I wish I could give them -5 rotten star, rude people, disrespectful, terrible food, expensive and dirty, first and last time, never recommend

We came to eat at this restaurant with friends. The welcome was icy. The Spritzes weren't good. We ordered burgers: the meat was overcooked, and the waitress didn't offer us any sauce to go with the fries. In the end, we weren't expecting much, but we were still disappointed. A place to avoid.

Avoid this place. The food was as poor as the service, and I only ordered a plate of spaghetti bolognese. I wasn't expecting much, but I was still disappointed. The only positive point: a French football league match between Le Havre and Nantes on TV.

A real disappointment. The staff is unpleasant, the welcome as cold as the food, which was clearly frozen. I ordered pasta carbonara and I'm still looking for the bacon... No dessert was offered, but given the quality of the dishes, I wouldn't have ordered one anyway. I wasn't expecting anything, but I'm still disappointed.

We went there yesterday with friends, the place wasn't welcoming, the woman who greeted us was super unpleasant and dishonest, I sincerely advise against this place and I won't even mention the meal.

A scam: they serve you a pizza with almost no ingredients, a small Fanta costs you €5, and a beer that was half foamy costs €9.

The restaurant was empty despite the busy street. We were the only customers. First, the ambiance: The old bottles and the entire decor were dusty and looked dingy. The stairs down to the restroom were very dangerous. There was a hair stuck to the wine glass. Afterward, the waiter kept glancing over to see if everything was okay. The shrimp cocktail wasn't fresh, and therefore not tasty. The burger was okay. Bottom line: Don't enter an empty restaurant without reading the reviews first.

The woman waitress acted as she hated us, throwing the menus in front of us, keep looking away as we talked to her as she is bored while we were the only ones in the whole restaurant ( no wonder no one was there!) food was terrible, over priced, over cooked and even on dirty table!!! We tried to find a manger number next day to file complaint, but there is no number anywhere, so we went to them and we said we are going to write about them on social media and they said they don’t care, as they can always pay some local guid and influencer to high rating them for money!!!! So there is defensively valid reason if almost every real customer despised the food and service and there is only couple of paid reviews who liked them!!! Always check the reviews before entering

Rude, ugly, disrespectful, anti human, never ever recommend !!!! I wish I could give ten minus stars!!! I remember how the waitress rolled her eyes when we asked for tap water and I want to scream in anger!!!

Okay....let me be brave. Dispide the poor reviews we went in (all other places had queues, due to the massive Sail event and we were really hungry). And to our surprise did not get disappointed. The food was actually good (ok, not perfect). The entourage was nice. The staff (owners) was slightly ackward, but friendly also. And the prices were good, really good. Overall, this place was definitely better than the current low average (3.5) score. And oh, yes, the portion of french fries are small. WAY TO SMALL for 4 euro

The worst restaurant we've been to in Amsterdam. People would come in and leave within minutes of being seated because of what they saw. We thought the food was quite sparse and very expensive, even for Amsterdam. The menu doesn't list the prices for drinks (only wine)... and that was the real scam... warm beer for nine euros... 20cl Coca-Cola for five euros... 25cl water for four euros... We asked for the price list, and the waiter suddenly forgot his perfect Spanish... although he did manage to tell us that they were printing it and that we should come back 48 hours later for it... what a SCAM!!!

Unbelievable rude and disrespectful personal and staff, they were constantly talking about customers,cursing them and insulting them with Arabic language which they thought we didn’t understand, a young woman as waitress was literally using racist slurs and she used whole the anti ethnic insults possible towards European people, gay people and literally who ever she saw 😡 We didn’t want to ruin our night so we just didn’t say anything, but it was worst possible experience we had in Amsterdam, even they charged us extra 10€ for nothing!!! 😠

Would rather starve than have to eat here again

Due to the cold drafts and elderly couple that came in and asked not to be seated at the table near the door that the server indicated (I was the only other customer, there were plenty of other options away from the door). The server's response was "I closed the door." With the server unwilling to compromise the elderly couple left. That's how you lose two a customers (me and the couple) forever. It's no wonder no one else came in while I was eating. My mistake I should have looked at the other low Google reviews before going in.

