Excellent cuisine, nice dishes. Not too far fetched and tastes great. But, the service was terribly bad. After being seated, I waited 25 minutes at a dirty table for the first drink, but unfortunately it didn't get better. A bit too busy for the number of staff.

Leuk restaurant met goede sfeer. Mooi tafeltje in de serre gekregen. Genoten van 4 lekkere gerechten. Daikon roll erg lekker, beef Tataki ook smaakvol. Wel jammer dat alle gerechten koud zijn. Lekker stukje cheesecake en afgesloten met een koffie met Oban14. Top!

It had been the same as before for years. Great staff, friendly and very hospitable. We first had drinks with 10 friends and then we stayed for dinner. The cocktails are great, the bites were delicious and beautifully presented. We will definitely come again more often. Keep up the good work!

Big place compared to Amsterdam average, nice terrace, nice design inside. Excellent drinks menu with wide choice, good and different food menu. Everything was good except the beef tetaki, it wasn't tender, a little too thick and difficult to chew but the seasoning was good. Top the aubergine, the bao, the chimichurri fries seasoned in a spectacular way. Excellent staff, kind, attentive to requests and oriented towards customer satisfaction.

only 4 stars for the atmosphere because of the fact that there was super high music inside after some time. I did not enjoy it at all when the music started! but still, it was an amazing day and the food was incredible!

One of my favorite bars in 'Amsterdam Oost'! It is a nice modern place, matching with the beautiful old building in which it is located. Beers are good (draft beet from brouwerij 't IJ), and the terrace is full with people, including many locals.

I celebrated my birthday here. Reservations and discussions went super smoothly and they were taken into account. Nice atmosphere and good service

Always liked going to Louie Louie even thought he food menu was severely slimmed down (compared to our last visit more than a year ago) there were still some very tasty dishes to choose from and we had a great night out! Very happy they did still have the Sangria :)

I was there this monday with a friend and we enjoyed our lunch. The terrace was nice, the plate was neat, the bread was hot and the food was well served. In general the atmosphere was fantastic and the food was very delicious. Looking forward to eat there again.

Not good service. We had to wait a very long time for our drinks. One drink was forgotten which then took another fifteen minutes. No apologies and no friendly attitude. Had lunch somewhere else.

Had lunch here today and had a delicious meal on a beautiful terrace. In addition, the staff is customer-oriented, they remember your preferences. Fast service but it doesn't feel rushed. This was our second time here and we will definitely come back here.

Louie Louie is a restaurant with a cozy atmosphere with a beautiful terrace. We sit at large shared tables and enjoy delicious cocktails with plates to share. Special mention for the vegan baos and the very fragrant beef tataki. The terrace is super pleasant in the evening, and the service is good. A real favorite !

You can pay with cash here, the service was great and the food as well. The food came quickly, it’s not too busy and it’s rather quiet but that depends on how many people there are. I recommend :)

We passed by on our bikes by chance. The atmosphere outside infected us. Despite our “outsider status,” we were welcomed as a family and felt comfortable. The burger was fine. The staff is reliable and very friendly despite the hectic pace. Make a reservation in the evening in summer weather or wait 5-10 minutes. Long sun outside 😅😎

Cafe Louie Louie Good service and friendly staff. Modern interior👍 Extensive menu with excellent food, only missing the sweet potato fries, which were no longer on the menu. Knives were dull, not very fine. Large terrace, nice for the summer. Young and old audiences. I can recommend this cafe.

Really enjoyed our evening at Louie Louie. The food was amazing and the staff and atmosphere really welcoming and pleasant.

Ordered louie louie baguette; but the bread was kinda chewy and everything was slipping out of it (frustrating). Was worse when I could see 10 minutes later another person having ordered the exact same baguette and i swear i could hear the crunch of the great looking bread from 5 meters away. Therefore, my baguette was clearly not from the same day, which tells me they don’t control too well the freshness in this restaurant.

Fancy looking place and very popular too. There is big terrace outside and nice inside area with huge windows. We didn’t have any food only drinks there. Service was good and fast. They have nice atmosphere inside so we enjoyed the time there.

Delicious food! The vegetarian options are especially excellent, a lot more creative than in most restaurants. Occasionally it took a little longer, but this was more than made up for by the friendly service and the delicious sangria.

this is the first time i feel discriminated by specifically someone from a waitress. She avoided me the whole time and I can see her face when I asked her to order from her, she just told me to go to the bar. This is a specific case, but it was a terrible experience that this girl did not want to help me.

As someone who has tried carnitas in both California and Mexico, I can confidently say that the carnitas tacos at Louie Louie in Amsterdam are the best I've ever had. The juicy, tender pork was cooked to perfection and the flavors were rich and bold, making for an unforgettable eating experience.

I don't think it's really special that I ordered 2 sandwiches. Bare on a plate, well topped but not dressed up, which is a pity. Buns were hard. Not exciting. Spent €40 for two regular sandwiches and two drinks.

Food is excellent, especially the tacos. It's lovely to sit outside no matter the weather/temperature because of the heaters. Staff are friendly and attentive, also the sangria is lovely!

Beautiful tent! Haven't enjoyed it so much in a while. Had drinks and snacks with friends. Good atmosphere, friendly service and a very nicely decorated tent. Thanks to the waitress, if I remember correctly a girl named Siets. Snacks were also very good, so all in all a great evening!
