Nice atmosphere, good music, super attentive service and very good food. The price is fair. We ordered 1 starter, 2 dishes, 1 dessert and 3 drinks, which cost us €50. Portions are generous. We will come back as often as possible!

The vegetables in the soup were stale and spoiled, I asked for them to be replaced, but they replaced them with chicken soup, which was fine. But the salmon pasta was the worst I've had in Italian restaurants. The service is as if the waiter is tired of the world. I also paid 27.20 Euros for soup, pasta and water. This service is unbelievable for this price. Total disappointment!

My husband and I ate there with our son yesterday and were simply thrilled. The pizzas were delicious and the pasta carbonara was simply a dream. Never had such a good carbonara. Absolutely recommended.

Accueil glacial comme la qualité du repas, ne prenez pas le fromage et le pain cela vous coûtera 6€ et a le goût d’un pneu. Je déconseille très franchement.

Siamo andati a pranzo il giorno di Santo Stefano, tra tagliatelle al sugo con burrata e pomodorini freschi e crudi che sapevano di curry, scottate e spezzettate, bistecca alla siciliana che ci arriva immersa in un sugo fresco al curry, una lasagna gommosa, seppie arrosto bruciate e salmone in padella con salsa rosa, più o meno commestibili. Non solo la qualità era scadente ed i prezzi alti, ma per giunta ci hanno portano tutte le pietanza in una sola volta.. Risultato pessimo.

Eenvoudig maar gezellig interieur. We waren met vier en konden gemakkelijk plaats vinden. Vriendelijk personeel en snelle bediening. Wij hadden de zalm en die was lekker. De apart te betalen frieten waren echter van minder niveau. Gelukkig hadden ze ook Belgisch bier. Niet goedkoop want vlakbij het toeristische centrum.

Esta fue la única noche que no habíamos investigado y reservado con antelación, así que fue suerte de olla - tenían una mesa libre fuera debajo de los calentadores, que era muy agradable como podía ver el mundo pasar. Pero el personal no era amable o acogedor en absoluto, lo que lo arruinó un poco. La comida era promedio, pero no caro dada la ubicación, así que estábamos bien con eso. Realmente es el personal que decepcionó este lugar.

I ordered a gluten-free pesto pasta, because I have a gluten allergy myself. As soon as I ingest gluten it makes me very ill. The waiter knew I wanted a gluten-free pesto pasta, and we got our food later too. The pasta was tasty but later I was on my way home and got really sick. This can get out of hand if the consequences are worse for you with an allergy. So definitely don't eat here, as far as I'm concerned they can close the whole place because this is not the first bad review.

Nous y sommes entré sans connaître et sans avoir regardé les avis avant. Nous avons été accueillis par une jeune femme très agréable. Le service a été plutôt rapide. Nous avons consommé deux pizzas quatre fromages ainsi que 2 softs et 1 petite bouteille d’eau et nous avons payé 39€. Les pizzas étaient bonnes et grandes.

We ate pizza formaggi and pizza fungi. It was a very mediocre meal. Classic tourist restaurant. The only enjoyable part is that it is in Rembrandt Square.

My friends and I came to this restaurant, the food was not the best, would not recommend taking pasta with tomato sauce and shrimp. The service was not great, at the end, we wanted to pay separately, but the server did not want to let us do it, saying that this is impossible, fortunately we insisted and told him how it work, but he made us count who had what (basically we did his job) and the waiter was not polite. Would not recommend visiting this place, choose something else!

Walking through Amsterdam provides many choices to get a good meal. Italian offerings are abundant. We were looking for a late lunch when we found La Madonna, and we’re glad we did. The atmosphere was pleasant and servers were knowledgeable and attentive. The menu offers several pasta, pizza and other Italian options. Our party all chose pasta - carbonara, pesto, and bolognese. All were great with the carbonara being the group favorite. We also had a garlic bread with cheese as a group appetizer/side. It was very good as well. Looking around at others’ food choices, the pizza looked very good as well.

Very uncooperative. There is no tap water with wine and when asked to only make half of a pizza with a sauce, the only rude answer was no. An absolute disgrace. (According to Google, the restaurant is also for sale) but the other waiter who only served us briefly was really nice and the restaurant itself looks very nice.

