Nice interior, but don’t order decaf coffee here. I've always had no problem with decaf coffee at other cafes, but It's full of caffeine even though it's decaf..

Beautiful place to sit inside or outside, but I got notified you need to pay 10 euro’s l, for half a day, if you decide to work there. This was not mentioned anywhere on the site and was quite an unpleasant surprise.

Very cute place. Staff was wonderful and the food was really tasty. My partner and I had a great time while we were there :)

Old school gym turned into a dreamy community space/canteen/cafe. Architecture that belongs in magazines, and special vibes you can't find elsewhere.

Perfect meeting location and I will be back soon. By the way, they also have a fantastic vegetarian lunch.

I can't give any information about the food and service I have experienced. Building is suitable for meetings but is very old/dilapidated.

Er was een bijeenkomst met Snorella. Het was informatief, gezellig en lekker eten!

Midwest was prima, leuke sfeer, het eten was uitstekend.

Nice place but if you want to work here, you have to pay 10 euros to get access to the wifi. A coffee is included, but that's still a shame. I'd rather go to another one where I can work for free for as long as I want.

Wij hadden als zorg organisatie een evenement in Midwest en hebben zowel de grote zaal als 3 lokalen gebruikt voor workshops, plenaire bijeenkomst en borrel. Wat een mooie middag hadden we. Vibe is te gek, tuin is een verademing en de hulp wat super. Dikke vette aanrader!

Pracht plek om iets te organiseren, om te werken, om te dromen, om te creëren en/of om samen te zijn.

Ik kom daar omdat De Buurtcamping er gevestigd is. Het is een mooie plek voor vergaderingen, lezingen en om te werken!

I love that place, I've been to a few concerts there. It's very cosy and people who work there are really friendly.

I’m absolutely in love with the vibe and design of this place. I can’t believe it isn’t ever packed. There are two very lush gardens on each side of the cafe. Birds sing all around you. You’re literally sitting among trees. The interior is nice too. It has very tall ceilings, an old gym floor, and nice bleachers, which add layers to the aesthetic. 6/5 on vibe and aesthetic

Leuke sociale onderneming, met een goed eetcafé en heerlijke tuin, ook ideaal voor flexwerkers!

Ik zou vooral willen zeggen: waren er maar meer van dit soort initiatieven. Enorme aanrader 👏

Midwest is een leuke sociale onderneming die ook in de Corona tijd met de actie "bordje voor jou, bordje voor mij" haar sociale hart laat spreken! Eartha Dors van Motha Earth en Lotte Freud van Sjalotte koken samen de sterren van de hemel voor arm en rijk! De "rijken" kunnen anoniem een bordje eten sponsoren voor minima met stadspas. Zo helpen we elkaar sociaal door de corona crisis heen!

Leuke locatie. Alleen van het faciliteren van de koffie/thee en lunch hebben ze niet veel.begrepen. koffie/thee was elk 1 grote kan waar 14 personen de hele dag van mochten genieten. Zelf koffie kopen aan de bar kostte te veel tijd. Lunch was brood zonder beleg. Alleen een schaal couscous of bulgur salade. Volgende keer neem ik mijn eigen lunch mee want de locatie is prima

A jewel inside the city. Cafe, co working, garden. It's what everyone needs, especially now with the covid situation. Lovely people run this very warm place.

An old school now cafe in the Amsterdam architectural style with super private and cottage garden outdoor seating areas. The gym is the main hall, with a great selection of drinks and eats. A real gem of a peaceful oasis in this part of town.
