We had a delicious meal; we ordered takeout and it was ready on time. The Tom Kha Kai soup was delicious!

I've tried almost every Thai restaurant in Amsterdam, and this one, along with the Bird, are among the best. With an average price just under 20 euros and relatively large portions, they offer the best value for money. I highly recommend their tom kha kai soup, red curry with beef strips, and minced chicken with mint. I drive 80 km (round trip) to enjoy the best and most authentic Thai flavors and dishes here, either for dinner or to take away. Has to be the best Thai in Amsterdam

Delicious food and very affordable

The food was delicious, though it was a bit too hot. I'd written a note with the order saying "not hot please," but nothing was done about it. It was still hot, which is a shame! Always good and fast delivery, and the food is delicious.

Very tasty and delivered quickly

Picked up from Khorat Top Thai around the corner. Friendly service, but the dishes were a bit disappointing: the Pad Thai was bland, the satay dry, and the spring rolls lacked flavor. The fish cakes, on the other hand, were tasty. In short: varied, but not a favorite for us.

The delivery arrived an hour early. The restaurant promised to compensate, but the backorder was subsequently not delivered.

Microwaved rice. Small portions. Terrible service. Mafia of delivery drivers taking all the outdoor seats. On top of that, the food was mild at best.

The food at Khorat Top Tai is excellent. I don't know of any other Thai restaurant of this quality. After all, I've been ordering from them for years.

Best Thai restaurant around! I have been ordering from Khorat Top Thai for a long time and I am impressed time and time again. The quality of the food is always high, the portions are generous and everything is incredibly tasty. You can simply taste that the food is cooked with love and craftsmanship. My favorite dish? Kal namman hoy with fried rice. The service is fast and friendly, and the consistency is really admirable. In short: Khorat Top Thai is an absolute must for anyone who loves real Thai flavors!

We had food delivered from Khorat Top Thai. The spring rolls were melty and soft. The rice was overcooked to the point of porridge. The flavors of the other dishes were not refined. In short, not recommended.

The worst Thai food I've ever had in Amsterdam. Self-collected. Unappetizing mess thrown together when we get home. The Tom kah Kai was a meat mass without spices. Lots of meat, no Thai taste in all dishes for 55 €. Never again

Pleasant Thai restaurant with good ambience and a great owner

Good Thai (takeaway) restaurant. Can match the level of The Bird. Ordering online is fine, waiting times are not abnormally long. Surprised that recently 1 euro has been charged for an Ideal payment.

Two containers of food (takeaway) with some rice cost €42. They are fine.

The food was bearable but the service. Never felt so obviously mistreated and differentiated for no reason other than our race. Overt racism in a Thai restaurant is ironic.

If you are looking for great Thai food in Amsterdam this is your place! Portions are large, and delicious! The staff are very friendly, which is very much appreciated when you are a tourist. We were a group of 4 good eaters, ordered a main dish each, two beers each, and two starters to share, and paid 112 euros (28 euros each). Highly recommended!

Friendly service. Great food and cold beer. The spice was perfect. Spring rolls, a pad prik variation, and Chang. Would come back anytime, a euphoric experience!

Food was tasty, but no tap water or desserts

I ordered a beef with red curry. It did not resemble any other curry I have had other than having beef in it. There barely any red. Little coconut milk. Barely any ingredients which make this a thing. Just lots of beef, which was ok. It came with nice rice. It feels like leftovers. Sad dinner vibes… they seemed nice, I hope this is a rare one off. Be aware- o hope they gave me the wrong order, that’s how off it was.

Food was really nice and tasty, all the sauses creamy and tastes good, portions quiet big. Too bad I didnt take photos of the place and of the dishes that have been tried already there, but I definitely never been disappointed. Very nice and friendly staff, owner of the restaurant comes to ask if you enjoining the dish if something wrong or too spicy they try to find solution not to leave restaurant still hungry... Also don't have to wait for long for your ordered dish... One of my Fav. Thai restaurants in Amsterdam.

Mijn vaste prik voor thais eten in A'dam. Bezorgtijd was sneller dan werd aangegeven. De rook kwam nog van het eten af! Altijd goed verpakt. En boordevol smaak! 😋 Deze keer groene kip curry en vega pad thai besteld. De curry heeft lekker veel vlees en groenten. Goede verhouding. De pad thai was ook rijk gevuld.

Sigh. I ended up at this restaurant after the vegan place I'd planned to visit was closed for the evening due to "unexpected circumstances." Since I love Thai food and was already familiar with what I'd order, I figured what could go wrong. Yikes. I greeted the woman who would be my server (in Thai) upon arrival. Once seated, I asked a question or two. She seemed extremely annoyed with simple questions like, 'is there fish sauce in the curry?', so I avoided small talk. My food arrived lukewarm and overly sweet. The lukewarm part was confusing. I was one of only two tables, and listened to them prepare the dish just before sending it out. I flagged my serve down for soy sauce and chili to balance things out. She never returned. As I ate my cloying dinner, other tables arrived, and her demeanor was markedly different. Two Caucasian couples took up a couple of tables, and a biracial girl of African descent took another. In similar fashion to me, the server barely acknowledged the young woman and fawned over the two couples. In the span of 10 minutes, I knew about the couple's dog, the server's children who were studying abroad, etc. I don't like to make things racial, but there was a clear difference in her behavior with me (a black woman) and the other person of African descent. Though I only spent a few days in the Netherlands, I heard similar sentiments from others. I'd rather not spend money on subpar food and poor treatment. Maybe she just didn't like serving tables of singles, but I doubt it. You couldn't pay me to return.

Benchmark for Thai food in Amsterdam and unbeaten in regard of fried rice. The cooks are Thai, which makes a huge difference in comparison to "new" or delivery only restaurants in for example, Nieuw-West, that are not ran by Thai. The price-quality balance is very well. However, the beef curries can be a bit overcooked and chewy.

Delicioso, la sopa de pollo con coco y champiñones no te la puedes perder. El té de jazmín preparado al momento. La señora que nos atendió fue muy amable. Las porciones son generosas, perfectas para compartir.

Ordered food to eat in, the waiter served it in a plastic container. When i asked why she didn’t put it in a plate, she said I wouldn’t be able to finish it. So she wanted to put it in a package already. So weird. I paid 18 euros for this.

Eine sehr kleine gemütliche Oase mit einer sehr netten Chefin und einer überragendem thailändischen Auswahl an super leckeren Gerichten. Wie hatten es genossen.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, schmackhaft. Auf unsere Wünsche bzgl. der Schärfe wurde vollends eingegangen. Super freundliches Personal. Daher volle 5 Sterne verdient. Als wenn man in Thailand selbst wäre…

Freundliche Bedienung und eine sehr große Auswahl an thailändischen Gerichten. Unter anderem mit Huhn, Rind, Schwein, Tintenfisch, Shrimps, Ente oder Tofu. Portionen sind ausreichend und Reis gibt es reichlich. Die Gerichte kosteten im Schnitt 16 Euro, für Amsterdam eher günstig. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Best Thai in town and fortunately (almost) neighbours. When you you've eaten somewhere over a hundred times without a single meal being off, you can say a place is consistently GOOD. Also, fair prices that are not raised frequently/sharply. Highly recommended.

I have had a lot of Pad Thai in Europe and this is probably the best by far. Unlike the westernised Pad Thai you have everywhere with bland, disappointing flavour palette, the one here tastes so authentic that I wonder if foreigners would be able to appreciate it. On top of that, the Thoeng Thong (fried dumplings) is amazingly good here. The filling is generous and very well seasoned. Great place!
