Central location near the palace. The restaurant is worn out. The food is not bad, but they put too much cheese on the pizza in my opinion. The price is unjustifiably high.

Yesterday at 6 o'clock, I was at a restaurant with a man. We ate, I had carbonara, and after 3 hours I felt very sick and I am still nauseous. We spent 60 euros there and, to be honest, I really regret that we went there.

I visited this restaurant today and while the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, the food was a big letdown. I ordered a chicken pizza, but the chicken was both undercooked and had a black discoloration, which made me worry it was old or poorly stored. The Crust was also soft instead of crispy. I hope they can fix these kitchen issues, because the service really has potential

Shortly after arriving in Amsterdam, we stopped by this restaurant near Dam Square and were glad we did. We enjoyed a delicious meal of authentic Italian pizza and pasta, both of which exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was friendly and welcoming. It was a great start to our time in the city, and I would happily return on my next visit to Amsterdam.

Very disappointing experience. There were two of us, and we paid €99 in total. The Penne Alfredo had absolutely no flavor and seemed to be prepared with very little care. The food was ready within 5 till 8 minutes at most, and unfortunately the quality reflected that It had nothing to do with a proper Penne Alfredo completely bland and tasteless. The Mojito was also far from being a real Mojito and was equally disappointing. For €99 for two people, we expected much better quality. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.

I have never eaten such bad Italian food. I had lasagna, and suddenly I saw something black between the sheets. When I unfolded it, there were burnt sheets inside, and the rest of the food tasted burnt too. I sent the lasagna back, but parts of that one turned out to be burnt as well. I didn't see a waiter again to ask if it was okay now. Someone else at the table who also had lasagna had lasagna that wasn't warm in the middle, but the edges were. It was served in a container that came straight out of the oven. My lasagna gave me the impression that I had been given food from someone else that had been reheated. The pizzas weren't fully cooked either. I would say look for another place to eat. It was quite drafty downstairs.

Food was extremely good, and it was there really quickly. The staff did look a little grumpy, but I would as well if I worked in the centre of amsterdam. Decoration on the 2nd floor felt very cheap, but the food made up for everything.

Standard food, exorbitant prices

Delicious pizzas and, above all, very attentive and courteous service. A table for five people was "created" within five minutes, even though the place was really full.

We were enjoying our meal until there was an issue when the bill was split and we ended up being overcharged. What made the experience worse was the staff member’s reaction — she was rude and raised her voice at us even after we left a tip. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we wouldn’t return.

The food was good and served very quickly. Unfortunately, the restaurant is very small and uncomfortable. It's more about efficiency than coziness.

We went out for pizza in the evening, just the two of us. We had to wait a long time in a narrow aisle, and then we were given a table between two other guests. You order your food, get the wrong order twice. Then you have to wait another 10 minutes. Gnocchi with Gorgonzola was ordered. They bring out pesto, you tell them it's the wrong gnocchi. They just add some Gorgonzola (because of food waste??). I paid the bill anyway. Then a ‘manager’ comes over and starts arguing because they certainly can't afford to lose money or whatever. Very mixed feelings. The storefront was very nice, the interior bright, and the decor typical of Italy. The food isn't worth the money, especially if you know what a good pizza should be. The pizza is terrible value for money. I understand that everything is more expensive in Amsterdam. The Margherita is worth €5 at most, not €15. What a shame.

We came to this place because we were hungry and it was convenient from where we’re staying. Unfortunately, we were seated on the top floor, which felt outdated and not very clean. I actually had to wipe the table myself as it felt dirty. We ordered pizza, but it was quite ordinary and nothing special. The only thing I enjoyed was the ginger ale. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience and I wouldn’t rush back.

If you’re looking for a peaceful Italian dinner, this is absolutely the wrong place , unless your idea of “ambience” is shouting over nightclub-level noise. It felt more like I’d accidentally walked into a bar than a restaurant. The tables were so close together we might as well have all introduced ourselves and shared the food. Zero privacy. Amazing design choice. Guess what? Being charged for tap water. Joke! First time in my life I’ve seen a restaurant charge for something that literally comes out of a faucet. After we finished eating, we then enjoyed a bonus 30minutes wait just to get the bill. Great way to end the experience. Honestly, this place is seriously overrated. The food wasn’t even average , I’ve had better Italian meals pretty much everywhere else.
