The food is cold again. It looks like it's been sitting there for two hours already. This is truly the worst KFC in the Netherlands.

Really very slow, the three of them are standing waiting until someone has picked up their order. Just chatter in the kitchen and no work is being done.

They're all standing around doing nothing and you wait an hour for them!

What a mess, the food is cold, soggy, and almost all the portions are wrong. Also, I got way too little. The service is very unfriendly. The toilets are clean, though. Off to Febo!

The new chicken with sauce on top is not a success. Otherwise, it is fine.

The food is what you would expect, but the crispy chicken doesn't have a good patty; it looks more like a chicken schnitzel from Aldi. Shoutout Aldi. They do refill the drinks, though, and my food was prepared quickly. The woman behind the counter talked me into a Red Bull; plus points for her sales tricks.

KFC is tasty and the staff is nice.

We waited for about 30 minutes. The entire "restaurant" was full. During this time, three orders were delivered. We were able to cancel the order and get a refund. There was barely any communication between the staff, and the numbers were called out in unintelligible and broken Dutch. Not recommended.

Opening a second branch makes no sense for this organization—well, actually, no organization at all. Everything sold out for the 3rd time😡 no alternative available. Never go there 😡😡😡

Normally I enjoy going to KFC, but in this case, I regret not checking the reviews first. It is truly too despicable for words. People don't speak Dutch or English; they really don't care one bit. I had to order using gestures at the window because ordering via the drive-thru pole was simply impossible. Then I had to pay €20, wait a long time, get the wrong order, and the cola was undrinkable. It is so bad it is almost funny. Looking at all the previous reviews, I really don't understand how this place is allowed to stay open. Surely, as KFC, you wouldn't want your name associated with this place?

Dirty, we didn't get what we ordered. The food wasn't tasty. This is no longer the KFC we used to know.

A chaotic KFC, way too much staff behind the ‘Order’ desk, some with their arms crossed and their backs to the customer. Orders didn't go right either! There is clearly a lack of structure and good leadership here. Food fine! It is 2 years later, 27/05/2026, and unfortunately the experience, mainly with the staff, has not changed. Having to wait 25 minutes for the order. Jokes among themselves, shouting when an order number isn't heard immediately. Not the work ethic a company can be proud of. The food remains fine, though!

Terribly cold food, soggy, and waited half an hour! Not even worth a star. They are under administration, so given the large expenditure, you would at least expect hot food. It was my husband's birthday present, it's enough to make you cry. The upstairs was locked, so no toilet access. Thrown away half the food. Never falling for it again, KFC Zwolle, for the umpteenth time!!!!

I think it was better to go to LA Place.

It took 45 minutes before we received our food, and we were not the only ones for whom it took so long. While waiting, we had to enjoy watching the chef constantly running his staff through the motions. Not very conducive to the atmosphere. The fries were dry and tasted like cardboard. The chicken in the wrap was also dry. They had attempted to mask this with a generous amount of sauce. The wrap was almost black on the outside. The corn was soggy. When my son ordered a medium milkshake, he received a small cup. The explanation was that the medium cups were sold out and that they had therefore filled the small cup extra full. That is not how it works, of course. We heard from another guest who lived nearby that she had had bad experiences before and therefore never goes there, but decided to give it a try today anyway. Unsuccessfully. What a disappointment. Definitely not recommended.

You have to wait a very long time before you receive your order. We waited for more than an hour. There is also a chance that you will receive the wrong order.

I have had a really bad experience with this KFC — not just once or twice, but multiple times. Every time, it takes an incredibly long time for the food to be ready, orders are placed incorrectly, and the quality of the food is, frankly, very poor. It seems that the staff does not take enough responsibility or are not paying attention properly. Orders are constantly placed incorrectly, the food is not prepared properly, and we always have to wait far too long. Unfortunately, this is not just my experience, but that of my family and friends as well. By now, we prefer not to go to this KFC at all anymore, because we have had bad experiences too often. And it’s not just us — many of our friends and acquaintances feel exactly the same way.

Filthy place. Staff incredibly lazy! All the tables were still full, nothing was cleaned.

The food was lukewarm, and what I found worst of all was that everything was dirty, not a single table was clean, and the staff yelled at each other. I will never go there again.

Ordered a children's menu and waited 7 minutes while no one else ordered anything.

It wasn't crispy, it wasn't clean, it wasn't complete, the upstairs was closed, and people had to go outside while it's cold. The staff clearly aren't very enthusiastic. But I have learned my lesson! Never go to KFC….

Had a nice meal with 7 people, fast food is never a wait, atmospheric but it was nice and quiet.

We stood waiting 5 minutes before we were helped, and when we were helped, we were not spoken to in a friendly manner. The food you give your dog isn't even dry, old, and tough.

The chicken was tasty, but I had a burger and the cheese wasn't even melted, and the chicken was already cold. They also forgot our straws, ketchup, wrap, and 2 burgers, and they always forget something... also, the tables were super filthy and barely cleaned. Ridiculous service. And when we said they had forgotten our things, they acted super grumpy?! It's just their job to do this, so a smile on their face would be nice. And they don't wear gloves either, and some don't wear hairnets. Don't come here!

Ordered 2 times, 2 times the order wasn't even half delivered.

Original pieces not available, restaurant a complete mess, dirty, takes a long time, you have to break your neck tripping over a rope on the stairs just to get to the toilet.

