Jefferson bar brasserie in Hoofddorppleinbuurt

The place is clean, but the service was slow. My food was good but not great. I had to wait, and finally said something about the length of time I was there....1.25 hours! They claim my order was lost.

In terms of location you would not expect to find such a great place. As soon as we entered it was very cozy. Good food and very many wines. Nice service.

Nice interior, but the staff prefers to chat at another table than to pay any attention to us. But left. Fortunately, there is a nice cafe/brasserie nearby. Just saw the reaction of the owner: "it is clear to me how this (really) happened". I think that is typical of this place and the culture there. Instead of apologizing that the service was substandard, you give a sneer to your customer! Really classy!

The atmosphere gets 4 stars because we were the only company there after half an hour. But the food and service more than made up for that. This place is in a strange location, but that doesn't matter.

Delicious with an Aperol Spritz and an Affligem white on the terrace. Finished off with a delicious mixed snack. The staff and owner are wonderful people.

Great lunch spot in that part of Amsterdam.

Locatie prima. Bediening super, diner perfect. Mooie wijnen! Ideaal voor een feestje.

Lekker gegeten, maar veel te kleine porties!

Aanrader! Wat een fijne plek om een besloten feest te organiseren! We hebben een geweldig feest gehad zaterdag. Tim denkt flexibel mee en de communicatie verliep vooraf en tijdens het feest heel prettig. Personeel ook sympathiek en enthousiast. Lekkere wijn maar ook een mooie keus aan 0% bier bijvoorbeeld. Harde muziek geen probleem. De locatie is op een van de weinige leuke stadse 'rafelrandjes' die Amsterdam nog heeft, gratis en ruim parkeren voor de deur, heel prettig dus voor vrienden die van buiten de stad kwamen. Maar ook los daarvan gewoon een goede sfeer; voor 30 mensen niet te groot, met 100 mensen niet te klein. Doen!

Good experience, limited availability of the displayed menu items, food sometimes lacking ingredients mentioned on the menu (“nasturtium”). Meats overall solid choice and so is the drinks selection.

Eten was prima prijs-kwaliteit, service kan wat beter. Ik vind de plek / sfeer beter passen voor goede lunch dan voor diner.

Goede sfeer. Wei ig gasten in grote ruimte. Uitstekende en vriendelijke service. Eten ok. Wijn goed: veel keus en per glas!

I've only been to Jefferson during private parties. However. The bar staff is exquisite. Super friendly. Always wanting to help. The food is great. They have always surprised me in the 3 or 4 times I've been. Small bites. But end of day you are full and satisfied. Would recommend.

Is een beetje hip restaurant met wat industriële uitstraling op een bedrijventerrein. De akoestiek is matig want hoge hal. Dus vrij hard geroezemoes. Het eten is qua kwaliteit/prijs verhouding gewoon goed. De bediening is vriendelijk en vlot.

Zeer geslaagde avond en heerlijk gegeten. Er zullen nog vele volgen.

Prima tent, goede kaart, personeel is vriendelijk en oplettend.

Ben hier op een besloten feest geweest en heb er helaas (nog) niet gegeten. Accommodatie is top voor een feest. Boven de bar, bijna als een god stond de dj in de lucht. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en gezellig en ze hebben veel ij-biertjes. Voor een feest in iedergeval een toplocatie, waar het ook nog eens gratis parkeren is.

Leuke plek voor besloten feestje (in het weekend als restaurant dicht is). Geen woningen in de buurt dus muziek kan flink hard!

Had the Steak Tartare and was pleasantly surprised! Will return!!

Leuke tent in dit industriële wijkje waar verder niet veel te doen is.

Wir wurden hier von einer jungen Dame sehr freundlich empfangen und bedient. Das Essen war köstlich, ein Kompliment an den Koch. Hier fühlten wir uns wohl und kommen gerne wieder.
