in rotterdam and it is called Isola Bella with their traditional recipes. I appreciate the place, their pizza and the italian owner and pizzaiolo. Usually opened until 2am but because of covid19 only until 1am for now. Delicious pizzas/calzones/pastas and many vegetarian options (you can call and ask for the new vegetarian pizzas as I believe they are not included in the website menu). You will not regreat ordering from Isola Bella! Eet smakelijk!

Today I ordered my first pizza from this place and it was great!! A truly delicious Italian pizza with fresh ingredients! Also the delivery guy was a sweetheart!! I can only recommend!

Echte originele Italiaanse verse pizza's afhalen €5 per stuk .... En jaren al niet zo'n lekkere pizza gegeten. Ik wilde bijna de doos ook opeten ;) Ik kom daar zeker snel weer terug !!!

Uiteindelijk klacht alsnog heel netjes afgehandeld. Pizza's erg lekker.

Bezorging duurde ruim 1 uur. Dit is een prima levertijd als er een lekkere pizza tegenover staat. Echter, de pizza's waren beide niet lekker en we kregen ook nog eens een verkeerde pizza (vegetarisch ipv pepperoni..). Nadat wij allebei de helft van de pizza op hadden zijn we gestopt en zitten nu met buikpijn op de bank. De pizza margarita was letterlijk een grote hoop kaas met een minuscuul beetje tomatensaus. Korsten waren ook keihard en niet te eten. Laat je niet misleiden door de naam van deze toko, het heeft letterlijk niets te maken met Italië.

Heerlijke pizza en echt totaal niet duur. De eigenaren zijn ook hartstikke vriendelijk.
