Tasty food, friendly staff, and fast service.

The fries were disappointing again. The Raspatat were burnt and the regular fries were undercooked. This was the last time we got anything from here.

I ordered the summer wrap. €8.95, and the pictures in the restaurant and online show 2 wraps. You only get 1, which is half-filled and the rest is folded over. For the quantity, that is scandalous for that price!!!

Ordered a 'Berehap' and it is a real joke. You pay a lot for it, and instead of a real 'Berehap' with plenty of onion, you get a small, deep-fried, elongated minced meat stick cut into pieces, with a wafer-thin slice of onion crammed in between the pieces of meat instead of thick slices of onion, as it should be with a real 'Berehap'! Absolutely not worth the money!! Furthermore, everything is quite pricey for what you get compared to other snack bars.

Always good, the teriyaki fries here are better than at all the other places I've tried them. Despite the crowds, the staff is always friendly. I like coming here.

The food here is fine, as you would expect from Kwalitaria. The milkshakes and ice creams are also tasty. The staff works hard and is friendly. It can get very busy there. It's a shame they don't deliver to homes in Kloosterveen. I like the atmosphere inside, but it could be decorated more nicely.

Handy for a quick bite. Quite pricey for what you get. I have experienced multiple times with takeout that the portions of fries are very small. When you order 3 fries, you should be happy if there is enough for two people to share.

Hi everyone, I think the food at Snackkwalitaria is very nice and tasty! The staff is friendly, polite and helpful, and I enjoy eating there. The snacks are excellent!

This Cafetaria abuses its position as the only cafeteria here, Portions of fries are so small that you become sad, but they charge Jesus prices, clearly saying no onion on the fries, still onion on top. Ordered 3 times now, disappointed all 3 times. Next time I will drive a bit for tasty fries, and a normal size fry container.

Absolutely fantastic place, where you can enjoy delicious food and drinks, and where the staff is truly friendly! Highly recommended! They were very thoughtful and presented the ice cream for our toddler in such a way that it was easy to eat without spilling. They even asked us if we wanted our ice cream during or after our meal, which was incredibly helpful. Absolutely fantastic!

I've been there a few times since my father moved to Kloosterakker. The staff were incredibly friendly and simply exceptional. The food was also delicious. You'll almost drive out of your way to eat here, especially for the atmosphere, the quality of the food, and the staff.

We came looking for ordinary Dutch food, and it was perfect. The service was fast and they were very friendly.

I'm normally not the type to write reviews, but after my experience at Kwalitaria Kloosterveen I almost felt obligated. Let's just say I expected more taste and quality – unfortunately the reality was disappointing. The hair salon I ordered looked more like a "monk salon" – austere, bare, and with little content. The promised sauce was nowhere to be seen, as if the chef wanted to play a game of hide and seek with my taste buds. Dry, bland, and with a hint of disappointment: if this is the intention, then I finally understand why the word "jellyfish" is in the name. Then the price. For what I paid, I would have expected my meal to at least include singing or dancing. Unfortunately I got a hair salon that was just as dead as the atmosphere in the business. If I want to eat an overpriced dish, I will from now on go to a Michelin restaurant - at least there you get a story with your food. To make matters worse, it also took a very long time before my order was ready. I almost started to think they were plowing a potato field themselves. If "fast food" is so slow, they better put up a sign saying "slow and steady wins the race." Conclusion: If you want an empty wallet and a bad mood, I highly recommend Kwalitaria Kloosterveen. For anyone who really wants good food, I would say: cycle a few minutes further and spare yourself the disappointment.

Tables were not cleaned, waste from previous customers was left behind. In the toilets, liquid ran from the ceiling over the walls to the floor, and it didn't smell very fresh either. It was not possible to order at the counter, we were asked to do this at the table using a QR code. Ultimately, the order was sent digitally, and we opted for 2 menus and 1 separate snack. Please state in the explanation what you would/would not like to have sauce, salad, etc. with. After waiting quite some time, the food was brought to the table; fries generously salted (read: caked blobs of salt, as if the lid had fallen off the spreader.) Sauces did not match what was ordered... in addition, the fries sauce contained old, dried up lumps of sauce/fat. The burger had lettuce, red onion and BBQ sauce...while when ordering it was stated that this was not desired. Returned the food and indicated what was wrong...first it was indicated that there was no explanation on her order slip, I should have paid more attention to that. The question then followed whether it was okay if it was scraped off. With some bewilderment they indicated that they could simply make a new one. In the meantime, the satay menu was brought to the table. For fries, salt and sauce, see above....a few stray pieces of lettuce could be found in the satay sauce, while it was stated that you did not want a salad with it. Meat was so well cooked that it was dry and almost impossible to chew. Then the frikandel special....that was also actually inedible. The second burger that was brought to the table was this time without lettuce, onion and sauce...FINE! Unfortunately, the burger itself was still raw on the inside...and floating in a layer of dark brown cooking fat on a white saucer. When my friend brought the crockery to the counter, he was asked if everything had been tasty... after he responded and showed some things from the above letter, there was no real response anymore and the employee did not know how quickly she could get the plates. had to take away.

