Had a lovely dinner on Monday evening. The restaurant was busy, service was quick, and the food was tasty. In short, a great evening there in Hoorn!

Delicious food, casual atmosphere

Cozy place, but unfortunately the food wasn't always warm. The service was very nice. But the three of us all chose the same mocktail, and they all tasted different. Mine was sickly sweet. I mentioned this, but unfortunately, nothing was followed up or done about it. Also, the air conditioning was set quite high, even though it wasn't really very warm outside. It's a shame about these minor points; the atmosphere was fine.

We had a nice meal, but unfortunately the desserts come straight from the freezer (or at least they taste like it...) and you cannot indicate certain options (with or without). An empty comments field would be a godsend.

We had a lovely dinner last night with a group of 8 people. There was plenty of tasty choice on the menu; everyone could find something they liked. Even though there were 8 of us, everything was served promptly so that we could all sit and enjoy our meals at the same time! That made for a nice, cozy atmosphere. The staff was also very friendly. In short... we had a very enjoyable evening! Definitely worth repeating!

We were only served at 17:07, we could only order via the app from 17:10, and at 19:01 we couldn't even get a cappuccino anymore. What worthless service. This was the first but also the last time, certainly because the staff showed no understanding. Also, we couldn't even get a cappuccino if we paid extra for ours. Score 0.

I recently dined at La Cubanita Hoorn and it was highly recommended! The food was delicious and the menu offers plenty of choice, so there is something tasty for everyone. The service was cheerful and friendly, which made the atmosphere even nicer. You feel welcome there immediately. All in all, we had a great evening and it is definitely worth repeating!

One of the best La Cubanitas I've had so far. The food tasted better than average and was genuinely crispy too (something I personally hadn't experienced before). The people working there at the time were super nice, and I didn't find the atmosphere too much either.

Just enjoying delicious tapas in a cozy restaurant. Inuze restaurants are also known as 'shared dining'. You order via a website on your phone and you can order 2 dishes per person every 10 minutes. A great concept as far as I'm concerned. There is plenty of choice for fish and meat lovers, but also for vegetarians. The service is friendly, even when they are very busy. Good value for money.

All included dinner: Food was good with a lot of variations, but it felt like the waitresses were annoyed at us for ordering more food, uncomfortable..

Just another typical all-you-can-eat junket where the dishes aren't prepared with any love at all. Everything tastes bland, the meat is poor quality, and the dishes are mostly carbohydrates to make you feel full faster. I'll never go back.

If you're easily satisfied, it's a good deal in terms of value. It's also quite cozy, and the service is excellent. I always thought it was a good concept, but I've become spoiled with truly good food. Now I taste the overcooked bread, too much salt and fat in the food, and poorly made cake. I also found the dessert confusing. They're all small portions, but for dessert, you get a "person's" portion. So two desserts was too much. 😉

Things got off to a bad start when we arrived, and the reservation was already a struggle. We'd reserved a table for 8, which we'd communicated later, but apparently, it hadn't gone through. In the end, there were 6 of us. They didn't tell us in advance how long we were allowed to stay, and they said online that the closing time was 7:30 PM, but we could order until 6:45 PM? That's ridiculous! Okay, this wasn't communicated in advance, and when we tried to order at 7:05 PM, they said it wasn't allowed anymore, meaning we couldn't order drinks that we'd already ordered and were therefore registered in their system. Now we want to pay, and the last round of drinks we didn't receive is on the receipt. If we hadn't seen this, we would have paid an extra 20 euros. I wouldn't eat there again. It's very unclear. The staff did help us with allergies, etc., and were generally friendly. The drinks and food arrived quickly. But that's about it, the food was okay. The reception wasn't great either, as we weren't immediately addressed, but hey, you decide if you want to eat here... I certainly don't anymore, and I'm not a difficult person.

La Cubanita in Hoorn has a lovely atmosphere. Using a QR code, you can order a maximum of two tapas dishes per person every 10 minutes, which arrive quite quickly. It's a great concept. The selection is diverse, the food is excellent, nothing to complain about. Despite a busy evening, everything went smoothly, and the service deserves credit for that.

A bit boring, but 5 stars all round.... And the food was anything but boring. You can order just about anything. We had a wonderful meal. Actually, it's better than just three dishes in total (starter, main course, and dessert); now you can eat everything. So, let's combine flavors! The atmosphere was great, and the service was very friendly. In short, we enjoyed it!

We ate here tonight. We also ate here a few months ago, but this time we had a different experience. The staff was preoccupied with themselves. The girl with blond hair wasn't exactly looking forward to her work. She found everything difficult, and when she had to clear a table of eight people, she shouted across the restaurant, "Do I have to do all this myself?" "Can't you help me?" Another colleague cleared another table and imitated the way the other guest was sitting. Other colleagues were laughing. I think they forgot there were about 15 other guests. The manager only commented on it because we were talking out loud about how embarrassing it was. The food was mediocre, and some dishes were cold. A real shame. We'll go somewhere else next time.

