Food was fantastic! We had a lovely dinner and afterwards the chef made us a mango rice pudding despite it not being on the menu. Would 10/10 recommend this place.

Delicious Thai food. Sometimes it just takes a long time to get delivered.

The food was fine, but unfortunately, the rest was disappointing. There was no atmosphere in the restaurant and it was clearly understaffed. We had to wait an hour for the starter and then another 45 minutes for the main course. In the meantime, we were only asked once if we wanted a drink, right at the beginning of the evening. It's a shame, because with better service and a bit more attention, it could have been a much more pleasant experience.

Called at 19:15 to place an order. It would be ready at 20:00. I arrived at 20:00 and then only got my food at 20:45… Too bad they are not realistic about the time, paid 50 euros and had to wait 1.5 hours Despite that, the food is delicious and the employees work their lungs out but they really need extra staff!

This is all about the food. Freshly cooked to order and absolutely glorious. There’s a lot of attention to detail and authentic ingredients. Did I say it was absolutely glorious already? It’s a small team here so things can slow down a bit when it gets busy, especially as they get lots of take out orders as well as sit down diners. But it’s worth it. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Mediocre dinner and older Thai guy waiter tried to short change me - had me pin twice (apparently the first time didnt work, he turned the screen away from me) then acted confused when i went back to get a refund and still tried to give me the wrong amount back three times while playing stupid... Rather embarrassing performance from him and not the best way to finish a dinner. Make sure you dont pin twice and hope this guy isnt your waiter.

The food is amazing! And the owner is so kind and sweet. We used to live around the corner ( and ate here weekly) now we drive up from another town because we havent found any Thai restaurants that are better. Highly recommend✨

What a disappointment 🙁 Back to our favorite Thai restaurant after a few years... the flavor explosion and warm hospitality in this simple neighborhood restaurant in our memory has now been replaced by a watery thin curry and dish with Thai basil that had no flavor whatsoever. and certainly not Thai basil! Very small portions and high prices. 1 person to serve the entire restaurant who therefore had no time for empty glasses or showed interest in whether the food tasted. Forgot fried rice so you had to let the main course get cold. Haven't had such a bad restaurant experience in a long time. We don't have to go here anymore.

This place is really good. The food is always delicious. The lady that runs the place is so kind and such a hard worker. The atmosphere is very cozy. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat. Real fresh quality Thai food

Tasty Thai food with nice flavours in Bos en Lommerweg. The papaya salad was authentic with good texture, and the terrace has good spacing to enjoy a quiet lunch in the street. If you're looking for real Thai spiciness, you can find it here.

Nice thai place for a quick bite

This is definitely the best Thai meal I have had in the Netherlands, and even in Paris. This is my second time here and I had fried rice with beef. This fried rice won’t make you feel greasy and it comes with a lot of very fresh vegetables as shown in the picture. I'm sure these vegetables are all fresh, not frozen. You'll know after you try them. There is a lot of beef and the taste is very good. I really like it. Tom Yum Soup, this is definitely Hand made Tom Yum soup instead of using finished Tom Yum sauce. It's very delicious, and you should pay attention to one detail: the shrimps in the Tom Yum soup can be eaten directly in one bite, and even the skin near the tail of the shrimp has been removed. Awesome, this is definitely a Thai restaurant not to be missed. It actually takes nearly an hour for me and my wife’s friend to make the trip, but we always make a special trip there.

Dit is absoluut een van de beste Thai restaurants. Eten is altijd goed, bediening altijd vriendelijk. Deze Thai is een omweg waard.

This was our first time trying this neighborhood restaurant. I ordered Tom Yam Kung (spicy lime soup with shrimp) and my partner and I split the Prik Thai Dam (garlic and black pepper stir fry with shrimp and veggies). We didn’t have much expectations going into but after trying the soup it got our attention. Flavor bomb in your mouth! The stir fry was just as good. And the shrimp (my partner agrees) were some of the best we’ve had in a long time. Can’t wait to go back and try other amazing things on the menu!

The food is fresh and you can taste it.

Gone 3 times in a 3 month period and the tastes were consistent. The ingredients seem always fresh and super flavorous! Don't expect fancy dish presentation, but who would care when the food feels traditional and tastefull as in a family table !

The flavors are not really refined and monotonous. The Priew Waan is sweet, without other flavors. It can sometimes take a while before it is ready

Klein restaurant met afhaalmogelijkheden. Gezellig ingericht en menukaart met ruime keuze. We hebben gesmuld van diverse voorgerechten en kra prouw. Lekker pittig maar erg goed van smaak. Aanrader!

Klein Thais restaurant, weinig sfeer maar lekker eten. Had 4 sterren gekregen als het gewoon kraanwater serveerde en dat niet weigerde.

Very nice Thai food! Good value for money especially for the Tom Kha Jee. The owner was very kind and explained everything we wanted to know about the food.

Wij hadden gereserveerd. Het was druk. Er liep1 iemand in de bediening en er stond 1 persoon in de keuken. Het duurde allemaal vreselijk lang en we zijn weggegaan. Je zou denken dat Jako Bubble Tea ernaast (van dezelfde eigenaar) even het hoekje om komt kijken hoe het gaat en of er geholpen kan worden. Er staan namelijk twee personen in Jako en er was 1 klant. De bestellingen die telefonisch en via de website binnenkomen leken voorrang te krijgen. Duidelijk een personeelsprobleem. Teleurstellend want hun eten is echt super lekker.

