I was staying at the Jaz in the city hotel for work. I used to come here when I was staying at the hotel for breakfast almost every day. Everything is so fresh and delicious. My favorite was their yogurt bowl. The server are also friendly, before my trip ended I brought a cute white mug with their brand. I will surely come again.

I missed the comfort of soft furnishings to sink into and found the wooden benches strangely high and uncomfortable to sit on. (I am not short, but my feet didnt touch the floor sitting up straight normally.) However service was very kind and accommodating. Toilet was also clean.

This place used to be one of my go-to cafés, so I came back after quite a while hoping for a comforting soup and honestly I left very disappointed. I spent money on a soup that barely tasted like any of the ingredients listed. It genuinely just tasted like watered-down broth, almost like dirty water and it was really unpleasant. What also added to the experience was the service. The person serving me seemed unhappy to be there and everything felt rushed and sloppy, which made the whole visit feel even more disappointing. It’s a shame because I used to really enjoy coming here but after this experience I honestly don’t think it’s worth returning to.

Very poor experience in terms of quality of food & drinks and the service. Chai Latte tasted like a glass of milk and the sandwiches were dry and took forever to be prepared.

I ordered and paid by app. The order was forgotten. I had to ask twice until I got everything. The clocks at the wall as well as the door closer don't work. The food was good, but not living up to expectations considering the price. They want to be a hip place, but should work with the basics first.

The matcha was very bitter with a dull, brownish color it didn’t taste fresh or well prepared, especially for €5.95. The service also wasn’t great. I walked in with a smile and said good morning, but the blonde staff member came across as unfriendly and uninterested.I understand is the day after kings day in the morning but still. When I mentioned the issue, she didn’t seem willing to help, which made the experience uncomfortable. On the positive side, the male staff member was polite and more helpful. I understand everyone has off days, but a bit of care in both preparation and attitude makes a big difference.

Your experience here will depend on the barista who’s working that day. Most baristas are not trained to be baristas. Max is great, makes excellent coffee, and is always friendly. Other baristas have made really bad coffee, make mistakes (in a to go cup when the order clearly says “stay in cup & saucer”) and have been rude (while refusing to make a new coffee but offer only to pour it over in a new cup) and not admitting their mistakes.

Bad, these people really make things difficult for themselves. They work over each other and slowly. The sandwiches are way too expensive for a mediocre toastie. They also still need to learn how to make coffee here; it tastes burnt.

Lebkov & Sons — Bijlmer branch. Came in to escape Bijlmer. Stayed because leaving felt unnecessary. Outside: football crowds, concerts, office people speedrunning life. Inside: calm, coffee, and snacks that quietly outperform expectations. Great coffee. Even better snacks. The kind that makes you order “just one more” and suddenly you live here now. Perfect reset spot. Sit down, breathe, remember who you are. Will return the next time Bijlmer becomes… Bijlmer again.

I was studying here, I got an iced coffee which was insanely good. Prices are not too crazy and it is a cozy place. Staff was very nice I loved my experience!

I came here to study and have lunch, the service was super attentive and sweet, they took out the tomatoes from my avocado sandwich without hesitation on my request. Really recommended and definitely will be back!

A few years ago, you could eat well-filled sandwiches at Lebkov & Sons. Nowadays, it’s all just pathetic. A cheese sandwich from Kinderdijk (see photo) costs €7 (!) This sandwich isn't even worth a euro. And we have to wait 25 minutes for it. In the kitchen hangs a sign: “Rules to keep us growing”. They are growing, yes, but downwards. You won't see us back here again.

Staff taking your order with indifference, then it taking 10 minutes before you get the coffee, even though there are no people waiting. And worst of all: the coffee is really terrible, just tasteless.

Me and my friend really enjoyed to study and lunch here. My tuna salad sandwich tasted very fresh. It wasn’t very busy or noisy so it’s easy to work. Jannet helped us with our order and she was so lovely. Highly recommend for a chill study session!

Me and my friend studied here, it was very nice and quiet. Loved the playlist they had. She had a very nice sandwich and I had a good yoghurt shake. Overall very nice experience and we were helped by a lovely worker called Jannet, all of the staff were very nice and thoughtful. Perfect!

Best capuccino i drank recently.

On Saturday morning, we walked into an empty shop with 9 people for a few cappuccinos and (ham/cheese) croissants. The lady behind the counter, who spoke English, had quite a bit of trouble taking orders and serving the cappuccinos and croissants. All in all, we had to walk back to the counter 5 times and wait half an hour for the last part of our order to be ready. They don't understand how things work here at all.. (the cappuccinos and croissants were tasty though)

Two people who don't speak a word of Dutch, take fifteen minutes to make a latte, casually and disinterestedly place it on the bar, use a to-go cup for internal use, and give no indication that this is your coffee. And then charge €5.50 for it. Once, but never again! This happened to everyone during my time there. My colleague and I both had to remind them where it was.

