We came for dinner in the evening to celebrate my husband's birthday. The restaurant is beautiful with a lovely view. The food was decent. However, the service was very disappointing. Two young waiters barely looked at us; we had to ask twice for our drinks, and when our food was served, we had to get up to ask for salt because no one was paying attention. We finished our meals and waited 15 minutes for our plates to be cleared, trying to get the waiters' attention, but to no avail. Also, during the meal, we couldn't even see what we were eating because it was so dark, which was a real shame.

We came as a group of five, and every single dish was a true feast of flavor. The service was excellent – ​​a big thank you to Silven in particular, who made our evening truly special with her gracious and professional demeanor. I highly recommend it!

I recently visited this restaurant and was absolutely delighted! I ordered the tartare, and it was absolutely delicious, one of the best I've ever had. We hadn't eaten here, but were there for a party called "Madam invites Detroit love ADE." That's why I didn't give the food a star. It's a fantastic location with a beautiful view of the IJ River, and the smaller setting creates a warm atmosphere that's impossible to achieve in larger halls. The lineup was carefully selected, and the performance was exceptional. The audience was a great mix of different cultures, styles, and ages. The common denominator: a love of music! It was exactly how I imagined it: a fusion of different people and cultures all sharing the same mission: enjoying the love and passion these fantastic artists pour into their performances, ultimately making them who they are! Special thanks to the staff and security, who made our almost unforgettable experience even better! 🫶🏻 And last but definitely not least, I'd also like to sincerely thank Ruben, whom his lovely wife dubbed the "fan coordinator" and then the shorter and more concise "the fan man," for his efforts and dedication to keep the people around him supplied with cool air! After all, the whole tent was already going wild, and without Ruben, I certainly wouldn't have been as comfortable! Thanks again, Ruben! You're a hero!! 🙏🏻

I regularly come here with international business contacts. For a relaxed atmosphere, we like to go to Madam, and for a more formal setting, we go down to Moon. The food is always top-notch and perfectly tailored to international guests, with flavors that appeal to everyone and presentation that impresses. It's always a pleasure to come here.

Delicious food, friendly staff and great atmosphere!

We made a spontaneous reservation, which was quick and easy, and everything went smoothly. The food arrived very quickly. We had the truffle pasta and the rib eye: Truffle pasta, regular portion, but almost only pesto... The rib eye was cold and tough the first time, but we immediately returned it. A short time later, a new one arrived, slightly warm and tough again!!! The view was, of course, stunning, but eating here is definitely not worth it. The staff were quick and helpful, but they didn't ask how the food was, whether everything was OK... The room was very cold, even though it was the end of October. The experience cost just over €100 for two people.

Food was delicious, especially the burgers. Service was brilliant, very friendly and we were well looked after. Atmosphere was good, the only thing I wasnt the biggest fan of was the lighting. Its red lights only so hard to make out photos taken. But still a very good experience and would recommend.

I made a reservation weeks in advance. Everything went smoothly, and we got a nice table. The waiters were very courteous and attentive. The drinks and food arrived very quickly. It was so delicious.

What a beautiful venue! La Guarderia truly put on a fantastic evening. But if a little more attention were paid to the sound, everything would come together so much better.

I was having a good night and out of sudden some one started fighting with me with no reason looking for money and he is from security guard I did try my best to escalate to everybody, why he is doing this to me and everybody was silent. There are no rules and they can do anything without any judgments? It is really strange!!! I will never go back to this place again. It was the most miserable night I have witnessed all my life. Please I am still feeling sick about it and I would like to escalate this and at least to know our rights before we spend the night there. They are pushing and kicking us as we are not human WHAT IS THIS. WE ARE RESPECTFUL PEOPLE.

