Few fries with a large menu. Otherwise, it was tasty.

Great location for business meetings

The service was excellent and quick. If your order isn't ready yet, you get your coffee right away, so no cold coffee. The staff is polite and friendly.

Inside, it's super nice and cozy, a really great place to sit for a while! ✨ Like most McDonald's, the tables could be a bit cleaner sometimes, but otherwise, it's perfectly fine. What really struck me was the super sweet woman who had just cleaned the restrooms 💛 She kindly told me I could wipe them down, but that everything was already completely clean, and she was right! The restroom was spotlessly clean 🚻👏 The food is excellent, as you'd expect from McDonald's.

I thought to myself, I'm going to McDonald's again... Well, never again! I asked for extra ice in my Coke and they gave me one without ice. What a mess this place is!😡😡😡

I had a wonderful meal here with my two sons, ages 9 and 11. The food was nice and hot, but unfortunately a bit sloppy on the toppings. The service, however, was friendly, efficient, and fast. The atmosphere was excellent both inside and outside (at the drive-through). The interior looked spotless, and outside at the drive-through, you have a view of the beautiful "Pins & Pints" location, a fun, festive bowling alley where you can arrange with Jorrick to enjoy bowling until 11 PM (!)! After receiving our order, we first smoked a "jonko" to stimulate our taste buds and absorb it well and quickly. This makes it more exciting. Make sure you get to the bowling alley on time, or Jorrick will get a bit angry.

Got some hard, cold fries. I ordered a medium menu. Then I got a fresh large fries. Friendly manager! No fuss or arguments. The customer is the priority here.

No accessible toilet available, which is nicely renovated every few years, but no accessible toilet is installed. How sad.

"For lack of anything else", on the way, and only for promotional purposes "okazYEAH! Standard prices are definitely too high for such low quality of dishes...

Oh well, what can you say about McDonald's? It's just for your diet, there are far too many of them in the Netherlands, but sometimes it's oh so nice to have one. The only thing that's a shame about this McDonald's is that the number of restrooms is completely inadequate for the number of tables they have. So, #point for improvement.

My "special burger" was cold. I can't say it any better. It was very cold in the restaurant. The air conditioning clearly hadn't been adjusted to the outside temperature yet.

Just when you think you can relax and have a nice meal after hours of touring, the music is so loud it's like you're walking into a pub on a Saturday night and have to raise your voice to have a normal conversation at a table.

The toasted cheeses were a bit tasteless, and the burger meat wasn't seasoned well. I still recommend it.

Sunday night, I went through the McDonald's drive-through. No one in front of me. The restaurant is closed. Stood at the McDonald's drive-through for at least 15 minutes, waiting for an employee to take my order. And then they forgot to include the two different sauces. Very annoying; there was nothing to do. Not busy at all. How hard can it be? Completing an order for two people.

Messed up again Watch out!! McDonald's Nederweert, the worst chain there is. Last Friday, something went wrong. An order was incomplete and still waiting for the email. Now tonight, after a lot of work and hassle, I'm going to get food at McDonald's because my son was home late from work. I placed the order correctly. Then I checked the screen. Yes, it's correct. Then I came to the crowd: "Hey, I had to pay more after all." Yes, I made a mistake. It was corrected. I got to window 2 and had to wait a bit. I saw the screen and saw my order. I told my daughter, "You see, that's not right." He had indeed corrected it, so I knocked on the window. Exactly the same employees as last week. I told her the order was incorrect and told her what she had ordered. "Yes, then you should just come in." I said, "Excuse me, call the manager." He was stubborn and said, "I gave the correct order." He had just said, "Hey, I had to pay more after all." He said, "I made a mistake at the cash register and corrected it." Yes, the order was corrected. So I just want to pay for 3 McC chicken. Yes, then I'll have to walk back in through the restaurant. Yes, but I have to travel miles to get home. Yes, your problem. So I went in through the restaurant. They packed the missing order there and put everything in a big bag, and I walked out angry. When I got home, yes, the order was wrong. I called them, and no one answered the phone. It's so bad, the same packers screwing up again. I'm so done with this, you think. After a long workday from early this morning until this evening, I'd just finished and got home, and my son kept the other two girls at home, you think, I'll go get something to eat because of the warm weather. 😡😡😡 Tomorrow, I'll call the main office directly. This isn't the first time I've made a mistake there, and I've heard it happen from many people. That's no way to treat customers. And certainly not the manager's stubborn criticism. He didn't even apologize. Very often, orders are incomplete in the McC drive-through. I threw the stuff back in through the window twice, they fix it, and when you get home, you're still missing something. Call the main office. "Sorry here, sorry there," and it works a few times, and then the trouble starts again. They don't learn from it. Long waits at the call box while four cars have already passed by. Opening hours vary frequently. Our son called recently, wanting to go out for dinner with a friend, but it turned out he was already closed at 8:30 PM.

