Kwalitaria Délifrance in Schuytgraaf

What worthless service at Kwalitaria. My order still hadn't arrived after an hour, and I was called a few times, after which I was told it was a takeaway order, “which isn't true because I've never ordered from them before.” I picked up the order anyway, and I got dry fries. I mentioned this, and a young Asian girl told me that they couldn't do much about it because I was a bit late. *Needless to say.* They did say afterwards that they would remake it, but that also took half an hour, and only the standard excuse that it was ‘super busy’. Apparently, they consider that a reason to make customers wait endlessly and to treat them rudely.

I ordered a pork schnitzel. It was on time, but I did have to wait 25 minutes. The fries were very tasty, but the schnitzel itself was smaller than expected and dripping with oil. It seemed more deep-fried than baked.

This is now the second time I've had a bami disc where the oil leaked out. The fries were lukewarm and limp. I did get new ones that were good and crispy.

I ordered a tuna sandwich as shown in the photo below. The lettuce, onions, pickles, etc. were missing. Fries were supposed to be buy one get one free, but I only received one. I then called to follow up, and they said they would still come and deliver it. In the background, I heard an unsociable employee say, "If they only indicated one fry, then they only get one!" We waited for the fries that were never delivered. So, you have lost this regular customer. I do still want my money back for the plain tuna sandwich. You can keep the free fries.

As a former employee, I strongly advise everyone against eating here. The hygiene in the kitchen is truly dramatically bad, and everything is only half-cleaned, including cutting boards. Cross-contamination also occurs daily. Additionally, fights regularly broke out in the back area near the dishwashing station. I also strongly advise against working here because the managers are really nasty people. They were already being unfriendly in my second week. In short, just don't go here.

Today a spicy chicken sandwich for myself and a teriyaki sandwich for my colleague. IT WAS A FULL TEN! Super tasty and perfectly presented.. The sandwich itself was also super good and the chicken with onion and pieces of bell pepper was super tasty! .. You can tell in everything that these people have a passion for their craft. I seriously haven't eaten such a delicious sandwich in ages! Big compliments and very friendly staff too. Thank you very much and I will most certainly come by again, even though I live close to Amsterdam :)) Regards Ron and colleague

The quality has gotten worse, sauce is often missing, and when you do get your sauce they don't put a lid on it, and if you have it delivered, you guessed it, everything is covered in it.

With my chicken satay—which has almost no satay sauce—I get expired prawn crackers!! Best before 12-3-2026—scandalous, and you pay almost 15 euros for that!!!

We order here regularly via Thuiszorgd and have always been satisfied so far. Always very fast delivery and hot/fresh food! The menu varies quite a bit; different types of burgers and snacks. Maybe a bit on the pricey side, but I think that is the case at most places these days.

Waiting over 2 hours for your food.. truly scandalous

Worthless. So there's absolutely no food safety. I pull a piece of bandage out of my mouth while eating kapsalon.

I can't get enough of that delicious bere klauw and patat oorlog (fried potato with a twist). It's a regular menu for me, and the owner is fantastic. He caters to the customer's needs, acting quickly and efficiently. That's what makes this delicious chip shop so good. If it were up to me, I'd eat here every day, hahaha. Hold on tight, and the bere klauw is simply hmmmmmmmmmmm.

I had pain for days after eating a frikandel. It's a good tip to eat here if you want to lose a kilo in a few days.

Diarrhea guaranteed. I got food poisoning from a frikandel, and so did my partner. My fault, because this wasn't the first time here. They were also lukewarm, so maybe they weren't cooked long enough. A staff member also yelled at a delivery driver, which was very unpleasant. Last time, the burgers were hard, not tasty, expensive, and had a lot of... Rotten burgers.

16 minutes for 2 small fries in an empty shop. I could have better gone to the shops and fried them at home, and then I would have eaten them.

Unfortunately, we just got regular Coke for the third time, even though I told them I wanted a zero. That's a bit of a shame. The food is always good, but I personally find the staff not always very friendly.