Was alweer tijdje geleden. Nieuwe kaart dus verwachtingen waren hoog. Altijd goed gegeten hier en het was boven alle verwachting. Elke keuze was nog beter van smaak als de voorgaande. Keurig, leuk en spontaan personeel. Kan menig andere zaak een voorbeeld aan nemen. Voor de prijs hoef je het zeker niet te laten. Hou je van lekker eten in goede sfeer dan moet je deze zaak zeker in overweging nemen.

The food was absolutely delicious. And what a great team works here. We had some reservations beforehand because of the reviews left by other guests, but after our previous positive experiences, we decided to give it a try. Everything far exceeded our expectations! I definitely recommend the borek.

We ate here on a super busy evening. The welcome was very curt and rude, and we felt the woman at the bar wasn't very enthusiastic. Only the guy who came to collect the empty plates, etc., could handle it and was friendly. We had to wait a really long time for our food, and getting our drink orders was almost impossible. The drink ticket system doesn't work if the tables aren't being attended to. The staff hung around the bar/kitchen a lot and often seemed more focused on each other than on the guests. It was incredibly hot in the restaurant; later, it turned out the heater was still on on a summer day! The floor manager was sweaty and didn't do anything to wipe the sweat from his head. It looked unappetizing, as he was also making the drinks.

All in all, I thought it was pretty mediocre. Lots of greasy fried snacks, and few truly distinctive flavors. When I complained about my lukewarm and completely carbonated Coke, I was looked at as if I was crazy, only to be given a new glass from the same bottle of carbonated, lukewarm Coke...sigh.

We were able to enjoy a delicious tapas arrangement here without a reservation. The food is fantastic and there's plenty to choose from!

What a preppy place this has become. Only young staff, rude, and completely clueless. The food quality is disappointing. And if you want a new spoon for dessert, you're not allowed to. You've already received one. Next time, I'll go back to Tabssco, where they do serve high-quality tapas.

Niet de beste La Cubanita die ik ooit meegemaakt heb. Jammer dat de kwaliteit binnen zo een keten zo verschillend is. Personeel had echt NUL uitstraling en knalde je eten zo op tafel. Keuken was wel vlot, maar vergeleken met andere Cubanitas waren de porties nog kleiner dan anders. Maar goed, voor 24euro wel Oké gegeten!

We arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic, there was no contact, when we arrived they gave away the table without calling... rejected without an apology, very impersonally...

What is there not to like ! TAPAS ! every dish that I ordered was excellent, the staff were wonderful, and the ambiance delightful. If you like Tapas style this must be for you.

Of all the Cubanita's in the Netherlands this is actually the best. The food is tasty, fresh and prepared with care. The service is helpful. The price is ridiculously low!

After good previous experiences at this and other branches, I now had a very bad experience. We were there for Mother's Day. First of all, the first and second orders took a very long time. Then the steak strips were inedible (normally good). Many dishes were very sloppily prepared (read: splatted on the plate) and the taste was mediocre to very poor. By the third round the meatballs, hamburgers and mushrooms were gone. After manually ordering new dishes it took a very long time again. The voucher machine had broken down. Halfway through the fourth round, the champions of round three suddenly arrived. Positive: tasty cocktails next time just drive a little further to Purmerend. This branch does not have its kitchen in order!

Had dinner tonight at 6p. La Cubanita for our first time and we definitely liked it. The food came to the table quite quickly. We were able to order 6 rounds and 2 dishes each. Cold, meat, fish and vegetarian, everything equally tasty and tasty. We will definitely come back again. Keep in mind that you have 1.5 hours to order something every 10 minutes. You cannot order in the last half hour. But for us it was fine now.

The food comes out of the freezer, and you can taste it. A lot of food has no taste, is dry, burnt, and only what comes out of the fryer is left to eat. Service is reasonable, they are all young people with little experience but they try very hard. The owner is a woman who is very bad for her staff, she scolds them. Instead of helping them. Atmosphere is quite good But definitely not recommended to eat there.

Eating unlimited Tapas seems great...but the service is very slow. The Tapas are simple, with little choice. No, I won't go there anymore.

When you have four shattered glasses dumped on you because the waiter accidentally drops the tray, you expect something to be said, perhaps offered and at least sympathized with. But none of this. If the food is often too salty, sometimes partly hot and partly cold (microwave??) and the service is just rushing without radiating any form of pleasure, then there is reason for me not to step foot in here again. Too bad, because it used to be better.

Dit is geen restaurant maar een veredelde frituur. Zelfs voor een 'all-you-can-eat-formule' is dit beneden de maat. 85% van de kaart is uit de diepvries en gefrituurd en wat niet uit de frituur komt is slecht (een bordkartonnen stukje zeebaars dat wegwaaide toen de WC-deur open ging, de gamba's die kleine, rubberen scampi's bleken, mishandelde kastanjechampignons in een waterige knoflooksoep), haal daar op vrijdagavond je 30 euro maar eens uit. De bediening werkt hard en is vriendelijk, maar ik wens ze een echte/betere keuken toe.

