Nice setting but no real charm. And what we ordered lacked pizzazz. The overall experience was okay, but we expected better.

Everything was perfect, except for the restrooms, which I thought needed to be cleaned more often as they were really dirty. But the food was very good and the place was very cute.

The staff was genuinely kind and welcoming, the atmosphere felt relaxed and warm. You can feel they actually care about their guests and not just professionally, but also on a human level. Would definitely come back.

Die Smoothies (Green Detox und Mango Mood) sind oberlecker. Eine tolle Auswahl an Frühstück… Eggs Benedict, Avocado Toast, Burrata, Hangover Breakfast,… alles mega!

Spacious, but expect to line up for 20ish minutes. We ordered the avocado toast and it was nothing special. The avocado tasted fresh, but it wasn’t really seasoned with anything so it was quite bland. I would probably opt for something like the eggs Benedict next time.

The Panna cotta style French toast was excellent and so was the blueberry French toast. The staff were all very pleasant but service was just okay. First they seemed to not realise we were there as placing our order took ages, then after placing the order and waiting for 35 mins, we noticed others around us who’d been there for 10 mins were already getting served. We asked what was going on and they confirmed the kitchen had lost our order. They were really nice and did offer us a free drink and when the food eventually arrived it was excellent, hence the 4 stars.

The food is incredible. I had a the beef burger, my SO had the classic breakfast croissant, and we had banana oat pancakes for “dessert “. The food is absolutely delicious. I recommend highly. It is a bit pricey, but as a tourist visiting, i enjoyed every penny spent.

We visited Lagom in Amsterdam after spotting it on TikTok…everyone’s been raving about it, and they weren’t wrong! The brunch was incredible; everything was so beautifully presented on our plates, and trust me, it tasted just as good as it looked. Definitely a must-visit if you’re around!

Dropped by Lagom Amsterdam for brunch and it’s a total winner! The avocado toast with scrambled eggs was fresh and perfectly balanced, and the blueberry brioche French toast was a sweet treat—both absolute bangers. The cappuccino was smooth and hit the spot. Love the chill, Nordic-inspired vibe near Nieuwmarkt, just away from the tourist buzz. Staff were super friendly, though it can get packed, so book ahead. Prices are fair (~€10-15 for a dish). 5 stars, I’m already planning my next visit! 🥑

Really great brunch spot! Was super busy but one can still be seated with great lattes in the outdoor space before heading inside. Wonderfully cosy - Focaccia was a winner for me

We were a bit disappointed that there was a sign on the door saying they didn't serve bacon, and then, after we ordered, we saw that other guests were getting bacon. Otherwise, it was really nice, and we would come again.

Empty tables but still had to wait a long time for a spot. And waitress avoid eye contact. Ordering took a long time because of that! Also you have to order a drink first and then you can order food very strange!.

We had breakfast for 6 people and it was delicious. We had two egg dishes with red sauce (shakshouka), a granola dish with fruit, and a plate of garlic labneh with eggs. It was a very successful experience. The drinks included orange juice, one hot latte, and one espresso. I highly recommend visiting the restaurant. I also recommend making a reservation before arriving to avoid disappointment. There are tables outside. The prices are affordable.

It was really much better than I expected. The breakfast plates are appealing to both the eye and the palate. The ingredients are fresh and the flavors are spot on. The decoration of the place is also very nice, they have created a peaceful and friendly atmosphere.

I eat there burger and was ok, but I think this is not the best place for this type of food, I order also truffle fries, and for this portion of fries for me is not enough Parmesan and truffle mayo, smoothies are very tasty.

Lagom was super cute!! We went for brunch and were able to get a table after a short wait. Our favorite dished ended up being the french toast and the turkish eggs (both delicious), but the oat pancakes were a tad dense. Additionally, their matcha was not worth it; we'd recommend their coffee instead. Overall though, service was good and it made for a great brunch!

I had a great time at Lagom! While in cue we were pleasantly greeted by the staff and in no time we could sit down to drink and eat some delicious food. Extra kuddos to the very sweet waitresses and waiters, you were legends. I’ll surely come back again!

Had a really nice brunch with great and attentive service. Food and drinks arrived quickly and staff was very hospitable. Memorable moment was when an elderly guest (returning I assume) in line was greated warmly and shown to their own spot at the bar.

