I am pregnant, and I was denied access to the restroom unless I bought something first. Any mother or woman will understand that when you have an urgent problem, you sometimes have only minutes. I would have gladly paid for something afterward, but this kind of attitude is unacceptable. A complete lack of empathy and basic human understanding. Very disappointing experience.

Overall I would give it a 3.75 to 4. Food was nice and flavorful for me (my friend was a bit less impressed but it was ok) Downsides: service didn’t necessarily made us feel very welcome, not rude but also not especially nice; high prices for the area and no tap water option feels like a very cheap move considering most restaurants offer that

We ordered grilled chicken and tonna pizza, everything was delicious!! Highly recommended and the service was unbeatable, plus it was right next to the hotel and Sloterdijk station.

Sports Bar mixed grill and pizzeria. Robot server brings food and washes dishes. The food was good, it was delicious here.

Impeccable place, clean and beautiful. Very good food, in good quantity, whether grilled dishes, pizza or pasta. Super close to the station, perfect for those who have a train or bus to catch and don't have time for lunch or dinner! I highly recommend it!

The food was good, fresh and you can see them cooking it which was lovely to see. The staff were okay. No issues with service. On whole a lovely meal after a while day of travelling

Not bad, but I don't share the enthusiasm of many other reviewers. Perhaps I chose the wrong dish. I wasn't impressed with the beef burger and fries. A decent snack bar does a better job at a better price. It's spacious, which is nice. The service was functionally okay, but it has little to do with hospitality.

The salmon was perfectly cooked, the tomato soup was delicious, and the wine selection was spot on.

Spaghetti was delicious, but the service was terrible. A glass of tap water after my meal was refused "because the owner wouldn't allow it"—even for medication. Inhospitable.

Located near the station, the Holiday Inn hotel is conveniently situated downstairs. The food was served quickly, and the staff were friendly. The fried meatballs were a little different from what I expected. The crust was very crispy, but the filling seemed to be mashed potatoes—soft and fluffy.

Had dinner here tonight with a group. The appetizer menu was a bit limited. The main courses were adequate. We opted for the mixed grill.

For the price the food is not worth it. Don't really taste the grill, the food was not bad but to expensive. Service is like in a pizzeria.

A really nice restaurant. The staff were all friendly, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. It was truly delicious. Some reviews (that I read) said the portions, especially the pasta, were too small. We can't confirm this criticism, as the portions were normal (definitely sufficient) and were enough for us. The ambiance is nice, cozy, and clean. It was a little expensive, but of course, you have to keep in mind that this is a restaurant, not a snack bar or anything like that. All in all, the visit was nice and worthwhile. If we come back to Amsterdam, we'll definitely go back to the restaurant.

The Food was amazing. The grilled chicken was super delicious and juicy.

We were in Sloterdijk last week. We liked Mamaris so much we ate there three times. Loved the big salads and shrimp pasta. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was kind and helpful. We miss him already!

The pasta was delicious, and the portion was quite large for an Asian. I even took some away if I couldn't finish it.

Atmospher and vibe of the place is 10/10, food was also great, although a little expensive for me, pizzas and pastas start from 20€.

It was surprisingly well-made and delicious. The familiar cat robot was also working there, and the atmosphere was nice. There aren't many shops around the hotel, so it's perfect for when you don't want to go too far.

Rest of 50 per person, they do not give away a jug of water for free, the staff follows orders

Next to one of the main stations in Amsterdam and it had robot waiters which I'd never seen before! Literally little robots going around with trays to save peoples arms! Had vegetable pasta dishes and beers. Good portion sizes and flavours.

The price is just too much for the quality of the food. I can definitely have what I had elsewhere for more tastier and cheaper. Service was good and place was clean. Thank you

First of all: The place, the atmosphere there, is really great! The spicy salami pizza I ordered: The chilies on it had a great flavor. Very fresh. Great! The crust was quite good. But for the price, it could have been even better. Just like the tomato sauce on top: Not bad, but nothing particularly special either. The cheese, too. All in all, it was a good pizza. But: For the extremely high price, I expected more, really. The prices there are really too high.

Very busy and popular spot. Food is very good, everything is cooked fresh. On busy weekends such as F1 weekends it is busy, very busy. The service and food wait times vary.

I have no idea how to rate the food. But waiting an hour and a half for a burger and fries is way too long for me in a glorified snack bar. The waiter politely tried to resolve it with a beer. But that doesn't cover up the kitchen's inability to prepare anything. Too bad.

Everything was good, super fast service/the robot is great. The food is also really good with a great selection. Finally, the location is really good near the train station. I highly recommend it 👍

Very nice location! Very friendly staff and the food is absolutely delicious! Located right next to the hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We ordered pizza and a grilled platter. It was quite quick and we were quite full. We sat outside, and the weather was nice. The opening hours are also noteworthy; they're open until 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. on weekends. I noticed the cute robot waiter outside, who was driving around with a cat face on the display. It was a little highlight for me, and I couldn't stop smiling :) Highly recommended!