We had booked a table at 8:00 PM on the website, later we called to change the time to 9:00 PM it was an artificial intelligence that was on the phone. Once we arrived at the restaurant they told us that it was not possible because the kitchen closes at 9:00 PM. So waste of time Change Your System #noAI

We visited this restaurant for my wife’s birthday and booked a table a month in advance. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, no one guided us to our seats. After waiting for quite some time, an employee eventually gave us a table in the middle of the crowd, which was far from ideal for such a special occasion. Service was equally poor — despite asking multiple times, no one came to take our order promptly. As for the food, the quality was well below expectations. We ordered the Northern sea fish and a ribeye steak. Both dishes were average at best. The steak was served with fries that looked like leftovers from the bottom of the fryer — all small, broken pieces, which felt careless and unappealing. Overall, for a place we expected to deliver a memorable dining experience, it turned out to be one of the most underwhelming evenings we’ve had. Definitely not recommended.

The menu isn't elaborate, with few choices and nothing extraordinary. The dishes served are good, but the tiramisu was very industrial. As for everything else, it's very nice :)

Prices are higher than in the rest of the city, but I understand that we pay for the view. I didn't like the background music; I think it could be more relaxing. I made a reservation.

It was an amazing experience! The food was great, we started with bread, burrata salad and steak tartare. All of which delicious. For mains we had the Umami burger but the star of the whole dinner was the Veal Cheek, I highly recommend to order it. Daaf took care of us. Amazing guy, was very attentive, knew a lot about wines and explained the dishes perfectly! I would rate his service and his colleagues a 10/10 as well as the staff from the bar. You can’t miss this restaurant if you come to Amsterdam

Pretty sick place! A spectacular view over the city centre along the canaals, overlooking the Amsterdam Centraal (train station). Music was okay (could be better) but the night view is unbeatable. Worth checking out for the view it offers. Try dance on the top of Amsterdam!

The service from Stijn was very nice

We had a reservation for 10:00 pm and even received a written confirmation. When we arrived, however, we were told that no reservation existed. We ended up standing there for about 15 minutes, being sent back and forth, and no one took responsibility. In the end, nothing happened – we had to leave. For a restaurant that should value service and hospitality, this is absolutely unacceptable. We were dressed up, really looking forward to the evening – and ended up in a pizzeria instead, because at that time it was almost impossible to find another table. This is no way to treat guests. A complete waste of time and anticipation – we definitely won’t be coming back.

If you're visiting the Adam Lookout tower, you can also visit this place – we only ordered drinks, but given its location, I recommend eating something too. The view of Amsterdam from this height is something you won't soon forget!

We expected much more from the food. The burgers were really okay, but the truffle pasta was more like pasta with pesto. The view enhanced the meal, but would have been sufficient on its own. The staff seemed eager but overwhelmed.

5 waiters and none working or serving the public, the woman with short hair is rude and ill-mannered, and on top of that, they ask you to wait in line instead of working and serving the customer.The service was so bad that after ordering, I had to get the lemons from the bar myself for the drinks in front of them while they talked amongst themselves.

I tried to book a combo ticket for 5 people, for the Tower and Restaurant Madam. However, it only worked for 4. I tried booking the restaurant directly, and that worked for 5. Friendly welcome, quick, friendly service, and delicious food. Great experience!

I thought the cocktails were really delicious. The steak I tried was unfortunately half-raw and almost impossible to eat. The ice cream, on the other hand, was really good, and the truffle linguini and the burger were also quite good. The view was really nice; the music was a bit loud, but still okay. After dinner, you could go to the bar right next door, which was really convenient.

We had made a reservation and paid in advance, expecting a more exclusive experience. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. We even got a worse spot than the people who spontaneously came upstairs for a drink. During dinner, there were constantly visitors filming past our table, leaving little to no privacy. It didn't feel special or exclusive at all, which is exactly what we expected. In retrospect, we would have preferred just a drink, as that allowed us to enjoy the view more without those expectations. Furthermore, the music was so loud that it was difficult to have a pleasant conversation. That really dampened the atmosphere for us. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – that was definitely the highlight of the entire evening. The food itself was tasty, but not as special or refined as we had hoped, especially considering the high price. For that price, we expected more originality or refinement. Therefore, next time, we would choose to just have a drink for the view and then eat somewhere cheaper and more enjoyable. On the plus side, you can also visit the viewpoint at the top... you don't have to buy a separate ticket for that!

