I've been a barista for many years, I can tell you this coffee I've payed like 3 euros for... The F machine was not washed properly cause the foam the coffee has, its cause of the cleaning product inside. The bubbles are there more than 30 min later already. Its multicolor f bubbles. It tasty weird af (ofc it does duh). Change the water tank yo, and put the cleaning mode once more to wash the rest of cleaning product, so you guys don't poison ppl.

In the morning, two employees work in the kiosk on platform 3/5 on different days. One a (...) first class. Just be polite and don't snap at people. A tip to this lady; In the future, take an afternoon or evening shift so that you can sleep in and not stand behind the counter barking at people in a morning mood. The other lady in question is so slow that a snail is even faster. People don't have time to wait 10 minutes for coffee, you work at a station. Tip: don't get coffee or something like that if you don't want to be treated like a little child or if you want to make your connection on time.

Hmmmmm not that bad, but the flag can't be raised either. I never buy coffee there, so I can't write anything about it. I do buy American cookies sometimes, I used to get them in a white non-transparent bag, now I get a transparent bag, so I can't surprise the lady anymore, because the contents are already visible, yes furthermore, employees sometimes come across as very timid, with a few it is very difficult to say good morning, afternoon or evening. I have to say that the Kiosk is at least open, even until late around 22:00 it is often still open, if I compare it to Rotterdam... I think they are only open in the morning there, (early) evening they are already closed. The one in Zwolle, I mean the one located at platform 10, train towards Roosendaal and platform 8, towards Enschede I

Very poor service at Zwolle platform 5 on 27th December around 15.30-15.45. The lady behind the counter seemed in more if a rush than conductors or passengers. She didn't complete order of one customer and started the second one in between. She handed over incomplete order, had to remind her of my order again. But no apologies whatsover. Turned her back immediately towards me after handing over coffee and seemed displeased when asked for lid for coffee or tissue.

November 1, 2023 9:20 PM track 6. Ordered coffee and something to eat and asked for a receipt. "Coming soon," the woman behind the counter said without looking at me and walked away. While I was waiting for my receipt, she snapped 'you're not supposed to wait inside!'. I'm waiting for my coffee and receipt, I said. With a nod, she pointed to the receipt and coffee that she had placed a little further away while she was also serving another customer. It couldn't have been more unfriendly. "That's how it works here," said a woman behind me. Apparently she had experienced it before with this woman. In short, the customer is not king there on track 6.

Order your cappuccino extra strong, you get a smack because they give mine to the wrong person, and then they also say 'no, this is the strong one' because they know that you will soon be gone by train. I forgot my cheese sandwich book because it was so busy there with people waiting (because yes, they are at a station, but hurry up because people want to catch the train, whoa, just stand there chatting with THREE people behind the counter. Had quite a bit of grumpiness who mainly didn't want to work and would rather lose customers than be rich. I would rather sit at home than in the kiosk between tracks 8 and 10, I think. Date 01-06-2022 and was on duty until 11 at night, wore glasses and hair just over the ears.

My experience with this kiosk and the employees has always been excellent, but on Wednesday evening at 9.13 pm it was a bit less... 'With this voucher you will receive the 2nd hot drink of your choice and an American cookie when you purchase a hot drink and an American Cookie. Free cookie worth max. €4.30. The voucher can be scanned directly from your phone at Kiosk. So you don't have to print out this voucher.' This Train Packer was ready to be scanned on my phone. "Ma'am, you should have printed this," said the employee and even after she had read the text (sighing), she could not be persuaded to change her mind. Not too bad, but a bit of a shame :-( Hopefully she now knows that printing is really no longer necessary👍
