I took my boyfriend here for a romantic night out on our first night her in Amsterdam. I was very impressed with the quality of the food, I had the Aubergines and roasted vegetable pasta and it tastes absolutely delicious. I'm from the 🇬🇧 England's and in would fly all that way to dine here again 100%. The atmosphere was very romantic, i loved the gorgeous chandeliers. They hole see through kitchen so you can watch your food been cooked . Staff was so friendly and polite . I highly recommend this fantastic restaurant 👌

We ordered two pizzas and waited 45 minutes, but nothing ever came. I asked the staff several times, and instead of apologizing, they answered rudely and said they were “busy.” We were going to a match and ended up leaving without eating anything. My son was hungry, and they refused to fix the issue or offer any solution. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I left very angry and will never come back. Avoid this place!

The Marmaris restaurant is OK, but the prices are very high for regular dishes. Pizza Margarita €17, Spaghetti Carbonara €18, 0.5 Heineken €9, and meat starts at €25... The ambiance is pleasant and the waiters friendly. I find the prices exorbitant. I've paid less in Venice, and I haven't been at a train station outside of Amsterdam...

Service was incomplete. Food was honestly terrible. Some of the worst I have had in awhile. Margarita pizza looked like plain cheese. Other orders came recommended but were also terrible. It may be a great location but I would recommend anywhere else even if the walk is 2x/3x as long.

Just had dinner here before going to Anouk's concert. I'm on a keto diet, so no carbs or sugar. The dish was perfectly adapted to this: a bowl of vegetables, tzatziki instead of the yogurt sauce with dill... salad without dressing, but with oil and balsamic vinegar on the table—perfect!! The lamb chops were delicious and well-seasoned. My husband's pizza was also good! The service was friendly and fast! And a lovely spot outside on the terrace in the sun, wonderful!

We had a wonderful meal. There's no place in Istanbul that makes such delicious mecimek soup. I'm incredibly surprised to find such a delicious Turkish dish in Amsterdam. The waiters were very attentive. Thanks again.

We went on Saturday, August 16th. Lots of advertising and fairly reasonable reviews. We had the deluxe mixed grill for two for €85, the sea bream, and a pepperoni pizza. The requested Coke Zero was replaced with a Pepsi without asking, which I personally find disgusting. The meat on the mixed grill tasted the same and was way overcooked. Even the tenderloin didn't have a single pink spot left and was just as overcooked as the overcooked ground beef. The fries were fried twice, the lettuce was wilted, and I didn't touch the frozen vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots). The sea bream was okayish, and the pizza was too dry and baked a minute too long. I wouldn't be going back to this restaurant. We actually wanted to go to Asian Fantasy, but it was closed, and Meram was also on vacation. This was a very poor choice and therefore a one-time thing.

The food was plentiful and well-seasoned. Nothing to complain about. It was pretty quiet when we went. Food was delivered quickly.

Unfortunately, it was just average. The food was okay, but nothing special. The service wasn't good. The food was quickly brought out and then it was over. No one asked any more questions and they just walked right past. It's best to go inside to pay, otherwise you'll wait forever for a server.

It's a place with a very good location, near the Bijlmer Arena station. It offers a large terrace, but the quality of the food and the service leave something to be desired. We asked the waiter twice for a dish that was too large to share, and he brought us what he thought was the best. He brought us a dish with lamb, and we didn't want to eat that (we made this quite clear). In the end, they agreed to change the dish (due to the waiter's mistake), but everything tasted like the same lamb (fish tasted like lamb, meaning they used the same container for the fish). Honestly, we left with a bad taste in our mouths; we left the whole meal, and on top of that, it's not cheap at all. I've included photos of what they served us so you can see the portions. I don't recommend it, since in my opinion, the quality and price ratio at that restaurant don't go hand in hand.

Surprisingly good! Honestly, we weren't expecting much from a large restaurant in a location like this. But the food arrived within minutes and was delicious! With a soup and one mezze dish, we really enjoyed our meal. A great alternative if you're looking for a quick and tasty meal but prefer not to eat fast food!

Waitress was not busy yet contiuousoy ignored me. Not sure why the service is so poor. The food is definitely mediocre. No plates were provided for us to eat. I watched the food sit for 10 mins under heat lamps until the waitress decided to bring it over on a very slow night with less than 20 people in the restaurant. Once I told her that the service she provided was terrible, she went and started laughing about it with her friends and other waitress as i walked by with my son. So horrible. I could NEVER recommend this restaurant because the people are not nice or competent.

A restaurant with an excellent location but with menu prices that are not entirely clear, with a likely risk of price increases, especially for drinks.

Honestly? I think the event menu is a complete rip-off. Where I'd paid ten euros for a pizza two weeks ago, we now paid 22 euros. The pizza is fine, by the way, and came out of the kitchen quickly, but I think it's a huge difference compared to the regular price. Next time I'm at an event, I'll definitely go to a fast-food chain.

