We usually like ordering from this place. However, today we ordered, and the food was simply too salty. When I called about it, the employee said, "If you hadn't eaten any of it, we could have exchanged it." So how am I supposed to know if it's salty or not? You've lost us forever. Food in the trash, and 30 euros out of pocket.

Delicious kapsalon with rice, among other things. Highly recommended. Large pieces of meat, both veal and chicken.

A rude employee wanted to have a heated discussion about an order that hadn't been delivered. He wanted to see the camera footage and told me I was lying. Disgusting man.

When it comes to ordering meals online I am selective. Anything that is "100% Halal" I prefer not to eat out of personal conviction. My household consists only of myself, so a minimum order amount of € 35.00 is above the budget I want to spend on 1 hot meal. Then the delivery costs of € 4.99 from Leiden <=> Katwijk is not what I want to see. Also when I look at the ratings I am not enthusiastic

Ordered dinner last night and got seriously ill a few hours later. Obviously food poisoning. I let them know via Thuisbezorgd and even via a second message, but unfortunately no response. I think that's very bad. I won't order from here again.

Do not order food from this place. I ordered something and delivery time was 40 minutes. I received the food after 2 hours! (I was supposed to receive it before 19:55, I got it at 20:58). Called them 3 times and every time they said it would be delivered in 10 or 5 minutes. It didn’t. And they didn’t even accept to cancel my order. The food was delivered so late that it went directly to the waste bin. Very poor service!

If you order a hair salon, there is a cold can on your hair salon, half a hair salon cold, is half appreciation.

Do not order here. You are being kept on a string. Two and a half hours later still no delivery. Called twice, each time we were told "out in fifteen minutes". Ordered at 8:30 PM, still no food at 10:45 PM. They treat customers very poorly, even on the phone, no apologies or compensation, just “it's busy”. And then you pay almost 30 euros for 2 hair salons. We couldn't reach anyone by phone. Thought I had been ripped off and not given any food. Home delivery said delivered at 9:15 PM, but we received our food at 10:50 PM. Pure deception!

Top shop, I have been coming here for years, not often but with some regularity. The pizzas are the best in Leiden. Good crispy, always fresh. Big tip: ask for jalapenos on your pizza!

Satisfied before. The last few months have been downright sad. There's always something wrong. Fries as limp as snot. If it's not the forgotten onions, it's the sauce that's missing. Last time the meat was dried out and tasteless. Not recommended. They won't see me again

Food is really tasty, I can't have any remarks or notes about it. 2 bad things actually is happening. Although I am regular customer, but the first problem is, I order merguez from them, and every time I receive a phone call "we have no merguez" so please simply take it out from the damn menu or fix this problem, second mistake: I ordered at 5:30 and it's almost 2 hours and the order is not there. This is so bad, especially when I make a big order and my kids are waiting for food. Please don't tell me we have a lot of orders and busy. if that is the case then do one of 2 things, either don't say the order will be delivered in 50 minutes, or hire more people. I was working in this field once upon time and I never let my employees delay the food that long. so so so bad

Ordered from Kebab plus 2 hair salons last night. 1 large and 1 XL, both with garlic sauce. Personally, I have to look 6 times until I see any difference in size. Anyway, ordered garlic sauce. I expected this in a separate container. No problem, I didn't ask. The meat was also well seasoned and of reasonably good quality. A bit hard every now and then, but that's just the way it is. The restaurant called us in advance to see if it could be done a little earlier. No problem at all. Nice that they communicate this. Conclusion: Large/XL has little to no difference. The XXL is again the same as 16.50 euros. Furthermore, service was ok and the food arrived a maximum of 5 minutes later than agreed time. I will order here a second time.

I talked to him on the phone and confirmed 3-4 times whether it was the same as the lahmacun in Turkey, but it had nothing to do with lahmacun. In fact, the dough is lavash dough, not lahmacun dough, and for this reason, its taste is definitely not the same. Nowhere in Turkey is lavash or lahmacun made with pita dough. Considering its size, the inner material seems to be very small. If you don't want to be disappointed, be sure to see the image before ordering.

Lecker Döner. Gute Qualität. Ein bisschen scharf ... aber schnell daran gewöhnt. Döner als Hähnchen oder Kalb.

We komen hier regelmatig, vooral voor de afhaal. De Turkse pizza's zijn onze favoriet, alhoewel de kapsalon ook niet verkeerd is. Een keertje was er wat met de bestelling misgegaan, maar dit werd heel netjes opgelost. Tot snel...

Toch wel een van de beste van Leiden. Eten is altijd heerlijk en raad het iedereen aan.

Prima zaak, altijd goed te eten, en in voor een praatje, en ik vind 't de beste kebab van Leiden En men weet mn bestelling al als ik binnen kom lopen :-)

Gistere lekker gegeten en eerlijke mensen

Zoals gewoonlijk heerlijk gegeten. Ruime porties en niet moeilijk. Je kon er ook binnen eten. Het dessert was op en top een goed afsluiter. Ik raad het zeker aan voor de mensen.

Elke donderdag vaste prik. Ze weten al wat ik wil. Kapsalon kip zonder kaas. Als ik binnen kom weten ze het al en ben dan gelijk aan de beurt.

Goede producten. Diverse dingen gehaald en was prima. Er wordt in eerdere opmerkingen gezegd dat de smak walgelijk zou zijn, maar kan dat niet beamen.

Heerlijke gevulde Turkse pizza's, niks op aan te merken. Het grote verschil als je kijkt naar de reviews heeft denk ik te maken met of je het ter plaatse eet/zelf haalt of dat je het laat bezorgen en de aandacht die je dan krijgt als klant. Personeel is vriendelijk en het zag er binnen schoon en verzorgd uit binnen.

Snelle levering en vriendelijk personeel. Laatste tijd alleen wel beetje karig met de hoeveelheid kebab, zit meer sla etc. in dan vlees

Op Uber Eats kon ik alleen duimpje omhoog of naar beneden doen, dus ik schrijf hier nog even een genuanceerde review. We bestellen wel vaker bij Kebap plus en het was altijd goed. Vandaag duurde de bestelling echter drie kwartier langer dan stond aangegeven en toen het er was, miste de helft van de bestelling. Ik heb het restaurant gebeld, maar vond de mensen aan de telefoon niet erg aardig. Een tip: begin met een excuses, dat maakt een hoop goed! De bezorger werd weer naar ons adres gestuurd en daarna was ik weer erg tevreden. Super aardige jongen die meteen zijn excuses aanbiedt en even later terug komt met de rest van de bestelling, plus wat extra's voor het gedoe.
