Long wait, it wasn't that busy. Staff more occupied with their friends than with orders.

Terrible restaurant, you don't get the extra sauce when you order it, it always takes a long time and the staff is not friendly or they don't understand you due to poor Dutch.

The food is okay. Just really always check your orders.. arrived home with too few items too often.

This place never opens on time. I often go there in the morning when they open, but I have to wait constantly while the employees smoke cigarettes and drink coffee. They aren't ready to start until 8:30, even though the official opening time is 8:00. It is a terrible place.

Orders are rarely correct. I have never seen a toilet so dirty at McDonald's.

The service is bad. 3 out of 6 ordering kiosks are completely defective. 2 out of 3 working kiosks did not issue receipts after ordering. The Oepe is also terrible at the drive-thru. Nowadays, the McFlurries are also very meager and made without love. Fruit flies everywhere.

The place is terrible. Earlier I complained about a lot of mistakes in orders, but now it is even worse. Employees are making scandals. One smashed paper cup of cola all over me just because she got angry arguing with her manager. And overflowing trash cans are topping the atmosphere.

The food is terrible, instead of 8:00 they opened at 8:45, they don't feel like working!

The place was supposed to be open at 08:00 AM… i waited until 08:22 and still it did not open.

The food is fine in the morning, but when I usually arrive at 8 o'clock, which is what their site says they are open, they are still closed every time. But again, when a company is supposed to be open at a certain time, you expect that.

The toilet was covered in shit, you go upstairs and they are out of order. I pointed this out, but he just said, "Oh yeah, annoying people these days..." Just waited half an hour for 3 ice creams. The burgers were piling up and you could see the staff were complaining. No one was being served at the checkout anymore, no one was wrapping orders. In front of me stood a couple who had been waiting for their food for an hour. Unbelievable! All the trash was on the floor, trash cans overflowing.

Everything takes a very long time, really extremely long. Additionally, you even have to pay €1 for the toilet if you have a receipt...

The restaurant itself is filthy; no clean tables or chairs. The trash cans were overflowing. Homeless people were just sitting inside begging from customers at the tables. The toilet and the downstairs restroom were covered in shit; the toilets upstairs were out of order. And when you report it to the manager, you get the impression that he doesn't care. The only thing he said was, "What dirty people you have." But he didn't put up a notice in the downstairs restroom. I am never coming back here.

I couldn't do a price check for Big Macs this time, but they seemed cheaper than in Spain. I think a set meal was around 5.95 EUR.

According to the opening hours, they were supposed to open at 8:00, but at 8:15 everything was still locked. The workers were already inside, though.

Horrible service, so they forgot my order, so I had to ask them where my order was. No apologies, very uninterested lady didn't respond to any of my questions whatsoever. Very bad experience, and this was not the first time at this location.

I feel that you often work carelessly. I have experienced on several occasions that you do not take orders correctly. And you often forget to provide drinks. Please check the receipt carefully from now on to ensure you give everything to the customer!

We ordered a McChicken and a McChicken menu at the drive-in. When we got home, we had only received the McChicken menu and not the individual burger, so as a result, one of us didn't get a burger. Additionally, the burger turned out to be very dry.

I grabbed a cup of coffee at this McDonald's today. My first impression of the interior was dirty. Food scraps on the floor and on the tables. Trash cans full. I didn't get a good, hygienic impression of this location. Additionally, the wait time for a simple cup of coffee is far too long.

Worst McDonald's in Almere. Waited 25 minutes for 2 McFlurries that were then only a quarter of the container filled with ice and with barely any sauce. Rude employee at the checkout window as well.

My husband comes home with 2 McFlurries. There are 2 scoops of ice cream in them and 3 scoops of M&Ms and Maltesers. And 1 drop of sauce. Well, that's really unacceptable. And you pay 4.50 for that.

The worst service and the worst staff. Every time order is messed up and waiting time unbelievably long.

Food was nice, but on the screen it says two burgers but me and my cousin got one, we needed to share the burger in half. And btw the burger was a chili burger. Also the place was an entire mess, messy all around the place. The cost was worse. 1 burger one fry and I drink was 6 euros. At kfc you can get much better.

