The atmosphere is very nice, the staff are very attentive. I ate the best penne arabiata I've ever had here. Because I have a cheese sensitivity, I ordered a margarita pizza and asked them to make it without cheese. They are very good in this respect, they didn't turn me down. However, the pizza dough was not like the pizzas we eat in other Italian restaurants, it was like the pizzas made in Türkiye, unfortunately. Overall, we had fun, we recommend it, the location is great.

The food was very good but also disproportionately expensive. The service was very pushy and almost created a hectic atmosphere. There wasn't much time before you had to vacate the table or before it was cleared for you. There are definitely better restaurants at fairer prices!

Me and my dad visited this restaurant and it was amazing. Gemma was such a good entertainer and waitress, the service was just amazing, it made our whole night. :)

The food was good. We had pizzas (good), a Milanese (exorbitantly priced at €34), a Caprese salad (which wasn't really a Caprese, but a tomato salad with mozzarella in the center), a bruschetta (which was focaccia disguised as bruschetta, but still good), an affogsto, and a tiramisu (really nice). The staff were very kind and helpful (we travel with two dogs). The place has very little space between tables, and it's difficult to walk everywhere. Also, the stairs to the upper floor are very steep. Overall, it was good, but considering the price, I'd choose something else (€120).

We went there on a Tuesday around 8 pm. The restaurant was an absolute disaster. We ordered two penne all'arrabbiata, and one of them had a hair in it that wasn't ours. We also ordered a "bruschetta," which was completely unseasoned and basically just a pizza base with arugula and tomatoes. The lasagna we also ordered was completely burnt and tasted like a cheap, ready-made lasagna—and it was so small! And all this for €20! The drinks were small, and we'd already ordered mediums. But the most absurd thing was the atmosphere. It was so cramped you were practically hugging your neighbors, and so loud your ears were burning, you couldn't even hear yourself think. The total price was a whopping €85. We would never go to this restaurant again.

The pizza was terrible. The sausage listed as an ingredient was clearly the cheapest option and tasted like nothing. The dough was dry and tasteless. There is actually nothing on the pizza except sausage and cheese. And on top of that, the prices are ridiculously high. Absolutely not recommended.

Everytime I step to go to Amsterdam, here is where i come. The food is delicious and juicy flavourish. They are welcoming too!! But i mean it, you NEED to try it out!!! This is me 3 years after and still good !!

The pasta wasn't very good. There wasn't enough cream sauce and it wasn't cooked enough.

The staff all seemed really friendly. They were quick to seat me and take my order. It was cool to see the pizza be made by the chef, infront of me, then be put in the pizza oven, it really made for a nice atmosphere, in an already nice building. The food itself was a good large portion, for a good price, as was the drink. It was very tasty, and definetly something I'd reccomend to other tourists.

There was way too much cheese on the mushroom pizza. It was very bland, and the dough especially needed a lot of salt.

I am a tourist and i came here . Very bad service by the man who stands here in front . Staffs looked good but the man was rude and very bad customer service. I had dinner at this restaurant a few days ago, which also happened to coincide with the England-Argentina match. The service from the waitresses, especially a very nice blonde girl, was excellent. The pizza chef didn't wash his hands and was coughing and sneezing while baking. He had a face mask on his chin. Dirty items on the pizza plates the pizzas were placed on. The pasta was ok and the service was quick.

We ate a four-cheese pizza and another with pepperoni, and spaghetti bolognese. The pizzas were perfectly cooked and had flavorful ingredients. The spaghetti bolognese had a very good sauce and was served in generous portions. The staff was very attentive.

Very disappointing experience. The place might look nice at first, but the hygiene is a serious issue. At night, there were rats walking around on the tables, which is absolutely unacceptable for any restaurant. It completely ruined the atmosphere and made it impossible to enjoy the food. No matter how good the menu might be, cleanliness should always come first. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

A nice Italian restaurant where you can eat well. The pizza is very tasty and the pasta portions are generous. Unfortunately, the tomato sauce was lacking that certain something, but still delicious. The pizzas were cooked to perfection. The prices are debatable; it's Amsterdam after all, and the days when you could get a pizza like this for €10 are long gone. The upstairs could be a bit cleaner, and the (fresh) flowers should be replaced when they wilt. Otherwise, it's cozy.

The lasagna is absolutely not recommended; it was burnt and the portion was tiny—apparently, that's the house specialty. And you pay €20 for it. The pizzas are mediocre at best, especially considering the price. You walk in, are politely shown upstairs, and then enter a world where the service doesn't deserve the name.

Exceptionally fast and quality service. Extremely polite staff. They welcome you the second they see you, everyone is nice to you and treat you very well. The place looked so cute on my walk that I ended up staying for a bite. I thought it would be hand rolled but it wasn't. Food was below average but I liked my little nook from top on the rainy late evening when most places shut with my carafe and tortellini spinach Alfredo. No complaints but I had better food in mind for the night

Yesterday at 6 o'clock, I was at a restaurant with a man. We ate, I had carbonara, and after 3 hours I felt very sick and I am still nauseous. We spent 60 euros there and, to be honest, I really regret that we went there.

I visited this restaurant today and while the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, the food was a big letdown. I ordered a chicken pizza, but the chicken was both undercooked and had a black discoloration, which made me worry it was old or poorly stored. The Crust was also soft instead of crispy. I hope they can fix these kitchen issues, because the service really has potential

Shortly after arriving in Amsterdam, we stopped by this restaurant near Dam Square and were glad we did. We enjoyed a delicious meal of authentic Italian pizza and pasta, both of which exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was friendly and welcoming. Very disappointing experience. There were two of us, and we paid €99 in total. The Penne Alfredo had absolutely no flavor and seemed to be prepared with very little care. The food was ready within 5 till 8 minutes at most, and unfortunately the quality reflected that It had nothing to do with a proper Penne Alfredo completely bland and tasteless. The Mojito was also far from being a real Mojito and was equally disappointing. For €99 for two people, we expected much better quality. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.

I have never eaten such bad Italian food. I had lasagna, and suddenly I saw something black between the sheets. When I unfolded it, there were burnt sheets inside, and the rest of the food tasted burnt too. I sent the lasagna back, but parts of that one turned out to be burnt as well. I didn't see a waiter again to ask if it was okay now. Someone else at the table who also had lasagna had lasagna that wasn't warm in the middle, but the edges were. It was served in a container that came straight out of the oven. My lasagna gave me the impression that I had been given food from someone else that had been reheated. The pizzas weren't fully cooked either. I would say look for another place to eat. It was quite drafty downstairs.

I have to say I was a bit disappointed. The pizza wasn't great, and the tiramisu wasn't great either. On the other hand, the service from the two girls was very good. Aside from the two girls, I got the impression that all the guys couldn't be bothered. So, the vibe wasn't great.

There was practically no space between us! It was unacceptable, and the pizzas were nothing special. The staff asked us several times if we had finished eating so that the next people who were already there could sit down.

You order your food, get the wrong order twice. Then you have to wait another 10 minutes. Gnocchi with Gorgonzola was ordered. They bring out pesto, you tell them it's the wrong gnocchi. They just add some Gorgonzola (because of food waste??). I paid the bill anyway. Then a ‘manager’ comes over and starts arguing because they certainly can't afford to lose money or whatever.
