On a Saturday evening we had a good traditional "Indian Chinese" meal on site: wan tan soup, mihoen mix with babi pangang, tjap tjoy, satay and foe yong hai with white rice. What was given too much. The location has a simple, pragmatic design.

Picked up Chinese here because my regular Chinese restaurant was extremely busy and I didn't feel like having to stand in line for half an hour to order. Ordered the monthly menu with nasi, noodles and prawn crackers. The food wasn't bad, but next time I'll go back to my regular Chinese!

An eatery with two options: either a snack bar menu or a Chinese menu. Of course, the two can also be combined. I was recommended this place because of the homemade fries, but I had a delicious Chinese meal with a snack bar dessert. Highly recommended for tasty and not too expensive food with friendly service!

The fries are really, really good; I wouldn't know of a better one in Veenendaal. You can also indicate (via internet order) whether you want it well done, for example, and you will receive this. The peanut sauce is also very tasty. Friendly staff, good service.

We are from Zeeland ourselves, but when we are in the area we eat at Lotus, no hassle, just good food for a good price.

For me, this is without a doubt the best quality food in Veenendaal and the surrounding area. Everything just fits. The frying fat is fresh, the products are of high quality, the fries are crispy and fresh, the satay sauce is divine. And all made by hardworking, lovely people. If there were a Michelin guide for quality restaurants, Lotus would get 3 stars from me.

The portions were a bit on the small side and the amount of babi Pangang on the fries was far too little. 4 strips of meat for a whole portion of fries?! You pay 7.50 for it, so I expected more. What delicious homemade fries! Haven't had such good quality fries in a while. Also cooked perfectly. The croquette was also very tasty. And now you can try it very cheaply. Until the end of February, fries and snacks are 1 euro. Staff were also very friendly. In short, highly recommended!!

Perfectly organized for safe ordering during covid. The staff areas has been completely separated, staff wears masks, everything is clean and hand sanitizer is directly at the entrance. Touch less pay and it is in and out without touching anything. Food is good and affordable. Unfortunately they have no website or menu online, so I have uploaded the whole menu in pictures under the Google menu section.

Very cozy and friendly restaurant, both for takeaway and dining out. The owner is a lovely man who knows his customers. There is a chat and you can drink a beer at the bar. Orders are prepared professionally and the waiting time is not long. But even if you have to wait, you are thought of. There is a basket of casave prawn crackers and a basket of nuts ready for you, the place looks clean and the price-quality ratio is well balanced
