This place is always dirty when i go, and the staff seem overworked. During busy hours, a single order can take around 30 to 45 minutes. Who is the manager here??? I come here because I like KFC, but I feel bad for the workers. You also have to pay to use the toilet, which I understand given that its in bad neighborhood

I had it delivered via Thuisbezorgd and waited 2 hours for my order. When it finally arrived, it was cold and damp. While waiting for my order, I tried to contact this branch multiple times but without success.

It's nice that it's halal now🙏 but the waiting time is now 30 minutes and there is no staff left for cleaning. Maybe it will be better soon.

One of the worst experiences in terms of service. Whether its takeaway or home delivery this outlet has almost always missed items to be included in the package after the customer has made the payment. They don't attend calls so as a customer I am unable to even raise a complaint . Never going to order from here again. Note to other customers- always check if items ordered are available in the package before leaving the outlet

Top service! The employee was super friendly, worked quickly, and remained very helpful despite the crowds. Thanks to him/her, my visit to KFC was extra pleasant. Definitely deserves a compliment!

All available tables were either filthy or still cluttered with trays, bags, or other junk. When we asked if one could be cleaned, we were told that wasn't possible. All clean tables were cordoned off, and we were not allowed to sit down. The staff were bursting with friendliness... NOT.

I waited almost 40 minutes at the drive-thru for 3 items. It was light when I ordered and dark when I got my food. I also don't understand why they send everyone who ordered to the parking lot and then have them wait there for their food. What a bunch of amateurs!!

Absolutely terrible experience with KFC / Collins Foods Netherlands. I was charged $41.86 for an order I never received. I contacted support immediately after realizing the order was placed in the wrong city, but nobody genuinely tried to help. I opened a dispute, explained the situation clearly, and still got rejected with no fairness or customer care at all. Keeping a customer’s money for food they never received is unacceptable. Very disappointing support, poor communication, and zero responsibility. Be careful ordering from them — if something goes wrong, don’t expect them to fix it or refund you.

Worst KFC I have ever been to. We were there last week. We had 2 chicken tenders, 1 hot wing, and 1 portion of fries. Explain to me why we had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for that when it wasn't even busy. This KFC doesn't have a drive-thru, so it can't be because of that. Absolutely ridiculous!

It's the first and last time I am eating here, fries are really starchy and soggy and green, the small burger has a tiny piece of chicken that barely fills half the bun and the sauce is overpriced. Sure they are really fast but the food is really disappointing.

Staff slower than a snail in a trail of salt. Had a piece of chicken that looked like Ghandis flip flop. Fries which looked and tasted like they had emotional trauma. And to top it all off I’ve seen sewers with higher standard of cleanliness.

KFC is known for chicken. But the chicken comes across as cheap. Very greasy. Fries are soggy. Service is poor. Many speak English. It takes a long time for someone to get to the cash register. The atmosphere is bad. No music. Tables are dirty.

I ordered a chicken burger and sat down to eat it. Halfway through, I found a piece of hair in it, so I went to the cash register. I respectfully told the cashier and the staff about my burger. The woman immediately reacted with irritation, as if she was angry that I had mentioned it. I didn't give up, though, and eventually I got a new burger.

That means fast service, because placing an order takes no longer than 30 minutes. They don't have the products ready, this is going to be KFC, it became expensive and slow.

I returned four cold, crunchy burgers to the restaurant. The staff wasn't very enthusiastic. A long wait, so I went to ask where my new burgers were. "Oh, I forgot!" Then I was given new ones that were already on the shelf. When I asked if these were even warm, they said they were new. They were slightly warmer than the previous ones, but the cheese hadn't melted, so apparently lukewarm burgers are the norm. It was very quiet, but there wasn't a single clean table, and the floor was littered with trash. A little music would have added some ambiance, but it was deathly quiet at 8:00 PM.

I enjoy their vegetarian option, but since last month every time I try to eat here, it is closed. Today, for instance, it should be open but unfortunately it is not. Usually the service is not very good, but I’ve never had problems with the food.

The staff was disinterested and rude, especially the elderly women behind the counter. The restaurant was filthy. Trash cans were overflowing, tables hadn't been wiped. The fillet bites in the snack boxes were the size of half a nugget.

