The pancakes were wonderfully fluffy, and you could tell they were freshly made. The toppings were also fantastic. I think there's something for everyone, whether you prefer sweet or savory. The staff was very friendly and explained again what was included with the pancakes. I would definitely recommend Madame Pancake 😊

Madame Pancake is without a doubt the place where we had the best pancake in Amsterdam! Fluffy, delicious and perfectly cooked pancakes – an unforgettable experience. We luckily discovered Madam Pancake walking past, although it was full they found space for us and both us and the kids loved the pancakes were delicious and homemade, fluffy, not stodgy, savoury and sweet options for everyone! Staff were super lovely!

This was my second visit to this warm and welcoming place. We ordered the 10 mini pancakes to choose from, and they were delicious, spectacular. Valentina's kindness made us feel welcome and at ease. I will definitely be back again and again.

My sister and I went to Madame Pancake on Christmas morning and found a warm and cozy corner on a beautiful but cold day. The pancakes are truly excellent, fluffy, and can be topped with whatever you like (though the basic option comes with syrup and crushed cookies). The waitress was super friendly, as was the entire staff. We absolutely recommend going!

The wait is not worth it and the manager’s attitude was unacceptable. We were asking simple questions about our orders to the waiter and he jumped out of no where to not edit any orders and accept it as is! He was yelling at us to move around while there were people and the place itself is small. Fix your attitude to gain customers rather than losing them

We sought refuge here from the cold and stumbled upon some delicious pancakes. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Quite disappointing. First of all, we were the only ones there and still had to wait 25 mins for pancakes. Another disappointment was that they refused to change poached eggs with scrambled eggs. The pancakes were really dense and dry, with very little sauce and toppings (ham, salmon, it was not enough compared to the size of pancakes). Additionally, they brought us some sweet sauce for our savory pancakes. I still don’t understand why. Also, the menu was all dirty, stained, and very unpleasant to touch. The only good thing is that there’s a gluten-free option, but neither that nor normal one was tasty 👎🏻

A small place not far from Amsterdam Centraal. I went here with my girlfriend because we needed a place to have breakfast before catching the train from the station. The place is very small, but we were served fairly quickly by a very friendly waitress. However, there was a small issue with my order as my pancake arrived differently than the one I ordered. The pancakes were delicious, though I expected them to be larger. Prices are average for the city, so not super cheap, considering we paid €15 each for pancakes and coffee. The pancakes are also available gluten-free.

It was delicious. We really enjoyed it. I had the one with salmon. We also got a little bowl of biscuit/cinnamon bits and some syrup with it. So when I'd eaten my salmon with one of the pancakes, I ate the biscuit bits and syrup as a sort of dessert with the other two pancakes New for me and delicious with a very slight salty taste to it. Very filling too. Next time we're in Amsterdam we'll eat here again

I went here in July this year and it was 5 star, it was still really nice but they forget one order and they've made the pancakes thicker, I preferred when they were thinner they're nicer and better to eat, but still rlly nice place and good food,.it's also stupidly well priced

The people working here are very nice, the shop very cozy and chill with good music and lastly the food was also very good, soft pancakes. The shop also has good selection of different toppings going from fruity and sweet to more meaty. Highly reccomend checking thus place out.

The staff is incredibly friendly, and the pancakes are amazing. I've never had anything so good. The place is located in the center of Amsterdam, in a very convenient area. Our experience was incredibly positive; if we ever return to Amsterdam, we'll definitely plan a stop at Madame Pancake.

Long waiting, tasteless pancakes.

As I like my brunches better when they are both savory and sweet, I can only recommand a place like this with a nice brunch menu that allows you to personalize your pancakes. Also the pancakes are amazing!

Environment and music were super cute! However, the food and service was mediocre. As for the food, the savoury pancakes were not good (don’t get them). Sweet pancakes a bit better. The pancakes overall were really dense and heavy. I suggest maybe spliting dishes between 2 people? Finally, the meal was super expensive. On top of the dishes being expensive, we got charged for extras. I understand that oat milk is extra, that is valid, and that adding more toppings is extra, also valid. Ordered a tea which was already €2.90 just to be charged €0.50 more for regular milk in it. This maybe the tea more expensive that a coffee with milk which is €3.00. Also got the eggs Benedict pancakes and asked to sub the ham for a different savoury item (since they’re all the same price). Ended up being charged for the avocado. No transparency there we asked for a substitution and they said yes it’s possible. Overall, would not recommend.

Nice spot, the food is good, but nothing special, I'll say is perfect for a nice breakfast and cheap, it was fast too, only I'll say to small that you can hear other people and people can hear you too, bad aside from that, everything perfect.

My wife and I dropped into Madam Pancakes during our short trip to Amsterdam and absolutely loved it! The pancakes were fluffy, the atmosphere cozy (sat at the window table to people watch) and there’s definitely something in that syrup, we were hooked!

We arrived at the perfect time; a table had just become available, and we were seated immediately! (This place seems very popular, but it's worth it.) Fantastic pancakes, definitely worth a pit stop here

This was my first stop in Amsterdam and it was a great choice for what I believe are Dutch style American pancakes. While they are not quite like American pancakes (these are a bit spongy and small), they are still very good. It is served with a thick, molasses like syrup and crushed cookies. I asked for mine with blueberries which were provided on the side and not baked into the pancakes like in the US but it was still a refreshing bite to help cut through the heaviness of the syrup. After having the same pancakes as part of the included breakfast at my hotel, I can say that Madam Pancake's are of much better quality. I only wished I'd saved it for the end of my visit so I wouldn't spend the week knowing what I was missing!