Hello! I was with my family as tourists here to eat..I am very disappointed the food was very stale We returned it to them to bake it a little longer but they didn't put it on the grill at all, they just warmed it up. and undercooked the staff was unfriendly however I waited about 1 hour despite there being no work...in short this was a very very wrong choice...the food the staff everything 00 zero

The grilled salmon was smaller than I expected, but the freshly baked bread was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent.

After several days of festival food I was on my way back home to Finland and figured I would indulge myself a bit. Was glad I chose this place. Had their chicken burger. I mean it was a bit pricy but in my opinion worth it

Just recently spent 2 evenings here for dinner. So handy because our hotel was only few minutes away. Had the pizza and tagliatelle and both were delicious. Very friendly staff and service was great. Definitely worth a visit ☺️

First and foremost, I received a very enthusiastic and pleasant welcome, which was wonderful, of course. The service was also excellent overall! I had a delicious pizza with grilled prawns. I asked the waiter if they were peeled or not. He replied confidently that they weren't, but it turned out they were 😆 A nice bonus for me, as I didn't feel like peeling them, so I'm certainly not complaining. The food is brought by a robot, but it's still served by a waiter. It's a nice change of pace and a pleasant experience.

There were two of us and we had pizza and drinks. It was okay. However, in our opinion, the price/performance ratio wasn't appropriate.

The staff's treatment leaves something to be desired. While we were outside, a blonde girl brought us our starters and almost threw the plates on the table, with very little enthusiasm, and on top of that, no cutlery or napkins. And it's not the cheapest place to be treated like that. I'll never go back.

We went to have a late night soup. When we saw the Turkish name, we thought lentil soup would be great :) But where is our lentil soup? :) We had an exaggerated thick soup in the shape of a paste. The atmosphere and ambiance are nice.

It's really wonderful everything fits

This place is truly fantastic if you're looking for a bite to eat or a drink around Sloterdijk. The staff are the reason I'm writing this review. Excellent service. They enjoy what they do, and it shows. If this review hasn't convinced you yet, you should definitely go there yourself. The cocktail menu boasts no fewer than 16 deliciously large glasses filled with the best combinations. The food is also good and reasonably priced—where else can you find that? And in Amsterdam!

NOT RECOMMENDED! The chef and waiters smoke cigarettes all the time outside the restaurant. Smells of smoke everywhere and there are cigarette butts everywhere! The food is really not worth the money either.

Unfortunately we had no choice one evening so we ate here! So far so good! But a look at the menu made me think it would be more expensive than expected! We ordered the following spaghetti carbonara grill plate (31.50€) 0.0 and 2 drinks! And then there were 2 cocktails! CONCLUSION: We haven't eaten this expensive in a long time and when we did, there were four of us!!! The quality of the food is nothing exceptional, just like the cocktails - I don't mix them any differently at home! The grill plate is totally overpriced for its small size! We didn't really feel full either!!! The atmosphere was okay, it's a comfortable place to sit, but in retrospect it's more show than substance!!! The waiters also exuded an arrogance and listlessness at times - no, we don't need to do that again!!!

Really good food - we had pasta and pizza, and it all tasted perfect. Unfortunately no children's menus, so there was some leftovers.

Please, be patient. Yes, service is sometimes desperating, although there's not much people. 5-6 waiters, but seems are absent. Meal is ok, one dish is enough, as also have rice, potatoes and salted. Price is average for Netherlands.

The pizza was tasteless after a long wait for the staff to show any interest. I had to wait just as long for the bill. Finally, I went to the cashier myself. The only place in the Netherlands where they refused to serve me tap water, explaining that they... didn't have it. I wonder what they use to wash dishes.

The food is amazing; the meat was so tender and perfectly seasoned. My husband is very picky when it comes to meat, but he was immediately captivated and devoured his entire plate. I highly recommend the beef burger and the grill mix. The staff are also super friendly, and the place is very clean. You never have to wait long for your food. I already miss the place.

This is one of the most amazing restaurants I’ve ever found in Amsterdam! I was especially surprised by how good the rice was — as an Asian, rice is a staple in my hometown, and I never expected to find rice this delicious in Europe. I highly recommend trying the rice here if you’re visiting or living in Amsterdam 😋😋

This place is amazing! Little bit in the expensive side but we ate here 3 nights in a row and hung outside with a few drinks on the last day. Staff are so friendly, the wee robot that brings your order my husband loved and the food oh my god! Highly recommend the spaghetti bolognese we had this twice! Super delicious and great service!

An empty bar with a large terrace that serves uninspiring food. Most people drink on the terrace and enjoy the view. There isn't much of a food offering nearby. That's probably why they have a constant drip of clients with low expectations from nearby hotels, desperate for something to eat. The staff are just doing what they're told, but there's no restauranteur running this place as a business. You get better value and better service at Burger King in the train station next door.

Nice restaurant to grab a bite to eat after touring around the city all day. It is open late and convenient if you are staying at the Holiday Inn. There was a nice selection of food options. I had a pasta dish that was prepared well and tasted great. Service was prompted and was not pushy.