I had a fantastic night last Friday, and I'd like to thank the two security guards who kindly helped my girlfriend get back down after she fell.

I want to express my deep disappointment about my experience at your club. Security guard David kicked me out for no valid reason. I was absolutely not drunk—I was just happy because of the drinks I'd had. All I did was take off my shoes because my feet were sore. David repeatedly claimed he'd warned me, which was a lie. He only said it once, and then he unceremoniously kicked me out. The real reason was clear: because I had declined his friend request and told him I already had a boyfriend. This is unacceptable, discriminatory, and extremely disrespectful behavior. Security guards are supposed to ensure the safety of guests, not abuse their power for personal reasons. I expect you to take this seriously, because this kind of behavior not only damages your reputation but also makes the club an unsafe place for women. Furthermore, I want to emphasize that this wasn't my first visit to your club. That's precisely why it's especially disappointing to be treated this way. I will definitely share my negative experience with others and on social media, including Instagram, so that everyone knows how badly I was treated here.

Views here are amazing! I booked for my birthday and had a table overlooking the river. We had the chicken burger and chips which was really nice, their menu was quite limited though, only a few options to choose from. And I would highly recommend the pornstar spritz to drink, was delicious! The staff were very attentive and even bought over a sparkler for my birthday. Reasonably priced as well. Would definitely come back.

excellent view, great atmosphere, we had a really good time. We were able to go walk around and into the swingers while we were waiting for our food. Good variety of Cocktails and ok offer of food, which is actually good. We tried the hamburger, pasta and the fish, all very well presented and tasty. Fries can have an improvement. I think is worth the cost, we felt we got the experience we were looking for. Many thanks to all the workers, specially Tessa and Maude, which have proven to be excellent at what they do with great people skills.

Beautiful view, but the rest of the place wouldn't exist if it weren't in this location. It's like a chaotic school cafeteria with poor service and a limited, mediocre menu. This restaurant actually deserves a title like "Hamburger Place." Too bad. When it opened a few years ago, it had all the makings of a top-notch restaurant. This is just awful.

It was too loud and hectic for dinner. It wasn't exactly cozy. But of course, the view was incredible. We didn't know that visitors could also take photos in the restaurant.

Madam is a great restaurant and bar at the top of the A'DAM tower with a fantastic view over all of Amsterdam! The atmosphere is modern and chic, perfect for an evening. You can eat, drink, and enjoy the sunset there. The view of the canals and city lights at night is particularly beautiful. The prices are a bit higher, but the location is worth it. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. If you'd like, you can also try the rooftop terrace or the famous swing beforehand. A real highlight in Amsterdam!

The restaurant visit was disappointing. The food arrived during the aperitif and was unfortunately a bit dry and not particularly exceptional. The waitress seemed inexperienced with wine – she didn't offer a sample, instead pouring half a glass straight away. Particularly annoying was the double entry charge, despite having a reservation, just because I had briefly left the restaurant. Overall, not a place I would visit again.

I had a disappointing experience at Madam in Amsterdam last night. The bartender, a dark-haired man with layered hair, was incredibly unclear and evasive about the drink prices. At first, he charged us €29 for two mixed drinks and a beer, which already seemed excessive. Later, he offered us two free shots, which we appreciated. However, when I went back to order just one drink and a beer, he again charged €29, without any clear explanation. When I asked him to break down the prices, he avoided the question, saying things like “I gave you a shot earlier,” and even poured me a beer I didn’t ask for, claiming it was a “gift” — just to avoid explaining the prices. My friend also asked him in English how much each item cost, but instead of giving a straight answer, the bartender kept changing the subject. It felt dishonest and left us feeling very uncomfortable. I don’t mind paying for drinks, but transparency and respect are basic expectations — especially at a high-end venue like this. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I wouldn’t return or recommend it.