While waiting for the Sir Tom Jones restaurant to open, we found a spot to eat. Just in time, because while we were enjoying our main course (pasta, chicken, pesto, and mixed grill), it was packed. What a fantastic place! The kitchen is incredibly efficient, and everyone's served within 10 minutes. The service remains friendly, and the pedometer is constantly running wild. Because it's so busy and it starts to rain, we're comfortably seated at longer tables. Some might find that annoying, but we quite like it. Hopefully, the owner appreciates his/her staff, because we've rarely seen such a well-oiled machine!

A Solid Pre-Concert Pick: Great Food, Minor Hiccups My recent visit to Marmaris before a concert was largely a success, primarily due to the excellent food. Despite the restaurant being packed with fellow concert-goers, the kitchen clearly rose to the occasion. Every dish we ordered was delicious and well-prepared, definitely exceeding expectations for such a busy night. The staff, while friendly, did seem a little stretched given the sheer volume of customers. We experienced slightly longer wait times particularly when trying to drinks top ups than usual, but considering how busy it was, their effort was commendable. My only real niggle was the bill-splitting situation. For our large group, they were only able to split the bill two ways, which created a bit of a hassle at the end of the night. However, this was a minor inconvenience and certainly didn't detract from the overall positive experience. All in all, if you're looking for a restaurant with reliably good food and a lively atmosphere before a concert, I'd definitely recommend it. Just be prepared for a bustling environment and perhaps sort out your bill arrangements in advance if you're in a big group!

All that glitters is not made of gold. Given the beautiful ambiance and the higher prices, we were hoping for good quality food. Unfortunately, we were disappointed.

We have been to this establishment more than once. Everything is always at the highest level.

The atmosphere was good, the location was good, and it was okay, but the decisive factor was the cajones, not worth the money. The pizza dough was terrible, and the tandoori chicken cajones had a strong smell. I can't believe I paid 24 euros for this kind of pizza.... My group ordered steak, and it was okay. The staff were average. The friend who guided us in front of the store had a friendly smile. The rest of the staff were just so-so.

After the performance of the toppers as one of the last of the terrain before the last train to Rotterdam left, I took two takeaway meals for the road. It was great to eat something decent for a reasonable price. Top service arranged within 4 minutes and the last train on time.

I went to celebrate my son's 16th birthday. The tuna was dried out, mushrooms black and cheese tasted strange. He got food poisoning. I went in today to report that for the first time I was disappointed. The owner said that he should check if there is an event in the future because of the service. I will never eat there again.

You have to get your own cutlery and I was served my pizza on my lap (it flew off the plate). Ok, can happen. Cheese tasted a bit strange (I had cuatro formaggi). Still ate, because I was hungry. Hung above the toilet all night. Never again.

We’ve been visiting this lovely restaurant the last few days and it’s been a lovely experience. Few days ago, it was totally crowded, yet we got our drinks and food within moments. And today as well, everything was perfect. Haji is a lovely and friendly person with a respectful attitude on the floor. We’ve loved the ambience and few more days that we will be here in Amsterdam we shall be here for dinners and drinks for sure. For haji and his lovely personality, we cheers

Top quality restaurant, big variety of delicious food

Ordered vegetarian lasagna, more sauce than food itself. Small portion. Onion is virtually a whole. Drink on the menu is Coca Cola, but you get Pepsi, you ask for Fanta you get some brand of Sisi, for the same price of Fanta. Chicken with pesto is so so Tavuk sis was tasty General atmosphere is good

Last night (4/17) we sat down in a very full restaurant. The table setting takes some getting used to. Lots of attentive and friendly staff, everything running like a well-oiled machine. We were served a delicious, generously covered pizza with fish in a short time. Delicious. Highly recommended. It's that I live so far out of the way.

It took a while before we were helped. After which we received our food but no cutlery. He didn't pay any attention to it and decided to grab it from the cutlery box himself. I ordered a lamb kofte. I received 3 small dry pieces of well done burgers with some lettuce without dressing and sauce from a jar. It was not tasty, poorly served and paid the highest price. Not recommended.

We ate here before we went to the Ziggo Dome. We had a delicious meal here, It was very busy, but that's not surprising given the location. Abundance of choice of different types of dishes, which makes the choice very difficult, The price was not too bad considering the location is close to Afas, Ziggo Dome, arena.

Ate Pizza Hawai and Pizza Frutti de Mare there on March 13, 2025. My Frutti de Mare pizza was by far the best-filled and tastiest FdM in many years. The service was good, we can recommend this restaurant and would like to come back again.

