Everything went perfectly, incredibly delicious and a nice atmosphere, we were helped immediately and everyone was incredibly friendly.

Lovely place, would definitely recommend! Made a booking in advanced, and were seated quickly. Decor is very pretty and food is amazing. Servers very friendly and happy to deal with the few changes we wanted to make to some of our meals, very welcoming.

The food was good, and the juice was warm. The cabin crew’s service was excellent overall, except for one crew member whose attitude was rude. She seemed to deliberately ignore me in particular.

I really don’t understand the hype around this place. Yes, it looks very Instagram-worthy, but that’s about it. We ordered the omelets, and they arrived cold. The sauces, toppings, and sides were all bland, and everything lacked flavor. We also tried the Eggs Benedict, which were cold as well, came in a very small portion, and tasted quite disappointing. Even the fries with truffle sauce tasted artificial. On top of that, the place wasn’t very clean inside. We also had to wait for a table, and unfortunately, it simply wasn’t worth the wait. Would not recommend…

My experience was entirely positive. I ordered a Caesar salad and it was delicious. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I asked for ice for a burn and help just kept coming from all sides. The atmosphere in the restaurant is a joy to behold. Nice soft music, comfortable chairs, and a quiet yet stylish theme. I left here with a full stomach and in a good mood and will definitely be back again. P.S. Shoutout to all the staff on the floor on June 23rd (including the gentleman sitting behind us)!

The place is nice and tidy, but the cleanliness is so-so. The service was good. The best thing was the sourdough burrata (I forgot the name) and the French toast. The eggs were okay.

Terrible service from an entitled waiter with glasses and coloured hair. Food wasn’t great and the service by her was terrible so no tip was left. She got extremely rude when I didn’t leave a tip. Won’t be back - service tips should be earned now expected.

Disappointing experience overall. My food arrived around 10 minutes after everyone else’s, and by the time it reached the table the burger was only slightly warm, as it appeared to have been sitting at the pass waiting to be served. I understand that delays can happen from time to time, so whilst this was frustrating, it wasn’t my main issue. What really left a bad impression was when I paid the bill. The waitress asked if I would like to leave a tip. As I didn’t feel the service had warranted one, I politely declined. Her response was, “You’re in the bad books,” which didn’t come across as a joke and felt quite rude. It left me feeling uncomfortable and unappreciated as a customer. Unfortunately, this interaction overshadowed the rest of the experience.

Terrible service, tables were dirty in grooves of wood it’s full of dirt and food took far too long to come out for 1 person - others had finished before the cold burger came out. They asked us for a tip on the way out and we said no due to this service and the woman with the curly hair and glasses was annoyed about this and said “you are on the naughty list”. Damn… will NEVER be back and would not recommend this place to anybody.

There was waiting queue but not that long. We entered the restaurant within 15 mins and service was quick with respect to how full the restaurant was. We ordered spicy chicken sandwich , crispy cauliflower wit bbq sauce and breakfast bread with eggs and salmon. For drinks matcha latte, ice latte , ice tea and cappuccino. The food was fine not very amazing. The cappuccino tasted weird. Other drinks are fine.

The Blueberry French Toast was simply amazing, one of the most memorable flavors of my Amsterdam trip. Despite arriving early, we had to wait about 20 minutes to get a table outside due to the crowds at the door. Waiting times for tables inside were around 40-45 minutes. It's best to go early to avoid the queue, but every minute waited is absolutely worth it for that wonderful taste.

First time visiting. The food was great, and the service was great too! A good first experience! I will definitely be back!

As for the food, I expected better. We ordered shakshuka and pancakes, and honestly, the taste was very, very average. The staff was wonderful, and the atmosphere was fantastic.

Very very nice staff, helpfull and fast. We had the special french toast and the pancakes. For us the pancakes were a little bit too much of dough. But the taste was nice. The chicken sandwich was perfect, also the foccacia was the best kind of bread you can have for a sandwich.

Ceasar sallad is really good. Had to go back during the trip to eat it once more 😊

Second time we’ve visited in one weekend! Such a great brunch/breakfast. Fanstatic gluten free bread too (would recommend the Norwegian eggs Benedict!) Roda was really lovely and very smiley service! 10/10, come here for a good feed before a busy day sight seeing!

In short, the place is good, but I didn't find anything to justify the long wait or make it a memorable experience. If you're arriving after 10:00 AM, I recommend making a reservation. Most tables are reserved, and finding a seat can be difficult even on weekdays. The food and atmosphere are fantastic.

The overall atmosphere, reception, and hospitality were excellent. I ordered orange juice, which was good, and the eggs and avocado were the best thing I ordered. I also ordered eggs and spinach, which was good, but the spinach was a bit overpowering. I also ordered French toast, which wasn't great, to be honest.

The breakfast was very tasty and all the ingredients were fresh. The shakshuka was nicely balanced in terms of spice, I mean not too spicy, so you could really taste the vegetables. The scrambled eggs were also delicious: soft, creamy, and well cooked. Overall, it was a very enjoyable breakfast and left a really good impression.

Trendy location in the city center. Had a delicious meal, good value for money. Very friendly young staff.