C est par commodité car il était a deux pas de notre hôtel que nous avons choisi ce restaurant. Le hasard a bien fait les choses car nous avons été très satisfaits à la fois des plats et du service. le personnel est très agréable et les prix sont tout à fait abordables.

Dinner was nearby at an Italian restaurant, La Madonna, since many Dutch restaurants were closed on King's Day. The dishes turned out to be pretty good. I had grilled lamp chop which was tasty and sufficient (three lamp chops, nicely charred) while my husband had tenderloin with pepper and brandy sauce. The sauce was tasty though it looked rather strange – rather lumpy looking, not refined. We decided to try their tiramisu as it was supposed to have amaretto. Couldn’t really taste the amaretto but the tiramisu was tasty enough with two generous scoops of whipped cream.

This place definitely doesn't like tourists. My wife and sister-in-law were sitting and I arrived later with a potato in hand and was soon kicked out of the place before I even ordered my pasta.

Une escalope de poulet trop sec et une entrecôte un peu limite niveau quantité mais néanmoins accompagnée d'une bonne sauce. Rapport qualité/ prix pas à la hauteur. 2 pizzas (in the pizza exclusivo section: carbo and salmon) very good. It only gives water in glass mineral bottles (so you have to pay extra). Service a little cold.

The bad italian food ! 4 cm of "lasagna" with no meat no sauce no bechamel only layers of pasta with cheese on top of it for 15 EUROS !!! That place is just a shame i ve refused to eat and pay for that.

The decor of the restaurant was atypical 👌 we had pasta, it was not homemade, the sauces were not homemade, from a personal point of view, it seemed to me to have come from a supermarket simply reheated 😔 for the grilled, the accompaniments are subject to supplement, the mixed salad was not the best, it contained chemical carrots... it was not ideal coming from an Italian restaurant, we expected more appetizing meals and especially with better quality products 😔 for an appetite suppressant it helps despite the higher than average price 🦫The waiter informs us that the service is not included in the bill!!! We are in Europe, not in the USA, it is up to the customer to have the pleasure of making an offering willingly without feeling obliged.

Reasonable, not a high flyer, but a nice pizza. Service was also not very social. It was too good not to mention it, but not a restaurant I will want to return to anytime soon. It was okay, but nothing more really. Prices were also reasonable. You would expect a little more for it.

Jolie décoration rien à redire. Les plats étaient convenables, l’accueil et le service très froid. Serveurs assez froids, hormis à la fin, dommage que ce n’est pas été le cas tout le repas. Au niveau des prix c’est convenable aussi.

Unser Essen kam 10min später als das der anderen. Meine Tortellini waren zur Heft noch Eiskalt von Innen. Laden nicht zu empfehlen.

A great little Italian restaurant that we stumbled into after not managing to get into another place. We were promptly served and ordered the tortellini and carbonara, with a glass of the house red as well. Prices were more than fair and the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend!

Omgosh a must when in Amsterdam!! Very welcoming, quick getting a table. The food was bloody delicious, best Italian I've ever had. The salmone pasta dish is AMAZING!! Food came out fresh and quick. Will return when back!!

Ehrlich gesagt kann ich die schlechte Bewertung nicht nachvollziehen. Entweder waren wir zu viert irgendwo anders (Nee waren wir nicht) oder das ist schon bewusst totreden von Wettbewerben. Wir hatten Fleisch, Pizza, Suppe und Nudeln. Alles frisch, lecker und zeitnah. Service war freundlich, mehrsprachig und schnell.

Food was ok, but the service was awful. Staff unfriendly. We had to wait our side dishes (a salad) while our chicken was already at the table. During that time, tables around who arrived after us (2 tables) were already served. The server sais that's because they were busy (restaurant was almost empty, with 3 servers chatting). They even asked to pay the tip before we pay for the meal... Go somewhere else.

Bon resto, pizza et escalope milanaise très bonnes. Les desserts étaient bons aussi (dame blanche et pana cotta). Boisson sans alcool de 20 cl dans les 3€. C'est très simple mais rapport qualité prix correct. Le personnel était très sympa. Présents un lundi soir ... pas trop de monde.