*Food is hot but the whole seating area is dirty *Dutch Kids from different backgrounds abusing the toilet area , had to sent my daughter to ladies WC and found the girls using the toilets and door are opened , they keep screaming and shouting to the other boys in the second toilet and make a lot of noise and disturbing to everyone around , we advised the staff by the cashier who came few mins late and advised she will call the police for them and all start running away after that. *garbage areas are full *dirty tables and floor

Bad, bad and more bad… Yesterday I waited two hours in the restaurant for my order. I ordered at 9:00 PM and I was only outside at 11:00 PM. It was so busy that the staff couldn’t handle it. If you ask how long it will take, you are shouted at and cursed at. To make the whole story even better: the door was locked, so that no one could get in or out. (The person with the key to the door walked back into the kitchen.) I think it’s ridiculous that customers are locked up because the staff can’t handle the crowd. Then have someone stand at the door and let people out, instead of locking the door and walking away with the key. Seems like a completely unsafe situation to me Several customers walked out angry, without food. The food was also cold after waiting for two hours.

I ordered food and had to wait quite a while for it. When I got to my destination and opened it, it was the wrong order that was in it.

I ordered kipsalon today and it was very bad and cold. Moreover, I got a stomachache out of it. I didn’t check the reviews here before ordering but will never order from this branch again.

We came here because the kids love it. We ordered to eat at the Restaurant and it took more than 20 minutes to come, for our surprise when it came the bucket chicken was cold, burgers and fries were good. I went back to the counter and mentioned it to the lady and without exchanging any word she turned back picked a new bucket, filled up with fresh pieces and gave it to me, not a single word about excuses or a mistake. The reaction was perfect but don't appreciate the way it took place. Don't feel like coming back the next months.

For the first time in Almere Haven, I bought a chicken parlor through the drive. Very fast, I thought. Once home, 5 minutes later, the chicken parlor is ice cold!!! Hence the fast service. So the last time for me....

Friendly and fast service, but the entire restaurant is still very dirty; dirty chairs, benches and a table with milkshake residue dripping off it with rubbish all over it. The floor was also slippery after someone had mopped (there was no sign).

Unfortunately, my opinion is not positive about this restaurant. It was very dirty inside, full of food and garbage on the floor, tables in terrible condition, not to mention the trash. The lady behind the counter was nice, I can't blame her for that, but I received my order and it was missing cutlery, straws, and napkins. They were also missing at the counter, after asking for them I received them without any problems. The Coca-Cola I ordered tasted more like water. After asking for an exchange, I received a similar one, but this time with a hint of Lipton or something with a similar tea-menthol flavor. A visit from the sanitary inspectorate would be useful because I don't want to know what's going on in the kitchen.

This has to be the worst KFC in the Netherlands, the food is dirty, the tables are dirty, the floor is dirty. Ordered at 7:45 PM and we didn't receive our food until 8:30 PM (ONLY 3 MAN WORKING INSIDE?). It's better to skip this KFC and walk to the McDonalds opposite

Worst kfc I have ever had to have the misfortune to enter. I stood in line for 20 minutes only to receive cold, cold chicken. The seagulls nearby wouldn't eat this garbage. The chicken is even worse. How do you mess up prepared chicken.

Zero stars. Worst place to order for delivery. Order was made 8.40 pm and delivery time was 9.15 and we did not receive it till 10.30. Never ever make a delivery order here. Current Update - order was cancelled by the forum My kid was waiting for this and she was fully disappointed. Never ever recommend this to anyone. Please be aware before you order. Don't belive review in Uber eats.

This KFC understands the term Fast food. As a customer you see a well-organized kitchen that works quickly and flawlessly. Other fast food chains in Almere can follow this example. Food is fine, prices are high (just like all prices are at the moment) The only thing that could be improved is creating your own atmosphere

Delivery between 15 and 30 minutes. A little longer… swa… more than an hour later… too bad! Totally wrong order, it didn't even look like it! Normally I am in favor of only posting positive reviews, but the way in which a concern like this functions and responds to these types of incidents has earned this.

How bad, the order signs don't work properly, you can't pay then it gets stuck. Asked if anyone can help, well not. As if I'm speaking Swahili. The manager was busier talking to staff. So I just ordered a small menu for home delivery... first it said 25 minutes, then 32 minutes and now 37 minutes. So I thought I'd give you a call, but of course you didn't answer. Very irritating!! What do you have a phone number for if it doesn't answer! And yes, it is certainly busy, but still. Really bad service when it comes to home delivery

The food is excellent, mainly popcorn chicken. Asian man makes the atmosphere at this branch better than before.
