Worst KFC I ever visited. Cold chicken and fries. Im not sure how it turns out be this cold just after receiving the eat in order. Not crunchy at all. Zero star.

I ordered a chicken burger and sat down to eat it. Halfway through, I found a piece of hair in it, so I went to the cash register. I respectfully told the cashier and the staff about my burger. The woman immediately reacted with irritation, as if she was angry that I had mentioned it. I didn't give up, though, and eventually I got a new burger.

Great KFC. Didn't have to wait too long, clean tables, and hot food.

That means fast service, because placing an order takes no longer than 30 minutes. They don't have the products ready, this is going to be KFC, it became expensive and slow.

Almost 3 hours waiting for an order is absolutely unacceptable!

I returned four cold, crunchy burgers to the restaurant. The staff wasn't very enthusiastic. A long wait, so I went to ask where my new burgers were. "Oh, I forgot!" Then I was given new ones that were already on the shelf. When I asked if these were even warm, they said they were new. They were slightly warmer than the previous ones, but the cheese hadn't melted, so apparently lukewarm burgers are the norm. It was very quiet, but there wasn't a single clean table, and the floor was littered with trash. A little music would have added some ambiance, but it was deathly quiet at 8:00 PM.

I enjoy their vegetarian option, but since last month every time I try to eat here, it is closed. Today, for instance, it should be open but unfortunately it is not. Usually the service is not very good, but I’ve never had problems with the food.

The staff was disinterested and rude, especially the elderly women behind the counter. The restaurant was filthy. Trash cans were overflowing, tables hadn't been wiped. The fillet bites in the snack boxes were the size of half a nugget.

*Food is hot but the whole seating area is dirty *Dutch Kids from different backgrounds abusing the toilet area , had to sent my daughter to ladies WC and found the girls using the toilets and door are opened , they keep screaming and shouting to the other boys in the second toilet and make a lot of noise and disturbing to everyone around , we advised the staff by the cashier who came few mins late and advised she will call the police for them and all start running away after that. *garbage areas are full *dirty tables and floor

Bad, bad and more bad… Yesterday I waited two hours in the restaurant for my order. I ordered at 9:00 PM and I was only outside at 11:00 PM. It was so busy that the staff couldn’t handle it. If you ask how long it will take, you are shouted at and cursed at. To make the whole story even better: the door was locked, so that no one could get in or out. (The person with the key to the door walked back into the kitchen.) I think it’s ridiculous that customers are locked up because the staff can’t handle the crowd. Then have someone stand at the door and let people out, instead of locking the door and walking away with the key. Seems like a completely unsafe situation to me Several customers walked out angry, without food. The food was also cold after waiting for two hours.

I ordered food and had to wait quite a while for it. When I got to my destination and opened it, it was the wrong order that was in it.

I ordered kipsalon today and it was very bad and cold. Moreover, I got a stomachache out of it. I didn’t check the reviews here before ordering but will never order from this branch again.

We came here because the kids love it. We ordered to eat at the Restaurant and it took more than 20 minutes to come, for our surprise when it came the bucket chicken was cold, burgers and fries were good. I went back to the counter and mentioned it to the lady and without exchanging any word she turned back picked a new bucket, filled up with fresh pieces and gave it to me, not a single word about excuses or a mistake. The reaction was perfect but don't appreciate the way it took place. Don't feel like coming back the next months.

Tables were not cleaned before and after our stay, more than 30 minutes. Food is in standard, but annoying part was that we all had to pay extra to just wash our hands before meal.

For the first time in Almere Haven, I bought a chicken parlor through the drive. Very fast, I thought. Once home, 5 minutes later, the chicken parlor is ice cold!!! Hence the fast service. So the last time for me....

Friendly and fast service, but the entire restaurant is still very dirty; dirty chairs, benches and a table with milkshake residue dripping off it with rubbish all over it. The floor was also slippery after someone had mopped (there was no sign).

Unfortunately, my opinion is not positive about this restaurant. It was very dirty inside, full of food and garbage on the floor, tables in terrible condition, not to mention the trash. The lady behind the counter was nice, I can't blame her for that, but I received my order and it was missing cutlery, straws, and napkins. They were also missing at the counter, after asking for them I received them without any problems. The Coca-Cola I ordered tasted more like water. After asking for an exchange, I received a similar one, but this time with a hint of Lipton or something with a similar tea-menthol flavor. A visit from the sanitary inspectorate would be useful because I don't want to know what's going on in the kitchen.