I wasn't planning on ever going in here because of the high prices and previous bad experiences with Kwalitaria locations. But my girlfriend wanted fries for lunch. To check if my hunch about this snack bar was right, I grabbed a few fries... I paid €4.70 for a large portion of fries. At home, the "large" fries turned out to be a container of about 8x6cm. It was criminal. The fries were lukewarm, with lots of small, short pieces, and very limp and dry. There was no salt. I've actually found all the snack bars in Arnhem to be overpriced for the past few years. But this takes the cake. I recently went to my hometown (village area), and apparently, it's still possible there. I ate a regular portion of fries that was practically twice the size of these "large" fries and cost 60% of the price. So it's still possible, unfortunately not here... I'm currently looking for my own deep fryer ;)

The fries aren't good. Mostly short pieces of potato that are glassy on the outside and dry on the inside.. 👎 I'm not even going to argue about that anymore.

If you can't deliver, abandon Thuiszorgd. After an hour and a half, still nothing. Two fries doesn't seem like a big deal to me.

Just ordered and the delivery was fast...however...my husband ordered the chicken satay menu and only received 3 very thin satay skewers without fries. Very expensive at 14.40

Unfortunately the last 3 times very bad experience with the delivery. After waiting an hour call the branch to hear that the delivery person is really on the way. Last time the order was not even made and this time the delivery person came after 5 minutes and everything was cold, limp and mushy. Nothing was crispy or warm. The sauce was loose everywhere through the bags (except in the container). In short a disappointment. After this 3rd disappointing experience this was the last time I order something there and this time I filed a complaint and requested a refund.

We ate here on 14-06-25. In itself a nice place. Outside it was 32 degrees (and inside it felt the same to us). A wide range and we were helped friendly. The snacks were good, we found the fries hard and dry and not tasty. We had fries special, and the mayo/curry and onions were in a separate container. Unfortunately we had this experience before.

Great selection, but no tasty mayonnaise, no tasty satay sauce and no tasty bamischijf. Furthermore, I get the creeps from the non-service-oriented attitude of the gentleman who manages the Kwalitaria.

Employee goes to the toilet, comes down, doesn't wash his hands and immediately grabs lettuce with his (unwashed) hands from the bin and throws it on our fries dish. Super unhygienic! In addition, the food was also tasteless and inedible!

Have ordered several times in recent years and never had a complete order. Last weekend again and then you call them and you get an apology and it shouldn't happen but it still happens every time. Indicated that this is the umpteenth time in a row that the order is not complete. And then they offer you 1 free milkshake that was also delivered lying down, so it was already leaking. From now on we will order elsewhere!

Always received good food from this place. Service is friendly and smooth. A small mistake was resolved very quickly and neatly by the lady behind the counter. Big thumbs up for her!

Fries are cold and hard even though I live around the corner. Cup of sauce is not included, if you call, you will be told that unfortunately this can happen. The delivery people are swearing behind the counter. All in all, last time I've been here

Nice space to sit, relaxed atmosphere

Called to pick up food, "that is only possible online sir" well fine I order, I am waiting in the store and suddenly notice that the prices in the store differ from those on the website. Beef croquette €3.00 versus €2.70 and a milkshake normally €3.85 versus €3.70. Asked how this is possible, because I can understand that with a good reason. I was told this was to maintain the website? That they did not do this from the profit but passed it on to the customer. My order was €0.75 extra. For me it is not about the €0.75 but more about the principle. What is this about? No, now I understand why you cannot order by telephone. Worthless.

Delivered too late, in the end you just call what time it will be and strangely enough the order is NOW in the grease, it took 45 minutes longer in the end, and then you get cold fries, frikandel special without onion... and upside down in it. the bag, the citizen still gives it a two, but what poverty this is!

Picked up fries a few times. Good quality, tastes like fresh. One time the order had not arrived and she prepared it on the spot in 1 minute. Top service.

Staff had a very bad day. Ten minutes time difference between my food being served and that of my party. Then do nothing about compensation and quickly walk away after a sheepish apology. Well, quite tasty food, but if you work in the catering industry without passion for the guest, you would be better off taking a paper route.

Ik heb der gewerkt nou nooit meer hoor. De medewerkers maakt het niet uit hoe jij je voelt of hoe het met je gaat als je pouzen hebt en je moet bezorgen nou dat maakt niet uit hoor je moet gaan maar als iemand anders pouzen heeft(de mensen die voor werken) dan mogen hun lekker blijven zitten het boeit hun niet wat er aan de hand is ze praaten over mensen in de back over hoe gemeen ze zijn terweel ze zelf niet eens aardig zij ik raad het aff om daar te eten of te werken.