It seemed like things hadn't been cleaned for months. We had to wait 20 minutes for food because the drinks weren't ready yet. An employee said to a friend, "Hey chickie, just wait a bit." The working practices were not hygienic, the trash cans weren't emptied, resulting in a lot of garbage on the floor, and the tables weren't cleaned. All in all, a disappointing experience.

Delicious food and fast service, I would definitely go here.

Disgusting place. Disgusting service. This is the 3rd branch I've been to in the Netherlands, and they've forgotten to prepare my order three times! I've been waiting for 30 minutes, and they've forgotten about my order. I don't recommend even going near this place!

Waiting an incredibly long time for your order. You are greeted by the intercom with the words: 'Salam Alaikum'. It is always dirty inside. It just doesn't feel right.

This KFC has the typical KFC menu. Every time I go there, there are children from the local football club who are quite boisterous and shout. I speak to them several times, but it doesn't help. It doesn't do the atmosphere any good.

The worst KFC location in the entire world. The HQ of KFC should do something with this location staff and service quality.

Because of the drive-through on Saturday evening around 10:00 PM, there was almost nothing left. Only milkshakes and filet bites.

Waited 45 minutes for lukewarm food. The service was so bad, I wouldn't give it even half a star. Never again KFC Zwolle for me! Also, the Burger King across the street is a solid 5-star location!

I waited over an hour for my order to be accepted, and then they quoted a 40-minute wait for delivery. It's mind-boggling.

Waited an hour in a pigsty like you've never experienced before. Then half was missing and the other half was cold. Lots of angry customers, and extremely grumpy staff. Never again.

FOOD POISONING: I recently went to eat at this KFC. The atmosphere wasn't at its best and it was very dirty. The day after I ate there, I got food poisoning and everything came right back up. I noticed that the chicken wasn't cooked properly, and there were still old pieces of chicken in it that were almost a day old. PLEASE check your chicken at this restaurant because they apparently don't take into account how dangerous raw chicken can be.

We have eaten at KFC Zwolle a number of times over the past few years. On previous occasions, the wait was often incredibly long (it was also always very busy), but today was extremely busy again. However, the order was ready within ten minutes. Hats off to you! The downstairs area is actually too small for the number of visitors. Table service is not available. This can, in turn, lead to faster dispatching of orders. It is also good to see that smaller/simple orders are handed out in between. In other branches, you sometimes see them handing out orders one by one in sequence. Keep up the good work, Team Zwolle!

The tables were a bit dirty, but oh well, it was at the busiest time of the day. The food was fine!

Slowest place I've ever been to, bizarrely incompetent people.

The sandwich could have been a bit warmer. But otherwise completely good. Unfortunately, the drive-thru was broken, so orders could not be placed. Tip: turn off the drive-thru next time so people don't drive through it unnecessarily.

I ordered a medium cup of cola and took two sips, leaving the rest as ice. I then asked if I could get a new cup, and the man at the counter said that's how it should be.

An hour before closing time, they were out of stock, so I reluctantly made a burger. Definitely not coming back here again. At 10 p.m., they were already boasting about wanting to go home and already had customers, which I understand, but not when you close at 11:30 p.m.

One star is still too much. A 45-minute wait. Then, I was given half the price and called a liar by my manager, even though my colleague admitted he was wrong. The quality is also poor. The store is absolutely disgusting.

Only one star for the food, because that wasn't what I expected either. But the service and atmosphere are so bad that even one star is too much. We sat upstairs, where the floor was a mess. Several tables were covered in trash, which of course could have been cleared away by the people who left it behind. Only if all the trash cans are overflowing and overflowing do I understand why they can't put it there. And the staff? They're too lazy to come upstairs. In fact, the trash cans 3 meters away from the counter were overflowing, and even then, the staff didn't bother to clear them. This KFC in Zwolle is by far the worst KFC I've ever visited.

Rude staff, it's like they hired people from FC KIP. The staff is so unprofessional and looks like they've literally come off the street. The cup was covered in coke, and they didn't care.

A really long wait! The staff was shuffling back and forth and chatting with each other, even though it was busy. You'd expect them to be a bit more efficient at peak times. But apparently, they don't have that mentality here. We waited half an hour (!) for our order. Very dissatisfied with our visit. Edit: The next time, it wasn't much better. They were out of chicken. No kidding! We couldn't order burgers or wraps. It was ridiculous.

Last time we've been here. Poor service, the pushy guys at the cash register. When you call out your number, they give you the last two, and when you ask if it's 230 or 30, they give you a rude mouth. A disgusting mess, the food is lukewarm, and the staff clearly don't want to be here. We've been here before, but it's getting worse every month. Plenty of opportunities to improve, perhaps by management? KFC Zwolle Noord is going downhill.

We've been waiting for food for 25 minutes. A team of friends is behind the counter, just like they're drunk behind the bar. This is terrible, unfriendly. They're making fun of the customers, laughing at everyone. What's this? Their colleagues arrived 15 minutes later and they've already received their food. When I asked where my order was, the manager laughed at me and said it had disappeared. I asked for a refund. It's a shame I read the reviews before coming here. NEVER AGAIN! AND I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE COMING HERE!!

The food was delicious, I recommend the spicy chicken burger. The service was good, about a 10-15 minute wait. The atmosphere wasn't as good, but it was fine.

Only decent when it's not incredibly busy. When it is, they constantly forget orders and you have to wait forever. Plus, the fries are awful. That's also why this is the worst KFC around. It's cheap, though.
