The food was of low quality as was the service.

Staff is not friendly, not helpful, seem to be there reluctantly. The bun of the burger was not fresh. The fries were really NOT edible.

Closed despite the fact that orders were placed and pick up between 7:30 PM and 8:15 PM

The food is overpriced, gave us the wrong burgers and wrong drinks and service was overall really bad

I ate here yesterday because it was quiet compared to all the other restaurants in the Mall of the Netherlands. Now I know why. We were served by a disinterested salesperson who thought his phone was more important than the customer. After a long wait, we finally got our order, which was terrible and way overpriced. Think carefully before you decide to eat here.

We ate here with our family. All three of us got food poisoning from the chicken. We tried to contact the restaurant through several channels, but unfortunately, we never received a response!

The burger was okay, but definitely not worth 11 euros. The staff was eating behind the counter and wasn't interested. It also took a very long time.

Wanted to eat there on Saturday evening, the lady is on her phone all the time and is very unfriendly. The staff is eating themselves, takes the wrong order, so just skip this one! The burger also didn't taste like anything.

Very bad. The service is unfriendly and they all look like a bunch of disinterested people. And then the food. First we had to wait 20 minutes. When we asked where our lunch was, the burgers were gone. Alternatively a wrap with chicken. This one was half cold and the coleslaw was nowhere to be seen. Well, that wasn't the worst part, but it was that we both woke up sick the next night. I said to my husband after the air. That wrap didn't sit well with me. Really too bad for words. Not worth a star.

I don't understand the bad reviews. We ate super tasty chicken strips. Fries also super tasty. The only downside was that the cabbage lettuce was not tasty.

Very customer unfriendly service, I didn't get the included cabbage lettuce and when I asked for it I was ignored, the employee also ignored my question if I could have extra sauce, so it's a really bad place, don't come here

Disgusting food, didn't know you could mess up hot wings but we did it here. Tasteless and doesn't look good. Never again!

The chicken was spiced from the inside only. This results in a chicken with not that much flavouring unfortunately. In addition, the stand was understaffed, and the production was quite low, this resulted in one hour long waiting line for our order. I highly suggest you to avoid this stand. The only upside, was the building. It looks really awesome, but you can also eat other things in the area, so I would avoid this stand.

Small menu with six options, two of which were already sold out. The fried chicken was certainly not special, the portion of fries was large and fine and the small portion of coleslaw was tasty but not special. Place within the food court but without buzzers, which means you are not very flexible in terms of seating.

Arrogant employees who don't seem to want to do their work. The food was also very mediocre and took a very long time even though it was not busy.

The Hotwings were not Hotwings, simply wings. The fries were ok but I can NOT recommend the chicken strips. They were horrible!

Ik en me famillie hebben echt lekker gegeten en is ook nog goedkoop was echt een goede beslissing om naar hier te komen top!!

De patat had nagenoeg geen zout. Wat overigens droge patat uit de diepvries was. Er stond geen zout op tafel. Koolsla, die bij het menu hoort, werd niet geleverd. Er zat geen drinken bij het menu. De panering van de spicy chicken wings was niet pittig. Flauw eerder. Burger was ok. Al met al verwacht je op zo'n locatie met zulke prijzen wel dat in ieder geval alles compleet en lekker is. Daarbij is de service niet aanwezig. Bijna 50 euro kwijt aan droge patat en mediocre kip terwijl ze dit aanbieden als star of the menu. Wij komen hier helaas niet meer terug.

De kipwrap menu is erg lekker. Onlangs gegeten. Toen wij er waren was het lekker mals en vers. Smaak was te vergelijken met kfc

Vriendelijk personeel en snelle service. Kwaliteit en prijsverhouding is optimaal een aanrader:))

Ik heb hier hotwings met friet en koolsla gegeten. Ik had ook nog een super lekkere tropical juice. Ik vond het wel jammer dat je je eten krijgt op een goedkoop papierenbordje en dat er geen apart bakje is voor de koolsla. Het was verder wel lekker.

Ik begrijp niet dat ze maar 2.5 sterren hebben. Ze hebben echt crunchy patat en de kip is te vergelijken met kfc zinger

Smaakte wel goed. Maar jammer dat je 2 uur moet wachten op een bestelling en er niets word gemeld. Ze hebben ook geen telefoonnummer dus je moet maar afwachten.

Not bad, hamburger was good, fries were okay, but a bit salty. The chicken didn’t taste that good to be honest and I had to wait really long. The lady that worked here was also kinda rude and didn’t seem to care about the customers. At least I got a nice burger and fries, that’s all what counts in my opinion.

Patat is erg lekker, maar de kip waarvoor je komt heeft geen smaak, is droog en gewoon niet wat het vroeger ooit was in Rotterdam

Was redelijk snel en goed te eten.

Gisteren gegeten hier. Het begon al verkeerd bij een verkeerde prijs op het menubord, dit zou nog aangepast moeten worden. Toen voor de fried chicken menu gegaan met hot wings (incl. friet en koolsla). Het duurde echt wel lang voordat er geserveerd was en toen zagen we de porties. Friet was schandalig weinig, je kon de bodem zien van het kantinebord én er was helemaal geen koolsla maar een hoopje ijsbergsla met verdwaalde tomaat. Toen ik verhaal ging halen excuseerde de wat oudere mevrouw netjes en gaf ze aan dat er helemaal geen koolsla was (dit was niet gemeld) en schepte ze nog wat extra friet voor ons op. Ik stond met anderen te wachten bij de balie en ook andere klanten gaven aan nogal geschrokken zijn van de portie t.o.v. de prijs. Limonade was ook niet tot de rand gevuld, leek ook alsof daar al wat uit gedronken was. Heel teleurstellend dus. Enige troost was dat de kip smaakte, krokant en warm was, maar ik zie geen reden meer om volgende keer terug te gaan.