I have been to many restaurants, but what is offered here is physical assault in the service area. Service and prices are unacceptable. If you don't manage to bring ketchup once in 20 minutes but asking for the full price and then asking for prices other than those on the menu is more than cheeky. If someone asked me where the worst service in your life was, I would immediately remember this restaurant. It's a shame because the location is good and the chef does a good job. Maybe the service staff should be reconsidered.

You can't give a lower score. We ordered something to eat and they laughed at our order. €9 a pint of beer. They rushed us to eat in 15' because they had to leave. And when we paid, another table came in and was stretched out. We asked about the person in charge, the Argentinian, and they told us that he was a lazy person who was sleeping in the house. One bald with a ponytail of hair on the back of his neck, and a lady who left a lot to be desired.

Extremely friendly waiters, great steaks served on a charcoal grill, and at a great price! We can 100% recommend this restaurant! Peter and Petra from Lower Austria

Different prices are communicated outside than those used inside, so you will be served less than you ordered. Judging from the reviews before our visit, I'm not the only one with that experience, so I wish I had checked them beforehand. Time for a new operator, one who tries to turn the casual passer-by into a regular customer and does not want to harm unsuspecting tourists.

Menu they show outside is old. Prices have apparently almost doubled in the meantime. Menu with hamburger would include fries and salad. When we asked for the salad, the lady serving claimed that the salad was on the burger and that salad was not in the menu. That was a mistake...Fries came in a very small container without sauce. The taste of the burger was just fine. Nothing special. Can't taste anything from the chimichurri. The chef and the wait staff found us at most annoying and were not sympathetic when I told them that they were not doing well. The nachos also came without the jalapenos that were mentioned on the menu. Save yourself the aggravation and just go to the Mac. You'll leave cheaper and with a fuller stomach.

At the entrance there is a price board with cheap attractive offers, inside there are other prices. Outrageously expensive drinks prices. Even the pizza didn't taste that good, I think that says a lot. I think the owners don't attach great importance to serving the customers honestly, because there are a lot of tourists and the walk-in customers who visit the restaurant once won't come back a second time, but that's still enough for sales.

First of all: all the other bad reviews are absolutely valid. The restaurant ("Steakhouse") was empty when we arrived. We pretty soon got to know why that was. The service was horrible. Not nice, in a very bad mood and they didn't even give glasses for the drinks. The food also wasn't made with love at all. The burger patty was... Idk I can't even describe it. The toilets didn't do much better. Definitely not clean. Please don't get fooled and don't go there

Worst pizzas we've ever had. It seemed as if the dough was homemade and the pizza had been heated up in the microwave, King's Day is a holiday and after this dinner I spent the whole day with a grumpy roommate who was really nauseous. In addition, all the staff were as if they wanted to get everyone out as quickly as possible, extremely rude and arrogant. Despite the location, highly recommended

Meat is overcooked. Portions are small. They do not serve tap water. They serve bottle water 14 euro per liter. A rubbery Staff is rude. Still it s worth a visit if u want to see the dirtiest toilet in town.

Inedible fries, the meat the same. Then outside it says pasta and pizza but they are not Italian. The waitress didn't let us sit in the upper room to avoid climbing 10 steps... never mind

We ordered the menu with burger Pommer and salad, the salad is not brought, if you order a steak with salad it is brought empty without dressing and the sauce is only brought when asked! And with steak you pay for the sauces separately without it being on the menu, you are asked what kind of sauce you want for the steak then you don't get anything for a long time and after asking for a long time you can also pay an extra 2.50 for the sauce !!!!!!! The waiters are really friendly, but the drinks are only partially served, the food isn't particularly special, but it's fine if you're hungry quickly. And the worst thing is that the menu said buger + fries + salad for 14.50, - but you pay a lot more for the burger + fries and there is no salad!!!! It's actually a shame that you can't do that in Austria!