Je moet bestellen via je telefoon, vaak geen bereik dus zie je de menukaart niet, dit gebeurde bij meerdere mensen bij ons aan tafel. Plus om half tien komt er een meisje, ik schat een jaar of 16 dat je nu snel je dessert moet opgeven en of je koffie wil. Heel nare afsluiting nog net niet van de tafel verwijderd

In general, going to La Cubanita is always a good idea, but the last time we went with some friends, they took a while to bring what we ordered to the table. After exactly 2 hours, they came to collect the bill. We were left with the feeling that we needed more time.

Reserved for 7 people, pfff, sorry, nothing is known to us, but I will arrange what the best man can do. Not knowing that he operated the restaurant all by himself, with of course the cook. La cubanita was proud of this boy (Ferron) he walked out of the creases, they did a great job, compliments on our behalf, it was a great evening. Food and cocktails were top notch.

08-09 ate at La Cubanita Hoorn. Food was fine, but what really made it a great evening was the service. The manager (I assume, the blonde, tall lady?) handled everything so well and was very pleasant without this detracting from her work. Had a great evening!

The taste of the food was good, but the size is getting worse on a plate or in an oven dish. Operation? You order everything yourself, there are only puppets who bring it to your table, which are almost inaudible, and puppets who clear the tables. The atmosphere, with the new dark corporate identity, is depressing in my opinion. La cubanita always stood for cheerfulness, fresh and fruity... now everything is black and dark... it remains a shame

Gezellig restaurantje waar je onbeperkt tapas kan eten. Sfeer is gemoedelijk, personeel netjes en t eten viel echt niet tegen. Jaren geleden een keer in Purmerend geweest maar toen was t een afknapper, alles droop in de vet. Dus met niet al teveel verwachtingen in Hoorn gereserveerd en was een positieve ervaring. De sangria is trouwens ook een aanrader! Wij komen zeker nog een keer eten.

It's been a while since we've been here. The hall has been overhauled and looked inviting compared to the previous time. The previous review from a few years ago is no longer active. The previous review was 5 stars but this one 3. Why? You make a reservation at 5 p.m. The system indicates that you have until 1915, which is fine, right? But the door doesn't open until after 5 p.m. Once you are seated you are immediately told; Order up to 1845 and you have to be gone by 1915. Ok, I immediately didn't feel particularly welcome. As stated in a previous review, the steak tips were as tough as what I ordered several times. Because things can go wrong at some point, for example due to crowds. But of the 4 times ordered, 1 was mediocre, the rest was pitiful and was also placed with the plates that were empty. Various other dishes were prepared differently each time. To give a few examples; carpaccio sometimes you had to look for the cheese and other times there was overkill. Another example: nachos from the oven with jalapenos and sauce. One order no jalapenos and little sauce. Order it again with plenty of sauce and jalapenos. The quality of the food and portions is not consistent here in Hoorn. Staff is friendly and young. When paying, you are asked if everything is satisfactory and when you give your feedback, they look at you to see if you did not intend to respond to it. They also do not know how to respond to the feedback. Next time I'll go to another L.B. to go. I have worked in various L.B. via Horeca Crowdfunding Nederland. branches were funded and visited, but this experience in Hoorn was not optimal.

I loved how when I went inside (a little to early, like 5 mins or smth) they instantly said, we are not open, sorry. Then we heard footsteps going out when we walked out of the place and then we heard an aggressive*ThOnk* on the door. They closed it, then when the place was open for 15 minutes the door still wouldn't bulge.... We got in around 20 minutes after opening time... But I would still recommend the bread since I am Dutch I really like bread

Unfortunately, the WiFi and the ordering program kept faltering. The toilet did not look fresh and could use an upgrade. It's also drafty at that door when you're sitting there.

Food is okay price/quality ratio. Ladies in the service still have a lot to learn.. a lot of bickering among themselves and not customer friendly.

Het eten was prima. Je kon wel merken dat de producten niet vers waren en ook niet de beste kwaliteit. Zo was de carpaccio niet te eten en ook was de biefstuk erg taai. Verder hadden we 1,5 uur de tijd om te eten en mochten we maximaal 2 uur aan de tafel zitten. Terwijl er nergens vermeld was dat er een tijdslimiet was. Ik zou hier niet opnieuw naartoe gaan.

De bediening heel gehaast en onvriendelijk. Verkeerde tapas iedere keer gekregen. 1L sangria besteld met letterlijk 1 klein stukje appel en drie kleine stukjes sinaasappel, wel propvol met ijsklontjes. Jammer!

We had an all-in package. 35 during the week and 40 at weekends. You will be given a time of 2.5 hours. First you have to scan a QR code and then you enter the menu and then you can order. Nice restaurant in the center of Hoorn. With a Mexican style, this is a cozy restaurant where excellent food is available. An all you can eat service in rounds for two hours. You scan a QR code via the telephone and you can order, 2 tapas/dishes per round with a wide choice. Additional drinks and dessert of course.
