Very cute to vegan café in Amsterdam. The location is quaint with the most friendly staff and tons of vegan desserts. The drinks were also delicious. The coffee was perfect. Some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. We ordered sandwiches that were so divine. All made from tofu that was very well seasoned and I think it was also homemade because of the flavor. It was delicious. I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for a cute spot to work or meet up with a friend or even a first vegan date.

No, we weren't very impressed. The service initially ignored us, then sold out of the entire cheesecake we had ordered, and then they wanted us to leave a tip before we received anything. To us, that wasn't the Dutch friendliness we love. The chocolate cake wasn't bad, but it was a bit stale.

I was treated to a high tea on Mother's Day by my vegan daughter, and it certainly was a treat! Although not vegan myself, I feasted on a delicious frittata, scones, carrot cake, and chocolate cake, among other things. The atmosphere is warm, homey, and cozy, and the service is incredibly sweet and hugely enthusiastic. Koffie ende Koeck offers one of the tastiest homemade high teas in Amsterdam, and vegan or not, it is highly recommended!

We were incredibly lucky and managed to snag a table for three at this beautiful little vegan café. The cakes were absolutely delicious, as was the coffee. The staff were very friendly, and I was especially touched by the little card box where you could take a small, lovingly handwritten note and leave one for someone else. How sweet can you get? 🥰 The passion fruit cheesecake was fantastic.

Amazing vegan place! My friend and I had lunch there and both enjoyed it very much. The food is delicious - the spinach quiche and passion fruit cheesecake were a big hit with us 😋 The staff are so lovely too, it’s such a friendly, welcoming and cosy place. Can’t wait to come back to try the vegan high tea - another table had it while we were there and it looked incredible! 🤤

We were actually planning to go to the Banksy Museum, but we made a spontaneous detour to this little café. As a vegan, I was prepared to just order a black coffee and hope they'd have oat milk at no extra charge. So I was absolutely shocked when EVERYTHING was 100% vegan. The waitresses were also incredibly lovely. If I lived nearby, I'd spend all my money at this cute café.

Cute small place, you do have to fit yourself in small corners as it’s not spacious. Lovely staff, very busy but easy to reach. High tea was very good quality. Best vegan cheese cake I’ve ever had. One tip would be to have tea cups with a handle, because now when the tea is hot it’s impossible to hold the cup because of the temperature.

The food was very tasty! We had a high tea. What I find very strange and not customer-friendly is that you only get 3 small pots of tea for the three of you. I have really had a lot of high teas, but unlimited tea is supposed to be included. How much does hot water cost anyway? Just make it a few euros more expensive. In terms of the food, it is worth repeating, but I really thought there was too little tea that came with it.

Cozy little café with delicious fennel cat cake, tasty scones, and more. The staff is very warm and friendly; that alone makes you want to come back! Everything is vegan and freshly baked/made. And the decor is beautiful with William Morris wallpaper and they use antique, lovely tableware. It is located opposite Westerpark if you want to combine it with a walk!

I have been too Koffie and koeck many times and I have always received a nice friendly attitude and ofcourse the cakes are amazing. I have galactosemia so this means no dairy allowed, so to have a place like here is amazing for a cheeky treat.

One of the most charming + tasty cafés I've ever been too, and even better that it's all vegan! Everything looked so good, I couldn't choose, and asked the staff for help. I ended up with a smokey tofu sandwich + salad, a slice of passionfruit cheesecake, and a ginger-lemongrass tea. Everything was delicious! The sandwich and cheesecake had incredible textures, felt light, but were substantial and didn't leave me hungry. The cheesecake was especially divine - the cheesecake part was so soft and smooth, and the passionfruit jelly on top was genuinely refreshing. I feel like it could have won a GBBO award! Also, the staff are so sweet and friendly, and the cafe building itself is really cute! I loved the charming french doors/windows all along its side. I wish I'd taken photos of the food, but it was too good :)

Absolutely wonderful vegan coffee shop in Amsterdam. Couldn't reccomeded them enough, from the friendly staff to the wonderful atmosphere and of course the amazing food. We got 2 mains to share and a latte and all came out warm, delicious and with a smile. It's a very small space and they don't have much seating, people were constantly coming in and out and they were doing everything to accommodate everyone and make sure we all had a lovely experience. Very worth going, especially if you're a vegan and wanting somewhere genuine, local and friendly.

My favorite brunch place in Amsterdam! Super cozy, lovely atmosophere and staff, the food is excellent, and it's an overall relaxing spot to hang out at, either alone or with a friend. I always bring my favorite people here to experience it with me, and even the most carnivore friends of mine can't resist the tofu sandwich! And don't even get me started on the cake selection! The chocolate cake is heaven!!

The coffee and food was nice, but maybe the day we were there one of employees had a bad day… It made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than customers. Our server was cold and not smiling, When I tried to start a small talk (think of conversations like where are from, how long do you live in Amsterdam etc (I am not Dutch myself)) it only made it worse. I worked with customers myself, so I used to smile to everyone and having a small conversation. For the rest is cozy cafe with delicious vegan food but I am afraid I won’t be willing to come back, which is the shame…

Absolutely fantastic service, the chai latte was incredible and the chocolate cake was to die for. My sister had the apple and almond cake and really enjoyed hers as well. We visited after a walk through the park from Molenwerf and it was just wonderful. Definitely would visit Amsterdam again just to have their latte and cake again.

One of my absolute favorite vegan spots in Amsterdam! The entire menu is fantastic, and so is their Afternoon Tea. My go-to favorites are the lemongrass chai latte, the carrot cake, the scones, and the frittata sandwich. I even ordered the carrot cake for my son’s 1st birthday, and everyone loved it! The team is always warm, friendly, and welcoming. I don’t think there will ever be enough words to fully describe how special this place is — highly recommend!

Koffie & Koeck is without a doubt my favorite high tea place in Amsterdam. This is now the third time I have been here, and every time it is a taste explosion! The vegan high tea is not only a party for vegans, but also for non-vegans. You really can't tell that everything is plant-based – the quiche has the creaminess of egg, the frittata tastes like it's made with cheese and egg, and the cakes are so moist you'd swear there was butter and cream in them. It's pure magic from the kitchen! In addition, the service is fantastic: friendly, warm and attentive. You really get value for money - a rich high tea with delicious snacks and an extensive selection of teas. Everything is fresh, tasty and prepared with love. Whether you are vegan or not, this is a place you simply have to experience. I will definitely come back here more often. Absolutely recommended!
