Ik ben van mening dat als je als klant in een horeca drankjes besteld/koopt/nuttigd dat je evt gebruik kan maken van het toilet.. Gevraagd onze een toilet hadden maar ik kreeg een keiharde NEE... ik moest maar naar het station. Daar kwam ik dus niet op ivm alle poortjes... en zonder OV kaart kom je er dus niet op.... Belachelijk.....betaal je ruim €10,00 voor 2 drankjes... belachelijk!!!

They do need to be more careful with the food in the display case. We once received a moldy waffle. Luckily, we spotted it in time; the staff was shocked. We received a new waffle, but we'll be more careful from now on. Otherwise, the drinks and snacks are delicious. The staff is friendly, which is a plus.

Sign says they are open until 20:00 but they closed at 19:30

They never have what they offer here 🤣On three different occasions they had no milk, no ice cream and no crème brulee/tiramisu (the seasonal drinks they parade on all the screens inside). How do you manage as a coffee shop without milk? They are also very often understaffed. I like to go to Starbucks and it's a shame I live in Zwolle because this one is by far the worst.

I had a frappucino, while I mainly do like this Starbucks. The snacks are very dry. Almost like you need to order a drink with it. If you happen to use Too Good to Go, I wouldnt always recommend it. sometimes you get less than it should be worth :( I found the service incredible, just very weird that a month ago I could pay with cash and now I cannot… Overall I give it a 3/5

Despite the inconvenient location and lack of rooms for natural needs. I can’t help but share my pleasant impression of this establishment. Delicious coffee. Wide selection of drinks. Hot staff. Especially the employee Lars. I have never met a nicer guy in my life.

Don't call this coffee scandalously bad

The coffee was overcooked. the employee also poured too much syrup. therefore the coffee turned out to be terrible, too bitter and too sweetened. we also ordered a cake, and we wanted to sit inside, but the employee gave us a cake in a bag. then I asked for a plate and utensils, additionally specifying what we would eat inside, so we also ask you to pour coffee into mugs, not into disposable glasses. in response, the employee rolled her eyes but still handed out a plate, but she still poured the coffee into disposable cups. It was a terrible experience, I've been to many Starbucks but I've never had such a terrible coffee and I'm generally silent about the service🤢

Had a very good experience at Starbucks. In particular the staff was very friendly and the coffee quality. Particularly by Elias, Charlotte and Brigitte. Thank you!

I always think Starbucks has good coffee, but today I was amazed by their service. This morning I picked up something in Zwolle and Elias was very friendly and helpful! Super happy with it.

The most uninviting terrace in the Netherlands. The tables in the station hall are also dirty and uncomfortable.

Did not have most of the sweet things available, I wanted a chocolate muffin but was not available, wanted a cheesecake and didn't have that either. Ordered a blueberry (vegan) muffin since it's the only option, it's ridiculous dry and falls apart and there are maybe 4 blueberries in the muffin. I could not finish it, it's too dry and crumbly. I always love Starbucks but this is a disappointment of note! Won't be coming here again.

Staff is not nice, drinks are okay, they help you quite quickly, they often don't have things in stock.

I usually always been ordering usual black coffee, today I decided to try something else and took matcha latte, I’ve never tried anything more disgusting, very grassy and sour, I do matcha myself at home and it definitely shouldn’t be like that. Also employee had no idea what she’s doing, was asking colleague how many scoops of matcha should she put, I think that’s obvious things that you have to teach your new workers or at least they should also educate themselves. Place itself very nice, also workers always very friendly and chill, but job doesn’t done well unfortunately.

Coffee and chocolate milk are not hot, but come out of the machine lukewarm. Not tasty. The cake I asked for was not there, so the dummy had better be taken out of the display case. The ceiling doesn't look good, no atmosphere at all. But the worst thing is that you have lukewarm drinks, the setting of the machine is not correct. Staff needs to be trained, they both didn't really know what they were doing.

I feel sorry for this place. It's a great location, they can make lots of money and make people's commutes pleasant but some of the baristas are not doing their part. I hope it gets better.

The lemon cake I bought was the last piece/butt and cold from the refrigerator, hardly any topping. Paid 3.40 eu and it was really not ok. Money back was not an option. Only a card with stamps. The chai latte could only be made with Soya or coconut milk and was not tasty. I bought a medium. Was served in a large cup and therefore filled up so far. For 9.36 eu in total I felt cheated.

I have been a regular customer at Starbucks for years, yesterday my 12-year-old daughter was allowed to go out with her friend for the first time without me or her mother and was given my full savings card to pay for her drink, sad that she is accused of forging the card where it was taken, I am extremely disappointed in this establishment that they treat a 12-year-old girl like this and I will soon come and seek redress if this is not resolved quickly with an apology to my daughter!

Send you away from the terrace half an hour before closing time

Very friendly service, despite the long line. We sat on the terrace, where perhaps something like a dividing wall wouldn't hurt, because our cutlery and napkins just blew across the square🙈

It's attached to the station so it has compact seating room with little comfort (though it's not really meant as a place to sit long anyway). However it's a good Starbucks with friendly employees and the food/drink items always taste really good.

What's going on with this Starbucks? In recent weeks I have been standing in front of a closed door several times during opening hours. The baristas are still present but nod that they are closed, while according to the information on the door they will not close for another hour. Very strange and a shame, previously they were always extremely friendly here. That must be possible better!

Delicious frappuchino! The service could be better, there was only 1 person to take and make all orders, that could be better.

Duration! 2 coffees for €11. And then also in a paper cup. You really pay for the name

Have been coming here regularly for years from work/study. The staff is always very friendly and it's nice that a permanent face has been working there for years (Nienke).

The coffee is ok, but it is small and uninviting.