Food is so so, and quite expensive! Often refried fries that are left over. Moreover, the waiting time is quite long. A product rarely has a frying time of more than 4 minutes. Recently I fried fries well and frikandel were fried for too long, and if the frying time specified by the manufacturer is exceeded, eating something like that becomes exponentially unhealthier!! Same with old or too hot frying fat! You often wait fifteen minutes after you have placed your order, even though there is no one else in the shop. Attractive place with a matt black spray-painted ceiling (all air conditioning pipes) which gives the impression of a dust nest.. There is certainly still some room for improvement.

Weinig, niet compleet en verre van klantvriendelijk. Gewoon stelletje monopolisten want geen concurrentie in omgeving. Te weinig kwaliteit in verhouding tot prijzen. Lopende band werk zonder klantenservice.

Unfortunately I read the reviews too late, otherwise I would not have come here. Food was not tasty, schnitzel which is greasy and tastes of nothing. 8.50 for a small schnitzel! Fries mixed with the old Fries. Tables poorly cleaned. In addition, it seems as if the employees are forced to stand at the counter, ridiculous!

Very nice atmosphere, an absurd amount of choice from different dishes and menus, especially for a cafeteria! I often come here with colleagues during work and it has never disappointed once!

The employee was very impatient and interrupted me every time while I had not finished ordering. Had to wait 20 minutes for fries. Fries have come and it is very cold you can eat it. Very ridiculous.

There was 1 other customer in the business. We had to wait 25 minutes for fries. Very slow service. The fries finally came. Is it cold. We didn't have time to wait for new ones anymore, so we threw half away and went Not a positive experience, won't be back.

Always good food, great delivery people and good staff!

Staff was very unfriendly/uncaring and could not order over the telephone. It was only possible via the website or in store. The restaurant itself did not look neat either, with dirt everywhere and tables still full of leftover food. The food, on the other hand, was tasty.

Pricey but worth it for what you get in terms of the amount of fries and topping

I threw up on the spring burger last night... really not okay.

Ordered at half past eight for half past eight. They arrived at 7:50 pm. Nice and fast, you might think, but why can I specify a time if you're not going to stick to it? Waste of money, worth nothing. Staff (except delivery people) are a bunch of clowns. Overrated.

Nice place, it's a pity that the food on the menu does not resemble what is delivered.

Friendly staff and good atmosphere. You can just order old-fashioned fries and take them with you. But also eat on the spot where you simply get the food served on a plate. The chairs are comfortable and there is reading material. Always nice. The food is ok. Not the tastiest stew and best fries, but not bad either.

No good taste at all and frozen

Had my daughter's friends for dinner today. I got home late and thought maybe the ladies would like fries. But at Kwalitaria. The perfect fries and snacks. Delicious food. The price is right the service is good. Nice clean place with good food. So highly recommended 🥰

2nd time getting food again no success kebap sandwich cold!! And then you sit there waiting but they are busier talking to each other ham also cold and then you pay 9 euros for a kebab sandwich almost no meat you say without sauce and what do you get with sauce the whole sandwich is ruined thank you!!!

Great snack bar! What really struck me was that the ladies who prepared the food wore a lot of bracelets, which was not really hygienic...

Fries stew were very well prepared! Or was it a lot of richly filled stew with fries :-)? Supplemented with different types of garnishes that complete the whole and also fit well together. The 1838 (hamburger) tasted great and again everything was just right! Not unimportant... the staff is friendly and it was not a problem to sit here and eat.

Delicious fries here, large portions for a great price! Fast service and very friendly staff. We don't go that often but we are always satisfied👍

Chicken with fries very bad. Chicken was not cooked properly. Burger was decent. Had to wait 5 minutes. We will never order anything here again. I called but nothing or apology at all. Lost 34 euros. And I could throw away the Chicken.

The quality is excellent, varied menu and fast delivery. We are fans!

Hele lekkere snacks maar best klein en een bezorgingsservice.

