Seriously, I ordered at 8:55 PM. It doesn't seem like a complicated order, two McFlurries. Finally, at 10:37 PM, I get a message that the order has been canceled! This is honestly the worst McDonald's in the Netherlands. I recently stood in the drive-thru for 45 minutes for two ice creams, a burger, and some chicken nuggets.

What a crappy McDonald's! I went into the McDrive at 6pm and ordered several items at the pole, including a McCrispy without lettuce. I understand that these are peak hours and that it can take longer, especially with an adjustment to the burger. But after ten minutes of waiting I was simply directed to the parking lot. Finally I eagerly unpacked the McCrispy and took a bite. Unfortunately my taste buds were not positively surprised; they had given me a spicy McCrispy! Besides the fact that this was not what I had ordered, it was also ice cold. What a start! There was also a hamburger with this order. To my surprise it was very warm, but they had forgotten to add the meat! A sandwich with only cheese, pickles and sauce is not what I paid €3.95 for, is it? After this I started on the nuggets, still hungry. You would think... you can't mess up a chicken nugget... What turns out? This McDonald's can! The nuggets were tougher than I had ever had. Luckily I could have saved this with a good sauce, but when I got it I found out I had gotten mustard instead of my beloved sweet and sour sauce. In the end this visit turned out to be a total disaster. I had paid €21.35 to be just as hungry as before. Now you are probably thinking, this will be a one-off? But no! This is the umpteenth time that this kind of situation occurs. I have therefore decided to drive to Almere Haven from now on, since they can do it there. You would think that this is against the goal of McDonald's, wouldn't you? All this extra CO2 emission without any logical reason? I would like to see a solution for this one day, but my experience over the past five to six years is that it can only get worse.

By far THE WORST McDonald's I have ever come across! I traveled quite a bit and tried McD's around Europe and across the US but this... They should just shut it down and apologise to anyone who ever made an unfortunate decision to give them a try. I also worked in McD's myself at one point so I know what this job is like and what it entails. FOOD: Cold, soggy, feels as if it was lying out for too long. Ice cream is 9/10 times almost completely melted. Simple reason, it is made as the first thing in the order instead of last. Fries, if you are lucky to get a full container, they will be cold and often unsalted (no, you don't get that as an option, they apparently decide that for you). Prawns, are so overdone if feels like you're chewing teastless rubber. SERVICE: All staff look depressed and annoyed at you for even coming in. It's painfully clear that they would much rather be on their phones and you are just interrupting them (that's actually what happened when I went back after my order was mixed up). ATMOSPHERE: It feels like a room full of teenagers who are angry at everything and everyone and who are forced to do something they just hate doing. Just to be clear, this is not based on 1-2 times, I ordered. My wife and I, we went there around 20 times at least across 1 year. I saw different faces, sometimes the same faces. They all have the same attitude and it really stinks. If you could taste their attitude, everyone would end up with a food poisoning and 3rd degree burns. I do apologise for misleading anyone who is reading this by giving that place 1 star but unfortunately there is no option of a 0 which this place so desperately deserves!

Over the years, I have found the quality of freshly baked food to be lacking at this location where I used to enjoy visiting. The food is often overdue, limp, bland and not worthy of the amount I pay. In many cases, something was always missing from the delivery upon arrival at home, so I have learned to first check my order on the spot before I drive away, it doesn't matter to me whether there is a long line behind me or not. The managers need to keep a closer eye on their quality to give the customer value for her money. I often complain about the milkshakes, especially during hot/warm days. My tip and suggestion is to always only serve the Milkshakes at the second window when the customer is there no matter what! This is often tapped well in advance and it is no longer a shake by the time it is handed to the customer

Oh oh oh, this place has deteriorated incredibly. Food quality is poor. You get fries cold or they are the last ones out of the bag. With the burgers, the ingredients are thrown on top of each other and it comes into the box as a big mess without any love. Orders (mcdrive) are regularly given incompletely, meaning you have to go back inside twice. And just now there was no change, so I got less back than what I should have gotten back & then the message: can't you just pay the rest by card? At the next window you get your bag in your hands & can't say good day or a nice evening. I don't know who has become a manager now, but really, you should be ashamed and close the tent. We ordered through Thuisbezorgd, a large portion of fries half empty, drinks not secured with tissues (as they should be done in delivery) so all the cola spilled in the bag. The food was generally half cold and we waited an hour for delivery. As a former McDonald's employee it is unthinkable for me to let such an order go. You should re-train the service and the person responsible for these fries, because I did not spend 53€ for fun. PS. While eating another problem encountered - dry, flat and hard nuggets which is a sign of too long keeping in oil and then too long keeping in UHC (a cabinet with drawers to maintain the meat temperature, the meat can be stored for a maximum of 20 minutes, then it should be disposed of, they probably sat there for 40). People, what's wrong with you.

The experience was extremely dissatisfying. Despite the presence of numerous employees, it seemed that most were more concerned with keeping an eye on each other than actually working. The staff came across as lazy and unmotivated, with a complete lack of effective supervision. There is plenty of movement behind the counter, but the food just doesn't come out of the kitchen. It seems like they are just sitting there waiting until they are finally ready to bring your order. And seriously, that Mac Drive? What chaos! You really have *no* overview, everything just goes in slow motion. It's like a gang of incompetent employees who have absolutely no idea how to do anything quickly and well. And then worst of all: the customers are simply ignored. People stand there at the counter, waiting for their turn, but they get nothing! They just come there for a simple order and are simply not helped. There was even a customer who wanted to order, but the employees couldn't even be bothered to listen to her. What are they doing? They say they have to work with a different device. *Really?* This is the level we are at now? Oh, and it doesn't end. People came back for *cold* fries, and that was resolved slowly. Not even a little bit of a rush, no sense of urgency at all! They really just stood there wasting their time while the customers waited in annoyance. What's really shocking is that there is no cooperation at all between those people there! Everyone just seems to be biding their time. They stand there like robots, waiting for their shift to finally be over. No effort, no energy, just a bunch of people not interested in their work. It's *ridiculous* how this McDonald's runs. Really, this is the last time I come here!

I haven't seen such a dirty store in a long time. I don't find it very appetizing when you're a customer standing at the counter and see how filthy the floor in the "kitchen" is. There were wrappers, noodles, fries, and other things lying around. The employee I spoke to shrugged. He obviously didn't care.