Just went to the drive-thru at McDonald's late at night, 11:00 PM. Just stood waiting for 40 minutes. So incredibly busy. Not fun anymore. I'm still not happy.

At McDonald’s Almere Buiten, there was literally an ant in my cola. That alone is incredibly disgusting and unacceptable, but it was made even worse by the reaction of the staff and the manager. When I reported it, the manager blithely stated that he “can’t do anything about it.” Truly unbelievable. No apologies, no taking responsibility, and no offering of a decent solution. That really says it all about how this branch handles hygiene and customers. Additionally, the wait time was long, the food was lukewarm, and the restaurant itself was not exactly clean. Tables dirty, floor sticky, and chaos everywhere. You expect a minimum standard from a large chain, but that was nowhere to be found here. If there are insects in drinks and the manager apparently considers it normal, then something is seriously wrong. Absolutely not recommended!!!!!!!

What worthless service!!! I walked in at 10:55 PM (apparently the indoor section closes at 11:00 PM). 1st screen, printer broken. 2nd screen, unresponsive. 3rd screen works, I can finally make my choice, but before I can choose, all the screens go blank. I ask for an explanation at the counter; "Yeah, that's right, you can't order anymore." And now what? I'm already inside, was already ordering, the employee starts laughing and says, "Oh well, tough luck." Realize that the drive-thru is still open until 2:00 AM!!! What worthless service and terrible customer treatment. I am never coming here again! Where is this world heading!

Dramatically bad branch. 'Managers' and employees are very unfriendly and service is practically non-existent. You typically wait at least half an hour in the drive-thru only to receive cold food, and half of your order is always missing as well.

Due to Google policy I can't say everything, so I'll just say it this way: always incomplete orders, rude and arrogant people working there, as slow as a sloth, and the managers aren't much better.

They are terrible to serve at the table, and that at a small McDonald's at that; it is bad service at McDonald's Almere Buiten.

Ordered Meatless Crispy Chicken, received the regular version made with real chicken. It did, however, come in a box intended for the vegetarian version. Initially, they refused to give a refund and wanted to make a new one. After persisting, I eventually got my money back. Very unfriendly attitude from the staff. Not a word or a look too much, let alone an apology for serving chicken under the guise of vegetarian. Absolutely worthless.

Overall a great restaurant service can be a bit slow but thats normally during peak hoursm the drive thru guy is extremely nice and really quick with ordering he speaks amazing English aswell.

Truly the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Seriously, how can it be *that* bad? I had to wait a long time for my order, and then it turned out they simply didn't even have things in stock. But was that resolved properly? Of course not. When I wanted my money back because I literally didn't get what I paid for, I was served by a manager—a short woman—who just laughed at me out loud. At first, I thought it was a joke, but no, apparently this was “service.” I have never been treated so disrespectfully in a restaurant. The food I *did* get was cold and tasteless, the fries were soggy, and the whole restaurant was filthy. Tables sticky, trash everywhere… truly disgusting. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore; this is just pure chaos. Save yourself the frustration and NEVER go here.

We had a delicious meal; the spareribs simply fall off the bone! The carpaccio was also delicious! The staff is friendly and polite. Even though we were the last to leave, we weren't rushed out. We will definitely be back here again!

Always terrible at the drive-thru. I’ve literally been standing in line for fifteen minutes now and haven't even ordered yet. 5 cars in front of me. For 15 minutes already. No movement... not surprising either. The last time I was there, no one even responded at the drive-thru, so I just went inside to order. This isn't the place to go for a quick bite by car. Absolutely the slowest McDonald's I've been to multiple times, and they don't know how to answer the phone either.

We're currently sitting here surrounded by a lot of noise coming from a music box in the kitchen. Weird hip-hop, unfriendly. Food thrown in a bag even though you said you were eating here. For the second time in a short time, it was really bad. I didn't dare go to the toilet, it was so dirty.

When you order a menu you get a coke that is probably old, so dirty and nasty, tastes like cardboard and is still warm, just sad.

McDonald's in Almere Buiten is terrible. We ordered two McFlurries with pistachios, and they forgot the pistachio cream. We called the branch, and they just hung up on us every time. We filed a complaint, and nothing was done about it. I understand it's McDonald's, but this service is incredibly bad, and you should get what you pay for.

