Trattoria La Borsa in Rotterdam Centrum

Ze zijn van eigenaar veranderd en dat is wel te merken ging voor de lasagne en de laaste 2× was deze echt minder niet meer wat het geweest is dat,vind ik echt jammer

Als je slechte service geen probleem vindt en liever niet klaagt als je niet serieus wordt genomen, dan is La Borsa ‘the place to be’. Toen we vroegen om een nieuwe cola met prik, werd deze demonstratief voor onze neus overgegoten – met als gevolg een tafel onder de cola. Toen we hier iets van zeiden, liep de medewerker kwaad weg. Als dit de manier is waarop de eigenaar zijn gasten bedient, is het misschien tijd om ermee te stoppen.

Wijn stond voor €27,50 op de kaart, maar de eigenaar rekende €40. Hij toverde een kaart tevoorschijn waar dat idd opstond, maar toen wij een andere kaart lieten zien met de lagere prijs , zei hij dat wij moeten begrijpen dat die wijn niet voor minder verkocht kon worden. Bij 2 flessen tikt dat best aan. Rinduit onbeschoft. Lekker gegeten maar erg trage bediening, tafels dicht op elkaar, koude plaatsen aan het raam. Al met al geen aanrader. Niet bezoeken.

As an Italian I do not really go to Italian restaurants abroad. However I already been here 3 times and everything was absolutely perfect! The service is warm, fast and friendly. The food is exquisite! There are many options for omnivores and vegetarian. They have the best bruschette ever, and their vegetarian lasagna is over the top! Recommend this place truly!

We already made a reservation by telephone 2 months ago for today for 6 people at 3 p.m We called at 2:55 PM to say that we would be 10 minutes later and that was no problem. Nice restaurant in the center of Rotterdam. Atmosphere was mediocre (lots of tables crammed into one room) but the food was good and the staff very helpful.

We went to eat at noon. We had the opportunity to eat on the terrace and it was luxurious. They were quick with the drink and food. The dishes are generous. In terms of food, we ordered a calzone and it had foods not indicated on the menu (ask before ordering it!). Despite this, everything was very good.

The restaurant is very well located near the city center. The personnel were very kind, and they all spoke English as well. We ordered Americano pizza, which had a bunch of fries on top, and of course, you can add ketchup and mayonnaise to it, exceptionally;)

Went today at 4:45 pm. Wasn't busy, but afterwards it became busier, you can sit inside and outside, we sat outside in nice weather. Close to metro station stock exchange in Rotterdam. I had funghi pizza and my sister had vegetarian lasagna. Pizza was tasty, dough was thin, and enough mushrooms etc on it. My sister also really liked her food and everything was served hot. We waited 12 minutes for the food, which is a perfect time! Service was decent, looked clean. 1 pizza funghi 1 lasagna vegetarian 2 spa blue 1 tonic lemon Paid a total of 40 euros for it. Unfortunately, on the expensive side.

We gingen hier na lange tijd weer eens heen om de traditionele Fettuccini de la Mamma te eten. Deze was nog steeds lekker maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd. € 6,00 voor een (half) glas wijn en weinig privacy vanwege vooral binnen de tafels vlak naast elkaar. Eigenaar Luciano was vroeger een gezellige vent maar nu maakt hij een overspannen indruk door tegen gasten te schreeuwen als hem iets niet bevalt.

We eat at La Borsa about once every 4 weeks, no, it is not a fancy restaurant, but it is a no-nonsense restaurant where you can eat very tastefully, we have eaten various dishes and this is just good! Employees are friendly. The price/quality ratio is very good. La Borsa is easily accessible by metro, trade fair/line railway exit. Highly recommended for a tasty meal at an affordable price on the Coolsingel

Hospitality is sought in vain here. As a paying guest you want to use the toilet and you are denied it. And I always thought the Italians were some of the most hospitable. Probably thought wrong. We then went somewhere else with 6 people, where you are also welcome.

The bruschetta was soaked in oil, we asked for the bill and the owner said I ate too much of mine and only took one of the two off the bill.

Cozy restaurant, Italian flair, nice service. Spaghetti frutti di mare, was a large portion and very good €16.50. I felt good and ate well. I can recommend it

The owner was very rude. Spoke Italian thinking that I do not understand the language, said rude things. When I tried to go to the bathroom, said that I cannot go with my bag and told me to leave it on the table. After I came back to my table, still was rude taking our order, hence, we decided to leave. He then wanted to charge me for using the bathroom and he wanted me to pay cash when I tried to pay by card. Cannot say anything about food but if you want to have a good service and spend nice time with friends and family having a casual meal, I would not recommend it. 0 star service.