The place is well located, but a bit too small and smelly because the kitchen is too close and not ventilated. The food was good, maybe above average, but I think it is overpriced, hence the four starts.

I've been here with 4 other people. No reservation during friday evening. The place was full (it's very tiny) and there was only one waitress, she was pretty busy and not very friendly. The food on the other hand is awesome, really really good, the portions are very big and the tastes are extremely interesting. One of the best thai I've ever had. The very spicy food is really very spicy and extremely tasty. With main courses they also bring a super tiny bowl of white rice, they could definitely some more rice. We also had a soup with coconout milk (very good) and an fried apetizer, which was quite good as well, but maybe a little bit too greasy.

Food taste stunning coming in big portions and extremely nice employees who will give you an unforgivable meal and a full belly at the end.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Restaurant ist schön einladend. Der Service war sehr nett, allerdings kam unser Essen nicht gleichzeitig, sodass wir nicht gemeinsam anfangen konnten. Aber ansonsten war alles super, wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Top bediening en ook het eten was heel lekker!

Vrij recent geleden was een vega curry hier 13 euro en nu is het alweer 17 euro. Jammer! Echt een overdreven prijs stijging wat mij betreft. :(

Wat een fantastische zeer smaakvolle gerechten! De gerechten zijn niet al te zwaar, maar boordevol smaak. Het personeel is zeer aardig en bedienen zoals het hoort, geen poespas. Het enig klein minpunt heeft niets met service of eten te maken, maar met de afzuiging. Je zit helaas in alle walnen uit de keuken in het restaurant, maar ja.... luxe probleem? Is sowieso een aanrader!!

Outstanding food, beautifully presented, and delightful service. Particularly loved the Tom Yang Gung soup and the green curry and the dry rosé wine. The restaurant itself is lovely. We had a splendid evening.

Heel vriendelijk, heerlijke geuren uit de keuken. Hadden eend, kip en inktvis. Alles heerlijk. FIJN. Veel in Azië en Thailand geweest, authentiek.

Was uit eten met 4 personen in totaal bij ren klein Thais restaurantje in Amsterdam West. Menukaart heeft voldoende gerechten om uit te kiezen. Qua prijs is het prima in verhouding met hoeveel eten je krijgt. De papaya salade en fish cakes waren lekker zoals ik het in Thailand ook had gegeten. Als hoofdgerecht hadden we de hele dorade vis en pad Thai met kip gekozen. Beiden waren lekker maar er mocht wel iets meer rijst geserveerd worden bij de vis. De pad thai was wel lekker maar het had niet de impact zoals de papaya salade en fish cakes. Zou ze voor het eten 3,5 ster beoordeling geven. Voor de sfeer is het een simpel klein restaurant waar je niet teveel van moet verwachten bij binnenkomst. Het is klein en simpel maar ook wel netjes. De toiletten waren ook wel schoner dan andere restaurants waar ik heen geweest. Personeel was vriendelijk en had goed in de gaten als mensen een extra drankje wilden hebben of vragen hadden. Hiervoor 4 sterren beoordeling.

Ik heb hier door het jaar heen nu meerdere make gegeten en heb iedere keer genoten. De bediening en de koks weten wat ze doen en zetten iets moois neer. Ik kom graag nog een keer eten.

Super lekker eten en een gezellig klein restaurantje! Afgelopen jaren vaak curry’s gegeten hier.

Heerlijk!! En vriendelijke service

We went as a family of five at 7pm on a Friday night, the place was busy and we felt lucky to get a table. The server was obviously a family member who had zero training or understanding of table service. This was evident when it took 20 minutes for the drinks order to be taken. When it eventually arrived she tipped 2 bottles of beer onto the lap of one of our guests. Later we ordered more drinks that didn’t arrive. As it was busy other people were arriving and were seated at their tables, to be served food before us! 2 hours later we had our mains (we gave up on the starters) with 2 rounds of drinks. When the bill came we challenged it as it had 6 mains and double the beer tab (the server forgot to bring us the round we ordered). It was changed incorrectly and for the 3rd time it was issued wrong in our favour. The service was amateurish, but the food was great ( 6 stars for the food. -5 for the service). Terrible night out.

Eten gehaald bij destijds de beste Thai uit bos&lommer, restaurant is helaas overgenomen en afhalen is een chaos. Duurt lang sommige zaten er al 30/40min bestellingen vergeten door te geven a/d keuken. Onze bestelling was niet hetgeen we besteld hadden (verre van dat) moesten weer vanuit Slotervaart rijden om de juiste bestelling te halen, weer 20min wachten en er kon alleen een sorry van af…. Geen drankje voor het wachten, geen extra zakje kroepoek, korting of weet ik veel wat. Slecht dus. Eten was redelijk wel hele grote stukken groente waardoor je de stukjes vlees op een hand kon tellen. Nee vroeger wast beter… het kan de opstart zijn, i know maar los het dan iig goed op voor je klanten….
