Great selection of food, very enjoyable meal with the family.

What a delightful experience this was. We thoroughly enjoyed the various dishes served in the cast-iron pans. Everything looked so well-presented and appetizing. The dessert platter, in particular, was a fantastic way to end the evening. The combination of the pastry with the glass of passion fruit and the fresh berries was truly a feast on the table. We will certainly be back here again soon.

Stumbled across this place whilst looking for somewhere for lunch. We had tapas. The board says that they have lots of choice and the food is homemade. We chose the meatballs, mushrooms, olives and patatas bravas in tomato sauce. The food doesn't come straight out, which is reassuring. It was certainly worth the wait! Absolutely delicious and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Food was not great. Also food took over 45 minutes each tapas round you ordered while it wasn't that busy. Alot of complaints from multiple customers were made about the time it took to receive food but the staff didnt seem to care that much. Wouldn't come again

Experienced this today: Sat down at a table, immediately asked if we wanted something to drink. We did, after looking at the menu... We waited and waited, 5 minutes, 10 minutes; after fifteen minutes we called someone over to take our order. Ordered two glasses of wine... We waited and waited, 5 minutes, 10 minutes; after fifteen minutes we walked inside, the waiter came to meet me with the two glasses. In any case, the wine was 👍👍 You have to be willing to spend a bit of time on it, but it is worth it 😝

Great meal on a quiet Sunday night. Six tapas + two kids’ meals, all delicious with big portions. Fast service, relaxed vibe, and friendly staff. Best meal of our holiday so far — we’ll probably return before we leave.

We had a private dinner with over fifty ladies at Me Gusta, and what a fantastic experience that was. The restaurant had reserved the entire terrace exclusively for us, allowing us to sit delightfully in the evening sun with a glass of sangria in hand. This was followed by an extensive and delicious buffet, accompanied by wonderful wines. The atmosphere was relaxed, the Me Gusta team was friendly and attentive, and everything was taken care of down to the last detail. It was a very successful evening that everyone enjoyed. We will certainly be back here.

Nice place. The tapas menu is tasty, except for the steak tips, which were very tough. The portions are very large for tapas. What we found disappointing is that the staff are more focused on each other than on the customers. Because of this, we had to wait quite a long time between courses, even though it was quiet.

A real disappointment! We were here last year (2025) and were absolutely thrilled, so we ate here twice. This time, however, we were sorely disappointed. Perhaps there's a new chef? We can only guess. The fried chicken wasn't even remotely crispy; it was soggy. Last year, the honey was stringy and went perfectly with the seasoning. This time, there was no honey at all, just a bland BBQ seasoning. The dates were tiny and looked completely lost in the serving dish. Worst of all, they weren't crispy either, but also soggy. The octopus, wonderfully tender and juicy last year, was now overcooked. You could see it immediately from the color of the breading. The kitchen still served it to us, though, and it was rubbery. What a shame! The small paella was a joke. The rice was bone dry, with a single shrimp on top. Any Spaniard would want to set that plate on fire! At least the patatas, the potatoes, were still as good as we remembered them from last year. Crispy and tender with a very good aioli. The service was only staffed by two people and they were clearly overwhelmed; they're short-staffed. In any case, we won't be coming back anytime soon; the disappointment was too great. Edit: I only just read your reply today. We're already back home, and I don't want to email you. What's the point? Do you want to invite me, and then I'll have the label of being the guest with the negative review? No, thank you. Take the feedback and see if you'd like to change anything for the future. We had a delicious meal. Portions are larger than you would expect from a tapas restaurant, so every course is truly a tasty plate of food and not just a small bite. The service is very friendly and fast, and the ambiance is atmospheric. The price-quality ratio is good. We have been here several times and often choose this over other restaurants. Highly recommended.

Yesterday, we had lunch with four people. Three orders for Gustadelcious for approximately €46. This was a small board with some lettuce and pieces of goat cheese. The bread was minimal, and the second time there was no bread at all. The lettuce board is not proportionate to the price; we are looking for an alternative for Me Gusta, so we are losing customers. Many hospitality business owners think big and fast at the expense of guests. It has to stop at some point.

Went for Valentine's. Had a delicious meal and live piano music in between, very cozy.

For us, dining here is always delicious and enjoyable. Unfortunately, we can no longer go on sunny vacations, but here you can practically feel the Spanish sun on your lips. There's plenty of room for my wheelchair. We can hear each other here, which is of course very pleasant. Lovely background music.

