Manhattan Lounge - Bar in Zuidas

I love to sit in this bar atmosphere is so cozy with quality of drinks. Bartender Fransisco was very professional with great service.

Surprising food. Excellent! Very friendly service.

Call an hour in advance to say there's no cook, so only snacks are available. Disappointment. Cocktail €16. 15 fries €22. Parking is, of course, very expensive. The jazz band was very nice, but I shouldn't have made a reservation for €30. I'll look for a different location next time.

The band was great. Perfect atmosphere for to enjoy life jazz. Sometimes it was a little bit noisy but it is not something that you can not live with.

Wow, this place is fantastic; I'm so impressed! The staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and they are filled with such positive energy. I especially want to mention the amazing service from Manou and Gergana; they were brilliant. And a huge shout-out to the Chef, Michele, for the delicious food! I highly recommend a visit!

Antes de ir a un concierto, en el Concertgebouw, decidimos tomar algunas bebidas y comida en el barrio, pero no la multitud de turismo El bar Manhattan era justo el lugar. A solo 7 minutos en tranvía. Muy cálida bienvenida, asientos acogedores y una gran selección de cócteles. También aprovechamos para cenar con facilidad. Tomamos, como entrada un poco de Camembert frito como una parte, ohhh tan bueno. Seguido de BBQ Spareribs, muy tierno, IT acaba de caer del hueso, con verduras a la parrilla, y algunas patatas fritas cargadas de parmesano. IT estuvo delicioso. El personal era muy amable y bien informado Y cuando acabamos de terminar el último bocado, el chef vino, y estaba muy contento de que no nos dejamos nada en nuestro plato. Es Italiano y se enorgullece mucho de lo que creó. Solo podemos recomendar este lugar a todos

The coziest place! The staff is super friendly and attentive to all your needs. Deliiiicious food and some very fancy cocktails. Definitely will visit again, thank you for the hospitality!

Service was quite slow, only 1 person serving at a time. There was jazz live, a lady singing but without microphone she couldn't be listened

I did not know the Manhattanan was a hotel bar. I was expecting a Jazz bar. so this is why 3* for the atmosphere. The band was very nice, so thanks to them. But the customers where not there to listen to jazz....

Did not have dinner only snacks but frequented the lounge for pre dinner drinks on two nights of our stay. Our bartender Gergana was exceptional. She provided great service and made us feel valued as guests.

Mediocre service, long waiting times and ok food.

Lovely spot to just have a casual drink or a dinner. I didnt get to try the food but it looked great and the selection of dishes looks nice. The staff is friendly and attentive. Would certainly reccomend

I was seeking for something that opens late-ish on weekend. (Because this area is heavily relying on commuters, it’s dead on weekend) Nice service and vibe and surprisingly not ripping off price!

The band led by Nitin was quite good. The bar could do we slightly better ambience which could be driven by updating the seating arrangement and maybe change the lighting a bit.

The atmosphere was great, band was phenomenal l!! The food was delicious, but something was “off” with the staff. Maybe it was a new crew, but we ordered the Texel IPA (only ipa on the menu), and 2 different times they brought the wrong beer. We ordered french fries, and they brought bitterballen. Table next to us ordered a bottle of wine, and got 2 glasses of wine instead. The staff was still polite, kind and apologetic-as lots of glasses kept falling behind the bar. We still had a great time!

There was cook, the service was awful and the Jazz band was so loud I couldn’t have a conversation with my wife.

I attended a ticketed event here as a member of the public and not as a guest of the hotel. It was a packed event and there was some anxiety amongst audience members, me included, about whether we would even get a seat for the 2-hour show. Not the feeling you expect to have when going to an up-market place like this. The bar staff were friendly, but the service was slow and there were no bar menus in sight. I won't be going back.

Very nice cafe in Amsterdam in the vibrant location of Zuid. Good food and cocktails and good value for money. Service is not always the best but in general I recommend the place

Pretty typical decor for a modern hotel bar. Everything is clean and comfortable. They had an open-mic jazz night when we were there and that was delightful. The crowd was energetic and supportive and the staff did a great job keeping the drinks flowing.

Absolutely loved the cocktails, the espresso martini it was one of the best things I’ve tried. The service was amazing, all the staff was great. But specially the Argentinian girl behind the counter, not only lovely but her drinks were the best. She also took the trouble in recommending so many places to see in Amsterdam . We enjoyed our night so much, thank you!!

