Food was the delicious, and the atmosphere is quite nice and cozy. The portion size is way too small even for a tapas serving in my view. For gambas al ajillo we had 5 shrimps and the patatas a la riojana had less than a half of a chorizo sausage. A bit more variety in the offering would be great, as well.

The three of us had a wonderful meal. The food arrived quickly and the staff was extremely friendly.

My favorite restaurant in Amsterdam. I had never had authentic Spanish food before coming to La Cerveceria, but it would be an understatement to say that I was impressed. Everything is well made with quality ingredients, prepared, and flavorful. I always order a number of dishes at each visit and have never been disappointed. Everything was 5/5! The server on Thursday night was incredible and did everything in a professional and timely manner! He served us outside, put on heat for us, was polite, brought out dishes one by one to make the experience amazing. I would 100% recommend this place to a friend, I am very impressed.

Lekker eten, ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, niets op aan te merken.

Leuke tapas tent om te zitten, wat te drinken en misschien wat te snacken. Zou niet perse aanraden om er te eten als je echt spaanse tapas wil eten. Mensen in de bediening waren wel ontzettend gastvrij, spontaan en aardig! Kom je niet vaak meer tegen.

It's such a cute place & the terrace is great! However, if you're looking for amazing food this isn't the place to be. It's nice for a little snack but nothing out of the ordinary. But I'm definitely coming back for borrel 😊

The food isn't really good. A bit disappointed.

I really enjoyed the lagrima iberica and fried squid! The croquetas were good as well but did not blow me away. Churros were not my favorite as it was coated in icing sugar rather than regular sugar.

Hele leuke en gezellige plek! Echter van te voren heen gebeld en we konden een plekje buiten reserveren. Bij aankomst was dit niet mogelijk en werd het dus eerst binnen zitten, later ook geen mogelijkheden bij navragen terwijl dit ons wel was beloofd. Eten zag er goed uit en was lekker, wel wat aan de prijzige kant voor wat je krijgt. Sangria aanrader😊

Goede vegan paella en vriendelijke bediening. Erg druk waardoor we lang op drankjes en de rekening moesten wachten.

Nicer place for a drink than for vegetarian or vegan food. The aubergine salad was quite a disappointment: 11€ for 3 thin slices of aubergine and salad leaves. That wasn’t very interesting tasty-wise either. The vegan paella also disappointed quite a bit with barely a few mushrooms and one asparagus swimming in tomato rice.

Great meal with lovely staff. Sit outside, on the covered terrace for a nice atmosphere. Would highly recommend everything we had: - mushroom croquets - patas bravas - lamb skewers - tomato salad - tomato and garlic bread Very nice waitress accommodated our lack of Dutch!

Gezellig tentje midden in Amsterdam oost. In Spaanse sfeer met een leuke tapas kaart. Wij zaten buiten. Vriendelijk personeel en snelle service. Eten was goed! Alles warm, vers en netjes geserveerd. Porties waren niet heel groot. Prijzen waren wat aan de hoge kant voor wat je kreeg. Sangria was heerlijk!!

Mijn bijna 60e verjaardag gevierd en genoten. Ik hen dol op de prosecco sangria en de heerlijke tapas Rond 16.00 gereserveerd en pas rond 22.00 weg gegaan!! Van alles gegeten en echt zalig, zo ook de Spanish koffie en de gezelligheid! Een aanrader hoor om ontspannen lekker te eten en goed geholpen te worden door een enthousiast team.

Sadly disappointing visit. While the service is really very nice I’m much puzzled by the food and the pricing. From my perspective, the prawns were mediocre, and very small for the price. The Solomillo pork fillet was dry and perhaps the most disappointing was the Lagrima Iberica, the slow cooked Iberico was just half burnt. I asked the waiter if that’s how it’s meant to be and supposedly yes, turns out I’m not the only one wondering about the shades of black for this dish. The part of the meat that was not burnt was really good but seriously, the rest was literally burnt to non edible levels of black, and yes I still tried as it’s meant to be but I figured taste of ashes is not my cup of tea.

Like the vibe here and they have a good selection of non alcoholic beers at this Spanish style cerveceria. Just love the pimientos de padron. Those small green grilled peppers with salt. Too good to only eat a few of them. The aubergine salad was a bit underwhelming though. Three slices of aubergine with a large amount of lettuce on top. Not bad in itself, but felt hardly like a side dish. Might have been the expectations we had based on the menu description. Paella was nice. The asparagus and oyster mushrooms in it were very good but a bit sparse. They gave the dish that nice bite. Without it, the rest of the paella rice was quite heavy on the salt and tomato flavor. Made the overal dish large but a bit flat in taste. Could be improved by adding more or different ingredients for variety and bite. Really liked the atmosphere here though. And the staff was super friendly as well. Overall I'd mostly come here for the drinks instead of for any of the vegan dishes they serve right now.

While the food was delicious, we found the amount of food served to be not enough for a large group. The service was also quite slow, though it was a busy evening. Servers were very nice though and the atmosphere is very nice