Absolutely loved brunch at Lagom Amsterdam! The French toast was outstanding — perfectly fluffy inside with a light crisp on the edges and a great balance of sweetness and freshness from the fruit. Hollandaise sauce was also one of the best I’ve ever tried. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, ideal for a slow brunch or catching up with friends. Service was friendly even though the place was quite busy. Overall, great food, good vibes, and definitely worth coming back for!

Simply amazing. We took the hangover breakfast and it was superb. We stood in the line for almost 1hour and it was worth it 😆.

Their queue management is terrible. We stood outside for an hour, which would be fine in principle, but we can count at least six empty clean tables without reservation signs inside! The restaurant is half empty. They just don’t have enough staff to efficiently manage the customer flow. Then when we sat down, we waited fifteen minutes for our order to be taken. One waitress walked up to our table, smiled, put down cutlery and didn’t even ask what we wanted to order. Another fifteen minutes later and they haven’t even brought water to the table yet.

Great brunch. We waited in line for about an hour before being seated. The wait was quite long, but the staff, understaffed I think, did their best to accommodate us as quickly as possible! We were then seated and served fairly quickly; we knew what we wanted, and it was then prompt. Despite the crowds outside, we didn't feel rushed... I recommend this brunch; the Egg Florentines were excellent, as was the detox juice. My friends also really enjoyed their dishes. Nothing to complain about in terms of quality/price.

Moderately surprising, not special, very ordinary

A great alternative after a hotel breakfast. The tomato and avocado croissant is fragrant and not greasy. The fried bitterballen (coloured cola balls) are crispy on the outside, with a soft, chewy mixture of mashed potato and minced meat inside. The apple pie lives up to its reputation, with a moist, sweet and sour apple filling.

I ordered shakshuka and a fresh orange juice. The shakshuka didn’t taste good at all. I wasn’t able to eat it and the orange juice was warm.

Food was really good! Yogurt bowl was fantastic. Not as sweet as in the US, but still delicious.

I tried the shakshouka and egg croissants with tea. I visited the place after receiving a recommendation and it's worth a visit. Their food is delicious and their service is great. Their prices are reasonable.

Really good but the service needs improvement. We had reservation so we didn't need to wait. There was a big line outside so I recommend making a reservation especially during the weekend. One of the waitress was really nice to us but the other two seemed to be pissed at the customers. Maybe it's just the dutch way of talking but with them we didn't feel welcomed at all and felt a bit rushed. The food was really good, and big portions! We ordered the blueberry french toast which I think is a must (blueberry jam between breads and ricotta cream on top with lots of fruit, super good). We also got shakshuka which had an amazing flavour, and a cinnamon roll that was just okay (only because the rest of the food was so good this one seemed just an average pastry). The coffee was delicious and we also got juices that were made at the moment. Overall I recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing in every aspect! I am a frequent visitor from America and came across this place randomly when walking down the street. It has become a favorite of mine and my mom's, and we look forward to eating here each time we visit Amsterdam. The servers are so kind, the vibe is so cute, and the food is delicious.

The WORST shakshouka that i have ever tried in the netherlands. Normally I am big fan of this dish but this place made it so bad that i forced myself to finish it. It was all cheap tomato puree and 2 tiny little eggs on top. My friend got the florentine eggs benedict and it also looked so basic and bland. After I got one bite I asked to change the food but they said this is how it is done. Horrible customer service and staff honestly. Imagine paying 15.5 for a dish that is bland and not filling. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Very good Crowded after 9 AM Prices are a little high

Heard about it from TikTok, and so glad we went. It was such a pretty interior, with really friendly staff who all looked hard at work constantly. Food arrived swiftly and was great quality, was cool being able to see it getting made. We got the chicken salad and the burrata salad as well as truffle fries to share. The truffle fries stood out as they were incredible. The salads were also delicious. The only thing I would say is that the smoothies were on the smaller side for how much they cost, but other than that I’d say it’s great value for money!

We went there on a weekday may be that’s why we didn’t have to wait a lot to be seated. The food was fine but the staff was sooooooo rude. I didn’t feel welcomed at all.

I had lunch at Lagom Amsterdam today and it was truly delicious. The truffle fries were crispy, full of flavor, and served with a delicious dip. I also had the focaccia with spicy chicken – tender, well-seasoned, and delicious with the fresh toppings. The interior and presentation of the dishes are also top-notch; everything looks well-presented and inviting. Lagom feels like a place where you can both relax and enjoy a truly good meal. In short: definitely recommended for anyone in Amsterdam looking for flavorful and creative dishes. P.S. My Google name is pure coincidence 😂

Very busy place, but we did not have to wait long for a table. The waiter are very friendly. The hangover breakfast was a lot! The sausage was not to my tasting and a little cold, but the rest was yummy. The matcha was amazing!

Absolutely recommended for anyone who enjoys a trendy breakfast and is willing to pay a little more.

The shakshouka is delicious. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating. I recommend the outdoor seating because the atmosphere is beautiful. The breakfast is delicious and worth trying, but you have to be careful that not all the food is halal.

Hangover breakfast is the best! If you've had a drink and a cigarette the day before, you absolutely have to order it... Real-life Miyazaki breakfast... Remember to smoke before you eat, too!

Good food, but a bit pricey. The Korean Chicken burger tastes good but is quite small for what you pay. The Blueberry French Toast (pictured) is also delicious and offers more value for your money. Friendly staff who don't speak Dutch.