Hele mooie locatie, centraal in de wijk en een leuk modern interieur. Wij rijden om voor de friet, super lekker! Het enige nadeel is dat t best prijzig is!

Goede variatie aan eten, originele burgers.. Hier Kan je echt wat anders krijgen dan in de standaard snackbar. Een aanrader!!

Ik heb hier de brietruffel burger gehaald. En vond de burger echt heerlijk. De friet was knapperig ik vind dit zelf altijd wel lekker. Vriendelijk personeel. Ik zou zeker aanraden om er te gaan eten.

Ik heb vanavond ( 12-09-2023 )voor de eerst keer hier iets besteld, een frietje spicy chicken, ik vroeg een frietje hete kip en kreeg als antwoord, ja die hebben wij. Nou ik wil niet veel zeggen maar ga alsjeblieft eerst eens bij een andere frietzaak even kennis op doen wat een frietje hete kip is ( er is bestaat ook nog een broodje hete kip. En dan…….wat verstaan jullie onder spicy?, niet dit in ieder geval, er zat een vaag zoet sausje overheen en verre van pittig helaas !!!!, ik kom over een paar maanden wel terug om hem opnieuw te proberen. voor de rest wel een nette zaak en vriendelijke bediening.

Mwah, eten was matig, kipburger nog best oké, maar de friet en snacks niet lekker en onder het vet. Ook kreeg ik de bon niet mee en schrok ik best van de prijs. Het is tenslotte een snackbar, hier hebben we €35,00 voor betaald. Vind ik niet waard.

We hebben eten besteld. Ondanks dat we vlakbij wonen, was het eten al koud. De wrap was niet gewrapped, maar het was meer 2 pannenkoeken met een hoop eten er naast. Wat mij betreft was dat eens, maar nooit meer.

Heerlijk. Beter kan ik het niet verwoorden. En ze hebben daar gewoon een bakje sla met dressing. Super!

Personeel die niet enthousiast is. Beker die op de grond valt van de milkshake en dan toch gebruikt. En veel mensen achter de toonbank die niets staan te doen in zicht van klanten

Waren wat dingen vergeten en lang wachten bij kassa. Maar veel keuze uit lekker dingen. Denk dat het op dat tijdstip dat ik er was misschien een beetje druk was . Maar je kunt er goed eten een aanrader.

Nooit een dürum donor bestellen hier! Waardeloos! wrap met in midden wat donor die in een liter saus dreef, kwam niet eens in de buurt

Echt goed de friet is geweldig en de snacks ook...je kunt er ook goed gezellig zitten en de prijs is goed!!

Als fanatiek vleeseter eens een salade met een vega kroket geprobeerd. Was lekker divers en ruim voldoende.

Eenvoudig maar heerlijk gegeten!

Het eten was hier redelijk , echter hadden we een soort panini broodje besteld met gebakken kipfilet of gyros wat niet zo lekker was. Het broodje was slap en taai, en het vlees zaten zwarte stukjes tussen. Ook is het meubilair versleten, verf wat van de zitbanken afgesleten is. Ziet er wat armoedig uit allemaal.

Slechte bediening, onvriendelijk personeel (kale man) en eten is belachelijk slecht. Daarbij behandelen ze hun personeel slecht

Eet nooit een hamburger bij Kwalitaria Delifrance Schuytgraaf want daar krijg je rauw vlees. Thuis gekomen met de burger , krijg je dit kan je terug krijg je er 1 die nog rauwer is dan nr1 Hier kan je vreselijk ziek van worden! Ecoli bacteriën bv! Weer terug.. of ik een ijsje wilde .. Nou nee uit die zaak eet ik nooit meer wat! Kwaliteit....🤭

Om te beginnen het personeel. Erg onprofessioneel en totaal niet vakbekwaam. Als je met een klacht komt wordt je of genegeerd of uit gelachen. Het broodje shoarma was koud, friet slap. Op een broodje frikandel met mayo. Zat zoveel mayo dat de frikandel niet meer te zien en te proeven was. Het personeel vond hun mobiele telefoon belangrijker dan de klanten. Ik heb ze drie keer een kans gegeven. Maar na het derde bezoek was het voor mij echt klaar. Ze zullen mij er nooit meer zien.