Me Gusta is a tapas restaurant in Wassenaar that I regularly visit when I'm looking for a cozy and delicious meal. They have an attractive menu with various tapas dishes and a wide selection of other options. The interior is cozy and atmospheric, with friendly staff. As an added bonus, they regularly have live music on Thursday evenings, which you can enjoy in one part of the restaurant if you like, but the volume is so well-adjusted that you can barely hear it if you don't want to in another part of the restaurant... So there's something for everyone, yet the atmosphere is wonderful. Highly recommended.

What a wonderfully enjoyable evening we had. Excellent service, a well-prepared hot cazuela, a delicious glass of wine, and a cappuccino. Our evening couldn't have been better in this charming establishment. We'll definitely be back.

We had a delicious lunch here today. Everything was wonderfully peaceful and friendly, and most importantly, GREAT FOOD! My dad was delighted not to be rushed, and he enjoyed his prawns and fries.

Time stood still. An Efteling-style interior. A bit of everything, and a fake Mediterranean wall. Lunch wasn't anything special. Especially not for the price. Everything was meh.

After sitting for 1.5 hours, I still hadn't had anything, even though it wasn't very busy and wasn't full. The food was really good when the first round of food finally arrived. EDIT: Since there's no option to respond directly to the owner, I was there at 7:00 PM the day I posted the review. Not under my last name, but under the last name of another family member. It was my first time there; the people I was with come often and later told me it had never taken so long at your place. We were seated around 7:05 PM and didn't get the first round of food until just after 8:30 PM. But as mentioned before, it tasted really good.

Paella was fab. Lots of choice on the one plate. Wine was lovely. Kids ordered burger and spaghetti bol. Waitress was lovely and friendly.

Having just arrived in Wassenaar, tired from my journey, I decided to get a quick bite to eat. Having sat down and been given just enough time to pick up the menu, a young waitress came to take my order, I asked for another minute or 2 to make a decision. 30 seconds later and older lady came to my table to ask for my order. I asked how she was, as is customary in a polite society, she then told me about her bad tooth that had been removed and antibiotics that she had finally been prescribed, this rendered her unable to smile and laugh, I appreciate an honest answer to the question of how are you, most people respond with, fine how are you? regardless of how they actually are. I had decided the Burger would be fine so ordered it, the lady then asked if I would like a drink, to which I replied a white wine, house. She started to tell me how great the house white was, after which, I asked the audacious question “what is the price?” She told me, and the asked a series of patronising questions about my financial situation. Apparently this lady never asks the price of goods before deciding if she would like to pay that amount for them, she just orders what she wants and then throws a wad of money their way. Suffice to say, I politely said goodbye and chose to eat somewhere else. Perhaps it was her bad tooth that had dampened her mood, or the lack of other customers at the time, or the ongoing roadworks outside of the establishment, or perhaps just that a non infinitely wealthy person had appeared to darken her doorstep. Either way, thanks for the fantastic first impression of Wassenaar!

Mi Gusta catered Italian lunch at our home. Was for 23 people. Was delicious! We knew that before we ordered from them because we had done that before and we will definitely do that again when we have something to celebrate!

Last week we had a delicious meal at Me Gusta in Wassenaar. The Mediterranean menu created a huge holiday feeling, especially with these cold temperatures! Wine was delicious, atmosphere was great and the staff was very attentive! In short, highly recommended!

The food was quite good, but the service could have been much better, they (the girl especially) were gossiping with acquaintances about another girl from the service who had already been sent home ("for a reason"), we could really hear everything You don't do things like that and certainly not during working hours. At some point they were too busy with all the friends or acquaintances who came by and forgot about the guests. The man was confronted by acquaintances or friends about his behavior because hey, table 23 is still there! The girl at the counter was also not really customer friendly and a bit quick-witted. Drinking alcohol while there are still guests is simply not possible. Definitely not worth repeating for us and we certainly don't recommend it to people to eat here. We thought we saw so many 5/5 that it must be really great, now I think it deserves just under 2 stars. The girl who had already been sent home was very friendly upon arrival and perhaps she should just stay a little longer at the table.