We just got two McFlurries Pistachio at the Mac Drive in Almere Buiten, when we got home there was no sauce on them, just soft serve with crunch, we also tried calling, no answer, never going to the Mac again!!

It used to be a good idea to go to McDonald's for a cheap meal, but that's no longer possible these days and even if everything is gone, you can still eat more.

I waited in line for 40 minutes. During that time, an employee came outside three times, eventually even placing a pole behind my car, which literally stuck me in the middle of nowhere. Once I got to the intercom, after all that waiting, I was simply turned away, claiming the system had already been disconnected. Completely unacceptable. No explanation, no warning, and no effort to resolve the issue. Making customers wait so long and then dismissing them without mercy is disrespectful and downright poor customer service. Certainly not the service you should expect. Absolutely not recommended.

Very bad McDonald's in Almere. And it's a shame that the head office doesn't do anything about how bad things are going in Almere. I've been there every last month, during both quiet and busy times. I always had to wait a long time. I thought it was fast food, but it was more than half an hour. 45 minutes, and the team leader doesn't do much either. So I won't be going to McDonald's. Luckily, there's a real snack bar in Almere that's cheaper, tasty, and fast fast food. There are people working there in a good team, and McDonald's can learn a lot from them. Never again, Big Mac. And yes, it's all about money, not about quality, cleanliness, or customer service. McDonald's doesn't know anything about it. Update: After 4 years, nothing has changed. I don't understand why the head office doesn't do anything about it.

Things always go wrong with large orders at this McDonald's. Often, it ends up being cold by the time you get home, even though you live just five minutes away. I always check my order before I leave, and 10 times out of 10, I have to go back to the counter because it's wrong. A plain plate has sauce on it, or it's missing exactly what should be on it. Or maybe an entire menu is missing. They don't make a fuss, but it seems out of place to me that your order is always wrong and cold within five minutes.

they keep missing and forgetting things. today was the last straw! they wrapped a regular cheeseburger in a wrapper instead of a double cheeseburger! the order was on McDrive and by the time we saw it we were already far away. you have a lot of bad reviews like this. finally pay attention to this!

Update: Does the drive-thru ever get an order completely right? Ten times the charm? They rarely open on time. It's 8:30 and they're still closed. The drive-thru is also supposed to open at 7:00. Change your opening hours then! That's terrible!

Quick service, fresh food, and delicious. Note: paid parking is a deterrent; I won't be back. Food is expensive enough as it is. €7.05 for one hamburger, sauce, and medium fries. It's gotten so expensive! Parking at the KRC (next door) is free.

This isn't my first visit, and today is my last. The staff is incredibly slow and I've never seen anyone more unfriendly. I was the only one who placed an order, and mine took 5 minutes to be processed. It's always like this here. When I asked for my coffee, she said my order wasn't ready yet, to which I replied that I wanted hot coffee, not cold, when it was ready. Then she simply threw my order on the tray without a word of apology for the delay or thank you for the order. If it were done with respect, I'd understand, but I'm the only one who placed an order. Teach your staff some politeness.

Don't get ice cream from the drive-thru! There were two cars ahead of us, and it took 20 minutes to get our McFlurry. It had melted by then. This is the second time this has happened. Bad business.

This is such a terrible branch. I tried to reach them by phone from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and they either hung up on me every time or didn't even answer the phone. Who is the manager here, and why haven't you got your act together? Then the order was wrong. The food got cold... I can't wait to get it right. Bye bye appetite. You think you can just make a quick order after a hard day's work, and this is what you end up with. If you can't even handle fast food, you've really sunk as a company. Never come back.

An hour-long wait at the quietest time of day... and then the woman at the drive-through lets her friends order through the drive-through on foot... there are literally strangers standing next to your car at the window, pushing in front of you while 30 cars are waiting.

We came here for a McFlurry. Unfortunately, the McFlurry doesn't taste as good as it used to. The same goes for the rest of the menu, too. Everything has become much more expensive, while the quality has declined. The advantage is that there's a McDrive. The convenience is why we come back occasionally. Hopefully, it will improve in the future.