Just got pork satay, round container and Russian salad has been added, you can throw a hole in someone's head with the meat, satay sauce was watery bitter and not tasty either, pork tenderloin should be soft but these were hard chunks, what a disappointment and Then 7.95 is really expensive and I will never get it there again. Kwalitaria should just stick to fries and a snack, this was really bad, hard, tasteless and not even a baguette, it went into the waste bin with that much too expensive dish.

I have NO negative experiences and am a regular guest. They know me, the old one with the glasses. I am asked every time by the owner whether everything was satisfactory and whether there are any comments or comments. I then indicate that once again there was nothing to complain about. I also indicate that the owner takes complaints seriously and discusses them with the staff, even in the presence of customers, which I think is a good thing. It is about the customer. I understand that a larger group can be dissatisfied because the staff is not set up for this, extra staff for a larger group is of course not possible. We ordered a burger here (which was fine) and loaded fries with schnitzel. First we had to wait half an hour, which is quite long for a cafeteria. Then we got raw pork schnapps in the loaded fries (REAL PINK MEAT). After we went to the counter with this, we were also told that this is a great color for pork schnitzel. Be careful if you order food here. The owner doesn't know what color meat should be!!! Unfortunately we were so mixed up that we didn't take any pictures.

On my recent visit to Kwalitaria in Kloosterveen, Assen, my experience was unfortunately disappointing. I was hoping for a tasty treat of fries, but unfortunately the quality fell below average compared to other cafeterias in the area. It started with the order. We had been specific in our request for a fries war without onion, both when ordering by phone and when picking up. Unfortunately, when we got home, it turned out that there were onions on the fries, which was a clear deviation from our wishes. This was disappointing, especially as we had paid extra attention to it. Apart from this error in the order, the quality of the fries was also not as expected. The texture was not as crispy as hoped, and the taste was sub-par compared to previous experiences elsewhere. All in all, my overall experience at Kwalitaria in Kloosterveen was not good. Hopefully the business can make improvements to meet their customers' expectations.

Upon entering with a group it became clear that the service was inefficient. Our orders were taken one at a time, meaning the first person had finished their food before the last person received their order. This lack of synchronization and efficiency made for an awkward and unpleasant dining experience. In addition to this problem, the quality of the food was also substandard. Despite repeated requests for a fries war without onion, we were still served a portion with onion on it, which was a clear miss. All in all, I cannot describe my experience at Kwalitaria in Kloosterveen as positive. Both the quality of the food and the service inside left much to be desired. Hopefully the business can make improvements to meet their customers' expectations.

Quite a few things go wrong. Ordered: Rasfries peanut, with sandwich 1983 with mustard sauce. Cheesburgen with fries Friekandel special with chicken korn. What do we get? Fries mayo, dry 1983 burger without sauce. It was simply placed next to the fries in a container. The lettuce left the fries soggy and limp and the fries were open. Cheeseburger without cheese And fries were cold. We live about a 7-minute drive away. I think that should be possible. Bit of a waste of money. Shame.

Takeaway: Did we have fried fries? No, we had double fried fries which were also fried in aged fat.

The three of us had a delicious meal here. Parking so nice and close.

An excellent fast food shop with friendly service and good quality products

Our neighborhood cafeteria where I regularly pick up food. Friendly people. Portions of fries are very substandard. The sauces are also much too small in quantity. In my opinion this is a very expensive snack bar. So: far too small portions for far too high a price!

Ordered something here for the first time, I didn't like the fries and also not the best choice of mayonnaise (there are really better ones). I thought it was an unpleasant place to eat fries, the weather was beautiful but you can't sit outside at a table. Inside there is little view outside or you sit at the large table in a draft, unfortunately not worth repeating.

I order chicken satay but my mouth is on fire, I think it's so spicy/hot. And then the sauce on top is too cold to compensate for that. In addition, the variety and fries are interchanged in the menus. Pity. I paid 30 euros, but it certainly wasn't worth it considering I barely ate 2 pieces of chicken.... I wonder if the staff have their heads in it....

I can't say much more besides the fact that the name does not match the food "qualitaria" how dare they use the name crispy chicken that is not even crispy and in addition I asked for shredded fries and got normal fries and nothing was done with it done. At least parking is free there, but quality has nothing to do with that.

We live in Kloosterveen, so if we want fries we go to the Kwalitaria, during rush hours we call in advance to place our order. Nice, neat place, where the intention is always good. Parking in the garage is always a problem, so better to get there by bike :-). Tip, the Egg Ball.

Friendly staff! The Bull (burger) is delicious but the Crispy Chicken is dry. Fries are always a bit on the well done side. Today we picked up two menus with (as described) a nice fresh salad. Because this was added to the fries, we had it warm at home. So nothing fresh about it.