I’ve been here back when it was a youth restaurant. The service was amazing, the food was delicious, and both the owner and the staff were fantastic—super friendly and welcoming. Last weekend I had dinner at Restaurant Me Gusta with my boyfriend, and it was a great experience! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain the menu to us and gave great recommendations. The restaurant itself has an attractive appearance, with a warm and cozy ambiance that was perfect for a relaxing dinner. The menu offers a nice variety of dishes that are both creative and tasty. We shared several dishes and were consistently impressed with the quality and presentation of each dish. Everything was deliciously prepared and tasty. The service was top notch, the staff were always available but never pushy, which only made the meal more enjoyable. In short, Restaurant Me Gusta is highly recommended for those who enjoy good food and excellent service. We will definitely come back!

The food was good, just the staff working there is unprofessional. The service was good early in the evening. This got worse as the evening progressed. At a certain point, friends from the service came and they no longer paid attention to the guests who were still there. There was gossip about staff who had already gone home. And inappropriate jokes were made with the group of friends. The staff also drank alcohol while there were still guests. We won't be coming back here again.

I came here with a large group of my family for my grandads birthday last week. Despite our group being large, the food came very quickly and all at the same time. The servers were very lovely! They also have an English menu online which was very helpful. The food tasted great and the interior was well designed. I recommend the gambas, probably the best part of my meal. However by the time everyone got home we were all farting haha.

Celebrated pre-Christmas last night with the family (18 people) at 1 long table. Everything was really perfectly arranged. The nice girls in the service were more than friendly. And the food was very tasty and nicely presented. Live piano music completes the evening. Thank you for your efforts!

Gezellige avond gehad in ( te ) rustig restaurant met vriendelijke en attente bediening. Concept is leuk; nummertjes opgeven en opvallend snel stonden de kleine tapas op tafel. Alle smaken waren prima, goed op temperatuur, leuk en verzorgd opgediend. Biefstukpuntjes tapa bestond uit 3 stukjes biefstuk en 3 grote champignons...daarmee was bakje dus volledig gevuld. Als nagerecht kleine stukjes taart, erg lekker. Helaas geen ijs.. 2 minpuntjes: het was te koud en er was geen Spaanse muziek....!!

we hadden gezocht naar een goed restaurant in de omgeving van vliegveld valkenburg omdat we daar 3 november naar de voorstelling zouden gaan van soldaat van oranje. nou ik kan iedereen aanbevelen om deze combinatie te maken want het was een goede afsluiting van een mooie dag . we werden vriendelijk ontvangen door een lieve dame die ons onze tafel aanwees en ook de rest van de avond bediende . we kregen al snel ons eerste drankje en ook de uitleg over de tapas . ook hoefde niet lang te wachten op onze heerlijke hapjes die we bestelde en ik moet zeggen dat we hiervan alle hebben genoten dus de volgende tapas werden snel weer besteld hi hi. ook de toetjes waren heerlijk al vond mijn broertje het jammer dat er geen ijs op de kaart stond . kortom wat ons betreft is Me Gusta een super restaurant en zeker aan te bevelen. wij danken het hele team dan ook voor deze smaakervaring.

At 4:55 PM we decided to have dinner at Me Gusta with 11 people. After calling, we were able to come from 7:00 PM due to the many reservations and our large group. The service and food were excellent. We enjoyed a wonderful evening. Thank you.

Me Gusta provided fantastic catering for our garden party. Excellent advice and consultation. There was a nice choice of delicious, fresh salads, antipasti, hot dishes such as salmon and chicken, together with fresh bread and pesto. And delicious desserts! All dishes were laid out with care. Allergies were also taken into account. All guests were enthusiastic. We are curious about the restaurant and will definitely eat here!

The three of us just had dinner at Megusta Wassenaar. We were surprised by the chef. As a result, we also ate things that we would never choose ourselves. Didn't regret it at all. Good service, friendly service and of course the heart of Megusta, the chefs who know their trade. It was more than enough for 3 people. Definitely worth repeating.

Echt heerlijk gegeten! Je proeft dat alles vers en met liefde bereid is. Het is niet te doen, je moet gewoon alle toetjes proeven😀. Wij hebben het onbeperkt tapas menu genomen. Mooie porties die je kunt aardig wat gerechtjes proeven. We komen hier zeker nog een keer terug!

I have already used the catering twice. Absolutely great. Food is exquisite and the service is also excellent. In consultation you can also have it delivered to your home, which is really great. Carl was very helpful the first time and helped me tremendously, so I was able to arrange it easily the second time. I'll do it again next year
