Protein shake was horrific. Zero hygiene at the place, full of flies. There was an ice cube in the smoothie! LMAO I make better smoothies 🥲 bye bye €7,25

I order the Lean meal packages every week. Delicious and very healthy! Time-saving and tasty, I'm a fan.

Ordered the weekly meal packages for home several times. Super varied from salads to wraps to hot meals to fresh juices and snacks. Everything is ready in no time and the best part is that the meals are delivered fresh every other day.

The food and coffee were very tasty. Perfect choice for breakfast.

I got food from too good to go - it smelled off and it was spoiled when I received it. Can’t believe this is served to customers, that is dangerous! Had to throw away!

Horrible experience. Both Açaí bowls were bitter, we simply could not eat them. We called the place and they said they were from yesterday, that is clearly not a fresh order. The banana bread is raw (which was not mentioned) and looks like vomit, literally. The smoothies in taste are nothing special and the quantity of one vs the other was very different; one full and the other half empty. Everything is served in single use plastic to too it off… very disappointed.

Nog nooit zo onbeschoft en klantonvriendelijk behandeld. - Bestellen is een ramp: medewerkster spreekt geen woord Nederlands en haar Engels is ronduit bagger. - Bananencake krijg je in je hand geduwd. Als ik vraag om een schotel en een vorkje wordt de bananencake op een servetje gezet zonder vork of lepel. - Suiker en roerstaafje krijg je niet bij de cappuccino. De serveerster weet niet waar ze liggen. Een dame die daar zat te werken op haar laptop wijst naar een bekertje waarin de suiker en de roerstaafjes liggen. Ik vraag of zij de eigenaar is: ze zegt dat ze daar werkt maar dat ze vandaag geen dienst heeft. - Capuchino was niet te drinken...koud bah, bah. Ik meld het aan de medewerkster die achter haar zit: ze negeert mij heel onbeschoft en gaat door op haar laptop. Als ik het herhaal zegt ze heel geïrriteerd dat ik het aan haar collega moet zeggen (die geen Nederlands spreekt). Ze staat op loopt naar haar collega en laat zien hoe ze warme capuchino moet zetten. Vreselijk ervaring. Onbeschofte klantonvriendelijke tent. Nederlands sprekende medewerkster die zich te pas en onpas overal mee bemoeit maar je negeert als je wat vraagt. Koude capuchino, suiker en roerstaafjes zoek cake op servetje geserveerd ipv schotel en vorkje..te veel om op te noemen. .....................STERKE AFRADER: NIET DOEN!!.....................

Heel chagrijnig vrouwtje stond er vandaag achter de toonbank. De shake Snickers die ik bestelde was binnen 1 minuut klaar. Geen smaak aan en warm. Ik vroeg om ijsblokjes omdat de smoothie warm was. Dat is sowieso niet lekker maar zeker niet als het 28graden. Vervolgens krijg ik een beker met ijsblokjes , of ik het zelf even wil overgieten. Slechte service. Jammer want de vorige keer was ik heel erg tevreden!

I participated in their 5 day clean eating program and really enjoyed it. I liked the variety of options and was always satiated after each meal. I look forward to stopping by for breakfast and lunch treats more often now!

Een echte aanwinst op de Beethovenstraat is Munch Fit Food To Go! Ik haal er regelmatig wraps, smoothies en gember shots. Ze hebben ook prima detox pakketten en een maaltijden super gezond eten. Dit wordt dus zeker een blijvertje in de Beethovenstraat!

I tried their Clean Eating Program and I absolutely loved it! They guided me along the way and gave me many helpful tips on living a healthier lifestyle. I had so munch more energy just after a week of following their meal plan. I would highly recommend anyone to try out their Clean Eating Program!

Vriendelijke personeel en lekker eten!

21 dagen clean eating pakket gedaan. Hele lekkere maaltijden en ook nog eens 3 kg afgevallen. Ik heb zelf een drukke baan en weinig tijd om veel te koken. Dit is een ideale oplossing voor dit probleem. Met de voedingsschema's van munch ga ik nu twee weken zelf aan de slag en dan voor de kerst wederom een programma volgen!

Zojuist de detox gedaan van 5 dagen. Voel me helemaal vernieuwd. Mijn huid is helemaal stralend en voel mezelf als herboren. Goede service tijdens de detox en de sappen zijn ook nog eens lekker! Aanrader!!

MUNCH is dé plek om snel wat gezonds en lekkers te eten. De smoothies zijn top en er zijn veel vega(n) opties! Ik kom zeker een keertje terug.

Zojuist een 3-daagse sapkuur achter de rug. Inmiddels ben ik niet alleen veel energieker, maar voel ik mij een een stuk fitter! De sapjes waren heerlijk, heel goed vol te houden. Wellicht dat ik mij een volgende keer waag aan de 5-daagse kuur. De plastic flesjes kunnen ook gerecycled worden, heel fijn! Oh, en ze hebben ook nog eens heel lekkere kurkuma lattes! :)

Encontré una increíble avena sin gluten empapada con mantequilla de maní desayuno con jugo de zanahoria fresco que era encantador y el personal era genial.

Un bonito lugar en el Beethovenstraat, uno de los barrios exclusivos de Ámsterdam. Ofrecen un menú creativo con una selección de ensaladas y sándwiches. Todos los alimentos son azúcar gratis, lo cual es fantástico para una persona con diabetes. Tomé el batido de bayas, que era delicioso y bastante contundente seguido de un sándwich de pollo marinado y aguacate con mayonesa tailandesa, verdaderamente delicioso. Las porciones son perfectas, no demasiado pequeño y no demasiado grande. También tienen opciones para vegetarianos y sin gluten - gratuitas y algunos batidos interesantes para desintoxicarte. El servicio era rápido y agradable y precios muy razonables, sabiendo que sólo ingredientes frescos. El lugar es muy agradable y con sólo unas pocas mesas para sentarse. Me encanta el concepto. Si te gusta la comida fresca y saludable, lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Heerlijke afhaalmaaltijd zonder schuldgevoel gehaald! De vegan caramel shortbread had van mij wel een hele taart mogen zijn!

Heb hier laatst een koffie gedronken en lunch meegenomen. Personeel is vriendelijk en geven graag uitleg over de producten die ze zelf maken. Koffie is goed, met name de salade was heerlijk! Ruime keuze in verschillende salades en/of maaltijden met ook nog wat guilty pleasures mocht je willen. Zeker een aanrader voor mensen die een goede en gezonde lunch willen. Ik kom hier zeker terug!!

Een aanwinst voor de Beethovenstraat! Al een aantal keren lunch gehaald, goede porties en ruime keuze. Je kan er overigens ook leuk zitten (binnen en buiten), kom zeker snel weer langs!

I love juices but this one is one of the best, im becoming addicted to it coz the great thing with it is they have different kind of milk base, so many options so thats perfect for people who have specifis milk base, the have options like almond milk, oat milk, coconut milk, coconut water or even if you want just water with different options of juices and a very affordable price to compare than any other juicery;)