We had a delicious meal at McDonald's Nederweert! The wait was short, the service was friendly, and the quality of the food was as expected—delicious and fast. I found the renovated interior with touchscreen ordering systems very convenient and modern. Afterward, we enjoyed the spacious terrace. Regarding accessibility: the restaurant is conveniently located on Randweg West, easily accessible from the A2. There's ample parking right by the entrance—perfect for a quick grab-and-go. The restaurant is also wheelchair-accessible and offers additional services such as a McDrive, McCafé, baby changing area, and even a play area for children. All in all: fast service, good food, easy access, and ample parking—highly recommended!

I don’t know how they do but , is the third time that we bought there and they don’t give us the food that we booked… it’s not normal , also they look that they don’t have good English for understand what we are buying. After we go inside for ask about our food because we bought 2 smart menus and 6 nuggets, they put only 2 cheese burgers without smart menus, colas and chips more expensive and one weird Burguer, they told us that we booked another thing I don’t know how, and after they give us again another thing … We won’t go again , if is one time it’s normal but 3 weeks and always something bad .

Great Mac! The kids got masks. After my kids told me we were driving to vacation, a sweet employee came back and asked if she wanted to pull an ice cream cone. What a gift that was! The vacation had gotten off to a great start with a delicious, hand-pulled ice cream! I'd rather have people behind the scenes! Oh, and nice, clean restrooms.

They gave me half of my order in the drive-thru...I was almost on the highway when I discovered it...I went back immediately...

We ordered two iced frappés and a milkshake. We received one cardboard straw (instead of three), and the frappé was in the wrong cup, so the lid didn't fit. Normally not a problem, except when you go through the drive-thru, where the lids flew off immediately, leaving the interior covered in sticky whipped cream and caramel. The service wasn't great at this McDonald's this time.

"regular" McDonald's but great staff. When my grandson didn't dare to go down the playground equipment, 2 employees climbed up and after fifteen minutes convinced him to go down the slide on their lap. The promised ice cream helped too! Great, thanks!

Probably one of the worst locations in NL. Food always cold, ice always melted and service is hard to find.

Just fine, just like any McDonald's. Very many parking spaces, very nice!

It was very quiet there, then you expect your food to be warm and not cold. Once you have spoken to an employee about it, you get the answer that you will drive to another branch where it is warm. Instead of solving it, you get this answer, ridiculous, I hope your manager will review the footage and fire you on the spot and put you on the blacklist of and for bad staff. The next day I called with my complaint and even the other employee just laughed about it. I really advise against this branch.

Rarely to never received all my food fast, hot and very tasty like at this mac! And yes sometimes the doors may close earlier but that is usually due to force majeure or planning errors in the schedule. And yes you have to live with that but the wait is just worth it if you ask me!

Good Atmosphere, music and food both inside and outside the store. Very well aligned, posters and kids play area creates and vibe. Location is easy to reach, near to highway and good for quick stop. Kids play area serves a purpose, so that parents can enjoy their meal. Plenty of parking space but might get crowded during rush hours and they have electric charging point as well.

Worst mac in the Netherlands, treated like a dog and stood still for almost 45 minutes in front of the driveway's pay phone

Codes don't scan at drive thru pole. It can happen. Then you drive to the window. 2 cars in front of you. Takes longer than 10 minutes so code expired. Just a moment says the man behind the window. Wait a few more minutes. Eventually you can drive to the next window where your food has been ready for a quarter of an hour. Result: cold, limp fries and the warmest thing on the hamburger is the pickle.

Everything was super tasty and warm, you would think that is normal. And it is. Usually we are disappointed. But here it was completely ok!

I do not recommend, it is very crowded on weekends. Although Google shows that it is open until 1:00, this is actually only for drive-thru, the restaurant itself closes much earlier... you can be unpleasantly surprised.

Fast food restaurant good but for 5 stars they have to adjust a lot

Went by later in the evening from work. Stepping out of the car, the front door is already locked. What do you do if your bus is 7 meters long... Still, through the drive. Once we had maneuvered through it like crazy, we were served lukewarm to cold fries for a ridiculously high amount. Absolutely filthy, and going home hungry. Elsewhere you can eat delicious, fresh food for this amount of money. This old meal that tastes like cardboard should actually be abandoned en masse throughout the country. Gross

Excellent restaurant in Nederweert. Nice and close to the A2. Easy to get back on the motorway. Food is fine. Service is top notch. Everything delivered to the table. Good quality hamburger and fries (the famous McDonalds recipe). Despite the crowds, we didn't have to wait long for our order.

Unclear where you could drive out

We had to wait a very long time, even though it was not busy at all. We only ordered a Minecraft menu, but the fries were missing from the order. There were also no straws or napkins. When we asked about the missing fries, the girl (~17) who brought the food - who was actually talking to colleagues while holding our order - claimed that she had given them. She was very rude and not customer friendly at all. Fortunately, we eventually got the fries from the manager, but no apology from her. That's why we give 1 star.

A very lazy manager works here. If you ask her politely because something is not working, she will simply send you to the counter to ask for it there instead of solving the problem with the customer. It was very quiet so she had plenty of time to help us.

Very friendly staff! When I come there with my dog, water is always offered and the dog also crays dog biscuits. Look...that's what you want! Just a very nice restaurant!

Hair in food. Not surprising! They don't use hairnets in the kitchen. Fortunately, it was nice enough to replace the fries, but then it was way too salty!