The upstairs is filthy. It starts on the stairs. Food everywhere on the floor. Leftovers on the table (shame on you, customers!) and the toilets are disgusting. Disgraceful.

The food is fine, or so it seems. I'm just missing something every time: sometimes the sauces, other times the fries, and today I ordered two cheeseburgers. Yes, I double-checked, and it was definitely on the receipt. You're not going to check the whole bag in a rush. Of course, if you drive back from home, you'll probably still get your food. Well, you'll have to drive back from home... Not fun either.

The drive-in is very small and very busy. That's a big disadvantage for me. Not pleasant.

I ordered a McFlurry with Oreo and received less than half a cup. At the counter I was told, “If you want more, pay extra,” and that the photo on the menu looks bigger because it shows a smaller cup. If so, why give a large empty cup instead of a proper portion? When I asked for a refund, they refused and only added ice cream into my already melted cup in a dismissive way. Very poor service — this was my last time ordering McFlurry here.

Food is served lukewarm. If you're lucky, your milkshake won't be heating up before anything is done with your food. They have a knack for making your milkshake first and then letting it warm for 5-10 minutes while they wait for the hot food to be ready. The food is more often lukewarm than hot or warm.

I haven't received a single good order in the past few months; it's simply amazing. The McDonald's in the south of the country prepares the food with more professionalism, and they understand that if you order sauce, you have to put it in the bag, or if you order and pay for four fries, you actually get four fries.

My experience at your location was below all expectations. For just two Happy Meals, a wrap, and two burgers, I had to wait over 25 minutes. Then the fries turned out to be cold, the toys were missing from the Happy Meals, and a box of cheese snacks was missing. As if that wasn't enough, I found a complete mess: overflowing trash bins, trash everywhere, and tables that hadn't been cleared or cleaned. This is a serious hygiene and safety issue, and it's incomprehensible that this could happen at a company like McDonald's. I expect you not only to take this seriously but also to take action. This McDonald's isn't worthy of being called fast food. I'm curious what the NVWA (Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority) would do if they found this establishment like this.

Wat een vreselijke service in deze McDonalds in Almere Buiten. Het was niet druk maar het duurde lang!! Onze bestelling werd (waarschijnlijk binnen de tijd van de gestelde KPI) doorgedrukt naar ‘gereed’ en daarna duurde het nog 20 minuten voor het eten klaar was. Ondertussen stonden de dranken wel vast klaar wat 3 gesmolten milkshakes opleverde en een lauwe cola. Toen ik aangaf dat het allemaal wel erg lang duurde werd ik glazig aangekeken door de medewerker achter de balie, ze zei geen woord terug en liep weg. Thuis gekomen zat de fritessaus niet bij de bestelling. Grote teleurstelling, slechte service en enkel focus op KPI halen boven kwaliteit van eten en drinken.

I had dinner at your place last night, and now I have severe food poisoning!!!! I'm dying from the pain. I'm NEVER coming back here!

A nice, simple McDonald's restaurant. Unfortunately, there's no patio seating or playground for the kids. When it's very busy, the takeout line extends onto the street, outside the drive-through. Otherwise, the food and service are what you'd expect from a McDonald's restaurant.

Seriously, I ordered at 8:55 PM. It doesn't seem like a complicated order, two McFlurries. Finally, at 10:37 PM, I get a message that the order has been canceled! This is honestly the worst McDonald's in the Netherlands. I recently stood in the drive-thru for 45 minutes for two ice creams, a burger, and some chicken nuggets.

What a terrible place! The order was neatly processed from McDrive, that crappy software went to hell, and the whole order went wrong, and all that for only 40 euros, including the wrong products. What a bargain!

heb besteld. zonder grap elke bestelling mist wel iets. over de tijd denk ik toch nog maar eens bestellen bij mc. betaald wel voor saus krijgt het er niet bij.. drinken zonder rietje. kleine dingetjes maar je betaald er wel voor maar ze weten dat je niet gaat bellen voor een sausje. niet echt netjes dit is zoveelste keer dat ik betaal voor dingen die je niet krijgt.

Friendly staff, clearly understaffed. You can tell they're trying their best, but orders keep coming in, making the restaurant look a bit unsanitary. I hope they can hire more staff soon, because this restaurant really needs them.
