Mi Casa Delicatessen in Westwijk

Disappointing experience I placed an order yesterday, but unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The spareribs were rock hard and almost inedible. The fries and potato wedges were also poorly prepared: limp and half-cooked. The chicken skewers were thankfully fine, and the accompanying bread was tasty. Still, the disappointment prevails. For a €50 order, I think you should expect better quality. The food was delivered on time, though.

What a fantastic experience! This Turkish Tandoori specialty restaurant is undoubtedly one of the best places to eat in the area. The food is truly delicious, from the perfectly seasoned Tandoori dishes to the succulent Adana kebabs, everything tastes like it was prepared with love and skill. The portions are generous; you really get your money's worth. And speaking of value: the prices are remarkably low for the amount you get. Delicious food, large portions, and all for a price you'll hardly find for a quick bite elsewhere in Vlaardingen. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with friendly staff who make you feel right at home. This restaurant is absolutely recommended for anyone who loves good food. I will definitely be back!

Normally, I never bother writing a bad review; I just don't order anymore. But every time I get a craving for charcoal grilled food, there's no choice in Vlaardingen. Ladies and gentlemen, I'll save you precious money and time... don't order here. The staff are lax and have zero empathy. I ate the whole chicken and spent an hour and a half in the bathroom that same evening. When I call them to say there's no sauce, they say, "Yeah, what do you want us to do?" Hahaha, mi casa, the biggest joke in Vlaardingen.

Terrible. The chicken was dry and barely had any meat on it. I called Mi Casa to complain, and they said the quality of the delivery varies from order to order. The fries were soggy and limp. Maybe they should use oil instead of water. The woman on the phone couldn't help us (no discount or reorder). I've been a regular customer for years, but I won't order from them again.

The food really isn't as tasty as it used to be. Adana durum smells like burning like I'm eating a cabbage. The cigkofte is also no longer tasty, it has no taste at all as it should. This is a shame, I was a regular customer, but now I no longer want to order. Today was the last time.

The waiting time is way too long, they give other customers priority. And the chicken looked like it came from the sahara.

I don't know what happened to this case but the fries weren't even fried!!! limp as if it came out of the microwave as follows they forgot to deliver the salad and it was delivered after it was delivered. The only thing was the chicken, which tasted very good and the delivery people were very customer friendly. I have been a regular customer here since the new owner, I can clearly see that the quality has deteriorated greatly, which is very disappointing. I understand very well that costs are rising rapidly for everyone, but what is striking here is that you get very little for a lot of money. They also use new balls that are much smaller.

Always tasty and fresh. Only the second time I order pide with chicken, vegetables and cheese, but it never contains vegetables. So just chicken and cheese. If there are no vegetables, it is better to call the customer.

The meat was tasteless, not good, undercooked, and the bread was smelly. Although the fries are edible. I don't recommend it

Pide could go straight into the trash. They took it out of the freezer and heated it up. The meat smelled. Definitely wasn't good anymore. This was the second time. I will never order again.

Shame, food was fine. Hygiene in the business was anything but. Staff who were on their phones while the tables were still covered in remains of the previous guests and had not been properly cleaned. Plastic rubbish and leaves from outside are on the ground. Business with potential under the right guidance!

Ordered cigkofte today and it was anything but cigkofte and I still have stomach pain from 2 pieces.

Normally really tasty food! Unfortunately today was very disappointing. The short one was half burnt, the rice had no taste and the fries were still frozen on the inside... very unfortunate. Better luck next time!

Durum sandwich is absolutely delicious, Ayran immediately adds Turkish vibes abnormal <3 it is pricey and it takes a bit long but then you really get something.

8:15 PM Ordering my food would take 40 minutes, the food didn't arrive until half past 9:30 PM, I had called twice, yes, it's on its way, I just asked for my money back and could they take the food with me again, it doesn't have to be a bad cold meal, and then I tell them to deliver it, steal it first, and then you want gel back yes in a normal restaurant you don't have to wait almost 2 hours on your food

Ordered food from Mi Casa Vlaardingen for the first time today. The meat seemed from yesterday, the rice was hard and tasteless and fries soaked in oil. This is a shame, as if we were given yesterday's leftovers. First and last time👎🏼