Fancied lamb chops and had them in here with a blondebier. All very nice - the mint yogurt with the chops was the best I have tasted. Lamb chops were good with the rice - all good. Staff very pleasant and available. My companions were also very happy with their food and drinks.

Very Bad Experience! Dirty plates, coke is dirty and without carbon dioxide. The food is incredibly expensive and you get a very cheap dish. These people only want your money, but do not want to deliver any quality at all. Afterwards we had to eat KFC to satisfy our hunger. Ridiculous for wooden, total waste of money! They will never see us again!

Once a quarter I organize a Developer Meetup and we get about 25 pizzas from Marmaris. Strangely enough, it almost always coincides with a major event in the Amsterdam ArenA, when it is of course very busy at Marmaris. Yet they never let us down and the delicious pizzas are ready at the agreed time. Top!

Very nice atmosphere and good customer service, I really enjoyed my night out for my girlfriend's birthday, it was my girlfriend's birthday, so I asked if they could do something, luckily they were open to it and the entire restaurant sang a birthday song in combination with a small fireworks stick on the cake :) it was great fun and from here thank you very much for this good customer service (and food)!

Food was fine but not very special. I thought the atmosphere was a bit like a sports bar. Very large place with a large terrace. Prices were just fine. Service good and very friendly.

Absolutely amazing find. We stayed at the hilton beside the restaurant and would definitely come again. The pizza was so nice and the sex on the beach cocktails were the nicest we've ever tasted in our lives! Staff polite and super quick aswell.

I recommend, they always find a place for you. Very friendly staff, great selection of food and drinks. We had pizza and pasta and dessert. I have reservations about the carbonara pasta, which was creamy, with a classic sauce and yolks that I could not find there. It seemed to me that they took one sauce and wiped 3 dishes with it. Also, there was no besamel on the lasagne but a cheese crust. So the food has one less star. We sat outside in the tent. As people started to leave, they started to turn off the heaters and we still ordered dessert and coffee. Because of the winter, we accelerated the consumption. I note that it was eight in the evening. The positive outweighed the negative. We were seated in a group, food was served early, drinks were great, etc. I have no problem going there again, I will already have my expectations set. Yeah, the coffee was said to be great

I truly received the best service I have ever experienced here. The staff is incredibly attentive and is constantly checking to see if you need anything. The tables are cleared very quickly, which makes the entire dining process very smooth. Despite the crowds, they were able to handle everything quickly and efficiently, making room for the next guests without it ever feeling rushed. When I was sick, they gave me some great advice about drinking a certain tea, which really helped. The care and attention they provide is really top notch. This is definitely a place I will come back to more often!”

Excellent pizzas and fast and friendly service. Ideal place for a quick bite to eat before going to the Ziggo Dome or AFAS live.

We spontaneously went there for something to eat on January 11, 2025. The tandoori salad is highly recommended and the Marmaris grill plate. The only thing you should avoid is the white wine, it wasn't great, but it wasn't cheap. The rest was good, we'd be happy to come back when we're in the area again.

We already had a reservation for a week. If we arrive on time, all tables are full and people are queuing outside. We made a reservation because it would be busy that evening. Reservation therefore had 0 value. Not customer friendly, mind you. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, we left.

Had dinner here on an evening when the Dutch national team was playing. After waiting outside for 15 minutes, half of a 4-person table was available for the 2 of us. We apparently shared this with another couple of 2. We had our food within 5 minutes. This was tasty, but lukewarm and quite pricey. For example, a fairly simple pizza easily costs at least 18 euros. Because the Dutch national team was playing, she wanted you to leave as quickly as possible, which is logical, but is not pleasant at all during dinner.

Looks nice, but feels so full. Tables are very close together, so you hear everything your neighbors say and therefore little privacy. 13.50 for 2 Sprite. A small basket of fries and the lamb chops were a bit cold and not cooked properly. One cutlet was dripping blood. I expected more from it.

Walked in based on grill smell and typical Turkish herbs. And... that grill and herb flavor was reflected in the tender, delicious meat. Absolutely recommended and affordable by Amsterdam standards.

Ideal restaurant for event visitors. The service is super fast, you will certainly not be late for your concert. I find the staff all friendly and pleasant. You will simply be well taken care of. The food is simply good, plenty of it and perfectly flavoured. Don't expect haute cuisine, but a good bourgeois meal, as they call it in Germany. I am also very pleased with the beers on tap. Plain, Affligem, white and alcohol-free.

Service was horrible. The waiters kept bumping into my chair the entire time and served over me, the wrong drinks were served, the glasses were dirty (finger and lip prints), asked multiple times for a straw. The pizza's were of low quality, meat was dry, but the rice was good though.

One of the best places for Italian food in the city. I visit at least a couple times a year (starting in 2016).

Asked for a sandwich, waiter said he can make us something. Ending up with a bill of 45,50 per person, don't go here!
