Food and service very disappointing….

Amazing food, good quality and tasty!

What was this? I'm here to get something I've already gotten 30 times. The woman behind the counter says: don't you want this, is it the same? I say, "Uh, okay" (because it's cheaper). It's not the same. Not in any way. Not the preparation. Not the noodles. Not the quantity. Don't do that again.

I come here really often, especially because they're so nice and the food is oh so delicious! Definitely worth 1000 stars!💫

Whenever we (as culinary Brabanders) are in Amsterdam, we never miss Lucky House! What delicious menus and what fantastic owners. Absolutely fantastic!!

10/10 food from a Chinese girl - it really doesn’t get much better than this. I ordered the chicken steamed dumplings & ravioli soup. Both dishes were excellent. The dumpling and ravioli skin literally had the perfect texture and bite. Everyone here were so kind & showed warm hospitality. Thank you, it was such a pleasure to visit!

The Peking Duck is everything that is good in this life!

This is our local Chinese restaurant, and we come here maybe twice a month. It's good food and good service that hits that spot to round off a nice weekend.

A nice place to have something to eat. The dumplings are very tasty (and very hot) and the chicken with sweet and sour sauce is definitely recommended. The quality is good and the price reasonable. The service is smooth and polite. Definitely recommended

Good was very good, we took lean pork and ma po tofu vegetarian, north China dumpling, everything was delicious. The staff doesn't speak well English but it was expected. Price are OK. I like the fact that they also have a smaller plate to choose so if you want something to teat yourself you don't have to order a big plate and you might do it more often.

El Lucky House está escondido en Willemsstraat, en el distrito histórico de Jordania. Es un restaurante de gestión familiar (y para llevar) y ha estado allí durante muchos años atendiendo principalmente a una clientela local. Me pasé con unos amigos familiarizados con Lucky House. No soy un experto en comida china (muchos platos asiáticos disponibles), pero disfruté de grandes rollos de primavera y pollo satay, todos los cuales eran muy sabrosos y con buena relación calidad-precio. Mi amigo va allí regularmente. El servicio era amable y el lugar estaba lleno. ¡Así que están haciendo algo bien!

Just like out of my mom's kitchen! I brought her here when she was visiting and they were trading notes....very adorable. Incredible food, warm-hearted team.

I had a great experience there. I ordered their specialty: tofu with assorted meat, shrimp and vegetables. The food was delicious and authentic. Good portion and great value for money. Staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. I would recommend trying it out. Thank you Lucky House and keep it up! 👍❤️

Undercooked spring rolls. Too much onion. 2 chicken pieces. Bami tastes burnt. No, not the Lucky House we knew anymore. Shame

I just found a metal string in my food, and a few months ago, there was also a long hair. While the food is undeniably delicious, these incidents make me seriously question the quality and hygiene standards, especially regarding the things I can’t see.

We used to love Lucky House Amsterdam, especially the duck with bami, which was always a favorite. However, over the past few months, the quality has gone downhill dramatically. Firstly, we’ve noticed unpleasant surprises in our meals—stray hairs and other materials that absolutely should not be in food. This has happened multiple times now, which is unacceptable. Secondly, the duck, which was once flavorful and delicious, is now drowned in an absurd amount of oil. It’s not only disgusting but also makes us question the quality of the oil used—it tastes like cheap, overused cooking oil. And to top it all off, after tonight’s meal, I’m feeling physically sick. This was the last straw, and we will never order from here again. It’s a shame to see such a once-loved dish ruined like this. Do better, Lucky House. You’ve lost loyal customers.

Delicious Chinese with super good quality dishes!

Lucky House is one of my favorite restaurants in Amsterdam! I'm from The Hague and every time I'm in Amsterdam I DEFINITELY have to come here. By the way, their rice is always made perfectly. I will definitely order that with their 'black bean pork' and their dumplings...a gift from heaven. Really and truly! I went for the vegetarian dumplings and normally I don't like vegetarian options at all, but the dumplings are highly recommended. Well, I believe that eating out is not just about the food but also the experience. The employees are TOP. Always sweet. Always happy. This is exactly what I like. COZY. Lucky House passed. ✅✅

Really good Jianbing! To my knowledge, apart from Two Eggs in Essen, there is only this restaurant in the Germany / Benelux area that offers this dish. Just... listen to the nice waiter when he recommends medium spicy. Your sinuses will thank you!

Amazing wraps!! They are similar to the crepes at Dumplings, but a much shorter wait and cheaper. Can’t wait to try more of their menu.

This restaurant is my son's absolute favorite, especially for their xiao long bao. Every dish is delicious and has a comforting, homemade flavor. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind.

I was so craving for dumplings lately so here I am! I ordered 3 different dumplings, with pork and shrimps. Everything was just so delicious. I didn’t even need a soy sauce, it was just so tasty and I was so satisfied. I had mixed pork too. It was a bit dried but it was good with rice. Definitely I will go back to try other dishes. Despite its small size, Lucky House offers an atmosphere that is cozy and welcoming. The staffs are friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. So happy to have a good Chinese restaurant near home.

I have been coming here now for years. Every time I’m in Amsterdam my nephew and I have dinner there. The food is outstanding the service is great as well as the atmosphere. It does help knowing the owner who greets you warmhearted. I would highly recommend eating here.

Nice place to enjoy delicious authentic Chinese food outside the hustle and bustle of the city. During lunch we stopped by for the duck wrap (for the Dutch among us, you can compare it with a kind of savory pancake filled with duck and vegetables) You could choose the spicy or non-spicy variant. We went for the spicy variant and it was actually a bit spicy compared to “spicy” food at other places in the Netherlands. The wrap/pancake is huge so perfect for sharing or if you are hungry! Furthermore, we only saw the lady who brought our food with a very big smile on her face, so that of course completes the experience! :)

Absolutely delicious chinese pancake with pork. Their stir fry was also very good with a hint of smokiness.

Stumbled upon this gem of a place while searching for Roasted pork. Roasted duck and crispy pork from this place is absolutely outstanding. We keep coming back to this place.

Noodle soup contains instant noodles instead of fresh or dried noodles. Fried dumplings are barely fried.

Ordered Gado Gado. White rice, bean sprouts, cucumber and an egg. Watery peanut sauce, no green beans or cabbage, no prawn crackers and a tiny 'jar' of sambal. Shame.

This is our go to place to order from. There aren’t many authentic Chinese restaurants like this left, it’s always absolutely delicious and great quality. We excitedly run to the door to get our food.

Lovely neighborhood restaurant. It's off the busy Jordan shopping street in a lovely quiet small street. It is family owned and they are very friendly. The fried noodles are delicious especially with the sauce.