I have been there this 18th of May 2023. Music was great featuring Sandro Fazio and the whole atmosphere was very chill & cosy. Anais was fantastic and with all her team they are totally customer service oriented with elegance and enthusiasm. I ate some ham and cheese plate that was soooo delicious with excellent Chardonay.Looking forward for the coming events. It is also a place where you can discover another aspect of a Amsterdam far from the touristic hectic areas. The best would be to come from Schiphol airport to Amsterdam south station by train or take the underground and M52 from central. it is near to Amsterdam South Station so you can come from any closest city to Amsterdam.

This hotel and especially the staff at this lounge made our trip!! I don't think there was an evening we didn't pop in for a drink or food. The bartenders set the bar so high for our trip due to how helpful and nice they were. They recommended places to see and things to do (all of which were spot on!). The food was so good! We pretty much ate one of everything and smiled the entire time. We will be staying here and enjoying our evenings here every time we visit this beautiful city! Thank you!

Loved it in here, staff super friendly and very helpful. Very chilled atmosphere I had a very tasty chicken ceaser salad and my son had the most amazing looking chicken burger I've ever seen, he also said it was the best chicken burger he had ever had, the regular burgers are just as good 👍 definitely recommend

Lugar descolado, no lobby do Crowne Plaza em Amsterdam Zuid. Boas opções de cervejas de barril, em garrafa, drinks e shots diversos. Recomendo o Beef Burguer. As fritas e cerveja são a parte, claro.

We were staying at the Crowne Plaza for our trip to Amsterdam. We visited this bar most nights of our stay. Sometimes just to relax and have a drink after sightseeing, sometimes for the snacks/food. The food: The food here was amazing! I had the beefburger cooked medium rare. It was succulent, flavoursome, and filling. Easily one of the best burgers I have ever had. The fries were to die for! I honestly have never had fries any better. We also had the pulled pork nachos, they were amazing too, with plenty of toppling and flavour. The first visit for food the wife had a chicken burger, she said the chicken burger was nice, but not as good as the beefburger. The ambience: This has been perfected! Whether the bar is quieter, or packed, the mood, lighting, and overall feel is perfect. The staff: We met a number of staff throughout our stay. All were attentive, professional, friendly, easy to talk to, informative, and engaging. However, one member of staff stood out from the rest, a young Spanish lady. We had the privilege of seeing her every time we attended the bar. She took hospitality to the next level. The industry could use her as a model for the perfect employee. Overall our time spent in Amsterdam has been made for more memorable due to the experiences we have had at this gem of a bar.

Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Hatte mir als Bier "Brand IPA" vorgeschlagen, das Bier kannte ich noch nicht, schmeckt etwas nach Grapefruit aber sehr gut, ohne den Tip hätte ich "Heiniken einfach" genommen. Hatte Dan. Noch Kip mit einer schönen scharfen Sauce. Der Besuch hat sich für mich alles in allem gelohnt.

The Crowne plaza bar of Amsterdam Zuid. The snacks are perfect to go with with a glass of wine, beer or a cocktail. The place is beautifully decorated, has comfortable black leather sofas, a quiet environment and nice staff. I met a cousin I didn’t see for years and it was the perfect combination for this meeting. Keep going 👌🏼

IHGのプライオリティメンバーになると、ホテル宿泊時に、ボーナスポイントかドリンク券が付いてくる。 俺はドリンク券が使えるバーなのだ。 ヨーロッパではビール等をオーダーするとピーナツのようなつまみがついてくる。ナッツは好きなので、ビール一杯でもかなり楽しめる。 やはりドリンク券付きのホテルに泊まりたくなってしまう。 ビールはハイネケン。 オランダのビールはうまくてよい。 時間は7時過ぎ。外はまだ明るくて太陽も出ている。 このようなバーで一人酒を飲むことが多いが、どこでも大きなＴＶが置いてあり、映像が流れている。 必ずスポーツ番組が放送されているが、サッカーやテニスが放送されていることが多い。 ここのＴＶでもテニスが放送されている。 このようなところで見るＴＶに日本人が出ていたら、かなり励まされるだろう。 ホテルのバーでビールを飲むのは悪くないが、ビール一杯なんてすぐになくなってしまう。

Bonito lugar con muchos asientos. Algunas cervezas locales y comida de pub. Perfecto para comenzar o terminar la noche.

Nice bar, worthy the visit for a calm place. The bar is within the crown plaza hotel and thus, share the same entrance but the service is completely independent. We went there for a team drinks and it was just the good spot for it. Beer option is ok, not the best but definetly not the worse.

Nos alojamos en el Crowne Plaza Hotel y nos detuvimos para tomar unas copas. Tenían una muy buena IPA local. También tuvimos la ensalada de queso de cabra y algunas papas fritas. El camarero estaba un poco distraído por el partido de fútbol en la televisión.

Un bar destul de mare, si totuşi cu o atmosferă intimă.