A great spot right in the center of Amsterdam for brunch at any time! A varied menu, reasonable prices, and everything was delicious: special mention to the smoothies and blueberry French toasts. Sunday 11 May 15:00 reserved birthday lunch. We were a bit early, the best places are given away to people who were in line before us who did not make a reservation and we got a table in a corner where you were not comfortable at all, the table also wobbled. The concept could be cool, but a lot of things need improvement: - Hygiene: glasses and services are dirty - Dishes: Good, but what should be hot is served cold - Service: As soon as we have finished swallowing the last mouthful, we are given the services, napkins, etc. it's a bit stressful. Overall, a nice concept but I wouldn't particularly go back... Too bad!

This place is a total IT place for me. The food, whether it's French toast, avo toast or egg dishes, everything is 100% enjoyment. And above all, only friendly staff here that always greets you nicely, no matter how busy it is.

I went to Lagom and had Norwegian Eggs Benedict and Bitterballen. The food was extremely good! The bitterballen in the restaurant are the best! Faite attention à la note.on avait commandé deux burgers avec frites mais un est arrivé sans frites.vu qu'il y en avait bcp sur 1 on a partagé et on a dit au garçon qu'il les enlève de la note pour le 2 eme.A la fin c'était sur la facture mais vu qu'ils sont super sympa ils ont bien entendu enlevé.cadre super et nourriture excellente à part ça

Looked promising, unfortunately very disappointing. The service was friendly, but despite the fact that it was relatively empty, the waiting times were very long. Parts of the order never arrived and we waited a long time for change between each order and even after paying. The food looked good but was unimpressive. Avocado toast relatively tasteless and portions rather small.

Fui com a minha família experimentar este espaço muito bonito e bem decorado. Fomos sem reserva — erro nosso! — e isso fez com que tivéssemos de esperar bastante tempo. Apesar disso, o staff foi super simpático e esforçou-se ao máximo para nos arranjar uma mesa, o que não foi fácil, já que éramos 6 pessoas. A comida e as bebidas estavam boas e, no geral, foi uma boa experiência. Só recomendo mesmo reservar com antecedência para evitar a longa espera!

You definitely need a reservation so you don't have to wait in line because it's long! The food was tasty, although not 100% crazy, although this is a matter of personal taste. It's a good option for brunch. The staff is kind, helpful and the shop is quite cozy, as if you are at home!

The food was excellent, fresh and very tasty, acceptable for the price, but the waiter told us that we could not pay separately but together (there were 5 of us girls) we do not understand why and when we asked why we had to pay together we were told that there were a lot of people. We work in a restaurant ourselves and we cannot imagine that we would say this to customers, we have the right to pay as we want and after half an hour of arguing with the waitress (brunette) we could go and pay separately, in the meantime she told us that we could pay in pairs and when we first decided to do it that way, suddenly she said we could not. Anyway, the atmosphere was great and we were united for this incident. Yeah and they charged us extra smoothie we didnt order lol

We were attracted by the fame on social media which pushed us to wait 30 minutes in line. Once inside the environment is nice and nice and the staff is helpful but in our case, which we chose bread with scrambled eggs and added bacon, we were not very satisfied. The bread had not been toasted properly, it was a little bland and made the whole thing not very tasty. We then chose French toast as dessert which was good but nothing special considering the cost of 14.50 euros. Personally I wouldn't go back.

The avocado toast with smoke salmon is great. The portion of extra salmon is quite good. I also ordered the oat pancake, the size is really enough. But the taste is just the common level, absolutely not bad, but it’s not surprising, too.

We chose Lagom for breakfast. They already serve with the motto 'all day brunch'. Even though we went to the venue, which is located in a central location in Amsterdam, on a Monday morning, it was quite busy. For this reason, reservations may be needed. We chose hangover breakfast and veggie breakfast croissant from the menu. Croissant was fine. The avocado inside was delicious. I liked the Hangover breakfast, but the beans were a little dry. The service speed is a little slow, but the employees are friendly and attentive. If you prefer breakfast and brunch, I can recommend Lagom.

Delicioso desayuno! Reservamos como una mesa de 5 para estar en el lado seguro, lo bueno es que hicimos como cuando llegamos había una larga fila formando fuera. El servicio era genial, la comida era genial, y una mención especial a sus tortitas de terciopelo rojo que fueron un éxito con el resto de la fiesta. Ojalá para su inglés completo los frijoles fueran como frijoles ingleses pero tal vez eso es solo el brit en mí! Un gran ambiente vendría de nuevo. .