Lebkov Bijlmer, Sunday, February 8, 5:15 PM 2 people. We order a sliced ​​avocado and a tuna salad sandwich. They're gone, just 1 BLT. "We're closing at 6 PM and we still have a lot to do." Uh, so yeah? 🤔 "I can still make it, but it'll take a while." Fine, I say and think, because you don't close for another 45 minutes! I also order a tomato basil soup. "I have to check if that's still available." Huh, why, I ask? "We always put the soup in the fridge first." I give an example of Albert Heijn, which is open until 6 PM, and how strange it would be if you walked in at 5:15 PM and couldn't buy anything because everyone was already clearing everything out and cleaning. I get a deer-in-the-headlights look. Okay, forget the soup. I don't dare/don't want to order anything else, otherwise I might get (even) more frustrated. I pay and wait for the order. The sandwiches were made quite quickly, and they taste great. Maybe they should set the opening time to 5 p.m.? Or instruct the employees that cleaning up only happens AFTER closing time.

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at this café. I accidentally left my credit card at the counter and returned immediately to collect it. The lady at the billing counter told me she had not found any card, which I later found hard to believe given how quickly I returned. When I asked for her help to check with the manager or review what could be done, she came back stating manager isn’t available. Instead of helping resolve a serious issue, I was left without support or accountability. Especially because i was away abroad that card was my only financial support What’s even funny is, i get a call next day stating they found my card in my plate, since both the girl couldn't use my card as i had blocked and as it was no use for them they call next day and said they found it. Those two girls were thief !! Customer service and honesty are extremely important, especially when it comes to customers’ personal and financial belongings. This experience has completely broken my trust, and I would advise others to be very careful when visiting this café.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich for €10,95. Had high hopes. I got a sandwich with a slice of cheese, a slice of chicken breast and some sambal. Really don't understand how you even dare to ask €10,95 for this. Never going back here. Modern day thievery.

The food is simply inedible. I had a chunk of ginger in my soup. I also got a Hummus sandwich, and they spread it like it was golden butter. The table was incredibly dirty. Don't come here.

We ordered takeout. Three small, ice-cold soups and ginger orange juice were also overly sweet. The sandwiches never arrived. It's impossible to get a hold of someone. The system doesn't properly display incomplete product information. They issued a full refund. It was a terrible experience from start to finish.

Don't order from here via Uber, because this restaurant will happily cancel an hour later and have delivery drivers come for free.

Mediocre coffee and downright awful cake. The cake was served on a metal plate (why????), and both the plate and mug smelled strongly of dish soap. The staff were mostly focused on each other and didn't pay attention to where I sat. Coffee was put on the counter, and they didn't call out that it was ready, nor was it brought to me.

Was supposed to take 5 min for the sandwich to be ready. Took over 30 minutes. Staff didn’t care, nor did they look organized. They were just snacking and walking around

I come here regularly for my coffee and I keep coming back.

The coffee is bad and overpriced. They claim to use some organic beans and fancy milk, but it's just an excuse to charge more. My coffee came in a dirty cup that clearly hadn’t been washed properly. The tables were sticky, and the whole kitchen looked like a complete mess in need of a serious clean. We went on Saturday, and there was only one poor girl running the whole place, making the coffee and sandwiches, serving, cleaning tables, and trying to keep up with everything. If you care about good coffee, avoid this place at all costs.

I love this place for breakfast, only downside was one item on the menu was sold out on 2 days but the other things was really tasty. I would go there again when I visit Amsterdam again.

They’re iced matcha latte is ok, nothing special but good. I got the chocolate banana walnut cookie. IT IS REALLY GOOD, one of the best cookies I’ve tasted at a cafe. It has chocolate chips too that are kind of molten inside. The only thing is I would say for one person, you can eat half and save the rest for later. It is big so it does get a bit sickly towards the end but you can save it for another time. Cafe is good for seating and studying but not too many small tables

We were looking for a place to have breakfast near our hotel and found this cozy spot. The staff were welcoming, and the atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. It has a modern design that feels both stylish and relaxed. We had an early breakfast here and really enjoyed the friendly vibe and thoughtful setup. A great place to start the day!

If I were you, I would record your bestselling through a recorder or you would have to be on the phone with someone because they will make the wrong order and then claim that you never said this and also maintain that lie. "Can I have a medium matcha latte with coconut milk and caramel please" Then I get a cappuccino in front of me... Well, it was my own fault that it wasn't iced, but I definitely asked for a matcha latte... I don't understand how deaf you can be to get cappuccino from this. I finally got my matcha, and the milk is also wrong. I am not lactose intolerant myself, but if you are, I will definitely indicate your milk preference three times. I never complain about things that go wrong with my bestselling, but receiving a completely different drink and then also receiving attitude and being called a liar because someone didn't hear you properly and doesn't feel like coming to work? Sorry, but this is very low. And that matcha was completely undrinkable compared to the last time.
