I am really deeply disappointed in this place. There is hardly any meat in the Turkish pizza for which you pay 14 euros, and they also forgot the feta. Additionally, I ordered a portion of potato slices for 4.50 that contained maybe 100 grams. I did not expect this and will never get anything here again.

It's not even funny - they sell a doner as thin as my thumb and charge 10€! That's an embarrassment and a big suprise, as you can get a doner twice bigger any other place around. Left hungry and very disappointed. Overal - that's the worst pick for durum/doner in the area😕

Beef kabob is great (+2euros) 14 euros

€30 for three mini kebabs is quite expensive. Good, but even the girls were still hungry. Very friendly service.

Ate here again after a long time. The price is a bit high, but if the quality is good, that's not a problem. Unfortunately, the veal doner sandwich was substandard. The bun was soggy and had been heated on one side on the griddle, so it wasn't crispy. The salad inside the bun was fine. And then the meat itself: unfortunately, it seemed to be a day old, had absolutely no flavor, and was hard and dry. Very disappointing; I didn't finish the whole sandwich to avoid getting sick.

No fries. Meat was tough. Just enough.

Last night, I picked up two lentil soups. Upon arriving home, the soup turned out to be extremely thin and watery. There were hardly any, or even no, lentils to be found in the soup. This was absolutely not what I expect from a lentil soup. Additionally, I had ordered extra rice, but that was disappointing as well. There were several hard grains in the rice, making it appear undercooked. Very disappointing, especially considering the price and expectations. Unfortunately, this is the last time I will order takeout from here.

My first go-to place for shoarma

My wife and I visited together. The doner kebab was delicious. The service was fantastic and the speed was excellent. The owners are very friendly. Their daughter Nisa's lahmacun was also very tasty =)

No contact details, nothing; nobody answers your calls. They didn't deliver my order, and after asking for my money back, the phone is switched off and I can't get hold of anyone anymore. The weirdest company I have ever ordered from; never again.

Never ordering from them again; they cancel your order and don't refund your money. If you try to call them, they don't answer anymore and act like they know nothing about it.

You can tell the ingredients are prepared with care; the kebab was excellent, and especially the yogurt sauce… incredible 😭 Honestly, one of the best Turkish restaurants I've ever eaten at. The quality-to-price ratio is also very good compared to prices in Amsterdam. One small detail we really appreciated: they also have a kiosk with French language options, which was very helpful for ordering easily and discovering their specialties. It was really convenient and well thought out for tourists. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a warm, welcoming, and authentic experience!

I ordered food delivery via Thuisbezorgd last night, and man oh man, I paid far too much. I had Somun bread with added lamb sis; you get a large piece of bread with exactly 5 tough pieces of lamb in between. This was really disproportionately expensive for what you pay. Very disappointing. This will deter me from ordering more often.

We ordered from thuisbezorgd two times already, their chicken doner smells good, tastes good, reasonable price, I didn’t take photo because I was very hungry, but this restaurant is highly recommended!

Our hotel was very close to this restaurant, and since we love doner and shawarma, we had to try it—and it did not disappoint! The shawarma was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. The self-checkout menu machine was very easy to use, which made ordering quick and convenient. We also loved the music they were playing—it added such a great vibe. We ended up coming back a few times during our stay in Amsterdam. Definitely worth trying!

Legitimately the best falafel in Amsterdam

We thought we'd just grab 3 Duner sandwiches during the break, 36 euros again, and a day worked for nothing.

We ordered lentil soup, chicken shawarma, lamb shish kebab, chicken shish tawook, and potatoes. Of course, it came with salad. Honestly, the food was delicious, but the ketchup was a little spicy. The other sauce was like yogurt, but it was still tasty. The person who served the customers was very friendly and respectful. Our bill was approximately 52 euros.

We had a delicious meal, but the biggest treat of the evening was Nisa. Incredibly friendly, gave great advice, and she has a natural talent for hospitality. This bodes well for the future!

I don't like the lamb sis kebab. Yaparak doner was tasty, but there are better doner places in Amsterdam.

Unfriendly staff and mediocre food. A kapsalon for 13.50 with non-crispy, soggy (from the oil) potato slices (!?) instead of fries. A kapsalon is a perfect dish, so don't do crazy things with it. Upon entering, the surly man behind the counter showed off his "fresh and beautiful" salads, but a kapsalon for 13.50 comes with a few lettuce leaves and cucumber. If you're going to innovate, put some flavorful salad on it. And then a veeeeery small bowl of garlic sauce. Oh my god... Good luck with that!

Man, these guys have no idea what customer service is. When you order through Thuisbezorgd, your food isn't here after 1 hour and 40 minutes. When you call them, they think my house number is incorrect. Then they lie, saying my phone number wasn't listed. I regularly order through Thuisbezorgd, and all the other restaurants call me when there's a delay or something. They won't cancel my order either and refer me to Thuisbezorgd.