This has to be the worst KFC in the Netherlands, the food is dirty, the tables are dirty, the floor is dirty. Ordered at 7:45 PM and we didn't receive our food until 8:30 PM (ONLY 3 MAN WORKING INSIDE?). It's better to skip this KFC and walk to the McDonalds opposite

Zero stars. Worst place to order for delivery. Order was made 8.40 pm and delivery time was 9.15 and we did not receive it till 10.30. Never ever make a delivery order here. Current Update - order was cancelled by the forum My kid was waiting for this and she was fully disappointed. Never ever recommend this to anyone. Please be aware before you order. So I just ordered a small menu for home delivery... first it said 25 minutes, then 32 minutes and now 37 minutes. So I thought I'd give you a call, but of course you didn't answer. Very irritating!! What do you have a phone number for if it doesn't answer! And yes, it is certainly busy, but still. Really bad service when it comes to home delivery

The worst KFC I ever been. Dirty, unstuffed and slow service. I wait 15m for an order when the store was almost empty. One employee was sitting play to the phone and other 2 not as well prepared. I left one burger because was not cook and cold.

During my recent visit to KFC, I noticed they have implemented a new system to charge customers an extra €1 for the hard plastic cups as a refundable deposit. I was sorry to have paid for my order because during the half hour wait we had for our bucket, we saw the inside of the restaurant and we would have liked to escape. The trash cans are overflowing with trash, the inside of the dining room, tables and floors are covered in trash and not cleaned for far too long. The kitchen team seems to be having a good laugh and taking their time, but like us, customers sometimes wait 30 minutes for a simple order. I have eaten at various KFC restaurants around the world and this is by far the worst restaurant I have eaten at. I'm surprised that the image of KFC is associated with such a dirty restaurant.

The guys were only calling the token number in Dutch. Too much oil in fried chicken and it tastes just okay. You have to pay for the washroom even when you buy food from the restaurant.

Always check your order here before you walk away from the cash register. Had to pay 2x fuel, 2x parking fees, forgot half of the order, which then became more unstable. And had to wait a long time. Given several chances, this was the last time.

KFC is (almost) always tasty. I thought the employees took their time even though it was super busy. Have a nice chat with each other at the ice cream machine, take all the time to put one cup of drink in a bag.

I've already given this KFC a few chances. Eat there and have it delivered to your home. They are ALWAYS late and it ALWAYS takes a very long time. Nine times out of ten they forget something or the food is cold. Today is the last time I order here. They are already an hour late and the 'delivery time' is pushed back by fifteen minutes every time. For this reason I called them, 5x, but they don't answer. So very bad customer service. The delivery people are often uninterested teenagers, so I can't have a conversation with them or give them my complaints, in the hope that something will be adjusted there. The quality of the food is not great, but fine. Just VERY EXPENSIVE. For two people €50. In short, if you really want KFC and you are in Almere, go to Almere Buiten. Voortaan rijden we naar de KFC bij A9. 1 ster is voor het vriendelijke hardwerkende personeel. Verder echt armoe!

Puzzling this KFC. Its dirty and the wait is exhausting (last Sunday at 6:45 we waited around 40 min for out order in the store). The staff seems disinterested which I can understand as they seem to be seriously understaffed. Trash was put on top of the fully loaded bins. Display broken, so you don't see your number or how many in front. Luckily I am already very rarely eating this type of food, but if I was a frequent I would seriously consider my choices. Time for some management actions here.

Kfc Almere city, waited 1 hour for my order apparently they forgot. Staff too busy with each other, unfriendly. Then after 1 hour I finally got my order, everything was cold. I have been to many KFC branches, they were all really perfect, but the one in Almere city is a disaster…. Restaurant very dirty, rubbish everywhere on the tables.

Chicken was fine, but bread seemed old and dry.

The fried chicken is great!!! I ate there twice during my stay at Amer. I recommend Bucket 28 Hot Wings. If you’re not far away, you can also take it home and enjoy it.

Good drinks and wraps. Dry veggie tenders. Disgusting tables. Overfull trash cans. No working order number signs or displays. QR code to get your single use plastic tax back. Donating it would be easier. Next door's Burger King just gives cash back.

I don't understand why this restaurant is still allowed to remain open... what a shame for a fast food restaurant. Had to ask 3 times if our table could be cleaned. Staff were busy with each other and with friends. After waiting 25 minutes I said that I wanted my money back and suddenly my order was ready... in bags because the trays were supposedly gone... but they were all in the restaurant waiting for the lady who was hanging and chatting she finally started cleaning. It's really not a 5 star restaurant... but the standard used to be higher.