Extremely unfriendly, never again

Owner Luciano Benfatto is almost always present and his hospitality is of course good. A fine business and a real Italian restaurant for years. We were with a group, but no problem, we felt wanted and the food and wine were fantastic again. Fantastic view of the city, pleasantly busy. Until next time.

Delicious and authentic Italian food in Rotterdam. If you want food other than fries accompanied by something in Rotterdam, I recommend this restaurant. Real Italian food, not what they sell you as Italian in other places and it's not worth a cent.

Excellent pizzas, served quickly. Table arrangement in long rows is somewhat strange, close together, little privacy, probably mainly intended to maximize the number of tables, not conducive to the atmosphere. This pasta restaurant provided the worst pasta I've ever had. They served plain boiled pasta with cheese on top, reminiscent of a makeshift dish my grandma used to make when she lacked ingredients. We ordered pasta and cannelloni. Everything was on top, it was brought very quickly, even though there was a full landing. After the meal we ordered hot chocolate with whipped cream. It turned out they were sour. Nevertheless, everything was very tasty!

The food is not delicious not worth to buy

Pizza’s waren lekker alleen het deeg kon iets beter of iets langer gebakken worden. Service heel vriendelijk, hulpvaardig en hardwerkend. Met mooi weer hebben ze ook een terras waar je kan zitten, en primitivo wijn is daar heerlijk! Gelijk een flesje waard!!!

I had high expectations for this restaurant, as it's one of my little sister's favorite places in Rotterdam. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. I ordered the lobster pasta with linguini and a special sauce, but it didn't match my expectations. The lobster was not whole but mixed into a creamy sauce, resembling more of a paste with excessive oil. I barely managed to eat it. My brother-in-law had the chicken fillet, but he too was unimpressed as it was undercooked. On the other hand, my two younger sisters enjoyed their meals. In the end, I requested some bread as I was still hungry. The service was less than average

При посадка всего лишь 7 столов, я ждала на официантку 20 минут! Так же у людей которые пришли после меня заказ приняли раньше, потому что они были внутри, а я снаружи. Так же она была не слишком приветлива( возможно выдался плохой день). Паста вкусная

Inmiddels 30 jaar op deze iconische plek aan de Coolsingel in Rotterdam. Een echte ouderwetse Italiaan. In de meest positieve zin van het woord. Vriendelijke ontvangst en uitgeleide door de eigenaar en al even vriendelijke en attente bediening. En dat allemaal deels in het Italiaans, zoals serveerster, keuken en eigenaar ook met elkaar communiceren. We aten een lekkere, eenvoudige Insalata Burrata en carpaccio vooraf. Niks op aan te merken. De pizza capricciosa en frutti di mare (met verse zeevrachten!) smaakten ook prima, evenals de begeleidende huiswijn (wit en rood). De ijsjes toe waren oké, maar niks bijzonders. We hadden wellicht beter een tiramisu kunnen bestellen. En, bestel vooral vooraf even wat brood met kruidenboter; het brood is echt lekker en smeuïg. Per saldo: goed ontvangen, alsof in Italië, en lekker gegeten en gedronken voor een nette prijs.

I have been so excited to visit the place, I waited for couple of days because they either closes early or completely off which I totally understand :) but when I decide to visit and am a solo traveler, I expected to be treated as respected as possible as am also paying money for what will I order, being asked to leave a table to sit in a loud voice “ maybe Italian culture” speaking to someone u have no idea how his culture is was sooo in appropriate:) I stayed for the food and definitely not the customer experience from a senior person. We are all important and am not here to justify who I am. His role is to speak properly and calmly, I do not need to justify his culture, he should please me and point on things differently :), other staff were amazing. Had to say my humble opinion 😉. In my part of the world, am paying and I should be respected. Cheers. Do not think paying Around 50 euros is nothing to them.

Netter kleiner Italiener im Zentrum direkt an der Börse. Pasta schmeckte etwas fade, sonst passte alles.

Hatten hier Getränke und ein Dessert. Gute Aussenterrasse zum sitzen bei schönem Wetter. Gut besucht. Kellnerin war nett,aber es dauerte bis die Bestellung aufgenommen wurde. Dessert (Panna Cotta) war lecker. Zu den anderen Gerichten kann ich nichts sagen. Portionen auf den anderen Tischen sahen aber optisch gut aus. Insgesamt aber gute und solide 3 Sterne.

Een aanrader, zeer lekker eten, vriendelijke bediening ...mij zie je zeker terug 👌👌👌