Worst steak ever, cooked in oil with no seasoning, very uneven cook. The garlic bread was horrendous (store bought bread with rock solid cold garlic butter)

We had a burger and chips. Was very tasty. Patty just a little small in relation to the bun.

This was a very nice restaurant to get Argentinian style steaks. My wife and I both had Ribeye steaks and they had a good char-grilled flavor. The atmosphere was festive and comfortable. The service was pleasant and helpful.

This was one of the few places open late on a Sunday night. The staff here is overall nice but we had to wave them down several times to get their attention. Unsure if it’s cultural or if they’re naturally slow to customers. Again, we arrived about an hour before they closed so there’s a chance they were exhausted from the day. We ordered their empanadas, a house salad, spaghetti bolognese, & the angus La Vida burger and had white wine and sangria to drink. Overall the food was good/average but nothing amazing. The hamburger came with a very small patty and was cooked well (without request). My wife loved the burger but I wasn’t impressed. If you’re looking for somewhere to get a few drinks and quick homemade meal late in Amsterdam this might be the spot for you. Do not set high expectations. P.S. most of the other customers ordered their pizzas. They looked & smelled amazing.

Leider kann man in dem Restaurant nur gebackene Kartoffeln und den Tomaten Salat gut Essen. Von allem anderen kann ich echt nur abraten. Einmal und nie wieder. 😯😔😔

The restaurant looks inviting, Argentinian Restaurants are known for steaks. We ordered steaks (M) they were ready within 5mins. No flavor, chewy you can tell they were microwaved and just grilled for marks. Poor service, beers were great though.

Si buscas la experiencia argentina verdadera este quizás no sea tu lugar, PERO no dejes que eso te aleje aún. Pensemos en este lugar como lo que es Argentina para extranjeros, con vacas, guitarras y vino; en ese aspecto la estética es justo lo que esperaría un turista. Como buena argentina me gusta hinchar un poco, asi que por curiosidad fuimos a comer a este local. Esperabamos juzgarlo mucho, y bueno, lo hicimos. Acá unas notas específicas Comida: Pedimos chorizos y empanadas de carne, que acá serían entradas. También pedí algo de pan porque quería comer choripán (pero el pan ese no daba realmente para eso...). Tanto los chorizos como las empanadas nos parecieron muy chiquitos; el relleno de las empanadas estaba bien pero la masa más o menos. Los chorizos, a pesar de su tamaño, estaban muy ricos y los recomiendo. Precio: Que decirles... para lo que es la zona, los precios estaban bastante bien. Servicio: Acá es donde brilló. La chica que nos atendió fue super amable y divertida; no hablaba mucho español pero lo que hablaba le salía bien, y se esforzaba mucho. Nos ayudó a pasarla mucho mejor. Además me dejó agregar un poquito de chimichurri para mis chorizos. Un amor! Decoración: Uno de los posibles estereotipos argentinos, muy adecuado para un restaurante dedicado a vender comida argentina a turistas o gente que no es argentina. Cuero, viñedos y guitarras. Está okay. Música: Música de guitarra sin letra, me parece bien para el ambiente. Volumen perfecto. Baños: Llegar al baño resulta algo molesto. No solo hay que subir al segundo piso, pero luego hay que bajar por unas escaleras bastante pequeñas para llegar al baño, también pequeño. Pero bueno, cumple su función. Al final de todo, aunque la comida no fuera perfecta, fue muy rica, y mi mama y yo la pasamos muy bien. Gracias a la moza por su excelente atención.

Lovely Restaurant inmitten von Amsterdam. Liebevolle Bedienung in argentinischer Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl. Die Speisekarte ist sehr reichhaltig. Sehr zu empfehlen. :-)
