Small restaurant with great, quick food. Good portion sizes as well!

Tried the noodles with chicken and with prawns. Both were very bland and excessively oily. The noodles had almost no flavour. Unfortunately, I had a bad stomach ache for the rest of the day after eating them. I am surprised by the high ratings given the experience. The staff were friendly but the place could use a good clean. Maybe okay after a night out, but otherwise I would not recommend.

This place is as tiny as it is delicious and you’re lucky if you can get a seat. The chefs special Ramen is the way to recharge after and before a night out. Yes, in that order. Patience is a virtue, and so are dedication and gratitude at the best Asian restaurant in Amsterdam.

The food, if anything, is standard fare. The noodles were very greasy, and there were hardly any vegetables. The dumplings were okay.

Tourist trap and completely overpriced!

This is a tiny gem that could be so easily overlooked. The food is fresh and packed full of flavour. The dumplings were absolutely excellent. Highly recommend!

The gentleman was friendly and took our dietary preferences into account. It's a bit small, with limited seating. The momos are freshly prepared by the chef, and the sauce is delicious. The chicken in the noodle had a nice bite. It tasted great, and there are vegetarian options. The location is in the alley next to Rembrandtplein. Prices are reasonable. There's no tea or coffee available; the place feels more like a takeout restaurant.

Very good meal and very good person

The steamed dumplings were very good. The wok dishes were surprisingly too dry and too greasy at once. Some of the silverware was dirty, the rest was oily. The price is ok (13-15 EUR per dish) but the food is not worth it.

The soup noodles🍜 were so delicious♫I was immersed in the depth of flavor of the soup.

I really like the food at this place, been here multiple times and definitely my favourite around Remembrantplein! It has very authentic Nepalese/Indian-Chinese food! My favourites are momos and fried noodles. The prices are very affordable for Amsterdam level, and overall really a great find! I highly recommend to try it if you are hesitating!

Nice "little" place for some Asian style food (limited space to eat inside). We tried their Prawn Fried Rice and their Prawn Wok Noodles, both served hot and delicious.

Very rude customer service. Do not recommend this place. I requested to sit by the window as there were 6 tables empty by the window. They said ”no they’re reserved”. Said all those guests would be coming at 7PM - but it was already 5 past 7PM and they were still empty. All I wanted was to eat food for 45 minutes.

Really loved the food and quality of the food! In my continuing quest of "finding good wok food in Amsterdam" I can highly recommend this spot. Portions were very decent, more then enough and the flavour was absolutely spot on. Will definitely visit again.

What a gem! This was one of the best meals in our trip! Authentic Tibetan momos and fried rice! Service was attentive and with a smile at all times! Place is small so can get easily crowded! Price was great for the portion size! I’ll come back!

Went here before going to the movies and the food was served quickly, it was delicious and full of flavor and affordable, especially for central Amsterdam. For those who like a sizeable plate full of comfort and good flavour - excellent.

If you guys are craving for Super authentic and tasty food than it's the perfect place to recommend. clean and tidy restaurant with friendly chef and waiter. Prices are reasonable. Just wow highly recommendable .

Over priced. Super oily food and tables were so dirty to the point that your hands will stick on them. Ordered the rice with chicken meal, asked for no spicy but it was spicy and there was barely any chicken in it. Made my stomach feel really bad after eating there. Am not sure how can this place have all of these 5 stars review for bad quality food.

It's incredibly delicious. After Asia it's hard to find something similar, but this is very close. And the portion sizes in particular (soup) are very large, you can have one for two! The dumplings are also delicious! Of course, I would like this place to be bigger and newer, but if you go for the food, not the interior, you'll like it!

Don’t let the look fool you, this is the best Momos in town! It’s off menu for now but you HAVE to try the Johl Momo soup, made with a spicy sesame and tomato base, it’s out of this world and I’m hungry just thinking about it. Service is also incredibly patient and friendly, they were very understanding and helpful with my nut allergy (no peanuts in anything!) also the music was great!

Unassuming ‘takeaway-looking’ place but worth grabbing a seat inside. Simple menu with tasty, authentic and well prepared food. Veg steamed dumplings starter with good spicy sauce. Fried chicken rice was well cooked with plenty of fresh veg and generous amount of chicken. Cosy dining area but very close to the atmosphere out front. Friendly and polite service. A clean and well maintained toilet is available upstairs for customers.

The fried rice was really delicious, I already miss the taste. The owner/chef was really kind. I ordered by phone because I wanted to catch the train, and the owner/chef promptly prepared the food. The food was ready when I arrived.

Tried momos and chicken fried noodles at this Nepali spot in the middle of Amsterdam. Tasty and full of familiar flavors—just like home. Portions were fair, prices reasonable, and the owner was friendly. A solid choice if you're in the area and craving Nepali food.

Phenomenal food, away foot tourist traps and very reasonably priced. What else not to like? The fried noodle is so packed with flavour and I like the fact that you can ask to alter the spice level according to ur palate. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend this place. It’s a small shop of Nepali food, and a small menu but the food is prepared fresh and the portions are generous and super flavourful. I got the wok fried veggie noodles and my husband got the veggie soup noodles. Both were super delicious, and filled us up. Service was friendly. We will come back

Great food and in bice location

Yesterday here. I am Indonesia who really get crazy of spicy food. In The Netherlands, I put my expectation a little bit lower for ‘hot level’ of a food. So when it really came to a spicy food in Little Buddha, oh, I almost cried of happiness! I feel home a bit in this country! Thank you very much for original spicy food Little India! Oh.. And the porsion, so generous! With only €17, no doubt this is food heaven for Asian in the NL. Absolutely will be back here again next time I visit Amsterdam.

Definitely a must visit at Rembrandt plain. HUGE portions and a Nepalese touch.

Almost every entree and momos is 13 euros. We ordered the samosas, momos (8 qty), the chicken fried noodles and egg noodle soup. Everything was really good but the broth in the soup was fantastic! It’s a Nepalese version and I’ve never tasted such unique flavors. It’s a very small space that fits 12 patrons very snugly but the service was very good, we were #12 & #13 patrons but he went and got us another chair to fit us in. Highly recommend for an inexpensive fast Nepalese food.

Suman and Bhawani are two of the best Customer service Rep in this place. They are so polite, always put a smile on customers face. They are always Jolly. Momo, fried noodles and Samosa is too Good. I am a traveller and travelled many places for food but this places comes on top of my choice. Cozy place that can also comfort a family well.

I came here with my friends with confidence because the restaurant has very good reviews - even if it doesn't necessarily look like it from the outside. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The ambience is not particularly inviting, it smells strongly of something that I can hardly describe - but unfortunately it wasn't pleasant. The overall impression was also rather messy and not very clean. The staff was friendly, but the wrong dish was brought when we ordered. The food itself is filling, but unfortunately the taste wasn't worth recommending. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant
