We had a delicious lunch at the Duck! We hadn't heard of it before, but it's definitely worth coming back! It's affordable and delicious! We had the fried eggs and toasted sandwich, but the menu offers so much more.

The schnitzel was very good. The fries and fried potatoes were delicious. You could order more for free! The staff was incredibly friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. We'll definitely be back.

Had a nice lunch with colleagues

We were allowed to use the restroom for our five-year-old son without ordering anything. A very friendly young lady. Next time, we'll come back for a cup of coffee! Thanks!

Friendly and quick service and delicious lunch.

Went in for a quick sandwich but was surprised by the ambiance. The friendly service and delicious food made it perfect. The quick sandwich turned into 1.5 hours of cozy sitting for the 2 of us.

Nice location, very poor service,2 Ordered a capucino + apple strudel which were lukewarm, the waitress told her that the coffee had come fresh from the machine but that she would pass it on to the bar and continued where she was very busy chatting with her colleagues. It's done here for us, we'll go elsewhere.

Friendly staff and simply delicious food or a coffee and something tasty. In a good location in Veenendaal.

Nice location, service staff mediocre to poor. We spoke to a waitress to report that the capucino was lukewarm and the apple strudel We received a cold response that the capucino was fresh from the machine, but she would pass on it and continued where she was already very busy chatting with her colleagues. It's done for us, plenty of other locations where you can use something.

Last Friday we waited over an hour and a half for our order, and then the staff told us that they still had to start working on it. It wasn't super busy or anything...bad service, no more duck for us.

Had a delicious coffee, but it was strange that everyone got a glass with whipped cream, I understand that you have to order the tip of whipped cream. We now also had coffee and pie on offer, which was very tasty.

My wife and I had a delicious lunch there (twice). De Duck is located in the village (opposite the town hall), pleasantly busy/quiet, good, friendly staff and the food is delicious (see photo)

Nice restaurant in Corridor. Cozy furnishings. The service is excellent. The ladies pay close attention and quickly stand next to your table. The minced meat sandwich with cheese and nachos was a bit disappointing. Instead of real minced meat, it was a minced meat stick cut into slices with a little cheese melted over it. The whole thing was a bit dry.

You're very comfortable with you. Cozy, people are always passing by. I have had a delicious meal every time. You quickly feel at home, so you just sit there a little longer and have another cup of coffee.

Partly satisfied. My bouncer was good and tasty. But not the Italian flatbread with brie and honey from the oven that my wife had. Tasted like old grease and was really dirty. This complaint was not done except that they would pass it on to the kitchen.

Nice location to drink and eat there

The food was tasty but the portions were halved. Prices have skyrocketed in recent years. 60 euros, thought it was a hefty bill for 2 plus a children's menu. In addition, I didn't really like the fact that a group of waiters was constantly standing there and staring at you while you ate. We waited more than 20 minutes for our food to arrive. I used to enjoy eating here, but now it has become an expensive outing. Hopefully you will also look at perhaps the smaller fair. By the way, the toilet had a broken tap and was quite dirty. The walls clearly need attention.

The duck is located in the old v&d opposite the old rabobank. They have a lot of space and therefore nice seats. The food is really tasty and beautifully prepared. The coffee is really delicious like a barista. The staff serves you quickly and in a pleasant manner.

Super quiet place in a good location! Easy to find, in front of the Town Hall. I ate the tastiest hamburger in Veenendaal here. If you want to eat different dishes and ice cream, ask for the ice cream later because that's the first thing they bring to the table 😉 Thank you!

Sat here on the terrace for the 2nd time today. Nice and relaxed sitting here and seeing everything around. Very friendly service. Very good replacement for La Pkace. The Cappuccino here is really perfect. Really enjoy. Recommended Today (April 2023) we had a nice meal at De Duck during a day of shopping. And of course we had a nice cappuccino with a 1 euro apple pie. Afterwards we enjoyed a bitter garnish. It was delicious again.

Friendly people and beautiful location. Great choice for a vegetarian. The service is attentive and attentive. I had a goat cheese salad which was way too expensive for what you got. €15 for a small, slightly deep plate, with 4 pieces of bread. It was really over priced. The whole thing was not particularly laid out. Goat cheese was terribly soft, that's for sure, but I've never had it like that before. It also contained egg and olives, which I had not heard of in a goat's cheese salad. Big disappointment, and really outrageously expensive.