Just went to Starbucks to eat a sandwich. After eating a few bites, I noticed that it was already past its expiration date. With a good heart I wanted to draw the staff's attention to this. However, the response to this was very arrogant and I got the impression that I was mainly a burden to them. I was offered a new sandwich that also had a shelf life of the same date (i.e. expired), but after the way I was treated I was no longer hungry. Disappointing that it had to happen this way.

Very friendly staff. However, coffee is mediocre, quite weak and tasteless. Milk from the cafe latte nice and silky, the milk from the cappuccino could have been frothed better, lots of large foam bubbles... then really too expensive for me. Also few seats and no toilet available.

When I entered it was very quiet, nice and warm. But after placing my order I had to wait 30 minutes for my order. The employee who had to make the drinks was whistling more than working and after there were no customers behind me, the other employee sat down quietly. Very bad service though.

Het toppunt van achterlijkheid is toch wel deze Starbucks. Ik vroeg om een normale cappucino en tot 4x toe snapte ze niet wat ik bedoelde. Ik vroeg of ik moest spellen n-o-r-m-a-a-l. Nog snapte ze het niet. Wil je een grande vroeg ze? Ik zei nee ik wil geen grote ik wil een normale 😉 Pas de namen van je maten eens aan, niemand snapt het.

I think prices can be lowered again. The price of a coffee no longer makes sense.

Gross burned dish water. Pumkin spice latte with whipped cream and caramel drizzle is what i asked for. Got some overpriced nonsense that tasted burned. Can't even taste the pumkin spice bc of the extreme sweetness and burned coffee beans. Never again going to Starbucks. Rude manager btw snapping at his employee for no reason.

It is a little more difficult to find due to the renovation of the station

They bully their employees away, and they only use milk no coffee, if I order a latte I literally get milk with the littlest flavour of coffee. Garbage

The coffee man cannot speak Dutch and his English is very poor. I ordered a caramel without coffee, will he give me a milk with ice cream? Even with the renovations, you are now between a few fences and a scaffolding. First and last time at Starbucks.

Despite what the HR from Starbucks headquarters says the manager has a sign that refuses to let people sit and use the wifi and refuses to give out ice water. I’ll be sending this and a video of her to head quarters.

You can drink coffee quickly. But very average

The barista does not speak Dutch at all, but only broken English. That's just not right. Your baristas don't have to speak fluent Dutch, but they should at least be able to understand an order in Dutch. I'll never go back there again.

Certain drinks without too much fuss are fine. It is pricey. Service is okay, but not every customer experiences the same service.

I paid 75% for ice cream and it wasn't worth the money. I paid 4 euros for some orange juice

Ik schrijf normaal geen beoordelingen, maar vind het nu wel nodig. Ik ga regelmatig naar dit filiaal, ze zijn super klantvriendelijk en werken heel snel. En het drinken is HEERLIJK!

zwarte Koffie was zwart slootwater zonder enig schuim of wat dan ook , niet te drinken. Geklaagd bij enige medewerkster met een grote mond en kent geen enkele klantvriendelijkheid. Koffie direct in de vuilnisbak. Gelukkig heeft de AH wel goede (!) koffie op het station. Starbucks? Nooit meer!

You are not helped properly. After walking in, you were immediately told that they were still closed and wouldn't open for another half hour, so you had to wait outside. Why is everything outside and the door open? Not customer friendly at all!

I have always been able to order a Matcha Lemonade without any problems, because the ingredients are in-house so why not, but today suddenly not because 'it is not in the system'. Indicated that I have no problem paying for a matcha latte or something, but because it was not in the system it was not possible, period. No middle ground was considered. Shame :(

I got my cold coffee in a paper cup and they didn't even put a lid on it. They didn't even ask for my name. For that kind of money, it's cool.

the staff here are so nice! I was helped by 2 girls on Saturday evening and they were so friendly. our mango dragonfruit refresher was also made very quickly and the drink was incredibly tasty. Me and my girlfriend will definitely come back much more often <3

Ordered a small latte machiato with lactose-free milk this morning. Was €4.35? while the day before I got a medium latte machiato with lactose-free milk in Utrecht for €4.25. They said the price had changed so that's not right, is it? And later I had a huge twinge in my stomach all day long, so did I ever have lactose-free milk? 🤣

Very bad service. Ordered an iced coffee but it really tasted like water with a color. Went back and the young lady (I think someone who didn't feel like working at all and seemed really grumpy) didn't want to take the coffee back because I had ordered it myself. So I politely stated that it tasted like ditch water and wanted my money back or a normal iced coffee. The lady literally turned around and pretended I was no longer there. I left the iced coffee and left. I will never come here and never again.

4.35 euros for a small cappuccino? I've always been a fan of Starbucks, but this really goes too far for me.

Last Monday I got a caramel frappechino with a classmate and when I got it it was completely white with caramel sauce. So I asked if it was correct because I thought there was no coffee in it. I received the answer that this had been happening all day and that it did contain coffee. I went to drink it and I didn't taste any coffee at all. My classmate had exactly what I had. Since I had to catch my train I couldn't go back again.

Zaterdag 29/2/2020 bezochten wij Starbucks Zwolle. Lekkere koffie! Helaas is deze wel schreeuwend duur. Twee kleine cappuccino voor €7,40 is flink aan de prijs. In het filiaal was geen enkel schoon tafeltje te vinden om fijn aan te zitten en van de cappuccino te genieten. Ons toch maar aan een smerig tafeltje gezeteld, waarbij wij er voor hebben gewaakt onze armen niet op tafel te leggen om onze kleding niet te besmeuren. Koffie is prima in dit filiaal maar schoon meubilair heeft duidelijk geen prioriteit.
