DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE!! You pay almost 25 euros for 2 bacon cheeseburgers. And what do you get? See the picture. I can't describe in normal words how disgusting this is!! And then you call and get a lame answer from the "manager": the grill is off and the bread was gone. Dude, you're a burger joint. No call or an "okay," which is nothing. You just don't get what you ordered at all?? The guy just wanted to go home, I think. There was no bacon on it either. I call this theft and I'm going to do everything I can to get my money back; this is criminal. And the most disgusting shit-eaten food I've ever seen. This place needs to be CLOSED!!!!!!!! DAMN IT!

Ordered 6 taco’s and found out that none of the taco’s had the signature cheese sauce in them. Gave a call and the comment I got was “we’re out of cheese sauce” and no other explanation… Never ordering here again.

I ordered tacos tonight. The unique cheese sauce was nowhere to be found. When I called, I was told, out of the sauce... Tip for next time: let customers know this in advance, so we know we don't have to order tacos.

Normally, when I'm having a bad day, nothing in this universe makes me happier than going to a delivery service and ordering three original tacos. As soon as they're delivered, the morale of all residents and visitors (because I have a great friend who visits me regularly just to taste this delicacy, and she even humbly asks that, as soon as possible, you open an O'Tacos store in Heerhugowaard) rises exponentially. A fortnight without at least one delivery from this establishment is a fortnight that wasn't worth it. Wanted an american style burger and wasn't disappointed, I enjoied it, it tasted particularly authentic and really liked the curly fries as well. Good quality/price overall and will come back

It takes way too long; you sometimes easily wait an hour and a half before it's even made. Ingredients are often forgotten on the burgers, and the buns are often soggy.

Order here if you're happy to wait 3 hours for your food and enjoy an incomplete order!

What a sad affair, I order 2 chicken burgers to pick up, when I get there those 2 yobs are more occupied with their phones and headphones than with me. I get my coke (without bag just loose, very handy) without anyone looking at me. The one who gave me my food did look at me. When I get home, it's 2 wraps...there were literally 2 orders in the kitchen, how can you screw that up? The curly fries were tough and fried together. And the wrap I got was really pitifully filled and completely soggy. 5 lettuce leaves, half a tomato slice and one and a half pieces of chicken. The only thing I liked was the coke. Worst spent 30 euros ever.

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd, after waiting more than 1.5 hours we called the place where our food was, then heard it was busy because of the fair. Tacos were warm, burnt, fries were limp and the sauce seemed to be one with the fries. In short, it is not possible to bunker, it is better to do something else with your money or make it yourself.

Sometimes the food is better than other times. I always leave a tip ready, but unfortunately the delivery people are always very grumpy and barely get a hello.

Ordered O'tacos via home delivery, what a night mare. Arrived cold once at 2230. With chemically fake cheese. No apologies or anything because it was already an hour and a half later.

I usually try their chicken burger and it’s one of the best in town with fresh bread and crispy chicken. Their potato wedges, curl fries and fried chicken taste fresh and crispy too. Really love their food

I got food poisoning from his medium cooked hamburger meat. The burger I had for dinner made me suffer from 3am to 10 am, I threw up 4 times, I had fever and chills. The only thing that would make me feel better is if they closed this place for life.

Picked up BBQ wrap, but there is no "Johnny's BQQ sauce" on it at all. I wonder what "BBQ" is about this. By the way, a large wrap with 2 pieces of chicken and just lettuce, onion and tomato. Onion rings as a side dish are generous.

Despite high expectations, my visit to Johnny's burger was a disappointing culinary descent. The burger, which should have been the star of the evening, looked more like a tasteless, rubbery disc wedged between a soggy, tasteless bun. The 'secret sauce' was nothing more than a mysterious, watery substance with the allure of an unwanted puddle on a plate. The lettuce was weaker than the staff's attitude, and the tomatoes were so pale they almost begged to be put back in the greenhouse. The fries seemed to be having an identity crisis; they couldn't decide whether they wanted to be limp or burned. The decor, with its fluorescent lighting and uninspired wall art, completed the desolate dining experience. All in all, I would rather eat a home-made peanut butter sandwich than return to this culinary disappointment.

Delicious burgers. Good meat and especially the turkey bacon is really great. Finally I can get a burger with bacon somewhere. The only downside I thought was that the delivery bikes could be better positioned. It would radiate more peace and be more inviting if this was neat. We will definitely come here again if we want a burger.

A fast food chain that is not inviting at all. Roller shutters are often half closed, there are always young people hanging around in front of the door with scooters that cause a lot of nuisance. Staff rush recklessly through the city, know no rules and are very aggressive. They are equipped with scarves and hoodies so as not to be recognized. In addition, there are a lot of complaints... often cold and long delivery times... do yourself a favor and walk a few meters further. There is a franchiser there who knows how to serve customers and welcome them. Johnny's Burgers 🍔 is more of a community center for rogue scooter boys.

Do not order here. The food is actually pretty good, I had ordered a couple of times. But today I found fricking staples INSIDE my burger ! I don’t even know how that can happen, office furniture is not supposed to be anywhere near food preparation. Makes me question the hygiene. Thuisbezorgd at least refunded me, but only for the price of the burger! For an incident that could have easily led me to the hospital if I hadn’t been lucky enough to see it ! I am very sad to say I will never order again, and whoever orders should inspect their food.

Took way too long! really had to wait 2 hours!!!! Fries were tough and limp with my dollo. The phone was answered by the Pope with hi. Mouse also arrived too late, all misery. Next time just order chicken house, much better.

Ordered food for 4 adults and 2 children. It would have been useful if the packaging had indicated what it was, but now we had to figure it out ourselves. A big plus is the fact that they have a vegan burger and the packaging did not contain plastic. The burgers were ok, nothing special. The delivery person comes to the door with the message that chocolate is gone, so here you have strawberry, which we still pay for..... The worst tent I have ever ordered from. It took more than 2 hours for the food to be delivered. Then the food was cold, we left it. Bought two burger menus via Social Deal. The burgers were okay, but the onion rings were burnt. Just really black and these were on the burgers and we had as a side dish. We went back with it.
